Hey bro how to be in this pose for 5mins at least give me some tricks to hold on to this posture….
Omg how perfect! I KNOW I don’t do it properly since it always hurts my low back. Thanks so much for this! ♀️felt it for sure in all those muscles
Thanks, Kassandra! Another great tutorial very helpful. I wonder if you could explain how to do Malasana properly some time in the future. It’s one the most challenging for me I really doubt that I do it properly:)
Namaste. Very nice and detailed explanation. I like the thigh rotation aligment point.
I would love to see a kapotasana pose tutorial like this! I feel like I’ve been a little bit off when I try it:)
I had no idea there were so many subtle things going on in chair pose. Awesome tutorial, really well explained!
I loved this tutorial and it will help me a lot. Have you done a tutorial on how to do a pigeon pose? Thanks Kassandra
Hello Kassandra. Very nice video. More videos like this please. Could you make a video about the butterfly pose and eagle? Thank you!
“Open your taint!” A cue powerlifters use instead of opening their knees in the squat position.
Welp, I’ve been doing “feet hip-width distance apart” wrong for a year and a half! I always wondered but you’re the first instructor I’ve followed to explain what it means. Thank you for clarifying so now I can start doing it the right way.
Thank you for this tutorial, love it! It is one of my least favorite poses. Maybe after this video it won’t be for much longer:D I would love to know more about puppy pose and shoe lace pose. Kisses Sara
Thanks Kassandra, for explaining chair pose in detail. It’s not my favourite but I’ve had a difficult day and it was lovely to focus on something physical and forget the desk job. I really like the shot bite size classes too.
When I sink down, I can be tilted no floating ribs weight in heels, but then i look down and i can see half my foot instead of just toes. Is this right?
Hi, I am already suffering badly with the flatfeet along with really bad heelpain, kneepain thigh joint pain, doctor has asked me to wear my shoes all the time with a flatfeet support pad in the shoe. Can i try this excercise with shoes? Because you are doing bare feet and i can’t even walk one step without my shoes. So can i do with my shoes,, will it help me?
This is brilliant
I have the same problem with my arms as you have. And that’s why it feels so uncomfortable for me trying to bring the arms inline with the ears.
Thank you for explaining that this is not necessary. Now I’m sure I can do it better
Thanks so much for these tutorials, they’re great. I think one on chaturangas would be fantastic too, please. I seem to have regressed the last few months on it and would appreciate tips on proper posture and technique
Can u plz tell me..for how many times and how much time this yoga should be performed/repeated
Hi! Love your poses tutorials. Very very helpful! Could you please make a tutorial with the pigeon poses… I struggle with it ❤️
I have seen other videos of utkatasana, where the experts keep their hands parallel to the ground in final position, but ur hands r lifted up..What is the difference in both positions….
Your explanations are very helpful. Thankyou. I also have bad shoulders and have been avoiding any poses where I have to put my arms above my head.
My least favorite pose is warrior 1.
I find it so difficult to do correctly.
I really needed this! I had no idea my alignment was so off!
Thank you for this tutorial. It helps to improve our poses. You’re amazing yoga teacher. Nanaste.
I have recently started yoga. I had pins in my legs from a break 17 yrs ago and my hamstrings, Achilles’ tendons are crazy tight so I can always see almost all my feet.. any tips!?
I love chair pose, I must be the only one
But I hate downward dog…
Nice explaination. Thx a lot.
Whould love tutorial on egal pose
Thanks! I was definitely over arching my back. Ive been working on not tilting my pelvis. I like the block idea too♀️
Fantastic tutorial. Would setting a block between the feet be helpful as well? I have the same issue with the upper body. Lack of extension in the shoulders. I don’t like chair pose for this reason and for my tight ankles as well. However, I know I should do this pose more often in order to improve those areas.
Great tutorial! Really useful, thanks Kassandra! It would be great if, after your well-earned month off ☺️, you could do a wild thing tutorial. You use it quite often in your videos and I’ve also done it in some other classes but I’m never exactly sure how it should be done. Thank you for everything you do your channel is my favourite in the whole of YouTube and I hope you reach your 1 million subscriber goal by the end of the year you truly deserve it. Namaste
I love these tutorials, thank U Kassandra! Namaste from Peru!
Kassandra, whenever I do chair pose with big toes touching, once I squat down, my toes just do not stay touching and separate apart to me the same distance as my heels. I naturally walk with out-turned feet. Is this okay? Btw do you mean the big toes touch at the tip or the sides? Either way I still have the same problem. Even when I do hip width apart squatting, my feet still turn out. Also, I see all my toes and even some foot. You said we should see no more than the tip of our toes, but I don’t know how to see less or what that means for me
Doing it is nice, doing it right is awesome! I love you Kassandra! Thank you! Namaste beautiful no floppy chairs ♀️☺️

Thank you Kassandra! You are one of my favorite online yoga teachers. I love your authenticity and your knowledge. I started a yoga channel as well, just a few months ago, after being i India for a 500hours yoga teacher training. I absolutely love teaching and my channel got me an online yoga teaching job. Your classes inspire me to find new themes for my classes and you help me to stay informed and learn more and more. Namaste:-*
Hi Kassandra!!!! Another very useful tutorial. It was interesting for me to see how I have to do the pose. When you explain us how to do it correctly At the beginning it comes real hard. Thanks again!!!!
I really appreciate this, thank you for your clarity. I tried with my feet close and my knee instantly objected; it’s nice to know the variation is there to accommodate body issues. Core engagement, always core engagement. It fixes nearly everything.
What with your upcoming hiatus, I’m surprised you are not saving some of these to air during your absence? We won’t miss you so terribly then. After all, when your knee broke you had some classes pre-recorded and set to air during part of your convalescence.
Could you show us a puppy pose tutorial? I feel like I’m putting too much strain on my neck and upper back in that pose and tend to skip it in your videos.:(
mam i m from india your new follower
please make video on howmany times in a week we should do body massage
