My niga. Coach Chris always got the knowledge. Definitely need this
Am I the only one that actually saw a difference after two weeks of doing this? Like.. here 3:42 at the first day I couldn’t go all the way down but now I can without feeling anything!!!
I just want to thank you! Started last year with this routine and now, one year later I’m doing it every day two times. In the morning and (hopefully) in the evening after sitting a lot of time on my glutes;)
Chloe’s body proportions are insane. She’s tiny but built at the same time
That Figure 4 thing was the worst for me, i felt the strech in the side of my glute but not my low back, damn that one was hard, i worked my abs aswell with that one haha
i have a popping him and this helped a lot, i’ve had it for months
Hey dude. Nice video. What is the watch / timer you are using? Where do I get one?
Just go outside and practice skills every day and watch how u improve dont listen too this clown about streching and gym and all that just have good skills and play panna and have pace and abit of strengh and u will be a top pro player
This helped me so much before my game last week!! Thank you so much ♥
i feel as though i am not doing the streches properly the first 1 i felt it in my hip flexor not where he was saying
The movement you do at 6:38 is VERY VERY hard for me!! I am very athletic and currently having hip issues recovered from Athletic Pubalgia 6 months ago and now Strained my hip flexor sprinting and I have Snapping Hip Syndrome. Can you please tell me what it means that I am not able to lift my leg in that position??? I have pain and it just won’t lift I don’t know if it’s a weakness or a tightness probably both? I would greatly appreciate it bro I’ve been subbed to you for awhile
Color: cyan!
This is a wonderful morning stretch for me since I started! Thanks a bunch!
(First exercise, starts at 1:08)
Me: I can go further, but me wearing jeans. My trousers cant!
Him: just go as far as you can, whatever feels comfortable
Me: If u say so!
My jeans: I see light!

Thank you for your video. I am a Yoga Teacher and currently teaching Children with special need. And I wanted to see which yoga stretches footballers might use and enjoy. Since one of my students today was saying he doesn’t like Yoga while he was happily following and doing it all!! So, I have found out that he loves football and I am going to use that reference instead to divert his interest to change his perception on Yoga, perhaps it is in the “word” Yoga.. Anyway, I will introduce footballer’s Yoga on our tomorrow’s lesson & session.
Thanks, OM Shanti
Should I do this before the real sport workout or after I’m done with it
How often we have to do this every Day or 2 3 times in a week
You should really be holding these stretches for about a minute each (minimum) to actually see any benefits. No point in rushing stretches.
Can you make a video on the knees please? Thank you! Great video!
After this yoga I felt like I was practicing for any groin championship
At the end of the day it was quality stuffs
Got to grin and bear it
Gritting the teeth
If you need to bite harder
Chew on some beef
All things must pass
The pain won’t last
But stretching your hamstring’s a real pain in the ass

Just a man with his cat chillin in the house u know stretching, chilly music in the background. And playing on a professional level, helping others with what u have making great vids. THATS THE DREAM Y’ALL ♥️
Grey for sure; I have found in disciplining myself more by doing stretches and the natural movements. They really center my mind too. Keep it up man
That time I prefer stretching rather than the workout itself. I don’t have a lot stamina, but at least I’m flexible enough.
What are some ways to improve your soccer game? I read plenty of great reviews on the net about how exactly Episoketren System can assist you increase your soccer technique. Has any one tested out this popular training program?
LOVE this video! I followed along and I want to keep doing this rutine! The foot stuff killed me though
I love these stretches but honestly they are so rushed through. Like I gotta do 30-40 seconds of a workout move but I can only stretch in one position for like 5-15 seconds here I love your videos but I’m gonna have to find a different cool down
You are a great yoga/stretching instructor! I like it when people talk more too, it helps me be more patient and calm when I can focus on someone’s voice.
Why when i do the lean back deeper stretch my fingers felt numb after breathe out
Can somebody tell me the title of the Song? It’s vert relaxing
I’m a basketball player and I love doing this stretching routine. It improved my flexibilty and also my recovery. By the way, I was a soccer player before I transitioned to basketball.
I just finished it and it was pretty hard for me. The plyometric training combined with the strength training probably made my hips very stiff. Thanks for the video and the great content you are giving us. Greetings from Germany
I used to litteraly bring my legs to my face. Then I went to the gym and did deadlifts for 3 weeks straight without proper stretching and there I am, I can’t even do a 90 degree
Need this as an MMA fighter, lots of kicks and grappling requires a lot of hip mobility
This is the best stretching video for a footballer, I have really tight hips and this has really helped with that and my overall flexibility altogether, thanks!
It’s already day 17 of slim thigh challenge and it seems like I haven’t got any change whhhyyyy???there is sth wrong with me
anyone know the second track on this video it’s really relaxing
I used to be flexible when I went to karate, I want to go back again but i want to be flexible. Cause in karate, well at least the one I went to, you have to do those power stretches plus I don’t want to be embarrassed lol. I can straighten my legs entirely though.
The hamstring stretch is just going to tug on one’s sciatic nerve. Try adding 5° of knee flexion and keeping spine neutral, hinging the hip
Not sure if I’m ready for a 9 minutes stretching programme.
Edit: nevermind, it’s just 90 seconds.
Holy crap just doing the first stretch did me wonders. Thank u so much muscle man!!
Good shit dude. Royal Blue. Thanks for the stretch and motivation.
Just a question when it comes to breathing, i simply cant take in the long breaths and releases that he does. Max i can breathe in is for like 5 secs then i have to let it out. Any tips about this?
Bro can you show some knee strengthening and ankle strengthening exercises for your upcoming videos…
Anyone having sort of elbow pain when doing the “lounge chair”? Got straight to me and didnt really feel the shoulder stretching… beside that great vid man!
Hi, my name is laya and my b-day is coming soon July, 16 and I´d like to tell you that you are my insppire me to be the best me. I do your workouts and I enjoy them love ya yours truly ya girl laya with you a good life
Doing Yoga and calling it stretch.
Now where are people defining Cultural Appropriation?
Solid 2 minutes of actual content, how can anybody be mad at that? Don’t forget to click the link!
Rolling your neck can damage it!
I googled after finding this exercise painful, apparently you can very easily crunch your neck bones against each other when doing this (!). Safer: turn your head all the way to the right/left and hold that position for 10 seconds, tilting your head to one side and allowing the weight of your head to stretch the muscles.
Thanks for the good video. I’m going to try this this week!!
anyone seeing this who’s doing it optionally good for you
I think it’s cause my body is extremely tight cause there was a lot of time I was feeling pain but it was so soothing after
Every time I went for a jog my hip flexors would start swelling and I hoped that there was somesort of video that helped with it. And i found yours which helped me alot now it is a part of my daily routine THANKS ALOT!!!
Love it man. Been doing this the last week and I’ve been loving every second of it.
Anyone know how to stop hips from popping during internal rotation (towards bottom of squat lunge). My knees are not caving in my form is perfect! It pops on the inside (near adductors) high up in the hip socket. Im concerned cause when it pops under load there is extreme soreness for about 2 weeks and i can’t flex hip at all during that time. The more it pops the more frequently it needs to pop, it getting to the point where if i’m doing auxiliaries/volume ill have to stop mid-set to pop it so it doesn’t pop under load. It can’t be lack of mobility because my mobility and flexibility is on another level. I had FAI (Impingement) and I fix that with band stretches and foam rolling, and once that was fixed thats when popping started.
I always get injured in my hip flexors, but now I’ll strengthen it and stretch it and just begin to do a lot of injury prevention. This video has been my go-to video for the last 3-4 months
Red! Also I’m super stiff and this helped soo much. I’ll be doing this daily from now on.
How effective is Episoketren System? We have heard several amazing things about this popular training course.
I liked how you took your time with each stretch. I like the music too. I enjoyed following along.
Best cooldown ever, I don’t feel sore the next day. Good cooldown!
It is very helpful for all the athlete, soccer etc.
thankz i so much for uploading this video
Hello, I really enjoy your stretching and mobility routines, although I have a question regarding the hip flexor stretch. I have watched and read a bit about stretching lately because I am in real need of improving flexibility and mobility.
What do you say to those that say not to lean forward during the hip flexor stretch? Just to engage glutes and anterior tilt the hips to get a better hip flexor stretch? Again I am really happy with your routine and have been performing it each day for the past 3 weeks and seen some great results. Just wanted to ask?
Thanks again
Thank you man! Trying to build a stretching habit and this was the best video I found. I’m on my third straight day so wish me luck!
kind of reminds me of jeremy stevens, guess youve heard it before.:P
Not fond of the background music playing while you are talking. With cognitive issues, too many variables make it difficult to focus on the task at hand. The information is great!
nice channel and super videos, i’m really enjoying following the beginner-no-equipment routines.
ps my fav colour is black
Thank you. I’ve been seeking a routine to improve flexibility and mobility for judo and jujitsu and sports.
Needed this so bad! New Years goal to stretch and so happy to find this video! Daily commitment to do this wonderful 20 min stretch
For the last exercise I could barely get my hands past my knees nor my legs spread wide apart. Is something wrong?
I really need things like this for my martial arts I’ve become very stiff over the years
Been using all the mobility videos lately and they’re really helping. Thanks John!
I would suggest stretching hamstrings before that first exercise because there’s a high chance your thigh’ll cramp if you start stretching your quad so aggressively like that.
everyone is complaining about how much he talks… but let me tell you this little exercise really works wonder for me! i am 30yrs old.. i couldn’t touch my feet last so many years… i dont hav ms thought. But after i followed this technique i was able to touch my feet in a week.
one thing i would also like to xplain that i had a severe tight hamstrings as wit straight legs i could not even sit.
thankyou soooo much… luv from India…
Two questions Chris, would you do the whole routine in one session? And do you still let your athletes do weight training after this?
Not recommended for anyone at all. Never try it. Not something humans can do.
i feel like a different person aféře this stretching session ⚽️
Am I the only one who just hopes that my mum won’t come to my room when I do this? 0:38 I feel like she’ll think I’m twenevermind..
Matt…I swear to God I stretched things that I had no idea were tight…mate this video was absolute class
Been working with this for 2 weeks now. I alrdy feel differend! Can you do a routine for the lower back? I play golf and is offen restricted in my rotation and lower back pains when getting into specific positions.
So should i do this on my active rest day hope someone answer me soon cus my ard is tomorrow ❤️❤️
So 1:30 for each leg. But how many times do you do it?? Is it just 1 set and youre done?
Is it necessary to warm up before this or can you get right in to it say, if this is the first thing I do when I wake up?
I used to always skip cool down stretches then my body couldn’t handle the tension and i pretty much had to do the stretches. Now after my exercises, stretches are my favourite part and i always look forward to do them. Thanks Chloe, you’re the best ♥️♥️♥️
Will this stretch get you faster and gain more strength too?
man thanks a lot) im watching this in 2019 and now im having a very good feelings
Hey I m from India. I saw your video bro it’s cool.. tell me how to improve shoulder strength I have injury
When he talks about being unable to cross his legs because of lack of flexibility I felt that. Really appreciate this video.
Definitely gonna put this into my stretching routine before my hockey games! (I’m a goalie so hip mobility is a NECESSITY)
exactly the video i was looking for. been searching for something like that for months, thank you
Lol my own is red also. Bombdotcom love this content plus your physique is golden n lean.❤
Yellow loved this, you are right, 15 mins a day makes all the difference
…guys, you should allways do your dinamic streches first….
This is really nice, but just a suggestion that pls reduce your subtitles font size or place it on the top of the screen as your poses are not to be seen…. And this these workouts poses are of utmost importance.
oh yea my karate belt is just chillin in my closet….hold up.
GREY PURPLE!
A friend just sent your link to me and I dig what you’re doing! Sending positive vibes x
Red! Your videos are changing my day. Thank you for being such a good soul:)
Your stretches are so good! Omg! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to walk after my intense workout, but thanks to your video, I felt soo good the next day! Much Love ❤️
The first stretch it’s what we as Muslims do when praying
you should start a series highlighting productivity, setting goals, business and being an entreprenuer
I know breathing in this workout is important but what is the purpose of breathing in and out for so long?
Thank you for the video. It’s very helpful. Great presentation skills, keep up the great work.
I think he talks too much too. I like the information that he gives but he’s very repetitive. I believe that Video could have been done in half the time. If we want to hear something again we can just watch the video again.
My guy I just did this routine at the gym took me like 40 mins and I nearly cried on the first hip stretch . I really needed this all strength training and jump sessions got my hips tight. Hopefully this gets my bounce right
Thank you so much for this….. my hips has been a problem so seeing this and adding this especially the static stretches will definitely take me to another level for real, appreciate it coach!!
this lower body stretch was amazing. can you do an upper body one as well?
Really well done. No too much noise, not too much music, not too much talk. Very well done.
Has anyone else watched this video so many times that they almost memorized the whole routine? Lol
I did a whole week of workouts without the cooldown and i regret it soo much because my muscles are super relaxed, i dont feel any pain now and i sleep better
I can’t believe I followed through all of it!
I’m 35 this year, mainly been a Futsal gk for about ten tears. I found the abductors and sitting on your ankles the most painful
Even the long straight leg to the side got me and that’s my bread and butter (leg saves)
Subbed!
The whole routine was great!
How can I become this body without effort? I drink 2 cups protein but no results!
ill try to do this after my workouts… trying to incorporate stretching more. thanks for the vid
man thanks a lot) im watching this in 2019 and now im having a very good feelings
Could you maybe make an audio version for this so we can download in spotify to use it offline?
Hey Josh. Been doing the daily for four days now. Really loving it. Just one question…does feet placement matter for the squat. I am able to squat till the flore but my feet tend to point outward alot. Bringing the feet more parallel I notice my heels start to lift. Thanks for the awesome vids. Favourite colors are blue red and green.
Lay off the twinkies and soda and get off your ass bro.. looking like a slob stop being lazy
Guys do this stretch in *0.75 speed..That way you won’t lose most of the time figuring out the position.
Blue, also my back is messed up from being tall. I can do all the stretches except for anything about straightning my back. I can’t even get close to parralel on the bow with my back straoghtz but I’ll keep trying.
Also I’m ripped, but I still suck at flexibility
Great video! Continue working like this! Please put more videos like this
Great dear, I was exactly looking for these kind of stretches for my groin and osteitis pubis and severe thigh, knee pain… Thanks a lot keep it up Thank you so much..
Guuuuuuuuys!
I have been doing Chloe Ting workout for almost 2 weeks now, and just yesterday after workout I forgot to strech and cool down (because something kinda distractacted me, and I quickly went to shower)
And YO…I woke up today feeling SORE and TIRED for the very first time, which didn’t happen at all for these two weeks!
So guys, in conclusion:
don’t you EVER skip or forget to stretch and cool down after every workout:) just sayin’:)
You may not do workout perfectly (like ME), but you HAVE TO stretch always! at the end, don’t get lazy on this part:)
I have a nee problem can you suggest some exercise please….
Man your channel has help so much, really appreciate it.
PS: the second strech was hell, nearly reach the 30 sec (the ankles one)
Good stretches but holding them for far too long. Should be 30secs max, with multiple sets
Wow I could barely do the last 1 and the 2nd one was impossible
Road to state series. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJIyH-asjGmaMcImNF_36_fItnP-m-A6T
who the fuck is chewing gum while filming this video, there’s something called etiquette meaning you don’t chew with your mouth open. Really Gross! sounds like a wet vagina!
Do popular training course like Episoketren System really work and if so, how effective are they? We’ve heard several amazing things about this popular training course.
Can I do this after match or before match?sorry but I’m bad in english
Dude, done that for 2 days now. Feeling amazing. Really good warmup before morning training. I have a pain in the right shoulder since years, already feeling it healing! <3
You got a solid subcribe for that. Thanks a lot dude, keep it up. By the way, did you heard of ketogenic diet? I’m doing it since months now, and now i’m feeling a-ma-zing.
So much chatter. Can you please help us first and then sell your product?
should I do cool down stretches right after my workout? or should I have like a 15 minute rest in between my last workout and the stretch?
Super great. I haven’t played competitive football in about 10 or 12 years my career in the military took over. But this is super great to help start getting back in to play some fun football with out getting hurt. Thanks
For my convenience:
Hip rotations left leg
Hip rotations right leg
Hip rotations both
Upper back stretch
Couch stretch
Shoulder extension or reverse plank
Straight leg good morning
Deep squat
Downward dog bent straight leg press
Crawl
20 seconds of planks: an eternity
20 seconds of child pose: 3 seconds
Man, I just feel so good after this workout. Thank you very much
Am i the only one that enjoys that sore pain you get in the morning after you worked out the day before? It makes me feel good knowing that I’ve worked out well and it motivates me to continue. I get disappointed when there’s no pain
Cat cow pose is literally HEAVEN for my abs. Anybody else agrees?
Why did he not shut up.!! These vids are supposed to be realaxing not stressful!!!

Fave color is CLEAR!! (It goes with everything!! )
Found your content about a month ago and am so very grateful for it/you! ✨✨️
great, but really tough workout:D for me the `dog` was by far the most painful one
Really good video bro. That toe stretching is something all amateur football players like me miss out… Did the whole session and I’m still wondering how you can stretch and talk so well.. I was making all kinds of weird noise Good presenting skills bro will share this video to all my mates
Hmm. I feel like I’m doing this wrong. 1:14 My legs/knees just touch the floor. So I can’t really go left and right..
Thank you i never stretched before my injury now I value stretching heavily and it’s unlocked some muscles and made me more explosive
Hi man I like your but I’m not sure about my leg pain. I have pain in my left leg and feel muscle pain and I have pain in my neck too buc I do work everyday 12 hour by standing and 2 hour my head still down..
Don’t skip this stuff. Chris’s programs can be really intense. I didn’t start seeing more serious gains until I started doing his prescribed mobility drills and recovery stuff too.
hi! as a gymnast i thought i would share that if you flex your feet it will make the stretch a bit more intense and stretch you out a bit more rather than pointing your toes.
Should I comment my favorite color every time I use this video? hahahahaha ok! I’ll use a different color everytime! Purple
TROLL ALERT: you contradict your method and suggestions by stating 20 seconds per stretch, yet your timer and your cadence throw off the entire cooldown session. By the time I’m in the pose, the timer is over. Perhaps you should have put more thought into reviewing your video, editing, and revising, instead of publishing your rough draft. Thanks for the cooldown session and practice methods. But if you would have spent more time on production quality, than your outfit and appearance, this might have actually have been useful.
i did this on my first day of period. I think it helps my cramps a bit
every time i feel so tired i see this video and stretch i feel like my power i totally back thx you so much
Love this I havent perfected every movement yet but it feels great and is challenging
I wish the streaches were 45 seconds especially that there’s no time to switch
Is it normal that as soon you finish do the exercises you fell them stretch yeah? It sounds stupid but can someone please answer me thanks.
Favorite color is Red! Great vid, will be exploring more of your stuff. Made me feel good about almost keeping up with you!
Today was the day 2 of my workout and honestly before starting today I felt soreness in my muscles but just avoided it and continued to workout even harder and now my condition is miserable.
Should I do it to calm my muscles after workout?? also I’m thinking to go off day 3 and just do these stretching.
Please advise me!!

That was surprisingly easy after the workout! Feels like accomplishment, like a reward! Loved it thank you!
How can someone possibly struggle and take breaks to stretch and relax o.o
Hello there, have you considered Episoketren System yet? Simply do a google search. On there you’ll find an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can increase your soccer game. Why not give it a shot? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

How does this video only have 17k veiws. This video will take ya performance and body to new levels especially if ya a athlete. More flexible and strong you are in ya hips and i.t bands, faster and more agile you become. Chris is like the Tupac of the athlete world lol. There is no one better, my man.
I really need this one. I’ve been getting a lot of hip impingement.
I bought instruction from Unflexal and I learned about workouts.
If I’m not feeling any pain, can I do this stretch every day? Or must I stick to doing it two to three times a week?
Should I do this before workout as a warm up or after workout as a cool down?
Bruh am i fucking plank or something couldnt do any of these…♂️
My son 18year old.7 month ago he is paralyzed.my son right leg not working but brain signal and sensations are good.left leg much better than right leg but he is not walking plz plz guide me,
Hi John or Leon whoever is reading this. I’m a 15 year old guy who starts working out and try to get more flexible after I lost flexibilty due to a growth spurt. I would like to hear your advice how I should combine working out with upper and lower body stretches. I would love to hear feedback from 1 of you.
IT’S A FACT:
CHLOE TING is one of those youtubers whoses ADs you will watch even in the start of video.

I’ve been using this video a couple times a week to help with my range of motion, and I think it has definitely helped. I don’t lift weights, but I do carry my son everyday, and he’s in the high 90% for his size and weight, so it counts
Hi guys, im doing the lean arm challenge (it works alot on arms, abs and a little bit on your back), and at the same time im doing the slim legs challenge (it works on inner, outer and backer thighs, glutes and abs). So im going to keep updating u guys on here since this video is on the program every day.
*since i have a pretty flat stomach already, my goal (for now) in my upper body is not to lose weight but to get toned because i have little to no muscle there. Same goes with my arms.
However, my legs are were all my weight goes so im hoping to lose some weight in my thighs, and get toned in my thighs.*
My thighs before: 50cm for both legs
Day 1: lean arms challenge was horrible, but at the same time it felt soooo good. The feeling is kinda addicting. i hope you know what i mean. Up and down planks are so hard , so i had to rest once while doing the up and down exercise. My favorite vid today by far was the leg workout video. It burned like hell but it was enjoyable.
Day 2: so ik what my least favorite workout is its the “do this every day to lose weight” one. Soooo hard! Although i had a little bit of a sore body today, it felt ever so slightly easier! I also went swimming today (im a swimmer) i did a simple 1000 metres.
Day 3: i felt sore today but i did it anyway. I think today i didnt feel so motivated to do it so my effort was meh . Still happy i did it tho!
Day 4: today was active rest day for the arm program, so i did my leg program as usual and did some cycling ♀️. The leg workout is getting mush easier!!
My favourite part after a whole day of basketball matches was stretching. And your workout plans are equally physically demanding lol.
Remove the Joe Buden ad, don’t want to see it! Its favoring Democrat party. Either do both or none!
I’ve been watching your channel for a while, and I really like them, so natural, simple and direct! Good work man!
Thanks, this was really helpful, and appreciate you gave it for free!
Does anyone else struggle with balance doing the front hip opening?

Should I tell the person who commented the link to this video on a post that my legs just suck at walking and being normal
I’m 5’11 and have never been able to reach my legs. I’m gonna give this a go!
I dont understand why my hamstrings are even tight like they are extremely tight, hard. I havmt worked a sedentary job. I walk all day…
This came out at the perfect time, just when I started having hip issues. I’m interested in seeing how this routine helps me over the coming weeks
Blue! Excellent video. Particularly enjoyed the speech at the end. Very motivating.
Watching this one for the 10th time, know all your about the speak by now
A little less conversation; a little more action please… skip to 4mins before anything actually happens
Idk why she never says to stretch after the workouts it’s “stretch if you want too” lmao nooo you need to educate these kids cause they’re going to ache all over, her workouts are so intense
does it help to cure anterior pelvic tilt? i am struggling with that belly and butt out in opposite direction scenario… basically my waist is curved very wierdly.
Last I checked it wasn’t 4th of July, so my bones got no business going snap crackle pop like fireworks
All the information could be communicated in about 4 minutes. LIke NT said, too much chatter.
I really look forward to this after i do your 10 minute ab workout twice a day!
I haven’t worked out in a week but I guess my hamstrings really needed this shitt
It’s funny at the end of the video U said I’ll be back will upper body ones and I was looking for the video but i realized the video was made a couple hours ago lol
Felt very good have to do this atleast for month straight with no excuses. Hope this gonna make my squat better. (am 17 and cant squat well this is embrassing, and am in pretty good shape)
As a nine months pregnant woman, even this feels like a workout, who the hell can change positions so fast XD I feel defeated in every way haha:D
One year ago you posted this. Probably watched it over 150 times! For years I battled with tearing/pulling my hamstrings, this video really changed them like nothing else. Thanks!
Love the free content. Currently on the Athletic Strength Formula which I’m reviewing on my vlog channel. Keep up the good work.
