I have bursitis, arthritis, chronic inflammation, bowel, liver and belly fat issues. I use 1 teaspoon of sarsaparilla powder, 2.5 tbs. of coconut oil and 0.5 tsp of vanilla in 1 cup of hot water 3xs a day. This gives you benefits of both sarsaparilla and the oil, the vanilla helps with the flavor because the root does taste like dirt on it’s own. Ty for the video.
I am a witness to with this all i am going to man and woman she’s right what it do for you
I love when you share information, I always share it with my sister and tell her…”Here, watch my boyfriend’s video, it’s very informative.” LOL Never heard of this herb/supplement before and it’s great benefits, but please know I just ordered a bottle (I was very careful to read the ingredients, to make sure there were no weird fillers.) that’ll be here tomorrow…
THANKS FOR SHARING!!

Sarsaparilla is made up of plant sterols, so it’s got a steroid (hormonal) effect on the body. It cured my severe urethral pain I had years ago.
So thankful I found your channel today! I’m looking into natural ways of balancing my plant-based nutrition, uplifting my low energy etc. This is awesome! Does your book include recipes?
My inclination is to disregard any health information provided by a bald headed fellow or gal for that matter.

Any lab study with using rats saying ”we don’t know how it translates to humans” is completely meaningless… it is why we shouldn’t do animal testing anymore, it’s hopelessly outdated.
Also is high in phosphorus iron. The kind of iron the body uses.
Is root beer made from it? I’m not from the states but on a visit to the U.S I had a root beer which a surprising taste it reminded me of floor cleaner as it tastes just like floor cleaner smells
Question…where is the best place to get herbs if you’re unable to grow them yourself? (What are the best brands or places to go?)…hope you’re good tho G

Is sassafras the same as Sarsaparilla?
Is sarsaparilla really safe? Doesn’t it have safrole? Its thought that sarsaparilla helps with cancer but the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that sassafras has safrole that caused cancer cells in mice. For that very reason, back in the early 1950s or 60d the FDA banned safrole, ruling that sassafras could not be sold as a commercial food ingredient and can’t be used as medicine. You guys please do more research before you start ingesting stuff in your body
Haha I put sarsaparilla in my homemade root beer herb and spice blend!

Great video brotha! Any herb u recommend for gastritis and H.Pylori bacterial infection??
I’ve always read that you should boil roots to extract nutrients. Only leaves should be steeped and not boiled. Just steeping roots makes for a very weak tea. Boil roots on medium to low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Edit to add: There are always exceptions. Soursop aka Graviola leaves are best boiled because they are tougher and more fibrous than average leaves.
