These guys would of been cool to have as friends back in high school
Did u really think that Jeff Cavaliere wouldn’t sleep shirtless?
Just wanted to thank you for showing that hip hinge stretch. I had lower back pain for months after an accident while moving furniture. I went to a physical therapist for it but their exercises didn’t help me. The hip hinge gave me instant relief from the pain and after a few months of doing it regularly I’m pretty much restored. Huge thanks.
Can you go over a aesthetic workout and diet plan for diabetic over 40 year old males
Im a child of God,
But my goodness that body is distracting lol.
He flexing while he “sleep”, he flexing while he standing, he flexing while breathing.
The question is… How u identified the trigger point position?
“And this feels…horrible!” He says.
Jeff is truly an amazing athlete because of his deep knowledge of how the body works. Sure, I like fitness, but Cavaliere is thinking about this on a whole other level.
The fact that he is wearing a tie is in all ways disturbing yes. lol
Share your thought on this massage idea. Is a one question poll
https://www.quiz-maker.com/poll2622705x7162449a-75
No hallelujah for Brad. I ain’t doing that! that was too funny!
Your presentation is the best… have learnt a lot
Have been massaging and want to take it on the professional level.
Would like to know why you just used oil once, won’t it dry off?
Damn, I can’t sit up straight when I do the half split, I keep falling backwards
I’ve done several of these things just because they feel good; I didn’t know they were actual stretches. I’m wondering though if a pool noodle would work for the roller or if that would be too small?!
Jeff wakes up halfway through his sleep to sleep on his otherside
Wondered why my trigger points got FLAMING hot after they got worked on a lot!!! More blood flow and toxin release: more heat from friction of it all moving!!!
The intro almost made me spit out my drink Hahaha I love it
Is olive oil a good massages oil? I also have canola and peanut.
Thanks for getting straight to the point and leaving out the filler and B.S
Wearing a tie and shirt like this is just stupid. You don’t look professional. You have to have a white t shirt on there, and your name has to be Sven… else… just give up.
Buy best massage chair https://furniturescollection.com/best-massage-chairs-in-the-world/
Can you use lotion as a replacement for oil? I ain’t got money for that
I experience a lot of discomfort with the second exercise. When I bring my chest up I begin to fall backwards and my anterior ankle / calf aswell as my hips begin to hurt as they struggle to support the weight upright. Any help or advice on why this is or how to fix this would be really appreciated
The chair one helped a little, but i did feel like my spine was about to crack in half.. my problem is mostly on my upper back.. maybe on a higher chair??
Ugh where am I supposed to find a chair like this in my house
I need help… I don’t know what I feel in my quads are trigger points.
For at least 4 years of my knowledge, I have on both of my quads ‘small humps’ (wonder if those are trigger points).if I use my fingers or a roller I sense humps over my skin.
Right leg is way more noticeable.
Though they never have ever hurt. Heck 4 years I trained my first marathon and then do 2 more. They were never a problem.
I feel “a problem” when I do yoga and I’m stretching my legs, (specifically quads are being worked). And I sense my legs is “cut off” because I don’t have enough stretch and I blame those triggers points on my quads.
Are they really trigger points and how do I remove them?
Thanks
Hey Jeff, I seem to always have lower back soreness are there exercises that I can do to relieve the soreness?
Isnt the 3rd stretch dangerous for hernia? Both extention and rotation?
if you keep doing this daily you will see results within a month! speaking from my experience.. i still can’t do the splits PERFECTLY but i’m so so close to the ground, ps: take pictures of each week to see the progress and to stay motivated! <3
O… m…. f….. g!!!!!!
I am 36 years old and I have got to say this is the MOST DETAILED and WELL EXPLAINED (both AUDITORY and VISUAL) video about anything I have EVER seen in my life!!!!!!!!!
Jesús!!!! I love the simple words used to describe the problem, the affect it’s giving and recommendation for solution.
You are the best teacher ever!!!!

Imagine if our teachers and professors taught like this?!
You made learning soooo much fun!!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
This video will be used for many examples of how to explain things in life from here on out!!!!
Thank you so much again and I Hope life is good for you, friend
Have a fight with wife, get drunk, pass-out with the dogs on the couch… Stretch in the morning, feel great!
I just want to know where I can get a bracelet like the one he is wearing in this video.
I was motivated to do the workout but then realized I don’t have a mat
I feel bad for cavemen and when we lived in tribes, they wouldn’t even know sleeping is killing their gains
Was looking for a spa to get a couples massage for my bf on our anniversary. After looking at the prices, I’m watching this video learning how to do it my damn self.
im sore every day after these stretches ughh but making some progress! ive been doing them for a little over a month but have a long way to go
Wow, you make such good content to make us be fit and healthy!
Just found this video and thank you, my hamstrings are shocking I can’t get close to the floor, but these I can do and wow they hurt but feel great at the same time.
THANK YOU!
I always do that I thought I was the only one, I’ll do it on my bunk bed, school chair, piano chair etc
Great presentation and instruction! Such a great way for couples to become intimate and show affection.
I have been doing this for 12 days in a row and im finally able to do my splits. With the left leg im not there yet though.
This guy leave his job at the used car dealership to deliver us this video?
“it feels horrible…but amazing at the same time” I love that feeling
News Anchor: “What could possibly be worse than this COVID-19 pandemic?”
Jeff: Internal rotation of the shoulders
Can you please make a video on “the best daily routine plan for the teenagers to workout at home for better muscle”
Thank you, YouTube for bringing me here, finally a solution for that damn irritating pain
Great video! I do some of these already i didnt know they were actually recommended by physical therapists.
Thanks for your videos. Super helpful and have helped me through some minor issues and increased my knowledge base.
Thank you!
Love this!! Perfect to get my day started!!! I’m curious, what kind of timer are you using?
The 3rd exercise with the swiffer stick usually gives me pops in the hip area, but they feel good.
been doing this for a long time now,I also crushed few tennis balls doing this, but man it was worth it. Thank you very much for this video.
bro just by the way you want to do these stretches at night as, like you said, the body is healing during the night, and if you stretch you let your body heal in the loosest and most functional way, you don’t want your body to heal while you are stiff and tight as it may heal wrong, or heal over in incorrect tight posture. Great vid otherwise but yea, strech before going to sleep is slightly more optimal muscular recovery, as opposed to stretching in the morning
It’s Very Good! I can feel the stretches in my knees a lot! Thank You SOO Much For This!!
Did this more or less 5 times a week during quarantine, finally reached the splits for one side after three months.
Just finding out about this, sounds like my issue, so thank you very much for explaining this. Could you experience symptoms as well as numbness and tingle in the hand and
Ring finger and pinky sometimes middle finger?? Thank you
I’m about to graduate from massage therapy school. This guy’s outfit is ridiculous, not practical or professional. And he’s demonstrating very unsafe techniques (like how he is using his thumb) and his body mechanics (like leaning forward instead of lunging). This made me cringe
I used to be so inflexible and I could barely do the modified stretches but after you start stretching you loosen up and it becomes so much easier, I promise!
Every time I see Jeff’s intro he looks like he’s covered in cocaine XD
Who else was watching the skeleton in the mirror in case it moved
This man just can’t stand internal rotation of the shoulders Geez
I wish you could sell a position bookwith big pages, so I could set them up and look at to do while trying your suggestions. Thanks guys!
This whole video is a meme including the comments, Great job everyone!
This is fantastic video that explains the concept in a very understandable way. I love your accent!
I’m I the only over quarantine has not been able to pop your back I’m miss them school chairs
I’m so happy that her partner is a girl who actually is not that flexible so we can see how the beginning actually looks like
This, this video right here is bro gong too many memories ♀️
Baby sleeping on side
“You are gonna see some internal shoulder rotation”
Instructions unclear: have my foot stuck in a garbage disposal
My bakc won’t crack and it’s full of so much pressure and pain everyday
Tore my pants trying this and couldn’t even get any closer to what these girls are doing
I have been following you at least a year… in physical distancing right now and really missing my DO. just used the fist pressing up and it worked great! I already use the chair version, too. And I had forgotten that last one! We used that in dance classes I took in the ‘70’s.
Great stuff. Problem My sciatic nerve curls up my leg and rolls into my rod and nut sack. Only deep friction and oral stimulation seems to address the problem. Any suggestions?
Lmao i like this duo, very entretaining video and very useful. Subbed!
Watching from Tondo Manila Philippines I’m a massage therapist and a Christian.june 16,2020
I don’t know if anyone remembers the Proud Family on Disney, but in one episode, the dad goes to a chiropractor and they roll him up like a basketball and bounce him around… his body pops a thousand times and that’s what I think of when I feel like I need my whole body popped lol… So, basically everyday.
Watches this video
Sees an Athlean X titled “Stretching is Killing Your Gains” in the recommended list.
Would it be possible to link this video in a class I am teaching?
How much time does Jeff think I have in my day for these things I need to do EVERY day?
Am I the only one that has done the chair thing since 4th grade
If this guy was out of shape and pulled out the broomstick I’d tell him to go fuck himself and stop being stupid.
I guess having had a hip replacement and lower back surgery from a few years back these wouldn’t be wise to do would they?
I’m new to back pain. My doctor sent me to another place but they wouldn’t have an opening for a whole week. You guys have very helpful suggestions. Thank you.
am i the only one who can do the splits but cant do none of the damn stretches-
Hey is anyone else noticing these advertisement bots in the comments lol
The left side of my back hurt badly, told my parents and they told me to drink water, they then didn’t want me the kitchen anymore so now I’m here, and now my back feels way much better!:)
This actually works I did it for a week or some days I think
But I tried my own thing and it worked for me just for one day but it’s not comfortably split but you could still split w/out the hurt(a little )
1;26. 10sec (right and left)
1:45 10sec (right and left)
2;37 10 sec
The butterfly 10sec
Butterfly (without the fly on the leg) 20sec
6:33 10 or 20 sec (my hand was on a plank but the leg is the same and just hold it for 1020sec)
And repeat 3 times
Also, I did it for 5 min
I hope it works.
that last one, sitting upright on the the bed, is a Yoga stretch., as well.
I was flexible when I did martial arts. 15yrs later I’m stiff as a rock. Just took up running and this helps injury recovery
Her sculpted body, especially arms and abs, is a true work of art!

I have a tenderness in my eyebrow all the time,is that mean trigger point stuff?
Thanx it worked out for me….my split has a little bit gap(3cms)between me and the floor
Instruction unclear, I ended up in the hospital with a spine injuries instead
Could trigger points be similar pain that comes with fibromyalgia?
This is what all YouTube videos should look, professional, concise, informative and beautiful made, thank you!
I feel uncomfortable them stepping with shoes on a clean white sheet. I’m an asian.
ok so i’ve been doing this for 6 days now and i dont know if my splits have gotten better, buttt i’ve noticed a pretty big difference in my flexibility
I’m not all that flexible in my legs but after watching this vid for the first time I was surprised at how low my hips got to the ground. I’ll admit it hurt like heck but it’s the closest I’ve ever gotten!
When I was 14 I got a masage for the first time, and the masseuse said my knots where as tight as someone who’s 50!!!!!! LIKE I NEED MORE HELP THEN A BALL I THINK
3:39 I did this move and it cracked the hell out of my lower back
Hell yeah my boy Chirs out here getting homies laid. Good looking out my dude
i’m learning taekwondo and let me tell you, the splits are essential ✋ we do the minimum split exercises (its a relief tho) and what hurts most is when your legs are being pushed towards the wall lol. poor hamstrings:'(( i should do this!!
I neglected my trigger points now i am suffering.. i had to take anti depressant sometimes when i can’t sleep even i’m not depressed. Thank you for your video. I will massage myself everyday with ball..
Your golf swing would be great if you kept you left hip bone over your left knee as you rotated back. arm at 90 degrees is perfect.

I tried this video repeatedly last year for about 3 weeks and was frustrated i couldn’t go all the way down (I had about two inches left), I came back three days ago and really focused on stretching correctly, I can proudly say that I achieved both sides doing the splits in three days, great video, going to make someone’s son very happy
Is trigger point similar to chinese reference of acupuncture point?
Excellent explanation Michael. I have just invented a new product for this exact demonstration. Our product is called TPT Pak by DrivetoWellness. Our product includes a trigger point ball, a solid massage rubber ball, and an enclosed, invisible zipper pouch to secure the balls in place during the therapy session. It’s a high quality and durable product. Great reviews too. We also include a long-lasting soft, reusable hot and cold gel packs to promote better blood flow and reduce tightness. Is there a way to contact you to adding our product to your video or may we get permission to use your video? I hope we get the opportunity to work together. Our website is http://www.Drive2Wellness.com. We have a YouTube too. Our product is also on Amazon. Thank you for the great video. I just read your bio and I would love to send you a TPT Pak system kit. Please contact me directly at [email protected] drive2wellness.com.
This was truly A Phenomenal video & honestly the only one on YouTube that breaks down the deep physilogical realities of Trigger Points; where they are and how they become ‘more’ triggered and exactly how to release the tension for relief. The majority of videos only display relief options. Analytical people, visuals, Scientist or those who are simply curious need to see and understand this on this level! Thanks Again!
Thx you so much for your Sports home Programm for no Weight at home. I combined it with some basketball trills(there was a single court nearby) over the period of Corna and even though I was bevor that time in the gym about 4 times a week I never felt so fit then after the program.
If I did everything Jeff has told me I should do everyday over the years….when would I sleep!!!
Is it possible to have a Trigger point on back of neck near spine..kindly tell me
Simple, clear, great video. Especially how the brain tells the body to stop using that area, which in turn makes the problem worse. I do that and I’ve felt so guilty about it. Thanks for making me see its all part of trigger point tricks.
Might be helpful to have all of your “every morning” stretches on one video. For instance combine “Do This Stretch First Thing EVERY Morning” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4-MLaa4nCs&t=46s to this video “4 Stretches You Should Be Doing EVERY Morning” and/or any others considered first things to do every morning. Kind regards. Keep pumping!
Jeff is pretty much trying to turn us all into rubberbands!
Hey Jeff could you do a video on the basic stretches and the need for different stretches before exercising?
I feel more relaxed just watching this. I think I’ll need to take notes before massaging someone irl though.
I’m able to do the second stretch without lifting my heels off the ground, what does this indicate?
I’ve been doing these stretches since June 2 so for about 2 months. I feel myself getting lower not at the splits yet but a major improvement from the first month. It also doesn’t hurt anymore.
Bro; if you made an entire video/DVD of possible trigger points of the body with this type of animation; with your voiceover explanations; and sold it at an affordable price; you’d make out pretty damn good, my friend.
Very cool stretching with this guy, I recommend. flexderek.comstretchingonline
I can’t do most of the stretches I’m legit the most inflexible person
Is there any alternative for the second exercise? I find that I can’t get into the position without shifting onto my toes with my heels off the floor, or I’d fall backwards
So much helpful for us,,,thanks for the video and triger points explaining, much appreciated,,,,thanks alot
Day one I found out that the left side is in fact easier. Did not expect that, as I do not have a dominant hand lol. Anyway I hope I’ll remember to do this daily
I’ve had a visible ‘knot’ (bulge) on the inside my gastrocnemius for a few years now, about the size of an almond. Pretty sure it’s a strain/spasm that I never treated. Will it go away now with regular massage and stretching? Also, would this spasm cause tightness that would affect my hamstring and piriformis/glutes in the same leg? Ankle mobility on this leg isn’t as good as the other too. Thanks
I did this video everyday for 3 months and now I have all of my splits!
Wow this is the best animated explanation of trigger point
so its fine to wake up and stretch i always thort you had to do somekind of warm up

I literally learned the splits again in 2 days with this I say again because I used to very flexible and could do splits and everything but I left it for around 2 years to realise I of course cannot do them anymore but now I can do them again fro the first time in 2 years so thanks
Is it required to roll the rubber ball in only one direction?
I was pretty happy when I figured out how to do this on my own.
Honest question: Im having a lot of difficulty following corrina and I work out regularly and stretch. I dont consider myself inflexible, but a definite beginner. Does someone have a better video recommendation for starting out? Or is it safe to attempt this chicks poses and just do my personal best? Im scared im going to pull something trying to flatten my body lol CRY
update found one. guess im a level below beginner, Im actually inflexible hahah heres a better one to start if your scared corrinas stretches are going to pop your hips out.

A professional massage therapy instructor who obviously doesn’t even understand hygiene and proper dress for massage therapy. His sleeves are touching the client, and even his tie!
I’ve figured out a way to crack literally the whole entire back. Like I’m dead ass serious
Working with oil n not pulling up sleeves. Omg cant watch this

I need to warm up now because my body will give me signs. I would feel pain only in joints. Stretch helps recover before the next day. I sometimes stretch during a workout for abs
Wait why am I the one watching this if I’m the who has the back pain from all the studying and homework
This workout is great! I’ve been doing it for weeks and I’m almost on the floor. The second ad placement is terrible though. I always have to get out of pike position to skip the ads
Today is day 1, I’m looking like Corrina for the most part but probably 20 years older than her. I will be back to update, hopefully I wont pop a hip
Bob and brad, the two most famous, physical therapist, on the internet
The best theme song ever
Will doing these stretches also help to get the middle splits?
Wow! thank you for reaching these stretches! The common stretches don’t do it for me but you’ve really helped me feel way better. Ignore any haters you’re awesome bro
Thank you. I’m learning this for my wife. Definitely better than my primitive
apply maximum pressuretechniqueThank you I am preparing for a national board exam in upper extremity and hand therapy. Trigger points, referrals patterns, and treatment/management is one of many topics I need to understand. This short video helped answer “why” do trigger points happen. I like your accent!:-)
but what if you need pull back and not to press in the vertibraes? for me its like i need to press inside only my upper back, not any lower than shoulder blades, when when starting thoracic th8 9 10, chiropractor takes my skin and pulls it out. any ideas for that?
I am one of the victim I have been suffering nearly 10 years and haven’t meet the Wright doctor in May country I spent a lot of money, taking medication not helping at all I am tired of this life, especially when I cache headaches as the result of trigger point. I don’t know what to do, my family taking stress because of me
I’m gonna do this twice a day. I’ll come back once I make it♥️
Yoooooo I want to so many therapies for this and none helped. I’m just now coming across this video and I’m going to give it a shot. I hope it works.
For the lying down method, is it normal to hear cracking on one side while not the other?
Thank you for this Amazingness!!! I had mine worked on for the first time ever and it was great!!!
Fs I asked to get a massage following this tutorial and it finished after 3 minutes, get a 30 minute video up
Is it just me, or is wierd that he is wearing long sleeves and a tie… The tie is literally touching the back
I’m gonna try this everyday and see if I can achieve the splits
How do we explain referred pain? Why do we feel pain in other areas where the trigger point does not reside?

Thanks a lot for this video… this is soooo so helpful. How long will it take to release knots in the groin area?
The girl on the right is me saying ok this is the maximum I can go so keep the camera off me
I am going to buy a foam roller, I know that will feel great for me. Hard floor works fine and can do a couple of adjustments, but the roller will go further up near my neck when I need it, and get smooth pressure all along my spine. THANK YOU for the tips and stretches, my back feels better just watching this!
i have actually found this “deep stroke” massage to often irritate TPs….ischemic compression works much better than cross fiber.
My favorite adjustment is the one handed pushup. I get a deep full spine crack doing this. For those who can’t do this, make it easier by elevating your upper body on furniture or something. You can also get on your knees or use both hands to do a pushup, while one side does most of the work.
Wow when I used the one with your hands I cracked two different parts of my back.
Oh hell no. I was doing the second stretch and almost saw God.
jeff: complete the stretches in 2-3 minutes
me: 2-3 minutes spent to search the broomstick
Anyone have trigger points spread from one area to another and eventually become wide spread?
Great info. Very sound information. How about some home cervical spine stretches/strength stuff?!
Hey! I think I can add some value here. I’m an Australian Physical Therapist who specializes in trying to uncover the root cause of common musculoskeletal dysfunctions. From what I’ve come to understand clinically, trigger points have everything to do with overloaded spinal/rib joints underneath. The reason they often hang around and don’t just disappear is that we (understandably) focus all our efforts in trying to release the muscle spasm without actually affecting the underlying stiffness which causes it. Also, our daily shapes and postures slouchy shoulders and upper back, seem to the be reason why the entire process kicks off in the first place. If it helps, I’ve put together a short video explaining this and go through one really simple, yet hugely effective exercises to address the underlying issues. Genuinely hope it helps in some way! https://youtu.be/fA2VaXMIA-s
Great stretch! This will be my go to routine. Will update on progress!
Other people: What a nice way to massage someone! I love the presentation skills.
Me: Oh my god her skin looks so smooth
I love this video the stretches really helps alot i am still doing it and i am improving just remaning small.
I’m impressed excellent video and very good explanation thank you
30 seconds each side I presume you mean? Also, does this mean 30 continuous seconds? Or 10 seconds on, short rest, etc. Cheers
Thank you Mam
For a beautiful exercise
It really works………..
I just came here to improve my splits cuz I need it for my figure skating.
But these comments are killing me lmao
I am a physical therapist and its advice for everyone:
Always do Strength training after releasing trigger points otherwise it will end up with multiple trigger points….:)
I think he forgot to put a jacket on… probably he was in a rush….
Freaking hell, those biceps aren’t guns, they’re cannonballs!
I am not flexible AT ALL. Going to do this every day for a month and see what happens.
First I know how to split but I don’t do it for 2 years and now I can’t do it anymore
After this massage she is gonna walk diagonally xD
He treated only the left side of her back haha
Exactly what I was lookg for: quick efficient stretches! You’re witty Jeff: so many injuries can be avoided by simply stretching!:-D You’re great!
Who else is torturing yourself to do the Splits and your legs hurt really bad
I’m 32 and wake up feeling like I’m in a 99 year old body, hate it, slowly it’s making me bitter and depressed. Going to try this and one other video from this channel that had positive reviews. Stay tuned..
It’s been 3 months and I can finally do perfect split, it’s just the other day I think to overstretched my left hamstring too much and there’s a slight pain. Can anyone please tell me how to treat it??
I’m actually already very flexible so I found few stretches a lot harder! Maybe wondering wait so if you were more flexible it’s harder? of course because I have to get a deeper stretch in order to feel it I have to lean into it more in order to feel it… the crouching frog one that stretches out your biceps was actually the hardest one for me because I’m very flexible in my hips and my butt was pretty much sitting down on the floor and my arms and legs are a lot longer so it’s hard for me to not hurt my elbows.
I found that I had to be extra extra about twisting and going out further with the stick
The last stretch did absolutely nothing for me no matter what I did. By no means am I saying that these were bad, it’s just that I am a little bit more advanced in my flexibility and I have to do something else in order to get those stretches in
I’ve been practicing this every day for one week and I see improvements! Thank you so much ❤️
Been doing this for a week and already seeing a big progress
Cheers done it real time youre the man chris aka chubby hands
I feel like there’s some tension or beef there between bob and the other one
Who wants their flexibility for a K-pop audition here??? Am I the only one here who wants flexibility for my k-pop audition?
Great video bro! I like the detailed animation that lets me grasp the concept so much easier
Since I was a kid I always wanted to be able to do split, but I never succeed to do it, I am so inflexible.. But Ihave started to do some deep stretching lately and I really see some progress, even though it is just like baby steps. Keep doing it, people. Don’t give up! ☺️
I’m on day 7, and it’s the first day that I can lay on my back instead of my elbows lol! I started out completely inflexible, and I’m 30 years old! It’s possible if you all stick to it!
Nice Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you ever tried Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (do a google search)? It is a great exclusive product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my best friend Jordan at last got amazing success with it.
I am trying in my head to add up the “do this everyday”s of youtube fitness channels. I think I need a 40 hour day to be optimal.
Thanks I was trying to get a split for a long time, but after I saw your video I got a split by mostly just 2weeks thanku so much
i enjoyed this, good work. I hope i get comfy and able to stretch with time

I’m so glad for this video to be available to the public. My boyfriend often has very tense muscles in his back, so I hope he’ll be open to me trying out some of these techniques!
Hello thank you for your great videos they help a lot specially me that I have left bad knee and back pain a lot. I have a question. Does soccer ball or volleyball not full of air will be good to use instead of the roller you are mentioning here? I will appreciate your recommendation guys.
Thanks so much!!! I was really confused for a while. I went to this other site and while they were showing massages, the Masseuse almost always ended up having sex with the client and I didn’t understand if that was part of the therapy or an extra service. Now I know it was an extra service.
Thank you! You can have a nearly full group of muscle non working cause of that. It’s lead to overstimulation of over muscle groups and cause lots of pain and it can even broke your moving-pattern. And each over step in this case can cause little trauma to your body. And that’s could be rly bad
Good day. So, is it 5 reps for the first stretch, the hinge? Also, with the rest of the stretches, do we hold them for 30 seconds, along with 30 seconds for those that incorporate both sides of the body? Thank you for your time.
Thanks for this so much. If this worked for you please like. I’m more flexible now

Am I the only one who doesn’t feel a stretch in the hamstring for the stretch at 6:25? I feel a stretch in the hip and this video isnt easy for me at all so I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. It’s the same when they switch sides too, I feel the stretch in the hip but not the hamstring
Man this is amazing, targets all the right muscles that I didn’t know how to stretch before.
Guys i swear this routine works i’ve been doing it for three days now and i already see i’m improvement
