Happy for you. But it doesn’t sound like the pill work just on its own since you did so many other things. Such as only eating vegetables and working out.
Week 2 taking this. It works working but I don’t like the taste! 4 out of 5! One point lost for the taste! Update: 7 months later: When I first took it. The next day I checked my ketone levels and I was finally in ketosis. Also, I notice that during my period, my keto diet is never consistent. I do overeat and crave carbs which throws me out of ketosis and I also have no energy which is a classic sign for me that I’m out of ketosis. Ughhh. Not making excuses. I’m happy with my weight right now but it’s just these few days out of the month. This will be my fourth time ordering it again to help me during shark week.
