Hey!! I hope your week is going well so far! I had a lot of fun filming this challenge but kinda spent the second half wishing I’d done at least some training for this
What do you think will win, cardio or weights? Come back tomorrow at the same time to find out!
Lots of love xxx
Hi! I love your vidoes.l saw the plyo vs hiit video too. Moving on to the weight challenge video.
I have a request though..could do a series of weight training workouts for weight loss.
I just my weight loss journey last month and i hate cardio.
It would be nice to follow a series to loose weight effectively.
Thank you ❤️
Where are u that it’s that cold that you have to put on clothes when u run lol
How many hours did this take? Also, I admire your ambition and dedication! You go girl!! ❤️❤️
I know this is an old video but can we just talk about what a supportive boyfriend Mario is holy crap. I can’t even get a guy to hang out with me LOL.
Super Impressed with your dedication. The supportive significant other is nice to see, too.
And then there’s me who isn’t even able to run 12 minutes straight in school
Fml
I hate having such weak joints. Been doing strength training for months, but progress is slow cause I work out even slightly too much, and I get joint pain. Try running I get joint pain…. Not gonna give up, but it puts into perspective how fucked up my body is. My mind can always keep going, my body can’t.
Idiot.. All idiots together…. No work no life… Take dad’s money n just frnds
Imagine the people going to work and seeing her running and then coming home like holy shit she’s still going
i can hear they say: SZIA! at 4:00??? this is a hungarian word, in english: HI!
I like cardio because of its more fun than weightlifting to me. I know that lifting its better, but I just do what I like:)
I would like to find friends like you. I honestly enjoy your attitude.
Hi! I was just curious what goes through your mind during an endurance piece like that and what do you listen to for that long?
I burn so many calories doing crossfit so I’m only 14 and 5’3 but I have to eat from 2200 to 2300 a day just to maintain haha(sometimes have like 2500 if I’ve done alot of training that day)
Love your videos…
Can you answer me one question?
I have 38 years old and a daughter of 20, I’d never in my life did anything regarding movement, not even walk.. Believe me, not even walk to the supermarket, or in my job, always sit…
2 years ago, this January 3rd been exactly I had a very thought car wreck, and that puts me in bed for all these 2 past years, laying in bed day and night, sad, depressed, upset with the world maybe….
Just when I was a kid, I was fatty, after Mmm maybe 17 years old my body change to normal… But with the accident I lost mmm like 18 pounds,,, haha and let tell you it doesn’t matter to me, I was feeling lighter more than I already was, this year I’d gained 10 pounds and I don’t like it at all…
Curious thing was, 3 weeks ago I started to working out, and I feel diferent, so diferent even in my mood, motivation, mind, even body… I am feeling lighter… What do you think that happens when a body is used to do nothing and suddenly starts to move? Because now I am like hiperative, I can’t been sit or laying in bed,…
Of course my resistance sucks, that’s why I’m doing workout with intervals, 3 times per day..
Keep up, I love your channel
And you are so empathic that is motivated
Just started watching her channel, this is crazy. “Hey guys, just gonna randomly run a marathon today.”
i kind of enjoy my workout routine. It keeps motivated and happy too.
After running 42KM: “My legs are a little bit sore.”
WTF She’s insane.
I can hold a 6.30min/km for ehh 5 minutes. You held this pace for 56 times as long… fuck I have a long way to go
I wanna jog for miles too but my breasts get in the way. Any ideas or recommendations of good sports bra brand?
3:43 km during a 4:40 marathon and a fireworks display at 6pm? Everything seems legit here…
I wonder what fitness monitor she is using, I can’t see anything on her.
Hey Natacha can u do a video on ur iron man as I am contemplating doing it either that or the London marathon x
Finally someone giving good info too many people think they have to stay on a treadmill for an hour to lose weight it’s boring asf, compound movements are wayyyyy more effective
hey i’m natacha, i run marathons in a t shirt and jewelery with not kit, no training and a pair of headphones because i’m an absolute boss
I really wonder how it feels like to be in a body that can just casually run a marathon.
I had enough of a workout walking to the bathroom, to where I am now watching this.
Lul
I started running and could only just run 1km. It took me 10 mins and I was shattered. I am so incredibly impressed that you ran 41km! Absolute badass.
I never comment. Your content is all breathtaking Natasha. Never have i ever subscribed to a channel with all my heart.
I am just starting to run and can’t run more than 500m right now. I’m working on increasing my stamina and breathing properly
I don’t understand how calories work:/ I walk/jog 3.5 miles per hour and burn 1000 calories. and I’m morbidly obese:/ how does calorie burn work? and I use this app called Runtastic, is it not accurate?:/
Ran an entire proper marathon without any recent training at all, while complaining that you’re not fit enough.
God know what you’ll pull off when you’re fit enough.
mad respect for the effort made on this video.
Natacha: and I’m also going to get mario to give me a massage
Mario: hmm… What?
You did a Marathon??? my God, nice work, congratulations and yes the long distance race you burn a lot calories. I love the video.
Well, I can say ityou are my favorite fit lady! Very inspired by you and share a lot of common themes in your past. You work hard and I respect that. Stay sweet. xx
How can someone run 42 km….omg thats insane…
I cant run even 2 km…
Great video! I just uploaded a similar experiment, I measured my heart reate a whole day walking vs a whole day running and the results are veeery interesting
I recently started watching a ton of your videos. Love them all! You’re such a dedicated creator and it’s obvious you put a lot of work into your videos. Keep it up!
I’m currently training for my first half marathon! What were you drinking in your water bottle? It looked slightly colored.
How on earth do you manage to stay so dry? After 10-15 km I usually look as if’d just stepped out of a lake…
What equipment you use to measure heartbeat/calories please?
personally, I tried weight lifting (even had a personal training) and unfortunately without cardio, I did not saw improvement in losing body fat, only a lot of increase in muscle. Additionally when I do cardio, my skin looks better, no acne etc…so I would rather implement a little bit of both, and not one or the other
casually wipping out a marathon on a wednesday afternoon. sure.
Natacha, you looked fresher at the end and at the 14km ‘pit stop’ than I look after a 45 minute class or 30 mins with my PT.
I actually look like I’m melting, like a melting snowman but in pink/red after I work out really hard.
I just ran my first 10k race today, and absolutely still cannot understand how people can run marathons. That’s like a full 4 hours of nonstop running…
I do a 7 km run every other day because I have to give my knees and thighs some rest, but the days that I’m not running, I go for a short walk and I’m not at my best shape because I didn’t have time to work out for quite a while because of school..but I’m back on it again and you honestly inspire me to go for 10 km❤️
Heyyyyy! Hope to get a reply from my favourite person❤️ loads of love from Pakistan
You’ve motivated me to run a marathon just like that. I’ll be done with my exams soon, and I’m going to run a marathon the very next day. That’s a promise. Thank you Natacha ❤
P.S: I’m a couch potato.
Love the encouraging firework at 8:23! You seriously inspire me to go harder in the gym. Thanks for doing this for us!!
The most incredible like to dislike ratio I’ve ever seen…..wow
