Also, I like in the beginning how the title “What I Eat” appears the same time as you walk to the other side of the kitchen. How did you do that? Literally all you can do to get through the few weeks before the wedding is to sit back and realize that at the end of the day, the wedding day doesn’t even matter. No one will remember what kind of flowers you had, or the colour of the chair coverings or whatever. Once you can accept this, and realize that everything after the wedding is the important stuff, the stress of the wedding seems significantly less stressful. Your day will not go perfectly, but it’s going to be amazing nonetheless. Deep breathes, break you tasks into 15 minute chunks and just get pumped.:)
To get through the last few weeks, i had to delegate what I could based on who showed themselves to be most dependable. I also had to remember to keep things in perspective (a wedding is ONE day, a marriage is forever). I didn’t want to become a bridezilla and ruin the experience for everyone else. Hopefully your maid/matron of honor has things like an emergency bag ready for you. Your day should be exciting not stressful at all. Hopefully you’ve had hair and makeup run throughs, etc? Water chemistry is routinely tested and the results are publicly available online, including any potential contaminants. Fruit has SUGAR in them and can’t be consumed by some people. Example…a banana has 2-teaspoons of sugar in it.

How about drinking caffeine? Like low carb espresso? i am experiencing diarrhea last day and now when i drink low carb coffee.

Coffee? I have mine with creamer and sweetener. When trying to cut it out of my diet, I get horrible headaches. I’ve tried doing green tea as an alternative, but doesn’t help with headaches and energy is a thing as well. Does the skinny tea help with the caffeine withdrawal? Other advise?

I take Gotukola leaves, murunga and Kathurumurunga leaves wash and finely cut and adding little bit of scraped coconut, finely cut red onions, bit of salt and mix it, can add few drops of lime juice also keep on fire and cook it for few seconds, only Gotukola you must not keep it on fire. Spinach can be eaten like salad leaves with rice. Carrots and pumpkin cooked as curries can be eaten with rice with above mentioned green leaves.
