I love you saturno, because of you i did my first crow pose easily 3×10 sec and my first banana handstand against the wall kickup and 3 sec freestanding! Time to train my mobility..
Oh and i love your music on Spotify! ❤️❤️ https://open.spotify.com/track/2RGrEULZ8FsN4KXe0ChhQc?si=ePSPCBSOR1ewuaIE7P911w
I thought ur knees had to be up higher on ur arms:/ this doesnt seem 100 percent right
The rocking method seems like a very good approach to learning this. When I first tried it I remember literally falling on my face! Luckily it was on a soft mat. You have to get into a perfectly balanced position over your hands and wrists in order to pull this off.
I can’t do the crow move without my knees hurting my arms, i can do a handstand on the wall for over 30 sec and stuff like am i suppose to feel great pain from my knees??
These are such amazing tutorials, so excited to start practicing! Thanks Gabo!
Hi:) I’ve been having some lower back pain after doing yoga. It’s not terrible but I want to make sure I’m not doing anything really wrong that can hurt me in the long run. I’m fairly new to yoga. I only started about 6 months ago. I feel that maybe I am bending my back too much when I am doing forward bends, or maybe it could be that I’m not doing cobra/upward dog properly? Any advice would be appreciated:)
Sarah Beth-
Thank you so much for these videos!! they have helped me so much to expand my practice at home and in the studio, you are an amazing yogi! i aspire to be as strong and balanced as you!!
Knees are placed wrong. What a shame with disinformation and bad tutoring. This is not crow pose
When I’m beingle able to do that ending routine I’ll be okay
Thank you very much. Very well and nicely done.
I thought I can’t do this thankyou like you subscribed you lot to learn from you
I can do it. But I learn to stay in the position for longer time…
awesome video!!very helpful, subscribe immediately haha.I wanna train calisthenics and yoga too.
My knees can’t reach my armpits. If it does, it feels like they’re crushing my triceps and it hurts. I can do crow pose by just holding it, muscling through it with my knees barely touching my elbows. Any advice would be awesome.
for the crow pose, if I land my knee on my arm, my arm feels really painful. Am I doing it wrong?
Excellent video!
By the way, small mistake at 8:19… It should say ‘Beginner’ not ‘Begineer’
appreciate the video very helpful! Always good to get different peoples perspectives
Hey there, it’s definitely all core strength that is going to get your hips and legs to feel lighter on your arms. Try boat pose, pick ups and planks to strengthen your core and shoulders, then next time you practice crow, really focus on engaging your core so much that your hips lift up a bit. The core should carry most of your weight and the arms should be more of a support for balancing your knees on 😉
I train yoga ( now because of Gabo), calisthenics, weighted calisthenics, jump roping ( “cardio”), and weight lifting. Seems like alot typing it out
You are so pretty, flexible and strong. Thank you for all your videos
Yeah this series is gonna get me where I need 2 be in overall. Thx I’m an advantageous watcher!!!♂️
I’ve been trying to work on, what I think is, one-armed crow for a while (on one arm only, & only the knee on the same side contacting that arm). Is it possible for y’all to do a video of progressions for that?..
U do very good tutorials also alone, in your home!
these pull up videos are wonderful!
i love u Patrick!
Very nicely u teach i done just two time see this video thank u so much
Very helpful..easy to follow for New yoga lovers..thanks mam..you are doing your best.
Thank you for your video. It was helpful and beneficial for me.
I’m bored at home so I decided to browse through Youtube and this was my first time trying this “pose” and it was literally so easy… I did it on my first try lol
Pretty sure that first one was the crane pose, crow pose is when your arms are inside your legs
Intelligence is an instrument if utilized can bring payments back
I didn’t know u had a channel until now I’ve watched u on thenx and like how ur body flows effortlessly I also do yoga so I tried this crow pose n can hold for 5 sec how can I strengthen my shoulders?? By the way u Chris n the thenx gang are awesome!
Through sticking to what is taught within the yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) together with cardiovascular exercise and light weight training, I didn`t shed pounds only but got my core much stronger too. The guidebook is easy to follow and comprehend. For the author, yoga is a way of life; it`s much more than the poses. The pictures and illustrations are comprehensive making the positions not hard to follow..
So nice video thanks for your video thank you Didi
I am not able to stay in the first position with the heels of my feet touching the ground. If I try to put the heels of my feet on the ground I just fall backwards. What’s the problem with me? Do I have to work on th e fact that my feet cannot properly flex toward the leg? Or am I doomed? Jeez
I agree with the other comments. Your form is not good here. Knees should be almost into the arm pits.
Her form was incorrect. Do NOT put your knees over your elbows. Aim for knees in armpits.
i have accomplished this pose one time… lol i swear in all the time i have tried to do this pose, i have achieved it ONCE. lol and i hadnt origingally intended on doing this pose, because i didnt know what i was trying to do. but i went into this pose. lol
I got the crow pose and from your video it’s first time I listen about crane pose. However your way of describing any exercise or move is far better than any one else
Talented and Always Sweet and Delicious Looking Booty
I get pain in the triceps because of the friction to the knees.. How can this be fixed? It’s really uncomfortable. Thanks Gabo, you are a huge inspiration to me!:)
I ‘ ve seen lots af videos of this asana and this is the best aproach. thank you.
Gabo, consider a minor correction: kakasana = the crow posture, bakasana = the crane posture
https://www.yogapedia.com/definition/5193/kakasana
https://www.yogapedia.com/definition/5192/bakasana
P.S. Thanks for your content!
very nice explanation trying it for three moths nd didn’t get nowhere I will practise nd inform u.thank nd god bless
Thank you!I couldn t do it in the last year but now with you I did it just in a few minutes!Really great tutorial!!
lol i can plank for more than 15 seconds what am i doing here
Hey Gabo you really always inspires me alot,
I need help from you, I can do handstand clean one but my elbow can’t locked, can you please do a video of locking arms elbow, thanks looking forward from you
@gabo did you get this body from this type of workouts or you do weights
Neil, I am amazed how much I have learned from your videos. You are remarkable. After years of practicing yoga, this is the first time I actually was able to do crow pose. Your instructions are fantastic. I am so happy I found your channel. Yoga is a beautiful journey many blessings to you.
Thank you! This was very helpful! For the first time, I’ve managed to do it!:D
the rocking tip was so helpful for me. all other videos i watched were like, “okay squat, and then just get into it” like what? haha
You are beautiful and in good shape… will definitely try this especially that you have done it in stages which is very helpful… thank you
Great great great explanation. Succees on my first attempt with this video. Thanks!!!
My God, so well explained. I will start to practice this way asap. Subscribed now…thank you!
Seriously thanks for this! I have been trying to get crow for awhile but always fall on my face or am too afraid to lift up! Watched this video, gave the rocking a try and made it into my first crow!
This is what I’m going to strive for cause it looks cool and I wonder how long it would take for me to get to that pose. But I also have pins and screws in my left arm. Thanks for the tips
Good stuff. I have crow pose but I ‘m struggling with crane. straight arms is significantly more difficult.
Not bakasana, but kakasana. Baka means crane and kak means crow in sanskrit. Bakasana, the crow pose with straight arms, not bent arms, is a much more difficult hand balance.
this is THE best crow stand tutorial because you actually show how to gradually increase the load on the shoulders and how to become comfortable and steady in the position. thank you!
Gabo! your tutorials are very well made and easy to follow! One of the best tutorials I have ever seen if not the best! Thanks a lot!
Wrong.. buddy u dont know the exact technique then please dont post such video
I’m currently working on crow pose and accidentally founf this:)
shadi ki umar ho gae hai shadi kr lijye..i m ur well wisher, thats why i m guiding u.
I m trying it pose do it but can’t execute properly..I need more practice to do for it..
I can do it for like 2 seconds before i start to fall forwars on my head lol. For awhile i didnt think arm balances would happen for me because of my wrist but your videos actually help my tendinitis
I’ve been practicing hand stand almost 2 years.
I thought my weight was my problem.
I was success deducting my weight from 80kgs up to 64kgs.
But still i can’t get the balance rightly.
Unfortunately I got pain on my elbows. I am frustated. What is your idea for me?
best way to get in shape is to start doing the move. if your feet don’t come off the ground no worries, just keep rocking forward and back a few times and lift up. make sure to take breaks after a few rocks. enjoy! xo
By the end of the video I could hold the pose for a breath. Great explanation
You are Incredible mate…. First time I am seeing a combination of a well built muscular body, strength, and the super flexibility yoga..
I could get into bakasana today with this explanation. It made me so happy! Thanks for such a great video!
Hi. I had a painful accident trying the first exercise for the crane position. My arms may have been already tired for practicing this video and the handstand video but when I lifted my body my arms didn’t sustain me so I fell and hit my forehead against the floor. How can I strengthen my arms with an effective exercise?
Crow Pose may be one of the first arm balances you’ll learn in a Power Vinyasa class. Crane pose is the more advanced variation with straightened arms. Strengthen your wrists, arms, shoulders, core and the muscles that help you stand tall. Try the HIPS SLOW STRETCH: http://bit.ly/25minHIPS
Thanks, Gabo. I loved your content. I was doing a lot of crow pose but didn’t hold longer more than 15 seconds. Because I didn’t know We have to protract the scapula. And Hope after that could hold also crane pose.
You are the best, I was able to do bakasana for the first time all because of you ❤️❤️
Super tutorial bro, and thanks to telling the difference between the crow pose and crane pose..
Hey Sarah Beth. I love this series. I am just so sad you have deleted Crow Flow. Will it be available in future or in Sarah Beth App?
So how lightly should your knees rest on your arms? Because I can hold 3-4 solid seconds but my knees hurt my arms!
Well, I managed to hold a crow pose for about 8 seconds after following this. Thanks
I still can’t do this, I feel like every joint in my arms down to my wrist, feels like i’m breaking and popping them out of place. I have no idea why..like i’m crying of frustration right now.
I’ve been hitting the gym for 2 months and when I tried the crow pose I succeeded to hold it 19 seconds from the first time now I can do it for a minute or more. Gym boosts learning calisthenics and other stuff
I have been struggling with this asana from quite some time and you made it so easy. The art of balance distribution is surely great help.
So how much do i have tu stay in the position? 30 secs, one minute? When i’m dominating the position?
finallly i tried and it worked too thank you soo much. Love the way you told each and everyting.
no need to be afraid. you’ll be in control the whole time as long as you shift and lift instead of jump. and no need to try too hard. try looking forward as you lift up in your hips and belly. hope that helps! keep in touch!
nice tutorial, i can do frogstands and advanced frogstands also, i think tuck planche is still to heavy but slowly i get my feet of the ground, i do everything on the floor, i will practrice crane pose and also advanced drills with one leg of, thanx for the infos
This is awesome! I love your approach to get into side crow. Thank you
This video is the only video I go to for crow pose….the only time I nailed it was when I followed this video to a T. (Tee? T? Tea?.. Mmmmm. Teaaaaa)
Hi, Gabo.
thank you very much for all your videos that help a lot.
I have a question, how much time do you think I shoudl hold the crane pose to get on advanced drills?
Thanks in advance.
Saf from Berlin
Best explanation ever! Finally managed bakasana! Thank you!
Thank you for the tutorial! Always want to be stable in Crane pose:)
Just wondering have you covered one legged crow pose? I can‘t seem to get it:/
Thank you so much for making this video. Amongst all the others, this is the genuine one for beginners. Thank you
Man, you make this look effortless! I just filmed a video with 10 different crows, you’d love you to check it out <3 I'm definitely not quite so effortless near the end haha https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHVelK6u980
Thanks Natasha
Tried the pose for the first time and was able to do.. say 60% correctly.. think that’s good for first try
Thank you my body surprised me as I did the crow pose nearly straight away with your very helpful tips.
After i watched this tutorial, followed every step and tip, i´m finally able to do it! You really helped me to achive this posicion! Now i have to work harder to be able to sustein the posicion longer and move on to crane posicion. I just wanna to say: thank you very much!!
Thanks a lot!!! This is best video for bakasana i’ve searched so far:)
Great video, very clear and concise instructions, amazing body skills and communication skills. I’ m 44 years old, training in yoga and calisthenics and your guidance is very helpfull. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!
talented and beautiful!!! thanks for the tips Sarah Beth!!!
Omg i did it! I tried it for 30 secs and after focusing, I did it! Even if it’s just 0.5 seconds tho, it is a big achievement considering that i am 3 kilos overweight thank you so much for this video!
Thank you so much for this post. After a few tries, I am finally able to hold the position a little while. Your explanations and various views really allowed me to see how the body should be lined up. Your suggestions are spot on in preparing me for the pose. Thank you so very much.
The surface of my biceps contacted with the knees is uncomfortable. Any suggestions to this?
Fitness channels really advanced to another level in the past year or so.
4:45 “Remember to keep your scapula protracted and depressed at all times”
Me: You’re never gonna amount to anything.
Scapula:
Help me took off some whighet thank you so much neil.
This was very good, I could do it but could only hold for like 3 secs and once also toppled over but I’ll perfect it soon. Thank you ♀️
Damn, how come you are so amazing..? So meticulous.. you have made stretching and poses so easy for me.. Thanks a ton..
Hi sir final totally ur true guidance in this video i finally do bkasana before some day u ago u reply my comments it’s inspiration for me
Thank u so much
Wow bro I got this down in 15 minutes this is the only video out there that could clearly explain this
I finally did it! I held it for so long though to the point where i collapsed:(
Why didn’t she tell her that her knees are in the wrong spot! Eeee
Finally able to do crow pose now I am going to train into crane pose:-) Thanks!
In all seriousness, excellent video.
But my mind was constantly saying, ‘Didi aap jise warm up bol rahe ho, wo karne ko hi shayad humei ek saal lag jaye’
This helped a lot. Went from barely being able to hold it for a full second to three solid seconds. Thanks.
This was listed as “next video” by the video I was watching. I watched the entire thing anyway and I wanted to comment, that you are really beautiful and that you have really beautiful feet.
I appreciate you turning your body to show side angle and front views! I was able to get into crow for the first time without jumping. I would like to see how you maintain the posture (where your feet are and what tricks to maintaining you have). THanks Neil
I can balance a crow for 15s-20s and I’m working on crane. But I’m still trying to figure out what I have to press or lift to do these in/outs on 5:40 without falling. My knee just goes straight to the floor. I don’t know if it’s core strength, chest activation. Any tips?
I got this on my first try withOUT this video, with no yoga experience, and I’m twelve. But i thought this video basically explained it pretty well
Natasha..You hv full command on your body…blessings my child
I can’t believe I did it! This video explains perfect how to do the pose:)
250 lbs about an 8 to 10 second crow pose. Hard for me to do a crane. Maybe if I keep this up I can get a full hand stand.
Hey Gabe. My wrists are not me of fully extending into the Crow Pose. Should I still work on the crow pose or just do wrist mobility until I get there?
GREAT video… very good information. You are a master trainer.
I cannot figure where to put my knees in these stances, i put it on the part above my elbow near tricep but its hurts, am i doing something wrong?
Bonjour chère Lara tu es toujours si belle et si active. Très intéressant tes cours de Yoga continue.
Merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo j’adore
Boss you are so perfect. I am trying since 2 months but no result.
Umpf this doesn’t look good at all actually. It’s far easier when you focus on using core strength to get your bum up in the air. The whole point is to not put ALL the weight of your lowerbody on your elbows. It will not only hurt, you’ll also notice you keep slipping off. You can see on the face of the girl performing she’s not really comfortable. Yoga with Adriene gives a much better explanation in my opinion 😉 good luck fellow crowers!
I have been trying for years to do crow pose, but because I have some hip injuries it has been very difficult. This explanation has given me many steps and variations to practice
Wrists hurt me when i lean too much and put a lot of effort. What can i do to strenthen them?
If you’re still scared put a pillow down where you think your face will fall
you got awesome posture, help us to get some! make a vid or just answer my comment
Hi mam….
Be carefull about Dis kind of tipical yoga….
I know that you are professional…
But we want your safety..
Take a precations…
Nice. Thank you for this. However It is the crane pose that should be called Bakasana. Crow Pose is KakaSana. I am saying this because I am from India and I know the names of these two birds Crow and Crane Kaka and Baka
What should I do if crane pose hurts in in my armpits (becaus of my knees)?
The third exercise, my knee slides off my biceps. What can I do?
This is one of the best Crow pose instructional videos I have ever watched! Thank you so much for your explanation and thorough tutorial!
I have been trying to get this pose since quite some time. Your video helped me attain this finally. Wonderful explanation. Thank you. Please make more such videos.
I loved the way he explained it. So many details…hope I can master it someday.
This is definitely a hard one. I’m gonna try these tips to try to stay in the pose longer.
Your title is wrong. Crow pose is kakasana, kaka in sanskrit is crow and baka is crane
Baka means crane, kaka means crow. You are mixing both by saying Bakasana is crow pose.
Hohoooo thank you for such a great tutorial! I did it for a halfsecond! =) but the problem is my wrists: they start hurting. Seems, like it is the weakest part of my body at the moment. What is the most effective way to strengthen them?
U explain so well! Wish I could be your student! I have been learning yoga for two years now but I saw your video for two days and got to know so much!
I did it the first time, this was so perfect! Thank you so much
so I need to star working on my spine, hip, legs flexibility first…
I can’t believe I did it!! Had to stop trying because my arms started to give up and I was falling on my head, too dangerous to keep going. But I will definitely add it to my practice after I’m warmed up!
I can hold up to 10 sec and lift higher but the problem is the rubbing of my knee and my bicep which gives me some rashes
is there a way to avoid having my wrists hurt when i do crow pose? im new to yoga and i just started doing crow pose.
צצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצצ
Damn i would like to know if you can do a one arm handstand as well! i know that it is for top level hand balancers but im curious… and great job
Amazing way of teaching with step by step demonitisation is beyond expectations. Super
Great video, I can never hold the pose though. But I’ll keep practicing!!
I again woke up with an anger of being isolated having no income past Oct 2002 and seeing an old mother suffer food poisoning and harmed and me having to lead an asexual isolated life. If anyone has stolen the 35 million dollars paid to me in kasikorn bank or the 8.3 million dollars paid to me in zenith bank that I think of as spam I demand them mercilessly executed.. If anyone recieved any income my former accounts pradeep kumar pulappatta that I think of it as bankrupt I demand them mercilessly executed i need a solution now if you have cheated me using these it applies to you as well
Why don’t my shins stay put on my arms. Everytime I get up in the pose they slide off and I fail the pose.
I can do it but I’m just resting my legs too heavily on my elbows that it hurts my arms
Thank you Neil, I managed to do it within 2 days of practice! Your video has been the most helpful!
Great!!!
I did!!! I did!!! Thanks so much!!!
This ACTUALLY worked!! Rocking back and forth really took all of the pressure off of having to do it on one built up try.
Thank you <3
Tip for practice if you’re a complete noob like me: place a pillow at the spot where your head would hit the floor if you faceplant while trying. Besides the improved safety, it eliminates fear of falling. Before doing it, I would sabotage my attempts because my self-preservation would kick in and stop me from trying.
grandeeeee! ho 65 anni e sono riuscita. Il migliore insegnamento trovato in rete. Grazie mille, non avrei mai creduto di potere assumere questa asana! Grazie Neil
Just heard your ‘Josh Talk’. What an inspiration u r!! Also, I’ve realised how lucky I’ve been! I pray to God to provide me enough strength to help people who r suffering like you(once did). Cheers to u, Wonder Woman!
I did it!!! it was so difficult before and now I did it! Thank you!!!!
Thank you for the great video! One piece of the puzzle is missing though, to me of course: how do I achieve enough straight arm strength to transition from the crow to th crane?
I could do this in first practise itself thank you for your help
Thank you for the great tips to master the crow pose. Rocking is definitely an easier approach to get into the pose & I’m definitely going to keep practicing it. Thanks!!:)
i have seen how many videos of crow pose and how to manage to do the pose. you are the only one that explains it so well and i try it and i manage it to do it, even if i didn t stay for long, 10 seconds only.
OMG I held my crow pose the longest (1.5seconds LOL) with your rocking tips!!!! Have been trying for a couple months and I finally felt more confident!:D
Solo quería agradarte por todos los videos. Mi esposa y yo comenzamos a hacer yoga con tus videos y una de mis metas es lograr hacer figuras avanzadas. Poco a poco:). Gracias y saludos de otro venezolanos desde Zurich
Best crow pose explanation!!! Worked for me on the first try after struggling with so many other tutorials!!!
I’ve been trying to transition from crow to crane for months and havent made any progress. Any tips?
Hello Gabo
I really like and enjoyed watching this video of both poses and I am trying myself to get to reach on advance level.
I would like to ask you one question that could help me know how to lose love handles fat? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks again for your reply in advance
Is it natural to have your triceps hurt when you first try crane pose? I am used to crow and want to take it to the next level.
Sir i ‘m also practices of handstand daily but not by handstand hold in any support please suggest any by mistake me on handstand
Hey, I am trying to get myself into crane pose and I feel like I end up digging my knees into my upper arms to much. Is this something due to lack of core engagement maybe / lack of core strength?
from that camera angle your crane pose looks like cheating gravity:P
I can do it a little better!! Thanks i will practice untill i can do it. Best advice on youtube!!!
OMGGGGG i just learnt this pose while watching the video I DID ITTTTTTT
YESSSS THANK U SO MUCH NAMASTE VEATCH XDDD
Muchisimas gracias
Hacia bakasana pero no resistia tanto tiempo en la postura gracias a usted puedo hacerlo perfectamente
Namaste
This was super helpful and took away the pressure of getting it right. Little by little, am able to get closer and closer to getting it right. Rocking into balance is an excellent tip.
you really get to the point, i can hold the pose because of your presentation, especially like you have to front shot and a side shot, thumb up
I’m trying to do handstands but I feel the need to do this first.
Hey Sarah! I was able to lift my toes of ground only for a few seconds but that gave me a lill ache in my arms. Am I doing some thn wrong??
Thx so much bro, amazing work, going to try this, thanks for explaining so well
Waiting for your pranayam video including bhastrika pranayam as well…
I’m still learning this pose too. I find that it helps to put a pillow in front of me, so that leaning forward while balancing on my hands is less scary. I can’t hold it for any appreciable length of time, but I’ve been able to hover for a second.
I would call myself an intermediate yoga practitioner;
I got this wild idea that’s been brewing and I have even dreamt about it!
I WANNA do a solo handstand and independent pull ups ( strict) so I have been really focusing the past 2 weeks and plan to cont daily practice with these sorts of intentions.
My questionare there prerequisites in flexibility/strength that I should achieve before this is a realistic goal?
For example, I do 5 sets of 10 pull ups (assisted 40 lbs I weigh 140) with various push ups super sets 3x per week as warm ups. I can do tricep push ups fairly well and dive push ups and wall handstand for 31 min. Efforts ( toes against the wall and nose facing the wall). Are these good prerequisite skills to achieve a handstand and pull up power?
I would love to do a crow to handstand press after I get those down but really people is this doable in say 4-6 weeks? I am 51 y/o female, 18% lean mass and I train 5-6 days per week. Namaste.
Wow! Incredibly strong pose and working on it! Thanks so much, D
my arms really hurt when I squeeze my knees on them, am I doing anything wrong?

Awesome demonstration by Natasha. Sweet voice. If trained she will achieve great heights as a Singer.
so much echo, please improve, you could do so much better,:)
Ah, Neil, you’re my hero! Perfect video. The progression is excellent, and rocking back and forth at the end to shift weight forward makes all the difference. I can fly now for a couple seconds, practicing a bit every day. So manageable now, thank you!
I think I’m missing something because I ended up almost I. The pose I hunk but I was rocking between my head and my toes
I’m trying to get my press handstand but my middle isn’t strong enough. How can I get stronger so I can get my press handstand. I can’t get my hips above my shoulders, I keep collapsing and struggle with getting my feet above the floor heading to handstand. Can anyone help
By applying what is explained in the yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) along with cardio and also light weight training, I didn`t shed extra pounds only however got my core much stronger also. It`s easy to understand and enlightening. For the writer, yoga exercise is a way of life; it is even more than the positions. The images and also illustrations are comprehensive making the positions not difficult to follow..

after 3 years of trying bakasana, I came across your video and was finally able to do it. the part about feeling the weight shift was especially useful because it allowed me to be more conscious and therefore had more control over the pose. As opposed to jumping into a pose and “hopefully getting it right”. i hope that i can make the same kind of progress w your headstand videos!
My arms are hurt when I tried to rest my knees on them, should I wear long pant and long sleeves?
“Unless you want to practice jumping, this is relatively futile”
Lol
U r just awesome…pls make video how to loose tummy fat n what should we eat ty
It looks so easy when you do it…
I’m generally struggling with arm strength (planking and also burpees are some of my least favorite moves I have still a long way to go there) and I fear that I would hurt myself if I would try too hard to get into crow position. I just experimented a bit right now to see if I could do it, but it is just not happening right now…
