I am a fan of yours. Not only because of the information provided by you but also because of the soothing voice that you have.
Any substitute for trauma oil?
I love the videos! Do you ever recommend “aging” your stock blends? I don’t know if its just a perfumer thing, bc the smell of an oil blend changes as they have a chance to mingle over time. I do notice a difference at least in scent when I make a stock blend that’s had a week to “age” vs mixing in the diffuser. I don’t know if the effects are any different though.
Can I substitute Copiaba for the black spruce. I am just starting with essential oils and my inventory is not that extensive.
My Dad loves a store purchased roll on that had 14% menthol in a 2.5 oz bottle. But i cant find this anymore, my Dad, who is 87 really needs this & is desperate. Do you have a similar recipie?
You’re the best Andrea! Substitute for the myrrh please and could you please do a blend for depression, grief and anxiety?
Wherw can i get the the trauma oil? THANKS

Do know a good oil for muscle twitch?? My mom has been struggling muscle twitching for a few year now. It’s a non stop twitching.
Thank you so much for doing this video! I just started using Myrrh this week and love it. I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to blend it with ginger but that sounds amazing! I’m so glad you showed us this blend.
Can I use just eucalyptus oil and do I have to dilute with water
Can you please do one for ear pain or a natural pain killer?
Hi.. Are the oils that your using, are they the ones for sale on your web page? And are they 100% oil nothing added??
What could I use instead of black fir? I use mahanarayan oil instead of trauma oil, it’s cheaper and easier to get in the UK! I’m dying to try this, I’ve used other oils for pain but I’d love to use this blend. My magic blend, which I don’t use very often so I get the best results is black pepper, ginger and clary sage. Either in the bath or topically but it always eases my pain. Thanks Andrea don’t know what I’d do without your videos xxx
After I take cipro I had so many side effect one of them muscle pain that stretch does that oil will help?
sometimes my back muscle hurts so very bad. The neuro gave me some muscle relaxers, but I don’t like taking them unless I have to. I have DDD so the muscles surrounding my spine get rope like causing so much pain. I also get migraines that make me end up sleeping a lot mostly from the medication. If EO’s could help me get off meds that would be great. I also have an anxiety disorder and the physician has given me meds (as needed) for that. I don’t want to be on all this.
Where I can find the trauma oil,?? I never hear about it. Thank
There are a few components to relieving pain quickly. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Patella Pain Pundit (check it out on google) it’s the most useful resource i’ve heard of. look at the great info.
Awesome! Thank you for posting! By the way, I like your kitchen
Andrea, should this blend be kept refrigerated, as it has no preservative and is water based?
Hi There.
looking for info on pain relief on snapped patella on knee. Year later still pain in knee what you recommend?
Looking for a good blend for a 3 year old having growing pains. Is this to strong?
I came here to see how to make a bank pain blend, I’ve literally watched EVERY video (literally) you have posted so I knew right where to come! Lol. I actually ended up making my item concoction which I will be trying tonight to see how it goes, I don’t have any trauma oil so I just used used grapeseed oil, in it I put high altitude French lavender, juniper berry, frankensence frereana, ho wood, amyris (not really sure if the amyris will help any?), And peppermint in it. I’m excited to see if it will help this crappy kneck-back muscle pain I’ve been having! My boo said he will give me a back massage so I’m super excited about it all!:-) ☮️

People that have the facial features of our Native American ancestors, I trust them with my life.
so Dr do you think that the CT guided injection is safe for inflammation of the back just above the shoulders
Can you tell me if there is a difference between how many drops you can use in carrier oil versus a cream. I used a blend of 19 drops to 5 teaspoons of carrier. It still irritated my skin. thought maybe cream would be better?
Also what can I use to replace Saro if I dont have it. Would Ravintsara work as a substitute.?
Its really a joy to watch your videos. You yourself, and your recipes but also not limited to them, is really relaxing. Please keep going with these!

Wintergreen is one of the best I use for tightness and inflammation peppermint would be second I also use lemongrass for ligament damage to recover faster this are the best oils don’t forget to add castor cold press oil because the essential oils can burn so u have to mix it with something plus the castor oil helps brake up scar tissue #FACTs

You say “these 3 safe essential oils (Wintergreen, Peppermint, and Arnica) WHEN COMBINED WITH.” Combined with WHAT, and in what ratios? Or is there a brand I can I buy in cream or oil, that is already in the correctly mixed in amounts needed?
@motivationaldoc: do you recommend taking the oils pure or should they be mixed because of being to concentrated? how many times a day should in case of tendinitis these oils be applied? thank you!
I love your video! Specially because you add scientific research as evidence! Now, I am new subscriber. Thank you!
Would this blend work for fibromyalgia, or would you suggest another blend? Thanks Dee
