Ingredients 12 egg roll wraps 4 cups cabbage and carrot slaw 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon raw honey 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.For the Stir-Fry Sauce: 2 tbsp. vegetarian fish sauce (available at Vietnamese food stores), or substitute soy sauce 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed) 1 tsp. sugar For the Eggrolls; 1 package egg.Directions Step 1 Place coleslaw mix in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High until mix is wilted, 5 minutes.
Let cool. Step 2 Stir in the shrimp, garlic, pepper, Diamond Crystal® Fine Sea Salt, soy sauce, and onion powder into the coleslaw. Step 3 Place one wrapper on a flat surface.Mix the egg and Water. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet to 350 degrees.
Add about 2 tablespoons of eggroll filling in the center of each egg roll wraps. Roll according to package directions. Brush with egg mixture. Fry in batches of 4-5 in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side.

We made them today. I didn’t have all the extra sauce or sauce for dipping. But we didn’t need it. Oh my god these are good. I didn’t use onion but I did use green onion. I only had oyster sauce, salt. I put a bit more oyster sauce I think. We are saving this for sure. Thank you thank you thank you

This is a spring roll with egg in the filling. Real egg rolls have egg in the wrapper mix. Spring roll wrappers do not use egg in the mixture.

Eggs rolls paper is very hard to come by in here, would it be possible to make the rolls in phyllo dough?
So I tried it and they taste delicious and definitely making them again. Next time I’m trying it without the noodles. It tasted good but kinda weird feeling the soft noodles inside.
