Just made this and its delicious but definitely cut the oregano by at least half
I bought a Fagor pressure cooker (same model as yours) and it malfunctioned within two months. I exchanged it for a new one and it died within two years. Then I switched to Instant Pot and I’ve never looked back.
loving the comments of people weirded out by pork butt. it’s from the shoulder area yall 😉
This is one of the most Entertaining video I’ve seen that has do with cooking. Ur vibe is amazing. Subscribing to your channel now!!!!!
Videos were playing I knew exactly who was talking love his videos
After much experimentation, this is essentially how I make mine, EXCEPT I:
(1) Slice deep gashes in pork and marinate overnight in sweetened condensed milk;
(2) Add chiles to the other aromatics, making sure to rub them into the crevices.
Not only do you make yummy food but you are enjoyable to watch!
I bet it’ll taste better with Sunny D and a splash of Tecate
Going to try this with honey pasilla sauce for the marinade.
making this. can I cook it on high for a shorter amount of time?
That looks SO good. All my favorite flavors in a taco! Thank you!!
My pressure cooker does the same. You gotta somehow stop that steam From leaving. Idk how I do it. Usually a hammer works good hahaa Jk
Hey Chef Tom, I really liked your “Hot Links” video. Any chance you can make more sausage videos? Maybe bratwurst. Perhaps some Meat Locker charcuterie?
SPEED KILLS, Way Too Fast, and no details on What and How Much. BAD Video.
Alma, I just found your channel this morning. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes and ideas with us, I hope that they keep coming!
Any chance you can do a video on making your own homemade bacon?
Nice job Courtney. Looks amazing. I hope you reach 100k subs and more. Love the effort and passion. I think you deserve sponsorship and wish you success.:)
Anyway, made this tonight. It. Was. Fantastic. I only put 1 1/2 peppers in it though bc we aren’t a fan of super spicy. It was perfect!
Thumbs up just for the Utah joke. 10/10. The sandwich looks awesome
Legit looks like my order at Chipotle when I used to go there.
OMG!!! THIS WAS THE FASTEST, RIGHT TO THE POINT AND MOST DELICIOUS LOOKING VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
Such a fan of slow cooker recipes. I’ll have to save this for next week for Taco Tuesday.
chef tom…we like to see a video of you cooking ossobucco
I was looking for this recipe. Thank you Laura! Try broiling the meat instead of the last step. It crisps up the tips a little better and it’s faster.:)
Would there be a huge change in taste if you replaced the mayo/sour cream with Greek yogurt?
I don’t eat pork. But damn. This looks fabulous. Chef tom. You are killin it man
other than bomb ass taste the best part is that pork shoulder is one of the cheapest cuts one can find, even here in los angeles you can find it as low as.69 cents a lb
Just discovered SAM THE COOKING GUY. Where have I been? Love this guy. Keep the F bombs coming!
PORK BOOTY!!! This looks absolutely amazing! That pork looks SO tender! Also, I love that slowcooker, I’ve been in the market for one for a while now, so I might take a gander at that brand! And I’m also glad you made your chipotle lime sauce with parsley instead of cilantro.. I HATE cilantro! Great video, girl!
It looks yummy don’t watch when hungry but it looks dry still yummy
This is probably the worst pulled pork I have ever seen in my life…….shame on you.
great recipe I love the orange! I like how you shredded by hand. Could you do a video on Carne Adovada?
Buy the origional, Canadian invented InstaPot….mine works great on pulled pork!
Sam
Is it possible to combine 2 hrs of smoking and pressure cooker to do finish the pulled pork? Sorta like a cheat instead of 8-10hrs if smoking? Sunday’s are precious:)
yessir the Cuisinart is the one to love! Pulled pork everything is now on the menu thanks.
I am single and financially secure and enjoy life and love to cook, and I am looking for a woman like Laura. Not Laura. She is married. But someone like her! She has Moxie!
Why the coke. It is full of sugar and disgusting chemicals. There are so many better ways to make this recipe without coke.
This is exactly what my Tuesday needed! Everything looks so yummy. I’m normally intimidated by pork meat, I am always afraid of undercooking it. But this crock pot method looks so dang easy. And that chipotle lime sauce?!? I could definitely drink that. Thanks girl!
I made this yesterday. The meat tasted like pot roast but maybe it was supposed to. I recommend seasoning to your own liking. Personally I’d cut out the oregano and bay Leafs. stick with the basics, like salt, pepper, garlic.
I’m making this today for dinner oh my goodness my mouth got watery lol
Who ever lives near your balcony probably goes insane smelling that amazing meat all the time.
You said you make this in the crockpot for larger groups do you have a video for that?
I’m so glad I found your YouTube channel! You’re videos are edited so well and your instructions are so easy to follow. Please continue to do more!
Great and yummy Tacos Courtney..You my Friend have a New Subscriber!!
Buttermilk and flour fried onions r awesome. U can add other stuff to the flour but it isnt needed. Simple salt the onions after removed from oil just like french fries
Nice recipe!! I’m making this tonight but no cilantro. Cilantro tastes like soap to me. Am I the only cilantro hater in here? I call it stink weed.
for every single recipe they do, these dudes just dump all the ingredients and set it on fire.
that really looks super delicious!! I don’t prefer slow cooking cuz it takes a lot of time to cook. this is a very peculiar time for you to upload. so are we gonna get 2 recipes every week instead of one? a short and a long version?
Too much work. I could simply go down to Gonzalez Northgate market and buy the carnitas all ready to go!:)
Fantastic Laura! Thank you for sharing, I have done Moo Shu Pork Tacos, will try your Carnitas as well.
So, you threw away everything that gives carnitas its’ flavor… Good Job.
My mouth is salivating. This looks so good. Thank you for the recipe
I can’t even hear Astro. Until you yell ASTRO! I promise. Been enjoying your cooking ideas from way back. Thanks
I love when this guy screams at the dogs…astro puts me in mind of some kind of alien dog that dropped outta the sky to ruin his cooking shows, lmao! Recipe idea…i challenge You, the Best Cook, to a good ol’ southern pig in the ground bbq, because “why not!”
these video are making me get better at my dream of being a Cheif
I’m Mexican and I am over here drooling at these carnitas!!! Yum! Thanks for doing a recipe that we Mexicans love! I adore you and your Italian recipes
I love your videos! Would you please post more of your amazing authentic recipes? Thanks Alma
I really love your recipes you explain everything very well and make it very easy, and the flavor is nice. Thank you ♥️
Laura that fat was flavor… and you’re doing it Cuban style. you could have made a Cuban sandwich.
just thinking I really need to see a face net!!!!!! nice tacos
Looks very delicious!! I think you’d love them more if you take a frying pan and kind of brown the tortillas
That’s not street tacos that’s and pull pork we don’t used is carnitas call it takos with a k
Las carnitas en Mexico son de puerco.
Mas bien esta receta. Es BARBACOA MEXICANA
De cualcuier manera. Le quedo deliciosa.!!
I’ve seen a number of carnitas videos on utube, all somewhat similar. I love that yours is to the point and quick,…..made it yesterday, oh my goodness, fantastic, made the best tacos I’ve ever had.
Especially with my fabulous guacamole and roasted green sauce, man I want to have it for breakfast this morning. Thanks.
You need to update the ingredients list to add garlic to your sauce 😉
I have been looking for a new slow cooker meal! Omg this looks soooo good!!
Too bad you use pre made ingredients. Nice idea though Just will wing it and do my own like usual
Help!!! How would you adjust this to make it in the crock pot??? I wanna make double the batch in there!
Love this crockpot!>>> ur2.pl/1064 I have several but this is my go to! I love the locking lid and programmimg screen
I grew up in Southern California and yes nothing touches carnitas for me..It’s a part of me..yum yum
Looks dry. I would reduce the liquid but not let the meat go dry. Leave a little gravy and grease.
Can we make a video request? Cause I’d love to see one for carnitas de pollo
I use Gebhardts chili powder, bay leaves, sweet onion, garlic powder, ground parsley, ground clove, ground cinnamon and black pepper. I’ve been doing it for a while you are the only person I see do it similar to mine. Mine is based on an old slow cooker beef barbacoa recipe
08:50 maybe if you closed the air on top it would get pressure
Great recipe tips, I forgot the ingredients,, now cooking in crock pot, thanks for making this video. Next is to make salsa for this creation.
Hi Sam, I made this tonight and I want to say: It was excellent. I love that it wasn’t as sweet and heavy as other pulled pork recipes. I had a bit of trouble finding the celery salt, as it’s not an ingredient regularly used in Australia but I got there in the end. It was well worth the effort.
hell of alot better recipe than allrecipe channel carnitas her shit looked un seasoned pulled pork fit for a sandwich not tacos
Hi Sam! Love this and all you recipes & you do make me laugh. Another really good way of cooking pulled pork is to cook it in an electric slow cooker (well that’s what us Brits call one). Minimal prep, throw it in, turn it on & leave to it’s own devices for 4-8 hours! Totally hassle free, you can even set it cooking in the morning, head out for the day & come home to delicious beautifully cooked pork. Keep up the good work! Regards Padders
Deglaze before putting the pork back in so you get all that goodness in the flavour
If you dont raise your own pig and slaughter it,,,,,,,It`s not homemade
I’m a new subscriber, and knowing you don’t like cilantro makes me like you even more!! These look wonderful!
Thanks so much Alma another good simple delicious meal. Thanks again.
Guys. I made the meat like this yesterday. I made a bit more so added a bit more seasoning (closely guestimated measuements). It was Amazing!! My entire family pigged out on this. No one had less than 3 servings….and they usually will only eat one serving of anything. No need to add liquid as the meat releases juice and fat enough to cover itself. If it comes out bland add more salt!
My sons loved this. Thank you for teaching me how to make delicious meals for my family.
The thumbnail in my subs section looked like shredded balloons in a tortilla lol
Hey Tom, just wanted to drop a quick thanks for the recipes. I made the pork & slaw along with homemade tortillas last weekend for friends and folks, and it was a total home run. Thanks dude!
I made this and it was good! The next day it tasted even better! I used 1/2 tsp or 1 tsp instead. It came out perfect!
Love love love this recipe!!! I do it exactly like this but turn on my slow cooker and put 2 tablespoons of lard in it and while I season the meat, it melts and then I add a splash of milk and a splash of orange juice. Other than that I do the same!!!
Chef Tom, you always have such sharp knives. Can you make a quick sharpening video of how you do it?
Sam I love how your Sub changed from formal dress to casual NATO. I do the same with mine depending on the day’s vibe. After all, variety is the spice of life. Lol loved this, especially the slaw sauce. Cheers.
I tried this recipe last night and holy cow! It’s absolutely amazing, and that Chipotle sauce is absolutely to die for
I found a pod cast where you talked about smoked shoulder…time to break out a smoker and have a smoked pulled pork duo. Sandwich and BBQ Pizza!
These chili lime chicken tacos would go super well to serve alongside of these! Check them out:) https://youtu.be/vJMlaZ5W1S0
I discovered this channel just a little while ago and so far, everything I’ve tried of yours has turned out delicious. I was looking for a nice street taco recipe for my taco-fiend girlfriend. One that had a little more to it than just meat, cheese, and onion. This looks like a fantastic option. I might add some radishes tho. Thanks for all the ideas!
This was an awesome video! Can’t wait to try it! In fact my husband just brought in a pork Butt from the grocery store!! Thanks!
Can’t watch this dude. Limp-wristed and gross. Who says FU to their own child? This guy’s just nasty.
Alma, I love your recipes. Thank you for such delicious, wholesome and healthy dishes. I have made several of your dishes: Fideo, chile rellenos, Mexican rice, beans, and more. My guests always compliment the meals I make from your channel, thank you!
sam! can you do a slow cooked asian beef rice bowl? thank you!
reads pork butt, pauses the video just to see the comment section. xD
Holy crap, I actually made this recipe almost exactly before watching this video. The only difference was cayenne pepper instead of chili and also green onions.
Made this last night with 1.3# pork tenderloin. It came out pretty good. Probably gonna get a pork shoulder today and do a real batch of carnitas.
This is fake no Mexican puts sour cream and cheese in a REAL taco
Dont remove the fat, the fat is what makes pulled pork moist and not dry out. Its essential to keep it in
Pork butt is just the shoulder. It used to be stored and transported in barrels called butts.
Chef Tom. I am loving every single one of your videos, between yours and Almazan Kitchen’s videos my spare time is fully occupied. Your delivery is spot on, the cooking is explained and shown perfectly. Well done. As i’m in the NW of the UK i’ll have to wait 3 or 4 months before i can start trying these. Thank you so much.
I love the banter between Sam and Max. Love the show! Thanks for helping America cook again!
sucks that you have to buy specific sauces and it’s not all homemade. I’m guessing he’s selling the sauce.
Made this. It’s good. But leave out the orange peals, it makes the meat bitter.
Hi I’m from UK and can only get chipotle paste will that work?
made this yesterday. spices and everything smelled amazing when cooking but found the meat fairly bland when eating. still good but not much flavour
I’ve gotta ask where you get your knives? That’s a fine looking blade!
Made this today. You are right. Need to make the sauce with this, it’s a must.
Thank you
Lana, its top secret, but this pork stuff, its like really good for the stomach, i think, i’m still testing it out.
Laura, prepare next time a Pico de Gago which goes great with those tacos!
This looks so good! And you don’t like cilantro! SUBSCRIBED
Yes ma’am, I can do it just as you did, wow thanks. It looks easy now
guys its isnt actually a pork but its really a peice of the shoulder
This looks like the dish god would order at the restaurant:O
great tacos!!, but I think they would be greater with freshly-made small corn tortillas and a chilli salsa over them… greetings from Costa Rica
Holy cow these look awesome! I will definitely be making these!
You could literally start a restaurant and only cook these recipes and make millions
I made this tonight, and oh my goodness was it delicious. Thank you, Sam!!
That is a rather large orange or everything else is really same.
They stole this from a YouTube called cafe delights. Really tasty?
it’s not pressurizing because all of the steam is coming out dummy
Great looking pork….I think a fire roasted salsa on the side would be great too. A taco without salsa just feels naked…by no means I’m knocking on your masterpiece, it’s just a Mexican point of view. I’m going to try your recipe on my Big Green Egg.
I prefer some spicy braised in craft red beer pulled pork ontop of some homemade mac and cheese with 5 diff cheese. One is blue cheese.
¡Nada mejor que la cebolla morada curtida! Nunca dejes que la tortilla de harina de te queme.
Made these today….Awesome dish! Thanks Chef Tom for showing us how to make them.
What is the name of the pork? Looks delicious, I’m going to try it
This should be a criminal act against pulled pork everywhere love the channel but you gotta smoke that butt with raw wood
Most over cimplicated Tacos ever man….. tacos suppose to be good n quick wtf is up with this overnight bull shit…
Indoctrinated christians, bless the pork sandwiches you’re about to devour in Catholicism’s non-existent Caucasian Jesus/Yeshua earth Christ’s goddamn name.
Wise man……don’t take your children into your business, you will always regret
Me who has never had pork more than once:
What the pulled pork f**k is this?!
Dang it!! I hate to admit it but those tacos look freaking good!
The problem up here in the North is no Buttermilk in most stores!
Doing it in a pressure cooker is quicker, and just as flavorful, if not more flavorful.
Maybe you can do an Asian dish where Astro is the main ingredient
Making this! Tacos one day and with beans and rice the next.
somehow pork butt tastes really gross to me, I always feel like what it must have pooped before it was cut into pieces
Just made this slaw and added some diced onions, good call Tom great slaw
Pure mouthgasm video! I love smoking beef, fish, chicken and veggies. But!. the best is pork. And this recipe just screams eat me. My gawt dayum
Came here to learn a carnitas recipe, ended up getting distracted by how fine af Laura is… ugh… slaps own forehead…typical man…
The reason why you use that cut is for the flavour the fat adds * slaps forehead* why cut It off?
Hi, I’m following this recipe and I made a mistake… I put one tablespoon of cumin instead of a teaspoon, is this okay?
Also, due to covid I couldn’t find pork shoulder anyone so I used pork loin, is this okay?
Thank you for the video
Alma has the best Mexican recipes on the internet. Everyone should subscribe to her channel.
CON LA PENA PERO ESAS NO SE ACERCAN NADA ALAS CARNITAS MEXICANAS, AQUI EN MEXICO SE COCINAN COMO MANJAR DE DIOSES CON SU RECETA ORIGINAL SALSAS CEBOLLA GUACAMOLE NADA QUE VER CON ESTO
Loveee watching your videos lol always puts me in a good mood. Could I substitute the pork with beef?? If so what kind of beef? We don’t eat pork.. or well my family doesn’t (my husband& kids are muslim) lol I’ll sneak a pepperoni or 2 when I can.
Just made this to the best of my abilities and wow what a delicious treat. Thanks for the upload
Most decent flour tortillas are made with lard. Nothing really new. Great looking tacos though
Am I the only one who legit gets turned on by the sizzle alone!?
You call it BBQ pulled pork…but where’s the BBQ in all of this? Only thing that could have made this vid better, and make your pulled pork taste better
Even though the recipe looks to die for, I was secretly hoping Tucker would have come running through the kitchen. I will definitely make this later this month for my son’s 16th birthday.
I make Carnitas with pico de gallo…always a hit with the family
If you wanna do a simple but crazy good pulled pork burger try making pulled pork, Worcestershire sauce (caramelised onions with brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, cinamon, ginger, mustard, soja sauce) and make a noodle bun (cooked noodles with chicken broth, mix it with eggs and put it in a pan (with an “emporte pièce” don’t really know the name in english, the metal thingy to shape burgers).
Simple but you really can taste all the ingrédients
You call this homemade? I’m disappointed you didn’t raise the hog from birth, grow the veggies in your backyard, pick an avocado off of your avocado tree and process it into oil, and refine the steel from iron you mined yourself and smithed into your knife!
I dunno seems like a pressure cooker shake down. [Sam] “Oi guys pay us to endorse you”. [Pressure cooker guys] “What? No”. [Sam] “OK fuck you guys then I’m gonna make you look like cunts”
Every time I watch your videos I say..” it doesn’t get any better than this”…well you keep getting better anyway. Love the sense of humor. And the food is great also.
To make these you’d have to start by the time you’ve already finished making your lunch.
I want to try this recipe, but for me I’ll use an other meat because I can’t eat pork meat.
correct me if i’m wrong, but when cooking i was taught to put oregano when the food is almost done cooking because if you put if from the beginning it leaves a bitter taste to it
Jesus, you are a pulled pork sandwich with chopsticks. And that is why we love you. LUIS/ASTRO 2020!!!
what major supermarket can you find the adobo chili peppers?
That was almost as sexy as Ivanka Trump! I would’ve added a little condensed milk 1T., and 1T. Of cola and a 1 tsp. of cinnamon to further enhance! Shabaam!!!
Instead of milk (buttermilk) can I add the onions to sour cream ¿????
Want to jump in the screen and start eating that immediately
Chef Tom, looks good, im going to try your recipe, I cook different way, but you’re awesome blessings and greetings from the Sonoran Desert Hermosillo, Sonora.Mexico
Okay, what is on the menu for the Fourth of July? I’m asking both you and Malcom Reed what’s for dinner.
Lets be good to another… ah I messed it up….
nah, thats one of my fav. parts of the video because it always sounds like you really mean it.
you can never mess up a ‘lets be good to another’!
MAN!! I nearly drowned in my saliva just watching this Chef!!! Gonna be trying these real soon!!!
Sam Brilliantly entertaining…. Wit at its finest… and that merch rocks….! Love from Australia….
It’s the gag, the pork “booty”, and those funny little quirks that make your video so much more enjoyable than other cooking videos. Keep it up!
A butt is the container pork shoulder was shipped in. Not the rear of the pig.
I think I have fallen in love ( but please heat the tortilla)
Great pulled pork…perfectly cooked. I ordered the pork fat tortillas online from Caramello Tortillas! Excited to try this recipe on my Weber Kettle!
You have taught me how to make all my favorite foods. I thought it was so hard but not after your channel. Gracias Alma!
I like how they film the boondoggle with the two pressure cookers.
Awesome Alma! We need video as well for homemade enchiladas.
Another nice tutorial! I do pork butts alla th time in my smokers, haven’t tried one in my Insta Pot yet, but will be doin so…Thanks, yall! Be safe an well!
If you’re trying to eliminate steam during the wrapped portion of the cook couldn’t you use pink butcher paper to keep the bark, hold the moisture but allow the steam to escape?
So important to toss in the squeezed oranges. If you just use the juice, it won’t have the same flavor
So….how long in a slow cooker? I don’t have a pressure cooker
I love the editing and pace of the video. I also ❤ your recipes.
Look’s good.I will try this today. Except i will put the pork shoulder on my smoker.
Just tried this one 2 weeks ago. We had it for 2 days and it was delicious! Love it. and there was also leftover frozen pork for a soup and a stew during the following week. and leftover sauce for salads, and potatoes and pumpkin. really really delicious! Thanks heaps
Are there any ideas on what to do with the leftover stuff in the slow-cooker? or is throwing it away the only option? (forgive me, im pretty derp when it comes to cooking)
When she wrapped her mouth around that taco … well you can say my loins got very excited.
Once you start offering shipping on those sauces to Canada I would be happy to order some and support the channel! Love the videos!!
made up recipe nothing like the original but not too bad looking either
Thanks, Sam. I’m making this recipe for my guests on the 4th.
Looks delicious. I love using the slow cooker! Thanks for sharing.
Sir you got yourself a new subscriber…. hahahahaha fucking awesome chef thanks for the recipe
Could you do one of my favorites. Braided pork tenderloin. It’s always juicy and the rub is on the inside and out side of the meat. It’s also a beautiful presentation.
You know what would be good. After you soak the onions and pull them out of the buttermilk, put chicken in the onionized buttermilk and let it sit the proper amount of time and then fry the chicken. That would put it over the top.
Believe me, real tacos aren’t even close to that… you should come to Mexico and taste a real one
I’m a brand new subscriber, and I must admit your recipes look easy to create and motivate you to actually attempt them.(Big fan of the slow cookers). Plus your natural humour that you bring to these vids is frikkin’ hilarious. Keep up this entertaining approach. If people like my comment they can “smack” that LIKE 😉
great video thanks! and if you’re mexican saying this isn’t mexican enough shut yo face up and go ask your abuelita how to make carnitas instead of looking it up on YouTube.
New subscriber here! Lover your channel! These look amazing! I love that you are showing the steps to every component!
I would prefer for my meat to swim in the sauce. Anyone else? The sauce should of been delicious, why evaporate it?
i steam my vegetables and peppers before making salsa works better
My mouth is watering……..YUM ME They look fantastic!!!!!!
Chef Tom, do you guys have another seasoning like 8 second ride that isn’t as hot. It’s just a little too hot for my kids. Thanks. Love all the vids. Keep em up!
Made this and it came out tasting like orange peel. Would’ve been perfect otherwise. Don’t add the rind!!!!
Coming to watch a second time to get all the ingredients because I’m making it this week!!! Looks so good Courtney! Great job on this video! It’s so awesome watching you guys getting better and better!!
I make so many of you’re recipes and me and my family love it! I recently just got an instant pot and want to make this recipe but how long and what option would I use to make this recipe?
Pork butt slow Broiled for 7 ish hours in dos equis/orange juice/seasoning, served with queso fresco, pineapple pico de galo (add chopped red pepper) cilantro, and salsa verde. Thats how i like to make them for my taco tuesday special.
Finally an honest Chef rolling out a NOT BRAND NEW Sheet Pan, keep….keeping it real Chef Tom.
Well Carmelo Tacos just got an order from me. They have duck fat ones too!
We made this tonight. My only complaint is that I ate way too much. It was delicious! Thanks for sharing.
In Germany there is a difference between homemade and selfmade
Do you not cut it into smaller pieces so it can cook faster?
I want to see liver and onions. Let’s see if ol’ Tom can make me like that dish.
That music… I was waiting for the doorbell to ring with a guy named Rod asking if you had plumbing issues…
two of my favorite things bbq pulled pork and tacos. looks delicious! thanks chef Tom
which instant read is that? not in the description that I could find, thanks
I was with you until you started using bottled sauces (what on earth is a “brine bath”, that is just pretension) and rubs. It felt too much like a commercial.
I had these tacos at a store event in January. They are super tasty!! I’ve been waiting for the recipe to be posted. Thanks Chef Tom!
Great video, I would advise you to try a burnt yellow chili (chilaca or california) with a bit of lime.
I never hear the noises people in videos bitch about. I didn’t hear the fucking dog Astro bark.
That fat may not moisturize, but that outside meat….you’re breaking my heart.
I always enjoy how Sam thinks yelling at the neighbors’ dog will have any meaning to the dog.
BOOM! Thank you. Can’t believe I waste my valuable time with other channels.
Wise man……don’t take your children into your business, you will always regret it…..
Pork Butt = Pork Shoulder. They just call it “Butt” because about 200 years ago it was transported in large barrels called “butts” so they ended up calling it Pork Butt or Boston Butt. Those are the same Pork Shoulder.
Your knives are something worth mentioning but you lost me at pellet smoker, sorry
The pork looks super dry! I would have kept all the fat and cooked it an hour less. That’s just me.
Tacos without salsa verde? Nope. Kick up the heat and maybe some sauteed jalapenos.
Just personal preference, but I prefer much more fat in the shredded pork for moisture. It looks dry to me. But that’s why I’m fat and Laura isn’t.
You lost me cutting the fat off…. it’s so much flavor in the fat… it usually renders off on its own and what doesn’t is usually taken off when done… that pork looked dry
Here’s a suggestion…well, you mentioned it yourself, a pulled pork benedict. I’ve yet to experience that?? If anyone can show us, you can, Sam!! (I heard the Max “sigh” at the finished goodness, along with yours, haha!)
Love the fact there is no talking about your life and that it’s a short video. Some of us pay for our data usage. Thanks for considering that.
p.s. Everyone ❤️ these!!!!!
