The water-soluble vitamins are vital for many of the functions your body needs to stay healthy, including energy production and immune system function. Your body doesn’t store most of the water-soluble vitamins very long, so they need to be replenished daily. For vitamin D part excellent I just wish it also included the names. I always get tripped on the names, ie cholecalciferol(D3), ergocalciferol(D2). For Vitamin E I have gotten a few questions on Qbanks making the point that deficiency results in neurological dysfunction due to demyelination of the posterior columns.
