I kinda ate everything I am not supossed to eat and relied on my probiotics which was sooo dumb because they obviously help but only if I eat what makes me feel good.. I’m stupid and my stomach is bloated since Christmas.. need to detox the next two days because otherwise people will think I’m pregnant on NYE but great video, thank you!
the chili looks good but i can’t eat corn so i would just leave that part out n for the chips i would make up some papadums, the pasta looks good but the wife can’t eat peanuts, the meat balls look good as well i should try the chili n the meat balls
So love marrowfat peas!! But rarely buy them as everyone in my family hates them. Great that you got through Christmas without ibs pain. I so missed sprouts this year as I would’ve had cramps for days after. Great vlog guys xx

edit: thanks for taking your time out of your day to make this video for us ^^
I never know what to cook for dinner since going low fodmap, so your videos are perfect for me. Thanks for all your help. I love your dog, she’s so cute and well behaved.
Please post all the recipes you make in these videos, and remember to add in oven temperatures and times!
Had a great Christmas and ate salmon, DF mashed potatoes and green beans while the family had steak pie, mashed potatoes with cream through it and Brussels. Didn’t feel awkward or weird cuz I knew I wouldn’t be up through the night in agony!! Your channel has been a blessing Becky! What a difference your help has made!!! You and Mark ROCK!! Thank you all the way from Arizona!
I ate casseroles that I shouldn’t have and now I’m paying the price
Your videos get me back on track though. I hadn’t heard of the low FODMAP diet until my gastro recommended it several months ago and I’ve been loving you and Mark’s cooking videos ever since! I’ve been recreating a lot of your recipes and my husband and I absolutely love them all! Thank you for all of the inspiration during this difficult time
We avoid folic acid which means are are either organic or gluten free for our grains! Thanks for sharing and giving us more ideas!
Living with ibs and lactose intolerance is very uncomfortable at times. My mum has coeliac and is super sensitive when it comes to cross contamination, but managed a Christmas dinner without any problems.
I just found your channel and I am so excited because I am gluten free and I love the meal ideas
Leaving the recepies in the comments for future videos would help a lot
Thanks for including Peggy in the video loved the double paw thing she did at the camera…too cute!!!
Just found your channel. I’m also gluten and dairy free. Would you be able to post the recipes in the description box? How long did you cook the chili in the crockpot?
Would it be okay to prep this the night before, put in the fridge and just throw it in the morning?

Yay excited for this we are trying to cut dairy and be gluten free and I have four kiddos under 7 so I need good filling kid approved meals
I love how your daughter was helping every step of the way and how you interacted. Very sweet. She’ll appreciate it one day. Especially in college she’ll be ahead of a lot of kids. You’re doing great
I really love your videos, they are very helpful and make me so hungry each time!! So yummy! Sadly, I didn’t survive Christmas (I might have caught a bug because I haven’t been that sick in a long time though) and this year, once again, I have to cancel my plans for the New year…I don’t have many occasion to go out anymore, IBS really isolated me, especially since my “friends” don’t want to understand that this is serious handicap and think I’m canceling because I prefer to stay home. I stay home because I have no other choice and it makes me sad but what can you do? Loperamine is not working anymore for me so… Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipes!
My wife is gluten free and dairy free and I’m just dairy free but avoid excess gluten lol It’s hard cooking for both but it can be done. Coming up with recipes for dairy free I think is more of a challenge thanks for the great video. Looks like you guys have fun in the kitchen together and that’s what it’s all about.
I love this because I’m gluten and lactose free but not vegan! Thank you I will definitely post when I make these!
Ate poorly Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the couch with a thumping headache. Eating well ever since so lesson learned.
