Have you ever tried making the dough with Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Baking Flour? I made my pizza on Saturday and it came out too “doughy”. the outer part seemed cooked and the inner part was gooey.:(

The only thing that helped me was a strickt Low Foodmap diet. You should look into it 😉 many of the things you mention is basically the same. But there are a list for good foods and bad, that makes everything so much easier

Just want to share that I’ve strugglEd with this for about 6 years. Pain so bad I can’t even walk at all. A doctor prescribed me meds for my stomach and it was never working. I also have anxiety so we decided to try to treat that too. For me, a combo of anxiety meds, CBT techniques and stomach meds have made a HUGE difference. Just putting it out there as an idea to suggest to your doctor if you have an anxiety disorder and stomach issues

I am making these today. Looks delish! and…You could cut two pieces or “strips” of parchment to “criss-cross” the pan…like an X sort of. Then you can crease each at the bottom of the pan and at the top so it doesn’t fold back into your brownies. And then you could leave idk…an inch on each side/top for lifting…hope that makes sense. There are many YouTube videos on this as well…:-)

Stevia alters your dna if you have more than a tiny bit, check out Dr. Greger’s video on this. Sucks, as I used to use it. Turns out splenda was better after all. Or just drink stuff plain. Agave is a HUGE no no though, because it’s a high FODMAP food. Found that out the hard way.
you should try christie swadlings gut reset guide. it helps u “rest your gut” ( hence the name) and then you slowly reintroduce foods that would upset your digestive system so that u don’t have to cut out certain foods
I used to have these problems too and sometimes still do but what helped me was eating whole foods and drinking aaa lot of water or peppermint tea without any sweetener. I’ve been eating gluten free for the past few months and it did help me. I reintroduced it to my diet again not a lot tho. I don’t think I’m allergic to it since I don’t get bloated as much anymore. Eating slow and taking my time and not overeating has helped me too like so much and I’m so happy that I’ve been getting better I learned so many new things about nutrition and how important is to eat clean
Only at a 1:50 & already relate sooo much. I clicked because I’ve been dealing with paaainnful digestion & bloating for over 6 months now. The second food bits my stomach it’ll hurt sometimes minor most times extreme. But anyways I literally have pics of my stomach being flat in the Am & 9 months pregnant after a small meal (like you said) I haven’t eaten dairy in years but I’m going to try avoiding gluten. I haven’t gone to the doc yet because I want to be able to holistically heal this & truly feel it’s something I’m putting into my body. All the symptoms you mentioned I deal with everyday so I’m glad there are others who can relate & I hope this video helps me.

I love that you’re so open about this. I’ve had digestion issues my whole life and never really knew what was going on or what to do until I recently started trying different things. I had this mindset that I was just a gross human. Thankfully I don’t feel that way anymore but it’s still refreshing to see someone who’s health minded and fit talk about her own digestion issues.

friends, please try abdominal massages! there are a number of different techniques on youtube. it’s harmless and has been shown in research to help move waste through your colon/reduce bloating and gas! it helps me so so so much, especially when I feel backed up

Maryana what you’re doing works for you that’s great, and that’s what it is! No need to label it “intermittent fasting” if it’s not.. a green juice is calories/carbs/sugar/fiber and that is NOT intermittent fasting if you’re consuming that:)
Fasting would require no change in blood sugar and a green juice especially how you show that you make it with green apples has an immediate effect on blood sugar level.

It’s so very true that doctors don’t take the types of symptoms you’re talking about very serious. I spent years saying something was wrong only to be told there was nothing, skip years ahead, I found out I have an incurable bladder disease as well as two gut illnesses (gastritis and gastroparesis) I say if you feel something is wrong you can’t give up! You know your body better then anyone. And I’m glad you’re doing better!
I’m a baker and have celiac disease also. I get so excited about new gluten free things I haven’t seen or made. I say trial and error is the key. I love your videos and you did an amazing job at the cookies
It’s technically not intermittent fasting if you have juice or pretty much any sugar. I believe only coffee and tea and water are allowed on IF before breaking a fast.

thanks for sharing, just curious. Were you ever tested for for gluten or dairy allergy? I have having sever digestion issues, but I was tested for celiac disease an I dont have it so is there a point to cut it out. To my knowledge I have no food allergies
I’ve had digestion problems for a long time, and had terrible symptoms like you mentioned.. I got allergy tested about a month ago and found out I’m allergic to wheat and soy. Since eliminating those to a minimum I’ve been feeling so much better. ☺️
Maryana! Or anyone else out there! I used to go everytime I took a probiotic, and sometimes when I take one in the morning I don’t even have a bowel movement anymore….does anyone know why that may be?
Hi Maryana! Digestive issues are truly a pain to live with, no pun intended. It’s just so much adjustment until you figure out what works for you, and as you mentioned there’s no universal solution. My own started by trauma from seemingly unrelated injuries affecting my whole system in weird ways. It was a long process to figure out what to avoid and what was okay. It’s an ongoing process, learning what is becoming okay as the body heals itself. Glad to hear you’ve got a handle on yours!
the picture of your bloating REALLY hit home. i’ve been dealing with extreme bloating the past few months and HOLY its so painful. trying to cut ties with dairy and lessen my intake is so difficult, but i feel like its essential at this point

Most of the world is lactose intolerant. Humans, and other mammals, stop producing the enzyme lactase, which breaks down lactose, after a certain age (when the mom stops lactating). This is why you don’t see other mammals drinking milk, or why people in Eastern countries aren’t known to drink milk. People from Western countries just have a mutation, where they still have the lactase enzyme, though it’s usually defective. This is why dairy can give you digestive issues, even if you’re not intolerant. Adult humans are just simply not supposed to drink milk. If we were, we would lactate all the time. Same with other mammals.

Hey guys a really sneaky one is raw vegetables & TOO MANY nuts/seeds, I was definitely wondering why I could not get rid of bloating even being super healthy paleo & realized it was all the salads, now I’ll only eat cooked veggies a few times a week & digestion has improved greatly & I’m no longer paleo 😉 also coffee that’s another huge one nobody thinks of

I’ve taken a medicinal tea meant for occasional digestion problems every night for over 2 yrs so I can definitely relate!! Tried to cut out rice, dairy, gluten, potatoes and eggs for over 3 months and started on probiotics, vitamins and iron pills. it didn’t help. Nothing has worked and I’m getting bloodwork done soon I’m so happy you’ve figured out something that works for you!

Used to drink two glasses of whole milk morning and night before bed. I moved to the U.S from Greece 3 years ago continued my habit with organic milk, and my body started to feel weird, bloated and my stomach was always extended and in pain. I had to cut of my milk habit, and everything went back to normal. I am not sure if my body needs have changed throughout the years and that was the main reason or it was just the quality of milk and dairy products here.

I have ibs And garlic, onions and dairy are my biggest triggers. So sadly I had to cut them out and I feel so much better! Also with exercise!
It should be put out there though that stevia is also known to alter the gut bacteria. I noticed the biggest improvements when I cut it out! Some people are better with it but some are not. But there’s a huge pressure to go for stevia because it’s “natural”. And while there’s nothing wrong with that, if it doesn’t work for you don’t force it.

Yes! I struggled with my digestion and gut health for about a 2 years. Looked 100 years pregnant after just drinking water, I’d hate dressing up because nothing felt comfortable and it really messed with my mind. My biggest change was getting off birth control and taking probiotics, and poof. The issues were gone

I’m going through the same thing. I’m currently on medication to see if anything helps. I haven’t seen any improvement yet. This also affect my fitness goals and I just frustrated. It’s a never ending cycle and I do not know what to do anymore.
