I need a replacement for my Up3. I only asked several months ago.
Please don’t buy it in India because there is no services after sales they are giving us warranty but where to get this warranty
heart rate monitor with no display, so what you have to look at your cellphone to know how fast/slow your heart is beating? pretty stupid.

I have a Up24 and the band switch/ button came off and just got off the phone with customer support only to find out you will not be able to replace my ONYX Color band… “told by customer rep I can only recieve Orange color or a cheap move!” She would not stop trying to sell me on the move…I guess their cutting cost even at the level of product support…. I am going to have to rethink purchasing products for their company in the future if this is the support i will be recieving…
I have to guess that the reason why you’ve pretty much stopped any level of customer service whatsoever is that the rumours are true and Jawbone is going under. My wife has been trying for months to get you to respond to her request to replace the Jawbone Up she bought. No answer on email. No answer on social. Please have the guts to face your customers and let them know what is happening. If you can’t honour your sales agreements then at least stop hiding. Thank you.
I wonder how do you know what your heart rate is at the moment when there’s now display. Can It tell you during run that you are out of the aerobic zone?

So… You completely shut down the customer service now. Epic… my request for the return of the jawbone up2 is still pending. Why? Because none of you guys care about satisfying any customers any more. My request is still in warranty time. You already exchanged it once. What is bad enough that I actually have to return a fitness tracker which isn’t made at all for sports or life because it breaks. Production failure but who cares at least you could have showed some balls and say “yeah sorry guys… we actually engineered and design something that doesn’t work!”. But no… rather still post on any social media channel how epic your product is. Like the customer before posted, no response at all! And the worst… You still sell your stuff to people. So my band is useless. The band broke twice in the first year of usage. Thanks for nothing
Yeah watches are antiquated technology. Just put a fuelband like readout for steps and time that’s it.
The quality of this video is like something out of the 90’s, not a tech giant’s youtube channel. Shaky camera work, on camera harsh lighting, cheesy royalty free music, poor vocal quality. Sort your shit out.
