I try to match either my skin color or the the color of the leggings for extra no show, if in case the leggings are slightly see thru. MeUndies.com thongs. Softer than cotton (modal), buuuut maybe not for gals who hate undies with a band. I’ve worn thongs for years (long dist running, lifting, etc) and never had issues. Best advice is to just try a bunch of stuff and do what works for you. Totally agree with that Victoria’s Secret doesn’t hold up….especially my experience with the seamless or bonded seam style panties.

Quite frankly I think panties are cuter. Prefer any traditional, smaller, lacey comes in last place, but better than nothing. It shapes, and outlines, and doesn’t look like you just painted the yoga pants on.

So I am a guy. I don’t even know why I clicked on the video. But living in an area where most (like 95%) of the women don’t care about panty lines. (I see them all the time) It always makes me laugh that women make a big deal about it. I have lived in a few states and I never once had one of my friends point out a panty line to me. I have friends point out bra straps, panties showing over pants, and nipples poking all kinds of fashion faux pas and panty lines have never been something. Most guys I talk to about them didn’t even know or even notice them. You women seem to be the only ones that actually worry about them. I say just wear whatever you find the most comfortable and stop worrying about panty lines so much. If you find thongs comfortable then wear them but if you find other types more comfortable wear them instead and don’t worry about panty lines. Unless you are going to something fancy where it might actually matter. Going to the gym panty lines should be the least of your worries. You should wear full coverage panties that don’t move around as much. Thongs have a higher chance of cause things like UTI and yeast infection definitely with things like working out. It is actually better to go commando than wearing a thong. Seamless boyshorts are a better option instead. And if you wonder how I know I read medical journals a lot so this topic comes up a lot.

As their is a war on men for everything. Women are also very self conscious and I also have to think most are, they look in the mirror a hundred times. I know this sounds weird but it’s a life saver! Wash your underwear on delicate make sure it’s cold water and once they’re done hang them to dry instead of putting them in the dryer it literally makes your underwear last soooo much longer and helps lace underwear stay together and not rip and fall apart it’s time consuming but it’s worth it so you don’t have to buy new underwear every 6 months to a year
