Some of the comments below are odd and not very wise. You CANNOT apply one approach to gout to everyone. That’s just dumb. Many factors impact gout and our INDIVIDUAL bodies act and react in different ways. Be aware of what goes into your body and eliminate anything that has the TENDENCY to increase gout. Continue eating things that don’t cause gout. Again, it’s all different for everyone but keep an eye on those foods with high purines. Yes, some might not impact YOU but some impact OTHERS. That’s just common sense, people. Good video.
Do you hold the food for all this days in the fridge? The food spoils after that time, it can’t be fresh after 3 day… and getting even worse after that.

Not a big fan of pork, tolerate beef, lamb too expensive. What is killing me is the shellfish. Didn’t have it often so really enjoyed it when we did. However, if I can prevent that pain, I will. I’ve been eating Keto for the past 4 months and no gout flare-ups. I was told by my doctor to stop eating red meat and seafood. Also, no alcohol. I understand this is an old video. I love all your recipes, however, I don’t know how you are counting 400 calories for that breakfast, it’s so much more! 1/4 cup of oatmeal is 150 calories, so if you use a whole cup you are way beyond. Add a teaspoon of nut butter and that’s 90 calories, a tsp of coconut oil is 130 calories and a banana is at least 90 to 110 calories. It’s a gross underestimation if you are trying to create a caloric deficit. If I’m wrong somehow, I’d love to know because these are some delicious recipes
Im a gout sufferer for the past 20 years I tried all those “healthy diet” none of it worked, I started on the keto diet for the last 4 months, and now I feel way much better, the worst thing you can do is to eat carbs, sugars, fruits, any sweet natural or processed are the main causes of gout flair ups.
Maybe higher gout attacks with beer, is from the gluten in beer? A Celiac check would be helpful?

The “cabbage” looks like “Chinese cabbage”, (as it’s called in Australian grocery stores). It’s a different vegetable: much milder tasting, and softer, thinner leaves.

For 3 weeks of adopting the plans, I get rid of 12 lbs However I exercise once or twice weekly, and eat good food. The results shown to me is awesome. 5:40 One way I’ve tried (and it worked) to prepare onion and tomato in advance is to make fried masala (Fry onions, add ginger\garlic, spices and tomato and saute until it starts to leave oil). It can be stored in fridge for upto a week. It doesn’t for everything like sambhar needs big onions but works well for most recipes.

I worked out for a long time but didn’t get results because of a poor diet. I then found a website called NextLevelDiet, finally I started seeing results
bananas, sugar and some potassium (if you need potassium so much milk is higher in it than bananas), 500g of OATS?! That’s literally only fiber. You cannot digest that, it’s gonna cause leaky gut. Protein and zinc? Zinc is found in oysters, way much than oats, oats have never been proven to have any protein let alone any other nutrient, if anything, they have inhibitors which will cause lack of nutrition. Frozen berries? So berries, but with no hydration just the sugar? Those are not antioxidants, they are plant toxins. Look up sv3rige’s video on it. And let’s not forget the fact that we can’t even absorb 0,01% of the ‘antioxidants’ they actually have. Of course, protein powder which causes cancer, digesting depression and balding from the DHT increase. 1:45 they contain linatine, and are nothing more than fiber and toxins, diets high in omega 6 also cut DHA absorption in close to half. Flax seeds are very high in the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Which means we cannot convert ALA, so you’re not getting anything from them. I won’t go further, this is enough to show how ridiculous this video is. No nutrition whatsoever. Just processed carbs and indigestion.

I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I’m done with diet. I realised that meal plan from NextLevelDiet is the only diet I could follow forever. It’s really sustainable and easy to follow.
I don’t think this kind of diet is practical for me. I’d rather fill more my lunch and dinner and eat something lighter as a breakfast and snack.
I hate the raw vegetables used in this video. I prefer different coloured vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, red cabbage, basil, eggplant, etc… I don’t hate carrot but I wouldn’t eat it raw unless it’s grated or sliced in very small circles or squares, or otherwise I boil it but I still don’t find it delicious. And with regards to the sweet potato, I really don’t find appealing leaving the skin on, so I’d rather have a normal grilled/baked potato with no skin and some flavoured herbs on it like rosemary or something of the sort.
This is the problem with diets. Many people make them unappealing and it doesn’t motivate me to lose weight AT ALL!!!!

Here i think u could do is if u want to retain the green color to ur green boiled vegies then do not wash it with water it will loose all the nutrition from it insted add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of sugar while boiling and add just a small bowl of water which is sufficient in tendering green leafy vegies.

Medication for gout? Didn’t know there was such a thing. But i found even skim milk wasn’t good because of its high sugar content. I switched to almond, coconut, rice and oat milks, they have less or 0 sugar.
