Day 71 of my lifestyle fitness changes. I have done this warm up as part of my Wednesday routine for week 4 of the CT 8-Week Summer Shredding Challenge from 2018. Today I will work on #4 legs workout and take one of the #2 arms workouts from tomorrow’s workout to complete, then follow up with a cool-down. It is late in the night, but well needed.

OMG, I had been running track since I was 10 and ran all through college. I stopped years ago and haven’t really worked out since and thought I need to get back into working out at least. Choice of music isn’t the greatest. I had my 5 year old with me while I was working out and I had to mute it because of the racial slurs. Otherwise to that it is a great effective workout.
Start doing this for around a week, but I gained some weigh, it might be when i start to work out was on Ramadhan so my weigh js under on my normal weight yet after the Eid I ate more than I used to in Ramadhan so I ended up gained some weigh again.
Now try to control what I eat as well as doing Chloe Abs Training, wish me luck!

The last one.. i can only do that twice
2 days ago this felt like an actual workout instead of a warmup and I was already dying before the next workout video. Now I can do the exercises consistently and only start dying around the third/fourth video. I went from hating working out to actually enjoying it in 2 days and I thought it would take me at least a month to get used to it.
That was great.. I’m starting to work out after a long time and i was literally dying in this 5 mins. But I’ll do it daily.. and a general query aprox how much calories burned in this cycle..

I feel bad that I can barely do this without dying and sweating up a storm. I’m 15 and pretty average when it comes to weight. 5 minutes after this I’m still out of breath. If I go to spoken english class, I’m called a student in the class. In the same way, if I go to gym, then what am I called?
I’ve been doing ankle weight work outs for a few years and it’s No wonder why she doesn’t have much of a booty. She’s doing these work outs wrong. When you do donkey kicks, straight leg raises, fire hydrants and glute bridges— you’re supposed to hold it up for a 1-2 seconds before coming back down but she comes back down right away and does it way too quick. If you do it like this, you’re gonna lose a connection with the muscles and it won’t burn as much. If you wanna do this work out, remember to keep your leg/butt up for a bit before coming back down. I did like the very last work out though, it was a good burn.
After 2 minutes I felt like I’d been going hardcore for an hour…I’m so pathetic

This is personally my favorite of his 5 min workout videos, the others are harder yes (harder in a good way making the payoff better) but they don’t make me sweat like this one does or leave my muscles aching a little like they should like this one does but im still doing all of them everyday

But this whole time I only did the cool down stretches at the end of the daily workout planner. I feel like I just missed a trick by not doing the warm up video, but I had just noticed this a few days ago. Also, I am 2 years late for all of these workouts. So when I start a new challenge; it will be 2 years old. I think I will do the warm up and cool down with the 8-Week 2018 Workouts.

I’m 18 and I was really active most days until quarantine started
I lost 4lbs in 2 weeks. This is quick and surely will hit an impact. Highly recommended forbeginners or if you don’t have much time. I did this everyday after an 8 minute yoga of course with a balanced diet. More whole foods that are high in fiber and protein then I also lessen carbs and sugar. Goodluck guys.

DAY 2: I had so much pain in my butt and legs today through out the day, I completed it even though it was burning like mad. Am I kin kardashian yet? No. But I can definitely feel it burn so it must be working

Wow great workout! I was sweating so much for like a good 15 or 20 minutes after.
Graat workout, its not only great for a beginner by
1.Conditioning your heart with no rest being involved
2.It challenges you to do just a LITTLE bit more than last workout
3.Its enough stress to get you some gains if you’re a newbie, but a great way to strengthen and keep you fit if you’re intermediate/advanced
4.All movements challenge the core but also muscles we neglect get hit like the supermans and glute bridges

Day 47 of my lifestyle fitness changes. Tomorrow, I will be ready to start the first day of the 8-week workout from the CT 2018 Challenge. I will have rest days on Saturday and Sunday. But the major difference is that I will be doing this warm-up before each workout. Weekdays are workout days and at the end of each workout I will also do the 10-mins Cool-down. I am excited about getting even fitter due to consistency with my workouts.

okay so I was trying 7 minutes workouts and I was doing fine and was seeing results then I got my period so I ate loads and gained all the weight back to I’m trying this I will update you guys if your want one I will try start tomorrow if I have motivation. So I’m gonna try if this works. This is my first day.
Day 1: I tried it twice since I’m used to 30 mins exercise. I sweat a lot. I have 32 waist line
Day 2: twice again. My waist line id 31.4. lol i think it’s working
Day 3: phew. Never been breathless like this. 31.4 still. I eat so much today i think thats the reason why
Day 4: I only do the stretching part (doesn’t involve jumping) since it’s too late. My waist line is now 31.
Did this today and after 5 minutes I was literally out of breath. Shows how unfit I am. Going to do this till it becomes a piece of cake.

I felt like shit for not being able to do some of these at exercises at first, but i kept trying now i can do very little of the exercises i couldnt do. Its all about determination. In time I know ill be able to do a lot more. If someone reads this, don’t give up NO EXCUSES.
