I dont know her face wasnt pretty convincing when she said taste pretty good.
i ordered the keto plan & got a 15 meals that were labeled keto, but were actually paleo. All had protein than fat, which is not the proper ratio for ketosis. I had to add a lot of fat to each of the meals to make them not kick me out of ketosis. The meals were dry and did not taste good, and the best part is 70% of them contained lots big green olives (which I absolutely hate & didn’t even think of requesting not to be in my meals, literally it’s like their main ingredient in the meals).

Fresh and lean is not going to get any of my business by simple fact that they don’t have the common sense to 1) publish nutrition info, at least not on their website and 2) sell by the meals.
These manufacturers all want some version of the Jenny Craig failure where they rip off customers left and right. Customers want meals in the 300 calorie to 1000 calorie range with a macro ratio of 5/5/90 or various higher protein versions 5/15/75, 5/30/65 or the most popular 5/45/50.
Manufacturers better figure this out since no less than the US military has ordered its distributers to do their MRE system as a keto diet. Which will result in a standard of 24 meals each about 1000 calories in some version of keto but able to sit on a shelf for months and years and be eaten without any cooking.

Lot of companies out there doing the same thing for half the price. They wanted 200 bucks for 10 meals a week. I pay a hundred a week with project lean nation and get 12. Is the food good though? They are nationally syndicated though and have celebrity endorsements hence the expensive cost.
