Like for shedding but for daily something other than popcorn cause its not filling
You can air-pop popcorn on the stove, literally just put kernels in a saucepan and set on medium heat. It takes longer (10mins or less), but it sure is better than adding hundreds of calories worth of oil.
Would use powdered peanut butter and some water instead, stick to the agave or honey but I would reccommend to chill the popcorn on the freezer for a couple or minutes even up to a half hour so once the mixture hits the popcorn it wont absorb it and shrink and also will cool faster.
My kids love homemade popcorn. We will have to try your recipe out.
Pretty sure heat denatures protein (not sure what actual temperature will denature it),do you wait for the agave/peanut butter to cool?
Random question, how do you guys get rid of your cooking oil? I’m in Kaneohe and can’t find anyone who will take it
Looks bomb! I’m heading to Big Island in a few days, I hope to use the knowledge you share, keep up the great videos!
Going to make this for snack time! My kids are going to love it!
You know a recipe is good when it literally made my mouth water and since you added cranberries, I’m calling this one healthy!:D
hey, Most of these recipes are VEGAN/PLANT-BASED. Think about that.
Yummy looking . It looks like I might need to go on a gluten-free diet when I get out of the hospital. Can you tell me if this is considered gluten-free. If it isn’t, what ingredient(s) is/are considered gluten.

I would keep your popcorn in a large pot and drizzle the mixture on it… Shake it, dump onto parchment paper, bake for the 10… and you skipped the entire chocolate step…. I can guess but chocolate is NEVER to be left out!:D lol… thank you for sharing and we will embark on this recipe tonight! Best Wishes

This is such a smart idea. My t1d and popcorn is always my night snack. Time to experiment to see if i can make it with stevia.
Looks really good. You could probably put mixture in a baking pan, (spray pan if needed) like an 8×8. They would then be called, Popcorn Bars
The grand kiddies love this one…. Have a similar recipe which calls for corn syrup instead of honey. Must try the honey to see the difference in flavor. I use large ice cream cones to serve the little ones. Must also add some cranberries next time too. Thanks.
Oh this looks good. Kids, always naughty when dad’s away. My kids remember the crazy fun we would have when we were alone. You all in Wisconsin? I thought I saw a GB Packer shirt on your little one. I’m in Wisconsin ❤️ God bless ❤️

Can this still be packaged with the drizzled chocolate on the popcorn or should I just add the chocolate on the side to give them to drizzle when they decide to eat the popcorn? Making these as gifts for coworkers.
Most of these recipes are VEGAN/PLANT-BASED. Think about that.
Huh, Most of these recipes are VEGAN/PLANT-BASED. Think about that.
Ok buff dude. I made a batch of your popcorn ball. Came out excellent. It made 14 balls I’ve eaten 3. now what do i do with the left over 11 balls.
You should grow your hair long then shave the sides like a Viking
1-3-1 F-C-P ratio…not sure I’d call that a protein ball…but they look good nonetheless
I think brown sugar would work just fine…more calcium, iron, potassium vs agave, which is high in fructose and may cause fatty liver disease…just saying, plus 17 calories in brown sugar vs 21 calories in agave syrup….I will give this recipe a try though, it looks good.
dude, don´t be that middle aged dude with part of a pony tail or people will be making fun of you
Do you think this would work with soy or sunflower butter? PB is death for me.
Brandon is just looking for a chance to say “popcorn balls”
I stay hungry for taco now.. let me get some of that boiled taco with miso sauce!!!
might i say, sick intro and hammer tako, you’ve earned a sub!
Holy shit, years ago my friend’s mom used to make those for a snack when we spent time at his house. Damn, memories.

Great job dudes. But I have only one complaint…. IT WASN’T EEEXXXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEME!!!!
What’s a substitute for agave? My supermarkets don’t sell it

I love popcorn and have a big bag of it and peanut butter just needed the agave stay buff
Plain kernels of popcorn can be popped in the microwave:
Place 1/4 cup kernels in a plain brown paper lunch bag.
Fold over the top about 1″ and 3-4 times.
Lay the bag flat in the microwave and run it on high for 2-3 minutes, watch carefully and remove once the popping almost stops.
Pop pop pop pop popcorn!! I said that in Pennywise’s voice.
