I remember growing up in Calif as a kid with my bros and sisters and always boiling eggs on Easter for 15 min and never having any problems with peeling. Since moving to AZ the eggs never seemed to peel as I remembered, I have tried different ways and yours has been the one that works for me, perfect every time. Thank You so much for sharing.

Are these time scales for a specific egg size that you always use? I would think than an egg of size small (45 52 grams) would cook a lot faster than an egg of size extra large (73+ grams)
