Great tips! I get the bowl and Im the opposite i usually never opt for rice or corn, but I love Chipotle’s because they are so flavorful to me! So I ask for them on the side and measure out the portions and add to it:)

I get the same as you without lettuce or veggies/peppers! The sofritas are so good and seasoned well! I also don’t do any chips or cheese. Sometimes guacamole! I would love to hear more about your macros breakdown since you don’t do much fat. I think I need to pay closer attention to that to achieve some of my goals.

I do the exact same bowl minus the corn, and I never get guac cause I don’t care for avocado. You’re obviously doing what works for you, but I’ve read conflicting research on soy products so I’m kind of torn with the sofritas. It’s so good though!

Hey sista! Fellow vegan here and I love Chipotle! Usually I also go with the burrito bowl as well. White rice, no beans typically (their beans are too liquid for my taste), extra fajita veggies, pico, hot salsa (the sodium is terrible, but guilty please), corn, lettuce and guac!

you say sofritas so funny! might be a southern thing lol! but you look amazing! I’m vegan also + eat at chipotle every so often. I do a bowl with brown rice, black beans (sometimes I go for pinto since they’re meatless now), fajitas (sometimes I opt out), pico, mild, guac + lettuce. I do sofritas here + there but not often.

I LOOOOVE Chipotle ❤️ (not vegan but still can make it healthy like you did) I just want to tell you that my local chipotle says they don’t clean the grill or utensils when cooking the sofritas and it “may contain some meat residue” (a friend of mine asked after she realized she kept getting sick and her system can’t tolerate meat)…worth it to double check with your local chipotle. When I go I get double everything except for meat so I have extra rice beans peppers tomatoes corn and lettuce then I divide that by three meals
Wow thanks for doing this, I just started keto and I now have a place I can grab a quick bite at when I am on the go or eat at with friends and not get asked if I can even eat there. I would like to know if I add a little lettuce cheese and tomato just a little bit of the three and drop the sour cream will it kill it and not make it keto friendly?

Y’all should talk to your trainer about under water training. You ware a face mask with pumped in air and ware a weight belt and do a routine of movement’s underwater that cause different muscle group’s to fire off. If you try it take it slow because you may feel like it no real benefit’s till those non worked muscle’s get really sore. It is an amazing workout if you know how to incorporate it into your other workout routine. Y’all will get faster and stronger because of how the body uses all muscle group’s when in a liquid environment even taking deep breath’s underwater sort of like high altitude training. Biological bionic’s!
I don’t typically eat at establishments like that anyway. I typically cook my foods and pack lunch for work. I have my portions under control. My problem is sweets… love milk chocolates, cookies and cakes… lol.
