great video! just thinking about to change my polar m430 to stg else, but which one?? over age 40 my eyes/sight was getting worst, that’s why I sold my Apple Watch, way too small letters!:( So Im looking for something robust, big body/screen/numbers/letters with advanced features mainly for running… Garmin 245 would be perfect but it could have a bit bigger case… so its still open…:)
Does Garmin have a training program for 5Ks, 10Ks, 1/2 marathons, etc.?
I currently have the Garmin Forerunner 10. It’s worked for me but I want to step up. I run a few times a week. I also run 10ks and Half Marathons. I have done 1 ultra race. Really torn between the 235 or 735xt. I am NOT a triathlete. Is the HRM on the 235 that bad? The 235 definitely has everything I want or need.
My runs dont upload to strava its connected to my phone via bluetooth and Garmin connect but still dosnt upload my runs ☹
Stop doing advertising for first bloody 3 minutes… Just ticks most people off
Vivoactive 3 or Forerunner 235? During the winter months I do a lot of running on a treadmill, is it true that the 235 has better accelerometers to cope with this than the vivoactive 3. Both list indoor running/treadmill but I understand you have to calibrate the vivoactive 3. Any advice guys?
Also I know it’s a running watch but can you select the option for walking too?
Apple watch heart rate monitor really isn’t accurate whatsoever. If you’re a serious runner who trains via HR, it’s not a good idea.
Video posted in 2015…. & the title changed to 2018…. Dislike
Useless for intervals as you can’t hear the beep and the vibrate is poor as well. You constantly have to look at the watch to know when to change your pace.
I am thinking of buying this running GPS watch iliketogo.shop/s/28t/ affordable and the ratings are great
I will say something you will not like-xiaomi mi band and honor band had the same accuracy in pulse monitoring as the top smart watches
I had the Suunto Ambit 3 (as a Christmas present) for outdoor activities, especially mountaineering and alpinism. Great watch but not really made for running, plus it’s quite big. When I started looking for a watch more adapted to my city life (I’m studying in a big city) I found the Suunto 3 fitness, the only downside i found so far (I’ve been using it for 6month) is the GPS that only works when connected to the phone with the GPS activated so you need to take your phone with you. But it makes a good watch for city sports and for a fairly low price (you can find it for under 100€).
I’ve had a TomTom spark for about 4 years. still get great battery life, decent gps and can store music to listen to via bluetooth headphones. the atom Tom app automatically uploads my data to Strava too. Has been great for my casual use of about 15-20k/week. only cost £65 My eyes water at some of these prices that don’t provide much more than this!
Also syncs to my myzone heart rate belt and shows my heart rate on screen next to my pace
Didn’t subscribe due to 1 minute preamble telling me to subscribe.
Are you really changing the titles of your videos even with the information contained in the video is the same? Come on man.
My Uncle got me a Forerunner 235 for my sixteenth birthday about a month ago. Made it so much easier than running with a phone.
Its 2019 now, is the 235 p to date in anyway to make the hrm more accurate?? I like the large watch face, easier to see but useless if inaccurate. Thanks for any info..
Great runners channel! I have the 235, my go to running watch, reluctant to upgrade, do you know if it pairs with the Garmin HRM Run strap and if so does it record all the running dynamics that the strap offers? Otherwise I may have to upgrade to the 735XT?
Hi. could the device display a compass and MGRS GPS location format?
Mine came in the mail yesterday. I can’t get the darned thing to pair with my mobile app. I feel like I”m in the dark ages having to plug in to sync. Everything refers me back to the manual, but I don’t see anything helpful there.:(
You could also review running apps. There are quite a few out there. I usually use 4 of them simultaneously in my phone because none all them offer at the same time the most information (cadence, maps), features (segments, leaderboards, routes) or the most accuracy or reliability. I hope market competition and accumulated experience will contribute to improve them over time.
The smartphone race has ended and thus begun the smartwatch! Now I see smart watches going for upwards of £800! Madness. When will be see an automatic watch that does not need charging will be the day the watch is worth £1k including the heart rate monitor oled screen.
My 1st tracker type watch was a VirginPulse max buzz. Then as i start picking up running, i upgraded to Huawei Band4 pro as it has gps .
So far so good for its price, although its a lil slow to lock on gps. Details like vo2max, cadance etc only viewable using the app
Is the 735xt better with the heart rate accuracy? Cheers for the great content
So… no swim lap tracking? My vivoactive does that… (looking to update).
Hello, I have a question: I have connected my forerunner 235 to my android connect app and also manage all smart notifications on the app to show the calls, sms,… on my watch, also manage on my watch to show all while running or resting, but whenever my phone is ringing or getting txt messages, it doesnt show on my watch what s wrong with it??? Plz help me
i think that the stopwatch plus the actual heart rate is the most important stats that need to be viewed on the workout screen everything else is coplementary
Garmin, if you’re listening, how about you head on over to the Garmin forums and let you’re poor customers, who made to unfortunate choice to buy this watch, know whether you are actually taking any steps to improve the situation and fix the countless issues with Garmin connect, the HR monitor and all the other currently useless features you marketed in this “unfinished” product.
Was quite happy with my old garmin 405, but garmin 245 music, serious piece of kit.
thanks for the video, can this watch display dual time zone? eg boston vs bangkok?
Coros Apex or Vertix…I would put it up against any of these watches ANY day..I’ve used from every brand and none compare to the Coros brand at this point..constant updates with new features and battery life is insane, CS responds to request for features from users and is highly involved with their community…
I don’t know if I’ll go for the Garmin 245 music or the Vivoactive 4S, Because it has a small version and it also connect with music. Beautifull, but the downside is that it has a toutchscreen and the 245 music. That one is bigger, but it has buttons and better running features.
I have the Samsung Active 2 and i love it for running! I downloaded the Strava app as well. How does the Active compare to the $250 Garmin?
I’m thinking of buying either a Garmin 235 or a fitbit charge 2 which would be better ty?
I can’t tell you how much I hate my Apple Watch. It is the worst sports watch on the market in every way possible. Don’t waste your money on it. Get a watch designed as a sports watch, not a hipster poser watch.
Just got the 235… this video was so helpful for set up! thank you very much! happy trails!
Can you change the face to an analog clock? And if so, does this analog clock include a persistent second hand?
I have a Fitbit charge 3 and the problem is that during my run the screen turns off. It has a wrist movement sensor, but it doesn’t work well. Does the Garmin 235 stay on during a run?
Hi again! Wich HR sensor is better, garmin forerunners 235 or Polar m430??
Thanks!
It’s a bit older and basic but seriously the Amazfit bip is great cheap semi-smart watch with built in gps for run tracking, massive battery life and a perfect starter watch.
Does this one do walking and running??! Like run for 5mins walk1 and does it vibrate instead of just ring?!
i just bought a 235 but i am thinking about switchig to 45. is this a good move?
In my 30s. New to running. Boy I lose my belly fast. Love it!
Im looking to track my trails through the mnt when I ride my dirtbike, would the 235 work for that?? I’d love to see my ride map, distance, avg speed, etc
Love my tech and as an Apple user there was only option, I’ve been using the Series 3 for a couple years now. I use it for running, refereeing and normal day to day stuff.
Did he say $330.00 what the heck I’ll just buy an iwatch it’s cheaper
GET YOUR MARATHON TRAINING TOP NOW: http://stores.clothes2order.com/fordy-runs/
I don’t understand why people harp on battery life so much. If it dies after 6 hours I could understand. But you’re upset because it died after 4 days?? What’s the difference? Charge it when you sleep.
Thanks for the review! I just bought one off Ebay. So far I love it!
I’ve got my garmin forerunner 45 which i find great it is really good i’m 13 years old and i found it really helpful my dad has the forerunner 975 and the only difference i notice is the swimming bc his is a tri watch:)
330 Dolores is a budget devise? Please learn how to write a tittle that does not just call people to watch your video by straight lying to them.. By the way CASUAL and not causal.
How does the Garmin forerunner 645 compare with the forerunner 245?
Here is my experience and review of a 235 replacing a Garmin 500: https://bikefleetnews.blogspot.com/2019/10/replacing-my-garmin-500-with-garmin.html
@The Running Channel, Do I need to pay to stream music from Pandora or Spotify from any of the non-Apple watches if I want to stream during my run?
Thanks for this review. I have the Garmin Forerunner 35 right now so this helped drastically! Keep up the great work.
i have a samsung galaxy watch active and garmin forerunner 15
Would this be good to track calories for a cross fit / function method style training??
I.e 3 k row
Squats
Chins
Circuit
Row??
Gutted I missed the argos sale on these £99! I’m looking for a good deal on the 245 now.
Hi Running Channel. I have my garmin 220 running watch and fitbit so am looking to combine the 2 for evetysay tracker but good enough running watch to give me the stuff I need. Looking at lower end of budget so wanted to know thoughts on first two shown garmin 235 and 45 or polar ignite. Which one would you recommend? Video kind of lent towards polar.
I wanted to buy a smart watch so much until i saw that RF exposure on human body
This watch is absolute garbage. I regret buying it, which is surprising given my Fenix 1 and Edge 520 have been so reliable. The optical HR monitor is utter and complete $hit! Had I not wasted so much money on this turd I would simply mail it back. Terrible.
I wish garmin would come with small size forerunner which suits my tiny wrist
Do you have to sync this to a smart phone. If so, are there any watches in which you do not have to sync to a smart phone that will track gps.
Hey is the 235 updated or is it the same device from years back? If it’s the same device has there been drastic software updates to improve?
Looking for something to calculate my v02 max, would these work for cycling as well?
compare to apple watch or sam sung smart watch i got both of them..
how do this fit to those?
i love my sam sung smart watch more than apple watch..
i hate the square face watch..
Is this bad for sleep I’m late to trackers but want GPS that’s got good sleep tracking too?
Can’t download the apps says
Not available in your country? Got this watch dec as a gift
Help pls
That’s not how the word verbatim is supposed to be used…carry on…
Wow!! Thanks much for the vid. Really helped in my decision to buy this GPS watch.
Hello, what’s the difference between swinging your arms while running and flexing your arm while curling? I’m not sure the accuracy of the heart rate have to be different. I appreciate it if you could elaborate around that. Thank you in advance.
can I registre two profile user in one device (fr 235 for example)?
Questions Sir. Can you still use this to track your workout without connecting it to your phone?
And can i connect my Bluetooth headphones to my phone while the garmin watch is connected to it?
Very helpful! Just got mine today and am excited to use it!
I’ve ordered FR235 today and eagerly waiting for it to arrive! I’m done with watch.. Can you pls confirm if I can customise the settingsdrink water, alert when I am slow during biking workout as well?
If I were to buy a gps running watch in 2018 which would you recommend?
I need a watch that can be programmed to do modified sets and time between exercises. This expensive crap can’t do it. Can anyone help?!
Are the heart rate sensors from those watches acurate during runs? I am using Polar H7 chest strap with my phone. I want to play music at the same time track my heart rate.
I had problem with Garmin Vivosmart HR & their App also had friend complaining about fitbit..!
Great review! Moving to 235 from vivoactive HR.. Great battery life!
Eh how do you start that watch,I’ve just my 945,my Bluetooth is on,I can’t go nowhere just turning,go to mobile app, doing nothing can’t look for my device
When I connect the use clip my watch won’t turn on or charge. Windows say unknown USB device was connected and garmin express can’t find it. No matter what I do the watch won’t turn on or charge. Any ideas?
I have a Problem with my Watch: I dont resieve massage or call from my phone an my watch more.
could you help me?
What’s the main feature you want on a running watch? Let us know
Forerunner 235 is great for me. 30+ years of running and this is the best one I have ever had.
I’m doing running and cycling. Could you guys suggest which one is better/recommended between the 235 and 735xt? I could not decide which one
This is a good watch with battery life but garmin connect is enouh to stop you wantig touse it its soannoying and flaky in its connection to your devices
i went from 235 to 945. Its pretty awesome, i get music, and tons of running metrics that are really interesting on what your doing. It also has color maps which i didnt think i would use, but i can go to places ive never been and always know where i am, plus you can just tell it to give you a round trip of 4 miles and it gives you directions. lots of features. love it.
Not the Polar ignite… HR monitoring is inaccuract as shit and so is the GPS, what a disappointment. Battery is also nothing to brag about and all the watch faces are crap, not that I care about that a lot, but at least make the screen better to read during daylight… It’s cheap and light and comfortable to wear but that are about the only positives.
And you talk about sleep tracking, it’s a JOKE!!!!
Yo RizKnows I just scored this watch for a great deal. it’s prime day on amazon and it was 58% off and I got it for $140
if the HR sucks, why not buy the forerunner 230 with a chest strap?
Want a watch with hrv and or recovery time when heart rate settled back so ok to go to exercise again please help top vids
These watches are all the same..this just looks better. If it doesn’t have navigation on it for lost runs and/or biking…i won’t buy it. I’ll stick with my galaxy gear S that is a phone and browser as well on runs.
I can’t get my text notifications to work. I can view my Facebook messages but not my actual texts. I’ve checked out YouTube and forums and can’t find any solutions. Somebody please help. I have an Android.
can you please do a tutorial on how to connect the HR monitor strap to Garmin 235 because I tried the other day and it only says that no other devices connected but it doesn’t give me an option to connect it
Many thanks for the review, I think I’m going to get one, my wife’s loved the Fitbit she’s into walking, so she’s def going to love this one thank you
Decent video but only touching on some watches, missing imporant things. Next to that it’s loaded with Garmin which is not fair compare to other brands mostly workhorses from Polar Vantage M (which got most features of V version) and Sunto series 3 then 5 and 7. Overall any smartwatch and definetly sportwatch is better to exersise that using mobile. I can’t help but smiling seeing all those people with they big Iphones, Samsung strapped to arms:D Maybe some day they will learn that is beter to spend money on decent watch that will last longer than newest mobile hit ^_^
Bought this for the phone notifications but when someone else noticed me with it they asked me my Vo2 max and I didnt know what language he was speaking lol.
Nice clear survey! Thanks. Q? when I’m out running and the zone screen appears there is a floating purple tag the flows over the principal zones. Do you know what the floating purple zone marker is? Thanks for the great review…
This watch is garbage. Tested it while getting my EKG done. Heart rate was off around 30+ bpm. Tested it 4 times and same result. Garmin is all hype and gimmicky “GPS” crap that really has no use. They seem to think every damn person runs triathlons with these watches. Yet they have the nuts to price point the new Fenix 5 line starting at $600 before taxes… LOL… Garmin is definitely reaching a stretch
I am currently deciding on a running watch for my birthday. I’ve been considering the Forerunner 645 but there isn’t that much info on it. Does anyone have some experience with it? Is it worth it?
Hello! May I know how about the battery life? How long does it last? Nice review btw!
I was given a 235 and within two months I’d put it aside. The HRM is wildly inacurate, sometimes as much as doubling the actual rate, sometimes falling to almost half. When I went looking to check the experience of other users I found this was a common problem. The watch was designed a few years ago and Garmin has not fixed this faulty sensor.
It was very awkward to select the buttons to check different functions while cycling and was more of a nuisance than an asset. It now sits unloved among a mess of charging cables. All that is required is for me to get enough energy to throw it away.
I started off with a Suunto Spartan Sport WHR it’s a bit of a mouthful but a great watch. Must say I like the look of the Polar range it’s just hard to pull yourself away from one brand to another almost like starting again!
I would run with my phone for a long time and it was a pain in the butt! Bulky and nervous to drop it all the time. I got a Garmin Forerunner 225(very basic watch) used for $100 so that i could finally get rid of my phone for runs. After a year I love having a running watch so much i’m deciding to get a 245 and couldn’t be more excited. If your on the edge of getting one, buy one used for cheap that works properly, see how you like it and then go from there. They have a great resale value so you can always sell it if you don’t enjoy it.
I know this is old now but I just bough this 235 watch and the battery has gone down 60% in 3 day so far, and I have had it on my wrist 24hrs/day (going to have a nice tan line).
Thanks ever so much for your setup and review of the Garmin 235. Just purchased and your review made everything more of a breeze! Bosch
Guys can you help me figure out which is the best for me? I am 16 y.o and I am long distance runner, I am between Garmin Forerunner235 and Garmin 735XT Run Bundle
Great review mate, bought this watch last week and it’s been great so far. Also getting more in to running as well, just subbed man and excited to see more
Is this a good sport watch for cycling and with strava for share
that my problem with my Fenix 3 hr, the heart rate is not accurate and for 600 bucks it sucks
All I want is a heart monitor and custom workouts that I can add to the watch (such as intervals). I don’t really care about the other features but for me this is a must!
Love my Garmin Vívoactive 4 it’s like wearing a shoe, doesn’t feel right if I leave the house without it even if I’m not running
If you have an Apple phone, the watch is the only option. But might as well get the 5 now, same price. Apple Watch paired with Galaxy Buds+ are the only tools you need. Leave your phone at home, and listen to all your stuff from your watch. Including texts, and phone calls. Ridiculous.!!:)
I have the 230 since over a year, great watch. Ran my first marathon last week.
Really nice & helpful review but in smartwatch fitbit ionic can give apple watch run for money in features with one thirdth of price also gps+glonass & vo2 max, music storage, streaming & Bluetooth & WiFi connectivity
Try a touch screen with sweaty hands or in rain…they are a nogo….I’m using the FENIX6XSAPHIRE and it replaced the Apple Watch 4 Garmin gives me all I need
I have a forerunner 30 super basic but I don’t think you need a pricey one!
I’m looking to get a new watch for running and I am torn between getting a forerunner 235 or a forerunner 45. anyone have any occurrences with these watches that could help?
Just recently bought the 235 and love it. Your video helped me be able to find a setting I wanted to change. Thanks!

When I first started doing any excercise in general i got a fitbit versa so it’s 2 years old. Battery is still pretty strong for it being 2 years old and the only bummer is taking my phone on runs. I am getting more serious on running so i might consider getting a Garmin.
After a workout does this watch tell you how long your recovery time is
The term entry level needs some qualification.
e.g. I’ve been running for 35 years, but so far haven’t gone down the tech path –
I measure routes online, or with an OSM, use a 20 quid Casio watch to time splits/results, and my fingers do HB measurements.
I quite like the idea of GPS for route measurement etc, but I don’t want bells and whistles.
I DO want reliable GPS tracking and hook up, accurate distance measurements, and the option to DL to a
laptop or desktop.
Whats the best one for skinny wrists lol I want the 245 but will look big
What are the best data fields you set up for running? I like the pace alert you set up.
I bought Polar to know how I sleep, and now I have shoes for outside and inside running, wake up at five to run.
I have been using a Fitbit charge 3 but omg the accuracy is out quite badly by an average of 1K over the course of a half marathon. I’m probably going to get a Garmin Forerunner 235 as I need an entry level one whilst I continue to find my running feet as Fitbit no longer works for me
“you can pair with it a speed and cadence sensor”
What about a power meter?
I’ve been using my ForeRunner 235 for years, I love the extremely detailed stats it gives at the end of each run. For me it’s the perfect running watch. Couldn’t run without it.
The heart rate monitor messes up during interval training?! That was 80% of the reason I was going to he it for.
Haha you guys must not like the instinct would like you guys to do an instinct and also the new casio h1000 what do you guys think about the instinct as an outdoor running and kayaking watch
Hello..
Between
polar ignite
forerunner 735
I am a runner amateur jogger
4 weekly outings of 10 km each.
My smartphone is huawei
Is the Forerunner still available the USA? and at what price?
My first watch, forerunner 25, so simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for your first watch. Still using it now.
My first was the pink Garmin Forerunner 10 many many years ago. It died the morning of my first half marathon. RIP first running watch! I’m now using Garmin Vivoactive 3 w music. Love that I don’t need my phone or ipod for music. I don’t like running w a lot of gear. It looks good, is water resistant, and works on the treadmill!
I guess the most expensive Apple Watch is expensive but the standard is not that pricey especially compared to the high end Garmin, Suunto and Polar shown here. It’s a great device and with the right app it can be really useful, but there is something about the Garmin watches for me. They are rubbish at almost everything except its core function but then again I don’t buy the Garmin for anything other than its core purpose! Certainly not its UI or looks (^^)
Fitbit products are trash. They die after a year. My versa crapped out at the one year mark. Time for a Garmin!
This video saved me the agony of reading the instructions, thank you
It’s 2019 now and this is pretty old tech now, but would you guys say the Forerunner 45 is better or the 235?
Surprised the Garmin 645 wasn’t mentioned, but I do love the suunto
no offense but this review was utterly pointless for the majority of people looking for a watch! it’s just a lot of “fairly priced”, “great watch”, etc..
It’s nice and all trying to not downgrade a watches quality but I haven’t heard constructive criticism in terms of price, user base differences, interface and app compatibility etc… f.e saying the Apple Watch is a great running watch is just not true and might mislead people in their buying decision! Haven’t really found any reeeeeally good reviews on Youtube so given that it’s not the end of the world, I would have hoped for more still however!
Garmin is notorious for using their customers as a guineapig. I returned FR235 less than a month after buying it. HR doesnt work well, and it is inconsistent. it wasn’t until FR735xt they sorted out the issues somewhat. Even then, FR735xt wasn’t perfect either. FR935 is near perfect, sans the size. FR645 is just about perfect in size and function. I would never buy FR645 Music unless you careless about the music function.
Hi. Can you please tell me which Garmin watch downloads routes from Garmin connect. If I go into menu go to courses touch an activity I have created and then send to device. This monitors whether you are on target or not. My Garmin Forerunner 230 is not compatible. That’s why I was wondering if you can please help me.
haha 330$… bang for buck? looks up competition… I havd concluded this man is ether a fanboy or a sellout
damn is this watch worth it in 2020 im super late to the party
I’ve just starting running, and bought a Huawei GT2 watch, absolutely superb watch for the money, but really let down with no connectivity to Strava.
Hopefully this will come in an update?
Hi Anna, I’m new to your channel and really like the stuff you are doing.. I’m looking for low budget smartwatch with GPS and want if you can please review review few watches like Honor, Huawei and few others watches which are are low in cost and how they stack-up with flagship watches. particularly in terms of accuracy..I know they recently came up with few smartwatches with amazing battery life but they are good for day to day tracking as well. Looking forward to check your review!
Can u play music from a speaker then pause it from the watch?
Does the Garmin 735xt have the pulse oxidity sensor you mention here with the 935? Regards.
Does the 235 support starva? As im looking to buy a new gps watch
Samsung has an excellent fitness app. If you pair it with a heart monitor strap the phone displays your HR. It graphs it to. It shows minimum and maximum HR. It shows a picture of where your running . I would consider the Galaxy S8. Check out the S Health app
Before anything ellse, thanks for your videos guys, I love your channel!
And now, a quick question. What’s the advantage of a running watch over a smartphone? Some of those watches cost twice as much as my smartphone and any smartphone can track a run with plenty of running apps available both for iOS and Android to choose from. I do want a running watch but I find it hard to convince myself that I need one.
This is SO much better then my previously owned vivo active 3. Buttons are way better imgs.love/GarminF645?mをH it looks sexy, and the tracking is good for my runs. I got the dark pink bands, I also bought a black and orange band, but the dark pink actually looks the best and some how matches everything.
I wish you would’ve mentioned the price at the beginning to save me some time for watching something else.
Was happy with my old 225 until it broke a month ago after many years of use. Bought a Forerunner 45 as it has a better heart rate sensor, plus Glonass and Galileo to add to GPS, plus a longer batter compared to the 235. Really happy with it and it doesn’t feel like a beginner watch at all to me.
This watch does basically everything your apple smartwatch will do imgs.love/GarminF645?mをH but it can also store music, it has an accurate GPS, and can track many different kinds of workouts. The Garmin app also adjusts your step goal based on how much sleep you got.
What about the Samsung galaxy series 3? And the garmin vivosmart 4?
Hi! I’m going to be running the London Marathon in October, my first ever, and I’ve been binge watching videos on this channel for weeks, they’re fantastic.
For the race, I’ll be representing VICTA UK, a charity dedicated to helping those that suffer with blindness and visual impairment. If you’re reading this and in a position to perhaps donate some pennies, here’s the link to my fundraising page so you can read more about me and the charity! Thanks guys ❤️

This watch is so dull and boring. So much problem in connecting with phone, getting notifications etc… Very dull background… Repenting on buying this phone
You helped me to choose the clock:) Bought Garmin Forerunner 235 and got quite good prince:) #teamgarmin
Is it only me who uses a Garmin Instinct? Seriously underrated in my opinion
I’ve got a Forerunner 15 gps, chest strap hrm and links to Garmin Connect. Always been told chest based hrm is far more reliable than wrist. It is a compact size, more like a regular watch. Personally, they throw too many things into watches these days and i’m more than happy with this. Cost around £20 hardly used off of Ebay.
Hello! Does the 235 have the thing where it tells you to slow down or speed up to reach a certain pace? And estimates what your time will be for a certain distance? I’m not sure what it’s called.
Who’s using an Apple iWatch and how you getting on with that on your long runs?
This video is almost 3 years old now. Stop putting best watch of 2018 at the end of your titles!
I would have bought this had it been water proof for swimming
thank youu! I’m thinking about getting these since they’ve always seemed like the best option (price/quality) and they probably really are!
maybe at 150.00. all these kinds of watches are overpriced
I am sure it’s available for a lot cheaper than its rrp. But personally I would suggest the 230 instead at 235, again probably available a lot cheaper (it’s rrp is £209 in the UK but I found it for £145). It’s lacking the HR sensor but most people interested in HR tracking may already have a HR strap, I did. It’s a great watch. My wife has the basic TomTom runner & it really is basic. It even lacks auto pause.
Apple Watch is 299.00 at the Apple Store and I can use my phone gps if I needed
Great review, couldn’t agree more regarding Apple, very disappointing for running stats etc. switched to Garmin 235.
For that price I could just get a Moto 360 and have all the added features of Android wear.
i’m a freshman in high school so i just got a watch and i got this one and i’m scared it’s gonna be so consfusing LOL
All I want is an easy to operate and find distance, pace, heart rate, time screen, with Vo2 max, and fitness test.
For those using the FR235, whilst running, what is that floating purple tick above the other zone/colours in the HR Zone window while running and timer is on? I’ve looked at about 20 different YT reviews and no one discusses it. Thanx!!
You need me to do a couple of things before we start? Um, really?
how well this behaves in extreme weather conditions? cold resistance?
Since 2015 this watch still best and recommended at the time
That is a nice everyday bag! Been on my radar for a while now but that DA has kept me from it. Susan, did you ever consider the Pochette Metis? What’s your take on that bag?
