Tried this last night along with the recipe for chicken and asparagus and they were both great!
Looks delicious! I have only eaten scallops one time. I cooked them in broiler. They didn’t taste that great. I probably over cooked them
Hindi! Ako nag sasawa manood nang mga Video’s mo!! Kasi Always yummy
Very yummy and super healthy! Tried it for lunch today, turned out to be delicious
all veggies are exotic and expensive. you should make video on seasonal cheap vegetables so that everyone get benefits from your video!
I’m glad that you added “turn off stove” reminder when you were taking the food out of the Wok. I can’t be the only person that has forgotten to do that until later. 😉
I love listening to the sounds of his cooking, it’s like he’s doing food Kung fu!
the best no nonsense channel out there! just food and cooking, love the ambient sounds of cooking! killer chef! and yes i did hit the like button as soon as the video started playing!
I think this will be one of my favorite dishes thank you:-)
It taste not as available in star hotels either sugar they add or aromatic powder or brunt गार्लिक yours recipe I tried not up to the match
But looks interesting
That was excellent chef! The recipe is real healthy one along with the taste.
Love your recipes! It seams like you use a lot of the same spices/sauces in your recipes. What are the “must have” sauces I should have in my pantry for Chinese cooking
I love this content very delicious yummy kaibigan antayin ko ayuda mo.salamat po
Your videos remind me like a movie from the old times where you could hear the table the shoes Wakeen crisp audio
As always….looks amazing…..I think this will be the next one of your dishes that I make.
Thank you for another great recipe! Is shrimp paste essential? I feel like it’s one of those ingredients that only appear in a few recipes. If I buy a jar I may never use it up before it expires..
OMG! I love scallops any way I can get them and this looks delicious! Thank You
im sorry, did you get those scallops from Chernobyl?? those bad boys are huuuuge
Wow looks really yummy and healthy too. Thanks for sharing, I will be making it for dinner. Stay connected here to support
Oh yum! What do you suggest as a substitute for shrimp paste, as I don’t live close to an Asian grocery store? LOL when my kids were little, they figured out how to use chop sticks in a couple of minutes, but I never got the hang of them.
chef, not that i wouldn’t love scallops, but could i substitute a firm white fish, such as cod, for the scallops? i know it wouldn’t have the sweetness, but it is such a nice recipe that the ingredients look like they might take other fish or seafood…squid maybe? it is a wonderfully colorful and healthy looking recipe.
I cooked some scallops once and it stunk up the house for two weeks, even the clothes in my closet. Lol, haven’t cooked them since.
Shame on me but i dnt think ive tasted scallop or ever or is it the same as halaan or tulya in the Philippines?! The look of your dish is truly inviting.:)
Ang sarap ng niloto mo sis. Nagutom ako. Favorite ko ito Asparagus.
I feel like the order you put things into the pan should be different. The things that cook fast should go last, like the onion and cabbage so they can still keep some of their crunch and not get soggy. And you can toast those red chillies in the oil at the same time as the garlic and ginger to get the heat to infuse into the oil as you did with with garlic/ginger.
Wow nice receipe!! So many new vegetables i heared in this video.
Looks really REALLY REALLY Yummy! MMMMmmmmmmmmmmm-Mmmmmmmmmmm-Mmmm!
I would not use the shaker cheese, it’s highly processed. Buy a hunk of parm and I think you can freeze it and shave what you need & then back in freezer.
Merry Christmas
Again another awesome video. That’s right, time is precious, and your video exemplifies this! Love the style. Will be making this soon.
I read stri fried vegetables…. When the chef starts speaking….

Another yummy Cantonese dish! I love scallops too but they’re so so expensive…
Never thought of using shrimp paste with scallops (my mom always use it with minced meat or steamed pork belly). I love its taste but when the shrimp paste is being cooked the smell is really strong! (^_^;)
Incredible. Easy. Going to try now. Thank you!
Oh, and thank you for putting instructions in the description.
Cheater khazana…instead of saying stir fried vegetables….name this as stir fried mushrooms.
Anyway everyone nowadays knows that Sanjeev is a businessman rather than a teacher and uses his students for such rubbish stuff.
Why r u show off problem with indians simply call it capsicum… u cannot be boss of all regions
wait, you call the green pepper ‘capsicum’ and the red and yellow pepper-pepper! Strange!
Why non vegetarians cannot have this dish? I am asking because you said good for vegetarians
How much time to cook? Not mentioned. It seems it took only 2minutes.
Please advise
In so less time, how is it prepared? at least it would take 20-30 mins

I used palak, cabbage leaves, cauliflower small florets blanched well and the ordinary mushroom we get in the local market and of course added a few green chilies and it is the best for my lunch box, believe me.Yummy!!!
Hope you delete the silly bell sound, during the description, it’s really unnecessary
