everyone here is saying how handsome you are. That might be true but try a lighter shirt color next time. These people here have no taste. Second man, your snacks, not meals, don’t make you a Gordon Ramsey. You pointed that out at the beginning. When I’m honest though, these snacks are barely above college level foods. The only difference might be the nutrition.
I expected waaayy more but maybe I expected too much from a doctor (emphasizing that you’re not a cook).
Anyways, the video was fun. And it’s not like these are unpleasant, useless ideas. I guess you’re lucky you’re this good looking this time; and that many of your viewers apparently have no idea how to cook.

My go to is Pad Thai, quick cooking veg (spring onions, capsicum, garlic, ginger, grated carrot,, mushrooms) with tofu fried with tamari, brown rice noodles, coconut milk, lime juice, tamari. Takes 10mins and is delicious ❤️your videos. FYI you can peel ginger with a spoon or if it’s organic leave the skin on and noodles are easier to handle with a pair of tongs or a spaghetti fork❤️✨

My go to yogurt recipe is fresh fruit (peaches are my favorite), fresh mint leaves, granola, and Siggi’s Icelandic yogurt. Siggi’s has the least amount of added sugar of any yogurt brand I know of.
I tried the mac and cheese, it’s really good! It is heavy though, I eat a lot as a vegan but just a little plate of that would make me feel full.
Ok so im confused, for the mexican rice recipe, did u let the rice cook all the way before u added it to the other stuff? Or was it only halfway cooked? Cuz it looked half cooked but u didnt mention it in the video so idk.

Most dogs are lactose intolerant and should not be eating yogurt or much yogurt. Usually they can tolerate some every once in a while but its not a great snack for them and can cause them to become ill. You may want to mention something about that to your followers. Thx! I only buy that peanut butter from Prozis because is biologic, and I do my own bread and jam because I put more fruit and less sugar and had less salt to the bread and more types of flour and some linhaça

My vegan go-to recipes are refried bean/cream cheese/salsa quesadilla, avocado on toasted sourdough, mug of veggie broth with rice noodles and leftover veggies tossed in, and fried rice, with soy/sriracha/finely chopped veggies added.

Hi! Let me first say that your recipes are inspirational for me. I usually never comment on videos I watch but I feel like I could share some tiny tricks m’y French heritage taught me and helped me heaps!
When you put cherry tomatoes and tomato paste in the same dish, it means that you need neither of them: you just need fresh and juicy tomatoes to make a sauce!
Putting the food in a cold pan that will later be warmed up doesn’t make much sense to any cooking person but there’s also a reason behind it: when the pan heats up with the food on it it delivers a latent heat that tends to dehydrate it and make it tasteless as a consequence. Try maybe to mix all your ingredients in a bowl before putting them into the hot pan. Also the meat will be tenderer this way. Also adding water when you don’t use a « pan cover » (sorry I don’t know the English name for that thing you put on top) well it’s necessary to give back to the food the water it lost while cooking in the open air. You’ll find your food more juicy for zero extra calorie. Also, it’ll be way more savory because the salt, pepper and spices/herbs you add for seasoning actually need heat and moisture to deliver its flavor! Yay! I hope you’ll enjoy those tips as much as I enjoy your recipes

I have a personal trainer and I’m trying to lose 50 pounds in 4 months. I was eating the wrong foods and not knowing what to eat makes things harder. However, now that I found your channel I can try out many healthy and tasty dishes! I really like all of the different healthy meals that are also modern. ⭐
