I use Eve for tracking. It’s great if I remember to check off the finish date.
I really like nike training club and nike run club, first apps of many that I downloaded and was really happy with them
Dose anyone have any apps where u just talk to someone? I really need that rn
is there one that you can call with? and one that they will diagnose you with?
I also hate meditation, especially the breathing practices. Maybe I should stick with Eating Meditation…
another great meditation app is stop breathe and think! and also reflect for a journal
Zombies, Run! is fantastic. The company is great, and they have a couple other similar apps, even for if you’re not into the zombie theme. I think there’s one that the story has something to do with walking across the UK to save the world. Idk the details, because I’m super into the zombies theme. lol But there’s a ton you can access for free, and as long as you’re smart and start unlocking episodes in the later seasons right away there’s no reason you’ll ever have to pay to be able to use all of the seasons or wait very long if at all for them. If you want to use other things like their custom interval training you’ll have to pay though, I believe. Basically it just comes down to the fact that they have incredible writers, fantastic customer service, and they understand how to keep you from being bored. Interval training, “supply drop” run to this specific gps location runs, virtual races every year, a “couch-to-5k” version, the ability to listen to your own music (I use Spotify and it works great because the app pauses or dims the music as needed without you having to do anything), and, unless you have zombie chases (ie intervals) turned on, it’s designed to also be used for just walks or even bike rides if you have gps on instead of the step counter.
This video quality just binge watching all your video right now and I love every minute of it!
7:06 You’re so excited about your sound being a harp:D Honestly, same:D
I’ve tried Headspace, but I find I liked Insight Timer more. There are so many more free guided meditations. In Canada we have an app called Carrot (only available in some provinces so far) which links with your Fitbit or other tracker and lets you earn points for some rewards programs for meeting step goals. I’m looking forward to checking out some of the apps you suggested
I’d recommend Twiik for tracking your workouts, there’s a lot of different types of exercise to choose from, and you can choose how intense the workout was. It also gives statistics on average exercise length, type and there’s a life style profile to fill in that tells you what you need to focus on, like stop smoking, eat healthier, sleep better, etc:)
What a coincidence, I sat down to watch this video and eat a snack basically first thing after a run with Zombies Run and an 8fit workout! I loved plant nanny but deleted it after a while because I needed space on my phone for other things. Definitely helped with habit building though! Would recommend.
I use MyFitnessPal too. I’d also recommend My Water, P Tracker, Think Up, and Lumosity.
Wealthsimple link is not working for me… is that U.S.A only?
its really helpful… but u have too much light on your face
Thank you SO much for sharing!!! The only one I use now is MFP but I will definitely be checking out the others you mentioned!!
Zombies Run is fun. The free version is usable just that some levels take a week to open. You can upgrade your town after collecting enough supplies, it’s really running made adventurous!
also a good app for tracking habits is habitica! you make a little rpg sprite that you level up by doing your goals! its fun and lets you connect with friends to keep you accountable!
beep. boop. must. be. pro-duc-tive. and or-gan-ized. boop. beep. beep.
I loved the video! And I really liked how you deliver the information in very slightly and lovely way, and you’re so pretty BTW. Thank you so much Caitlin.
Wealthsimple looks so cool, wish we had something like that in Europe but nooooo
I love Transformation Church as well! Thanks for the recssubscribed today! Happy Weekend
You can also try plantie instead of forest if you don’t want to pay Money:))
Tasha, this is truly a beneficial video. I downloaded the Calm app when I first watched this and WOW. So many improvements in my wellbeing from this one change. Deeply appreciated.
you could have done screen recording instead of showed the screen
Want to get organized for the week? Tasha shares her tips in this video: https://youtu.be/i2Bhhuavcvc.
Hi Jordan! Where do you get your high neck sports bras and tops? I guess where do you get your work out clothes in general?
So, you only make videos for just women tips ok??? You should make videos for both genders, not just females. That’s not right
I found another helpful app:

If you guys need some guides just talk to me. Good luck
I only believe in NextLevelDiet. They provide you with personalized meal plan, training plan, fitness tips, healthy recipes. Thats everything you need to transform your body and get six pack:D
Writing is my top stress level tooooo Until I discovered myeasypaper.com: following my sis advice, I have ordered a few papers with them, and the life became so much easier.
Great video my favorite so far! I use and love Trello and One Note. One not mentioned that I am a huge fan of is “Hub”. Hub is an app that is a shared list and calendar. You can share it with family members so you have one calendar and lists. Sounds similar to Todolist (last one listed.) But it also has a shared calendar.
loved this video jordan! got a couple of those apps cant wait to try them, my next goal is to go on more walks
Please guys never put your phone under Pillow your brain will get radiation from your phone
You should try uPlan: Year Planner. ✨✨✨ Simple but gorgeous planning app✨✨✨
does anybody know any apps for 12 year olds? i have been suffering from depression since 8 and need a therapist
Strava is a great app especially if you cycle, but is good for other workouts as well. Pinterest is actually a pretty good one to find different recipes. I use it almost exclusively for my meal prep (which is also all vegan).
I have lost 10lbs in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet. It’s really a great tool. I recommended it to my family members and we all started to eat and live healthier. Long live #*Next Level Diet*.
Thanks for the suggestions ✌
BTW I was like # 1K
Congratulations
I’m a senior in college and I used a Uber a ton! It was a cool way for me to be able to get places that the school bus could not take me. Also, I just made a video about apps college students should have and I did not think about some of these. It’s so interesting to see different opinions
I love Plant Nanny!!
I use Flo for a period tracker and love it. It allows you to put a lot of data in, too.
Charity miles is very good! Although it isn’t much of a health app it donates money to charities for miles you run!! It does count miles.
Thank you for this video! I have a best friend in a Situation right now. She can’t get a real therapist and her parents don’t understand what she’s going through. I try my best to help but my words don’t always help.❣️
Oh my god. I love zombie’s run! I used it to convince to me actually get some cardio into my lifting routine. It inspired me to make a video about it as well. https://youtu.be/bFg-YziUivY
Hi Jordan! I’ve been really interested in the zombie run app ever since I heard about it a couple years ago. Speaking of running, do you have any tips on how to prepare for Murphy other than going to Crossfit consistently? It’ll be my first year doing it and I’m concerned about the running portion. I’m def going to talk to my coach about this too, but I was just wondering if you had any tips?
I’m sorry… if you pepper spray someone attacking you… and its “not enough” press your little button and that’ll do it…. oh my god you’re part of the problem
I worked out for a long time but didn’t get results because of a poor diet. I then found a website called NextLevelDiet, finally I started seeing results
I recommend trying the iSmart.Life app. There is a demo and you can understand whether it suits you or not. This is a free and very convenient web app.
Bruh istg I’m so done with my family my sister caused me a lot of problems and my mom thinks everyone is a bad person meanwhile she doesn’t even think her boyfriend is a bad guy I hate it why can’t I just go to college already and stop dealing with this at this point I’d rather be dead or just not exist than have to live the same fucking things everyday
This app isn’t free but it’s a great personal finance app… https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/seventytwo/id1449439220?mt=8
I used to use Clue, but I didn’t like that I would spend so long putting my symptoms in but nothing came of all that tracking. Recently I found the app Maya. It is basically Clue, but better. The app sends you a daily message regarding where you at in your cycle, in an informative and pretty humorous way. It will also give you tips on what to do about what you might be going through. Just today I got one on period induced acne.
I just found your channel! Where have you been all my life? thank you for all this great information! I subscribed:) I hope you continue to grow!!! a lot of people can benefit from your platform! <3
A lot of these apps you have to buy the services with in app purchases:( can anyone help?
I’m loving your channel.keep posting more❤️Thank you so much for this.
Hey, just came across this video…i cant find the stigma app…did the owners take it off the AppStore?
Myfitnesspal was hacked a little while ago. I recieved an email from them a few weeks ago saying they had been hacked and I needed to uninstall the app and chang my password for anything that was linked to myfitness pal.. Just fyi
I used the zombie app and it was super fun. I stopped using it because I got through the story that was available too fast and I would’ve had to pay to get them faster and I didn’t want to do that so I stopped using it.
hope u guys enjoyed the video!
apps mentioned:
1. things (to do list + organization)
2. shine (helpful texts/ articles + gratitude ‘check-ins’)
3. eternal sunshine (daily mantras + positive affirmations)
4. headspace or calm (guided meditation)
5. podcasts (ask garyvee show, pretty basic, ted radio hour + transformation church)
6. day one (daily journal)
7. daylio (mood tracker)
8. sanity & self (ritual reminders, health + mental health reminders)
song mentioned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkGBLLjAXEA
i use Google apps because they are already on my phone and work well together. for notes i use Keep, if you don’t like over complicated note apps, it’s for you. the calendar from google is great, and unroll.me for personal email. for work i use one note to make to do lists and have useful information quickly accessible.
I LOVE Zombies, Run! It’s such a fantastic app. If you have data and gps enabled, it also tracks you on a map that you can view during and after you’ve finished. It sets up random goalposts that you have to “complete”, like getting supplies or finding a base and the app implements supply pickup and random zombie attacks that force you to sprint for 30 secs to 1 min. You can also play your own music. It’s such a good app lol
sis i use blackboard too for high school, i didn’t know it could do all that
I do a lot of these, but on paper. Idk why, but I trust a physical copy of my task lists more, and I draw out a mini calendar on both sides of A4 (covers about 2.5 months).
Btw, for anyone in the UK there’s an investing app called MoneyBox that invests your spare change. Also Sweatcoin (I think US also has it)the app gives you money for walking, you can exchange your coins for various items, free subscriptions to services, and even see a doctor sometimes! (I exchanged 100 sweatcoins for a dental check up at a private clinic.)
So much money saving!
I started with the couch to 5k app. Now I go to the UFC gym. But I aggravated an old injury in my knee and its swollen and hurting. Any ideas for workouts I can do until my knee calms down? #jackedgang
the nike training app is a must!!! they have gym and at home workouts. and its free! you don’t have to pay for anything
I remember before 2020 and I was like HEY I am gonna get my life together and get healthy, 2020 is going to be a great year. 2020 and I just feel like god isn’t with me anymore…
Dr. Mohr shares the present-day challenges with traditional care, history of digital mental health and the emerging opportunities to reach unserved or underserved populations through effective digital mental health modalities! Compelling and well-presented.
This was helpful! I am a bit sad because Sworkit used to be free a few years ago, then I forgot about it and now it costs. But may still have to get it because it was so good!
EDIT: The app is Walk for a dog, by wooftrax, inc. That’s why I thought it was woofies…oops lol
Woofies! Or something like that…
It tracks your walk/run, tells you how far you’ve gone and in what time, and the best part is:
Every time you use it it donates money to an animal shelter of your choosing!! It’s completely free last time I checked. I love it!
Any reason to use MyWod if your box uses Wodify? I feel like Wodify has the same functionality.
I wish they’de post links or list down the the apps in the description,
Also show more of the app at work, “show dont tell” ya know
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS!! I will use some of these this summer!
I recommend Habitica for anyone who wants a todo list/habit tracker that motivates you to keep at it. Habitica is an app that is designed like an rpg. You create a character and then you gain experience and complete quests by accomplishing things you put on your habits, dailies, or to do lists. Anything leftover on your daily lists that doesn’t get done causes you to loose health. It’s the only app I’ve found that I can actually stay with long term. It works best for me during stable times in my life like when I am at school or when I am working a job and less well when I am in transitional periods like breaks or non-working summer periods, but during those times I just put myself in the tavern (where dailies won’t hurt me) until I feel I’m able to keep up with it again.

I was very skinny and after changing my diet I finally started seeing results. I didn’t know anything about training and diet, but my friend told me for the website called NextLevelDiet and I just followed their diet and training plan. They have amazing tips 😉 check it out
Yesss clue!! My favorite app! Thanks for so many great suggestions!
These man made digital application is not your solution dears, please try to know the facts, pray to Allah, and offer prayers. You may achieve a great peace in your soul,Not temporarily, it helps you for life long.
These all problems create due to lack of virtues and facts of about ourselves. Who I am. For what motive we bornt. I can suggest you with certainity, if you learn the quraan, you must find the exact solution of your problem. And soon you get quiet relief from anxiety.
I got this thing where I need to wash my hands and It’s not about germs, I always clean my room and don t touch things because I m scared to get my stuff dirty ( maybe this sounds stulpid idk..) I avoid touching stuff lile doorknobs etc…
And even when I eat like a pizza I feel like I have to get a shower so I feel better.
First app you mention and it’s my all time favorite app! It’s how I got into trail running, my one true passion now, and I lost 60 lbs:D It’s up to Season 6 now, I’ve been using this app 5 times a week for the last 5 6 years. The story just gets better and better as it goes on. I highly recommend Zombies, Run!
Thank me later!!!
Here are the apps mentions:
Calm 1:13
Google Calendar 2:02
Trello 3:21
Onenote 4:24
Lastpass 5:31
Tide 6:24
Todoist 7:30
I GOT 2KG OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS IN ONE MONTH!!! I simply visited website called NextLevelDiet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan along with amazing fitness and nutrition tips. Believe me, it’s just amazing!!! #*Next Level Diet*
I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my YouTube channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. ❤
Love finding new helpful apps! Thanks so much for the help! hope everyone has a great weekend!
You all guys must recite the Quraan. It is the only book, can help you to overcome from anxiety, depression. It shows us the correct path for human livelihood.
none of these apps was helpful..sleep cycle was interesting but that cost too much. This must be for white girls…

Can you do a video on fitnesswear? like what leggings you use, what you would use for your phone etc
Thank you so much for making this video. I love you!!!♥️♥️
I don’t want to insult you but that hat / scarf (?!) kind of reminded me of the smurfs .
Went for a 5k run today and used zombies run as always. Still the best app lol. It also tracks distance, just not elevation.
Woohoo! A fellow OneNote lover! I use it for business notes, personal notes, client notes… love it!
Calm is great, but personally I think Insight Timer is better for those on a budget, it’s almost all free other than offline content and allows you to set consecutive day goals etc.
I’d never heard of these apps. Really like Youper. Thanks for the recommendation.
“I recommend this guide:
pime.best/nmm-guide/Sz9
So grateful it exists in 2020.”
People deserve to be happy. Will you help them to make it happen this way? http://bit.ly/2FDUjEn
Youper isn’t that great unless you pay for the premium version
Couch to 5K-> ‘if you can’t run or struggle with running it gets you to a point where you can run a 5K’ so I’m in a wheelchair I can’t run so this app will get me to a point where I can run a 5K?! My point is anyone who is able-bodied CAN run. Maybe not far or long but they are physically able.
I wish you would have included some fitness apps for people in wheelchairs, not just CrossFit and running apps
Hi, appreciate all the advice and the apps you mentioned, but just a tip, maybe lessen the head and neck movements because it slightly distracts me from what you’re saying. It’s not a big thing, but just putting it out there! Also, Trello is best used with the Kanban method for projects, at least from how our organization has used it. OneNote is also really good because of the sync option as well as draw vs type capability. Pages aren’t spatially limited but that can be a good or bad thing depending on the person.
I hate talking to a therapist. I used to get therapy and I hated it, I decided I’d rather do it online because I feel more comfortable. Because we never really meet
Listen to my story I have been trying to get over this for 4 years btw am still suffering My mom brother sisters and dad have been abusing me for so long that I wanted to kill my self I not even lying I was crying writing this because Anytime you cry it means you have been strong for way too and and you now have no choice to just cry and you will get through it even though I am stuck I don’t want anyone else going through worst than me and
I had never seen anything by this host before, but they are really great! I am really excited to use the timer app in particular. Thank you so much for you tips:D
I have tried Youper before and it was alright, But when I opened the 7 cups website it said 33$ a week, or maybee it was talking about something else?
I’m here right now because of depression and extreme emotional abuse from my parents I need help and fast
Quite informative
Also check this one https://youtu.be/IdJK1b-xDMg
Eve and glow can help you track your period too! I personally like Glow better since you can set a “goal” like… If you want to get pregnant or what your test results are… Etc.
Good lord you took 5 minutes of content and made a 14 minute video. I could barely watch the first minute
Shared! I think most people would love a couple of these apps!
I love using Nike+ Run Club to track my runs and training with the Aaptiv app. They’re both really great
Has really helped me achieve my 2020 new year resolutions!! And get through these tough time:) Thank you so much <3
Hi, this is to bring to your kind attention that there are an app Daily Mudras the benefit I get is really incredible. The app is designed in such a way that everyone can really find it too easy to practice this in the day to day life. I humbly request you to share in the youtube so that all can view and get the benefit of it. Kindly do the needful if it’s really worth it. Respond as am eagerly waiting for your answer.
Back when my phone was still alive, I used these three apps to manage my mental well-being; 7cups to get active listeners, LunaDiary to document my day as it progresses, and Dayl.io to make a statistic of my daily mood and how it affects me over the course of the whole month.
just uploaded an updated version of this video! check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyllR1NnfVA&t=240s
One set of apps that I like to use are made by fitness 22 and they have all sort of apps like couch to 5k up even running a marathon. They also have other apps that are just simple work outs or even meditating if your into that
Me opening the video and hearing her say “I have a little cold”: She got the Rona!! . (Then I later realize that this video was made a year ago)
I have Noonlight on my phone and its similar to saftrek but its free for the basic non membership never had to use it but its useful
If you ask me, it’s really hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, but website called Next Level Diet is great for that. They also calculate your BMI and calorie intake for FREE and provide you with diet meal plan and training plan.
I have lost 10lbs in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet. It’s really a great tool. I recommended it to my family members and we all started to eat and live healthier. Long live #*Next Level Diet*.
And I ask again, why would she have 118 dislikes? Sexism, racism, envy!
I disagree with enjoying the Calm app. If you don’t pay for the premium version, all the guided meditation sessions have ALL the tracks locked except the first day. As they say, the first hit’s free.
AlSO Jefit is great. I can plan my workouts and it tracks my PRs and last weights used. You can use it for cardio, weights and body weight.
Another mental health app that is really helpful is Calm. It has different types of meditations and really helps with beginners. I typically don’t have the focus/attention span for meditating but with Calm I will do one session and then want to do another afterwards.
I think you may have just saved my life by suggesting Trello. We’re going to France in June and have mostly been getting more and more annoyed at each other that nothing has gotten done yet even though we shouldn’t book flights for a few more months (according to several sites) and there is quite a bit that we’ve already done (I now have a passport for the first time since I was 18!!). That looks like a great way to keep us on track while showing us what we have done and what the timeline needs to be!!
I absolutely LOVE last pass y’all don’t even know how much I love that app
No mention of Fitbit Coach (formerly known as FitStar Personal Trainer)?
Hi! We would love if you could check our app “titroo” and say your opinion we believe that “All food should be part of our diet from the sweetest temptation to the so called superfoods”
P tracker is a good period tracker too. The icon is a pink flower. I’ve used it for 2 years.
I used Flo to track my menstrual cycle. It combines how much you sleep, weigh, and your water intake, as well as symptoms, mood, and activity level. It’s been pretty darn accurate in the year I have been using it.
Personally, I find Google Keep to be a better organization method for recipes. It’s great since you can add a lot of vibrant pictures and link the recipes in the same card and organize by many tags. You can make reminders that show up in google calendar so it’s really comfortable. I have a side account for recipes and on my main one I keep lists and other imporatant info.
What about the days when all you want to do is lay in bed and cry what about the nights I can’t sleep so I take 5 sleep pills what about the thoughts that make me so broken I can’t even look at my self in the mirror or my random anger outburst and I can’t say anything to my family because they will blame themselves and I make my mom think she failed because I can’t control my anger and the anger it comes out and I can’t stop it then I have regret so I go in my room and cry till I sleep please tell me about the days I think I’m doing good one this happens I cry myself to sleep please tell me about these days.
I wasn’t expecting to see one big happy on here lol. Love both channels! I really need to try google calendar, I keep putting it off!
I’m gonna try Pacifica because today I just quit job and I’m very stressed I know I will be more happier ☺️
i’ve been using sworkit for about a year now. (in addition to other workouts.) i recommend sworkit for beginners, like me, but i feel like for more intense workouts you may have to look outside the app. But it’s a great way to get moving and i like the stretches
I LOST 40kg!!! Now I’m feeling healthy. I only followed tips from website called *Next Level Diet*. They provided me with 30 meal plan, training plan, fitness tips and healthy recipes. Visit their site and make your own body transfromation!!!
One of such should be elocance text-to-speech apps which converts your documents into audio https://www.elocance.com/en
Tide sounds like a great one for me! Downloading it now. Thanks so much for the recommendations
I’m not a huge fan of MyFitnessPal. I find the calories are off a lot of the time and find it difficult to input things into it. I use the free Lifesum instead which has macros included in the free level. Lifesum verifies the nutrition calories and macros for most food. I can scan the barcode off the food I eat(for example, I taped the oatmeal barcode to my oatmeal container so I just scan it and then say how much I’m eating). If you get a subscription you can get different options for macro counting and recipes and that sort of thing(I do not have a subscription)
Calm has a free grant for teachers to get full access to the app (again, FREE!). Search in browser: “The Calm Schools Initiative”.
My favorite mediation app is called Meditation Studio. My favorite meditation is the magic carpet one!
Thank you so much for this video. I just have an anxiety attack a few minutes ago so I search on youtube for ”mental health apps” and this video was so helpful!! Is the first time that I watch your channel and it was so good. Really thank you so much!!! Greetings from Guatemala
I am just going to say this. You are amazing. I just love your videos. Your videos have helped me so much. I can’t explain without sounding cheesey but your journaling video just saved me from a crash. Thank you so much. You’re doing an amazing job by helping so many people you don’t even know. May God bless you.
tmetric actitime for accurate time tracking good add to this perfect list
Omg plant nanny looks sooo cute. There’s a good one called my diet coach, where you can pick new clothes/accessories to dress your avatar with as a reward for healthy behaviours. There are various fitness goal presets like drink more water/walk more steps/exercise more/ avoid snacks etc, plus can set your own too, can use it to track calories and weight etc, it’s pretty good, I’ve got the premium version, i think it’s worth it.
My lecturers are so strict omgI can’t use my phone in class lol
For anyone who is looking for a completely free meditation app try Insight Timer! No subscription fees and thousands of meditations to choose from:)
‘Writing passwords down on a piece of paper is suuuper insecure.’ False. If someone breaks into your home, they’re going to be stealing valuables, appliances, than kind of thing. Not looking for a piece of paper with passwords on. That phone of yours however, with the app that holds all of your passwords, that’s something people will steal and then you don’t have access to any of your accounts anyway.
Another great video Tasha! I can’t wait to play around with these apps
Could someone explain to me how people stay organized when using onenote, todolists, trello, evernote, different calendars and xxx more apps all at once?
I use Wunderlist for my to-do list application. It’s really simple and does everything the one you mentioned did. An extra option for those who may not like the one featured.
I’m concerned about the get stigma one. It seems more of a data point gathering app for the creators to make money off of rather than for an individuals personal mood tracking.
Since that drama with the Facebook mental health survey from Cambridge Analytica that was eventually used to target political ads, I’m super critical about these things.
I would like to suggest Pacifica as an app too. It has a free version and the fee to use all of the material is like $34.00 which is less than one office visit. It has daily trackers, guided meditations, journaling and tons of more things. It can help people in crisis that can’t get in to see a therapist for a while.
I love Clue for tracking energy data! I was surprised that I have a couple days a month where I’m just feeling blah, my workout is rough, I’m tired & struggling to compete stuff I can usually do. And other days when I nearly always get a PR. Turns out it’s a perfectly rational thing based on hormone fluctuations. Who knew!?
I loved this video. But I have to say I don’t think calm is a great app. Unless you can afford to pay for it. It costs more per month than Netflix ridiculously over priced considering you can get free mediations, sleep stories etc on YouTube. Although the ads are a pain at least they are free.
the free content on calm isnt great and they seem to just pester you to subscribe. I think as a company they are very very greedy making money off the backs of people with genuine mental health problems, but then again people are willing to pay for it. I for one can not afford it I think even if I could I wouldn’t pay for it.
1:13 Calm-meditation app
2:03 Google Calendar
3:20 Trello-project management
4:24 OneNote-digital notebook
5:30 LastPass-password saver
6:25 Tide-beat procrastination via a work timer
7:29 ToDoIst-digital to do list
Nike Trainer is a great one for workouts for all levels and all styles. Gives demos of each exercise and you can sync it to tell you what to do through your headphones while listening to music. You can design a workout program or just do daily ones! I love it and love the ones you mentioned too!!
Your channel has really helped me out recently. I’ve saved almost $200 in just the past month
I don’t have uber or lyft on my phone, I never really have situations when I have to take one.
Calm is a great mindful meditation app. I love the nature sounds. The sleep stories are great too. The guided meditation is helpful the women leading it is so calm and peaceful not boring like other apps
Excellent recommendations.. I already used some of them. Thanks
Is there a calendar/planner app that allows you to hilight days without adding events or reminders? There are days I need to be able to see at a glance, but dont need to fill out event alarms for…. I hope that make sense. Thanks!
This is terrible, you add a lot of useless info, plus having uber and other apps like head space or your own collegue portal in the list shows how poorly prepared is this list
Zombies Run is the best fitness app I’ve used, and I’m addicted. It’s more like a distance/time unlocked podcast, with a story that unravels over 6(+) seasons. It also has a couch to 5k app. Zombie chases (after the first mission) can be disabled and you can change the difficulty and frequency. You control whether you want to unlock per distance or time, and set how long you want to run for (though there is a minimum and maximum that changes per mission), and you can also chain missions to download. Six to Start (the company) holds 2 virtual races a year, each telling a story within the Zombies Run universe. These have additional costs but you access them through the app, and also you can buy the super cool themed race shirts. In terms of price, for the app I think you get two weekly unlocks for free, and adverts. Paying for pro membership gets you access to all missions, so you can keep playing along with the story on a more frequent basis, and it removes adverts but other than that it doesn’t really do much for you. The couch to 5k is not a free app, but it comes with a training plan and is set in S1. Zombies Run also has an incredibly supportive Unoffical Facebook group, and Six to Start are so helpful if you’re having any issues with the app.
This video was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long and unnecessary. The intro was 2 mins. of you not talking about ANYTHING. Jesus.
Apps for school… your school portal, a safety alert app, Venmo and an alarm clock… groundbreaking stuff here
Glad you just got into it instead of having a 5min bullshit intro like most YouTubers
7 cups is for free and you can talk with an actual trained therapist
Changed my life
you’re amazing!
Great content! Keep doing what you’re doing ❤️
Goals goals goals ❤️☕ thank you! I’ve been loving a combo of Google Calendar and Trello.
Loved the Things 3 + Day One recs!:-)
Awesome video Olivia:)
From a student, perspective. I think it best to start looking for jobs in any retail chain related to your study’s. Do not wait to you graduate. Certificate program are good as well
I am a degree student from INDIA which app is useful for me please reply
Just remmebered i cant download apps cuz my dad Will see nice
In the situation we are now, does it make sense to have a panel of clincal psychologists who provide digital sessions on a subscription basis with additional resources like meditation tapes and forms and apps that help etc
Your smile makes me smile thanks for that, and for the helpful information so greatfull
Love this! I just created a free app called Health Curious. It allows you to check in with yourself for 2 minutes each day and its been incredible to use with my coaching clients. If anyone is looking for a soft form of self-directed coaching, it might be just want you’re looking for! x
What do you think about the CBT Thought Diary and WYSA apps? Do you think they’re effective or lacking in some areas?
So then can it also help with the way I think during sports?
These fitness apps can be really dangerous… https://lotasoft.com/blog/fitness-app-development-pitfalls/
Isn’t putting phone under you pillow while you’re asleep bad for health?
Did you hear about NextLevelDiet? These guys deserve a medal. Their customized training and diet plan helped me change my life. I can’t thank them enough
How does more apps help you use your phone less and be more productive?
lol politicians make you unsafe after taking taxes and you pay them double by safe apps.howmuch chemical you rubbed on face? it was shining and ugly
Your speaking skills are super and your English speaking super so I subscribed your channel
Gave you a like. Of course. But J if there’s no hand walking. No squatting. No watermelon crushing. No celebrity work out. And most importantly no Hank. Well then I tend to just click thru. You rock but I know what I like. Look forward to the next vid.
And I did give you a thumbs up. Bcuz you rock all the time.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.akash.attendancemanager
Attendance Manager and Timetable app
Thank you for going over some of these apps. With so many, it can take a lot of time to evaluate them to find the best fit.
The one time I went to a therapist afterwards I felt like I was going to throw up because of all the anxiety
just downloaded a couple of these! i’m loving daylio already, i love the range of options there are!x
I spent like three days in a row to write my unique paper, but the teacher still said it was plagiarised! I didn’t have any willingness to write more left, so I looked for academic writing service. I only used it once, but I really like myeasypaper.com. Especially how cheap they are. Received a 100% original research paper for only $60.
i could be using that freedom app rn tbh.. I ended up on this video 30 mins after watching spiderman: far from home trailer
Cool video! I wanted to ask if you have come across the Rootd App, its good for Panic or Anxiety Attack,
I use Rootd. It’s focused on panic attacks and anxiety. The best parts are the panic button, the guided deep breathing, and the blue monster mascot. Have tried several on your list too though.
A cool application to search for a phone or tablet using a voice or a loud sound… it’s just like it was here and it’s not here… slammed stomped shouted the phone answered… I think it’s useful Lose Me Not Sergey Kaynov https: // apps.apple.com/en/app/lose-me-not/id1450725018
Wonderful video!
Something that also helped me was UNIBEES App that helped me learn about free food and events on campus!:)
I always find it weird how…”normal”? it seems to be for Americans to put a lot of different accounts(like those all in one finance apps) or in this case passwords in one place. I don’t know if it is a cultural thing but here in Germany people are really reluctant to store important things like that in one place. I can’t shake the feeling of making myself more vulnerable if I were to use those….
Hi there♥️ just want to say that I loved your video, I’m a college student myself so if anyone has the time to check out my small channel, I’d really appreciate it♥️ (btw Ive posted a dorm haul, go check it out!✨)
Well, looks like I’m doing well. I already use all of these.
I love Calm and Mind Shift. Another app I’ve used that is similar to Calm (using mindfulness etc) is Stop, Breathe and Think. It allows you to check in every day with how you’re feeling and will suggest guided meditations for you.
hi i tried daylio and i think the reminder feature is just working when youre on ur wifi or data??
HELP HELP HELP. I NEED TO TEXT A THERIPAST FOR FREE. NOT A BOT.
I JUST WANT FREE SUPPORT. HELP!!
Zombies run IS the best and I can’t run without it. You have to pay to get the stories, but there is a free couch to 5k version.
Some apps I like that you didn’t mention are; Runkeeper, Nike Training Club App, Strong, Fitlist, 30 Day Fitness Challenge, Walking for Weight Loss, Charity Miles, Walk for a Dog-Dog Walking, Pillow, Down Dog, Record by Under Armor, Active, Rounds, Gym Log +, WaterMinder, Stepz, Standland. I could name a lot more apps but I think that’s enough for now.
I just watch your video today and I downloaded the apps right away. I hope this will help me to heal myself and my depression. Thankyou ❤️
I use Youper, but there are others that I currently use that are awesome. Wysa, is a lot like Youper but it’s like actually have a conversation with someone. You get to type your response to questions and they offer tool for meditation, tracking thoughts and emotions and rethinking negative thoughts. InnerHour is another this one focuses on meditation and relaxation techniques, it also tracks mood and helps you set goals for better mental stability. Remente is a goal setting app, that provides you articles that help you set SMART(A) goals that help you focus one the life you want. It has helped me focus on the a better future and not so much on my negative thinking. Bliss is a gratitude app that I love. It has exercises that help you focus on the things you are grateful for and that alone can be a life changer when battling those dark days. Last but not least there is Daylio, it is a daily mood tracker app that help to notice the patterns associated with your mood. Maybe you can check em out an give a review. ☮️
