Can’t wait to try those waffles, we love them around here and I’ve been on the hunt for a healthier alternative to the “healthy” store-bought variety! Thanks again, loving your videos.
Also I comment this so much but do teen vegans like Ashley Wicka, Pippin Jardine, and Lucrezia Chloe.
Who knew so many of your followers were food scientists?! Incredible! The tinfoil hats are out in full force on this one
Please put adult recipes up. I’m sorry but not everyone has kids. I don’t mean to be that person, but I miss your old videos.
Watched this as I ate my banana chia pudding snack LOL I haven’t given it to my toddler, I’m going to try and see if she likes it!
Love this. Healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.
I love her plates.
Is the kite hill yogurt less chalky than the Silk brand? It is soo hard finding dairy free and vegan items where I live:(
Yum! It all looks amazing and so nutritious:) thanks for sharing!
Those waffles look amazing! I will definitely make those for my husband and I 😉 xx
Love this video! My daughter has an iron deficiency (she’s almost 2) I’d love a video on iron rich snack/meal ideas for toddlers!
I love these, Mama! Such great ideas, also, you’re so beautiful!!
Could you review Ellen Fisher’s recent ‘what my kids eat in a day’ Video?

Sent these to my sister, my niece loves everything we give her! But I, too, want them for myself

Wer can I find these freeze dried fruits and vegetable snacks… Can u share a link please
Hello dear. All ur recipes r lovely. Need one favor. I don’t have oven in my home. Without oven how to bake this recipes and give ur suggestions

I was so disappointed that I couldn’t make it to FNCE this year, but this (almost) makes me feel like I was there! Thanks for sharing!
I’d love more toddler videos!!! I’ve got a 2 and a 1/2 that won’t eat any fruit or veggies and it’s driving me crazy.
What age group would you recommend for each of those snacks? I have an 8 month old who’s getting her first tooth and I’ve been looking for good snacks for her. Thank you! (These look great!)
We dont have this cearel in the pancakes in my country. What do i use instead?
That avocado salmon sandwich is more gourmet than what i, a legal adult, make myself for my lunch to bring to work
I am always looking for things to feed my kids (16, 7 and 2). I have been fighting the youngest one on suppers as well because although he has all his teeth (for his age) he finds many grilled meats difficult to chew, and getting enough supper into him before bed is hard resulting in more frequent night waking and extra nursing in the night (yes, I KNOW… he’s getting old for that))…
Can you please review Dr.Mona Vand’s new PSL recipe video?? As an RD2BE, I heard so many false claims that are SO cringeworthy and I’d love to hear your input!
Hi Abbey, where do you get the cool freeze dried fruit and veggie coins?
Can you think of some balanced snacks for grade schoolers? The school is nut free as well, so it’s super tricky!
Dear megan and aaron. Thank you for a great Channel! Can you please do a What our toddler eats in a day? I am looking for healthy inspiration:) sincere regards Sophie
thanku mam.I want to buy one oven for following with ur recipes and cakes dear
Hi Abbey, what’s a good non-dairy alternative to the cottage cheese in the protein pancakes?
Thank you! I need more protein but I’m not really into actual meat. Not vegetarian, just don’t eat random pieces of meat for snacks lol
Love these ideas! I don’t know if this falls under your purview but we’re struggling with eating a range of foods with my three year old who’s about to start preschool. He was a foodie as a baby but got more limited as a toddler but manageable. And then I got pregnant again and developed severe hyperemisis gravadarium, extreme nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. I spent most of my pregnancy in the hospital and tried to hide the vomiting from him, but of course he saw it.
The result was that he saw me eat a really unhealthy diet (drs frequently recommend soda, for example, as the food and drinks you can keep down tend to be very sugary and it’s more import to eat and keep food down than not). He also saw me very sick and that combo lead to a really limited diet and a fear of eating anything new, different or textured.
I’m three months postpartum and still having stomach issues from the hg, so unfortunately I have to eat a liquid diet for now, and I’m still not able to model a balanced approach with a variety of foods. Though I do eat with him, cook with him and look for ways to expand his diet past goldfish.
But I’d soooo love some practical information from a professional about how to support my little guy back towards a diet filled with foods that give him energy and strength. Right now he crashes a lot since he eats a lot of empty carbs and I’m worried this is a pivotal time for shaping his taste buds and we’re missing it because we’re stuck feeding him such a limited selection.
We’re seeing a child psychologist to get some assistance around the emotional side of his fears of food after my illness, but practical nutritional info would really help too
Ps also in Canada, where’d you get the freeze dried fruit and veggie snacks, never seen those….
Lots of great, healthy snacks. I enjoy eating energy bites, made from dates, cashews and almond butter ground together in a Vitamix.
You should do a review of Sam Ozkural one exposing her for stealing recipes for her new ebook. She gives bad nutrition advice. She just made $750,000 off her ebook sales. She promoted herself as a vegan to get followers, then used those followers to sell her ebook and made a crapload of money. She says in the ebook where some recipes are from Kristen Cavallari and other famous people who sold real cookbooks. She even says she got some recipes of Pinterest. She sold them and made so much money. The book has typos and she can’t use proper English. She copied and pasted recipes. She copied Maria Menounos and Kristen Cavallari recipes word for word. She didn’t get permission to use those recipes either. To make almost a million dollars just copy and pasting others recipes is insane to me. She has a huge following and gives bad nutrition advice. She went vegan, gained followers, then said she couldn’t be vegan because she was tired and needed more protein. She had her blood tested and was low in vitamins. She probably also ate the wrong amount of calories a day. She did a sugar detox and told people they could eat ramen noodles on a sugar detox as long as they checked the label. Umm ramen noodles are carbs they break down as sugar. She told people to stop eating all table salt and just use pink salt because it was pretty. People had to tell her that table salt provides iodine and if you strictly cut it all out, you may not get enough iodine and wind up with thyroid issues. The biggest is selling cookbooks stealing recipes. I can’t stand that. It takes a long time to recipe test and for her to make a cookbook so fast just by copying and pasting is crazy to me.
Amazing line up of goodies! Thanks for sharing. Helps those who couldn’t attend.
Abbey i love you and your opinion about healthy eating i really wanna know your opinions about lectins i am so confused can you do video on this topic?
Hey abby can you please review shine with plants family diet. They have a raw vegan diet even for their kids. I at first thought that their lifestyle for their kids is amazing before finding your channel. Now im just confused and want to know if what they feed their kids is healthy
Love this. Those pancakes would be easily veganised/made dairy free with a soft tofu and egg replacer for vegan option.
Would really appreciate more dairy free baby and toddler snack and meal ideas!
We have a 4 month old so will be starting on food soon. Love the steamed carrots and salt free hummus for young eaters. Never would have thought of that!
Love your videos Abbey! Just saw this from FRK… she is promoting drinking essential oils in fruit infused water. Is this safe?

Could you do a video talking about how to do intuitive eating when you have one or more of the following:
1: A addiction, like to sugar or junk food.
2: A condition that causes your senses/digestion to be thrown off. (like ulcer, pregnancy or even schizophrenia)
3: Tends to do emotional eating
It would be so helpful, I think, to many of your viewers. Also, every time I bring up intuitive eating people always just say that it sounds like an excuse to eat junk food all the time and I want to be able to answer something more educated than “Well, your body shouldn’t be craving only burgers and pizza…” Love your videos. you are a light that shines bright in these confused and confusing times

If your baby/toddler is in daycare or needs to avoid peanuts for any other reason, you can swap out No Sugar Added Sunbutter for the Peanut Butter in the pancakes (just be warned: cooking sunbutter can make it turn green ).
Could you do some ideas for nut-free daycare snacks and/or lunches for preschool age.
Do you have any videos on how to make smart food choices in college?

Uummm if you dint add salt theres no flavor there wtf..? Avicado doesnt have a lot of taste, and salmon, whitout salt to, thats a bite of unseasoned mush, people need to stop being scared of salts and sugars, everything in excess is bad, but a little sugar or salt isn’t gonna kill you, c’mon

Hi,
My son is 14 months old can I give the above recipe to him?
thank you very much for your videos, the recipes are so relatable to South African food. I am a black South African mom with a very picky toddler and snack ideas are difficult for me. most of your ingredients are easy and cheap to find here. I watch other videos but a lot of them are not similar to African food, this one by the best. trying the ideas today.
You are a star!!!! Love love love this video xxx amazing ideas
Wow I love you
My son don’t eat vegetables this is really great idea
You are some sort of a genius lady!!! Love you for all the recipes
Please share tips to how to teach a child eating habits please please please please please please please
This is brilliant. Great ideas and the only woman on here that makes fresh vegetables, makes things from scratch. I hope American woman are watching this and discourages them to stop using processed turkey, hot dogs, and ready made mac and cheese.
Well done to you

Hello! I saw couple of your videos. Thanks for sharing these ideas.Do you have similar video/ideas for snacks for 2 year old which we can prepare in advance (like a week before) for sending those to day care.
Hi. Can we use Nirmal onion instead of spring onions in recipe no 6
Hi Abbey,
I have a suggestion for a youtuber review video! It’s called ‘Hila Fat Shames Ethan’ on the H3 Podcast Highlights channel. Hila and Ethan (from the H3H3 main channel) discuss Ethan’s struggle with dieting and Hila is quite harsh. She states he should only eat french fries once a year, that it’s a “shame he can’t commit to a diet”, he should “try harder” and that he has a food addiction. I believe, from watching your channel, that she is promoting the unhealthy diet culture that leads to orthorexia and doomed-to-fail fad diets. I would hate for her husband Ethan to fall into a disordered eating pattern. This channel has 1.4 million subscribers and their main channel has 6.5M they have a huge audience!!! For the audience’s sake, I would he great to here your views of the diet speech in this video, and to hear how you would assist Ethan in losing weight for his long-term health without falling into some of the traps of orthorexia, self-loathing, body obsession, etc.
Obviously she loves and cares for her husband. I am actually a huge fan of their videos which is why I care. You’re input and guidance could truly make changes for both Ethan and Hila, and their impressionable audience.
I just love your message and I think this would be a great way to spread it to a part of youtube that isn’t aware of intuitive eating, mindful food portions, body positivity and many of the other concepts you promote.
Hope you’ll consider!

Great recipes! Tried the cutlets and cream cheese puff, was a big hit
Yesss everyone thinks of snacks as treats these days. I give my 10 month old peas and carrots, blueberries and Cheerios for a snack so she learns to love healthy foods! And don’t expect sugar treats for snacks.
Please tell me where can I find the puff pastry sheets I tried amazon but don’t know what to buy

my baby is 18mnths he dont like to eat rice what to do plz suggest any thing
my daughter is 5 but still resist eating veggies and many more things… she don’t want to try anything new..
I have a question. But first a little back story whenever I crave something it’s usually because some vitamin or mineral in the food is something I’m deficient in. Lately, I’ve been craving pistachios soooo severely that I dream about it. I can’t stop thinking about pistachios. What vitamins etc are in pistachios? I have felt very anemic because of some blood loss so I’m thinking that’s it. Just wanted your input
hi

May i know, how old was ur daughter in this video plz
she is so cute
Not a toddler (I’m a 26 year old “adult”), but I struggle to eat a good variety of vegetables. I love the idea of steaming carrots to go with hummus! I really don’t like crunchy foods, so I think this would help. Love all your videos.:)
