WOW, you must spend some time editing. If some fats are bad for health and other fats are good, health promoting, seems reasonable to call the later “good fats”. Their are good and bad carbs and proteins for promoting health too.

coconut water is definitely good for everyone but do not substitute it with water. 500ml of coconut water straight from the source if possibe everyday is more or less enough to give u its benefit. but make sure not to drink soda or any manufactured juice bec it really has no value to your body.
i personally ingest 2 tbsp of coconut oil everyday and it has done wonders.

The reality: Coconut oil has been shown to raise cholesterol levels — the good and the bad kinds — more than other plant-based oils like olive or canola. And in truth, medium-chain triglycerides make up only a small amount of the fatty acids in coconut oil. Also, there are NO vegan sources of omega 3!

WHAT YOU SHOULD REALLY KNOW ABOUT COCONUT WATER
-The macronutrients found in coconut water do not make up for the large amounts of sugar and carbohydrates. Although they are natural they are no different from cane sugar (which is also natural).
-pretty much every brand found on your grocery store shelf is pasteurized, meaning it is heated and boiled down destroying said nutrients. This makes it no better than sugar water.
-If you want real coconut water with at least a few health benefits you need to make sure that it is not pasteurized and that it is made from young coconuts w/ no additives. These are usually found in your store’s freezer section, and go bad within two days after opening because it is all natural.
-please do not buy coconut water and think that you are being healthy. You are poisoning your body w/ sugar and getting no benefits from buying the wrong brand.

The difference is that carbs are not essential nutrients. By that definition, they’re all suspect. Certainly, there are no “good” sugars that we should be consuming. The body produces as much glucose as it needs.
Fat, on the other hand, does come in many varieties, and because it is an essential macro nutrient, one that our bodies don’t spontaneously make, we need to differentiate between good and bad fats. This is simply a fact, made more problematic due to the overabundance of bad fats (packaged as good fats) in the modern food distribution system.
Sure, from a semantic point of view, it would be nice if people just stopped using the term “healthy fats”, and recognize that fats are essential. Unfortunately, that is simply not the reality we live in. Go to any grocery store-it’s much easier to find bad fats than good fats, and, unless you know what you’re looking for, you can easily consume the wrong things. Hence, the need for labels, the semantics, and the terminology.

I have to say I completely disagree there is always a TON of discussion about healthy and unhealthy carbs and proteins. Anybody with a passing interest in nutrition could describe the difference in all three macros.
I just want to bring up the carnivore diet. Meat is actually really good for you if you eat the whole animal. The Eskimo’s entire lifestyle is eating animals. There were no plants up north and they were fine and healthy. Also, before anyone of you want to call the carnivore diet fake, go talk to an Eskimo or consult a scientist or doctor first then come back to me. We’ll talk. But anyone who didn’t do so will be called an idiot since I will be led to believe you’re hysterical.

Coconut water is good soften your stool, great for a percent that have high blood pressure and may even take it away, it soften kidney stones to the point it will pass on its own. Do your research coconut water is excellent. Some of the benefits of coconut water are not mentioned when you do a research. It work on each person different. I myself drink about two glasses a day when I can. It is best fresh from the tree but many times when in the store and I purchase, when I get home to drink it, most of the times the color is pink to purple inside. It suppose to be a nice clear color with pure white jelly or the little bit of coconut meat should be a beautiful pure white. When color is pink to purple, which is not good. I live in New York and buying a fresh case is not easy to find. I usually buy 10 to 15 young shaved coconut, most are bad. Yes water is great but not better than true coconut water. Have your water and include your coconut water as your daily allowance to your intake of liquid for the day✌

In fact coconut is a tropical fruit grown off a palm tree and NASA clean air studies show the air cleansing property of tropical houseplants. One could argue that there are also “natural” forms of animal fats, that are unhealthy in their composition. Which is proven to depend greatly on how the animal lived. A.k.a. cows on a pasture / grass fed vs. soy or corn fed cows to fatten them up quickly with as low room as possible. Research has shown that the grass fed beef had a very good ratio of Omega 3 vs. Omega 6, while the other group had very low Omega 3.
Long story short: If the animal you are eating had an unhealthy lifestyle, then you probably shouldn’t eat it (health-wise)
