Awesome Practice, thank you Adriene. Namaste:)))))
QuestionI have a bulging disc in I think C5-C6 region and I have what feels like a pinched nerve. It really hurts on my left side of my neck. Should I stretch towards the pain or away from the pain? I think I have over stretched it and made it worse. I used one of those neck stretching pillows that pump up with air and the pain is much worse. Ibuprofen does absolutely nothing for it.
This class works like a charm! Amazing for back and chest pain, it’s must to be done daily to experiment better results. Thanks Adriene, Namaste

Great sequence to wind down after a long day with a lot of lifting. Namaste x

What if im not able to complete these stretches. My neck is very stiff
Hi Adriene, it felt such relief doing this sequence and I am going to do it on a daily basis as I am suffering from chronic back pain. Can you please suggest some yoga for chronic feet pain, after my injury I am having trouble walking and running because of the chronic pain in both of my ankles.
Thanks
Modification question: I had surgery for scoliosis many years ago (spinal fusion with rods). As a result, many of the muscles in my back don’t do much work since the rods are there keeping me straight. I have aches and occasional back pain, and these videos help tremendously! The problem is that, due to the middle of my back being fused, poses like cobra and upward dog are nearly impossible, or add to my pain. What can I substitute in for these poses? Thank you!!
Adriene, you are simply the BEST!!! Namaste million times
I needed an upper back stretch exercise after a long jog. This helped so much!!!
been having back pains of late This was short and i loved it
Hi Adrienne! A suggestion is Yoga for Kyphosis/Lordosis Thank you!:)
Your quality as an instructor is always so consistent <3 whatever I'm feeling on any given day and wherever it is I need to direct some extra care, there is always video for it on your channel! Thank you!!
Thanks. I haven’t watched u for 8 years but I did need a neck excersie
Thank you! Well made video with timing and nice talk through really very inspiring and motivating
Imtrying to find the link to your consultation online?
Would you like togive, please? Thanks
Hi I have an issue with my right arm, shoulder and right side around base of ribs. Physio noted my right diaphragm is very tight any yoga recommendations for that??
I would love some videos to promote rib and thoracic movement … I have a lot of neural tension! Fab video and easy to follow!
This is a super old video but I’ve been having some really nasty weakness and pain in my upper/mid back all day and this really helped work some of it out.
I fell on this video for my back stiffness, but I’m subscribing because of your energy!
First of all, this channel is amazing. I have been doing multiple videos daily for about 2 months now (since I have been self quarantining during the 2020 pandemic) because I am usually fairly active, but the combination of sitting at home and a knot in my left lower back that I couldn’t even go on a light hike up a hill at my worst. Now that the pain has improved (I barely felt any on my last hike that was about 6 miles up and down hills) and I’ve started to appreciate the true healing power of this practice. I also happen to have very sensitive knees since I was a child actually and the sensitive knee practice has been one of my favorite go to’s. This is the first time I’ve checked out this video and the way you ended it inspired me to leave a suggestion of a playlist targeting sensitive knees and maybe expanding it a bit. Again, this is just a suggestion, this channel took a lot of time, energy, hard work, and is mindbogglingly expansive already. It’s helped me in a way that no medicine could and I have more hope for a healthier, more active adulthood.
Man today I hurt man back at work I had to leave early and after this video I can do basic every day things again
You guys are AMAZING. ‘Talk about quality content! Just thank you.
Thank-you Adriene! We look forward to doing these daily especially after running! You always manage to soothe and make us laugh at the same time:) We would love to see you do a video which helps us with our ankles and calves! Best wishes from Spain xx
this was wonderful! i woke up with some neck pain and this completely solved it. thank you for amazing yoga videos for all levels:)
I’m desperate for help. My right side trap gives me excrutiating pain. I can’t look up,i definitely cant look up and right. I can’t twist my neck to the right far either. My lower back also on the right side feels like constantly pressing on a bruise but a bit worse, and the pain makes me judder and twitch sometimes and feel weak to the point i just “flop”.
My pectoral muscles prevent me from bringing my arms up to touch my shoulders at the rear or even laying my arms flat across my chest. The pain is horrible and I honestly feel like crying.
I also have another issue, I was told by A&E that i needed physio due to a UCL (ulnar tear). The hospital never got back to me until after 6 months they asked if i still needed it, I explained i never recieved an invitation and they offered a steriod injection. The injection worked, i could move my wrist, fingers, hand and had strength and could grip and hold stuff. The steriod has worn off over the lockdown period so I cannot get it topped up.
Do you have any stretches/exercises for my wrist?
The only way i can explain is, my ligamnet is stiff and i cant stretch my hand out. I have reduced motion, strength and flexibility. I can’t hold my phone for more than a minute before I start to ache and shake and eventually lose all control. Any ideas why a steriod injection would work but an MRI and xray show nothing in my wrist? My doctor is saying i’m lying as the MRI is clear… which obviously makes me feel like i’m at a loss. like i’ll never be normal??
I hope you have a few minutes to read and reply to this as I am honestly so desperate for something, anything to stop half the pain i’m in constantly.
Thank you.
It does actually help to relief and relax my back because I have a curved spine and I always feel tightness in my shoulder neck and back
Like many, I have no access to massage or my osteopath during Covid for aches and pains. So, just a quick note to thank you for these fantastic videos. I was needing those services every week-and-a-half to three weeks pre-Covid, but my issues have been quite manageable thanks to your videos.
I would love some MIDDLE BACK yoga! My fiancé and I have been doing a vid of yours every day since last month:)
“Unless you really like that” lol they are hilarious cured my back pain and my sadness in one go
I might see chiropractor sometimes I feel bad when my neck bugs me
I really loved this video. Can you make one for spinal relief or realigning?
This practice was so healing! Everythingni needed it to be thank you for this darling
Adriene, Thanks so much. Your routine are great. Your voice is lovely and calming. Your dog is lovely what breed?
Watching this in 2020
It is very helpful in maintaining healthy spine during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Thanks Adriene!!!
This was perfect! I did a bunch of yard work, moving slate and my upper back has been killing me. Saw my chiropractor yesterday and he said to start yoga focusing on my back today
Hi. Would love some slightly advanced yoga videos too:) Maybe some postures or some things that test you.
Adriene, this sequence worked miracles on the place between my shoulder blades, that is always troubling me. Is there a sequence for just that area? It would be awesome! Thank you.
Although i definitely could not do a couple of these i got as close as i could and my back definitely feels better! thank you
I had a bad tension in my upper back from sitting badly last week. Halfway through the routine the tension was released. Thank you and namaste.
It’s 2020 and this is still helping, great sequence Adrienne please do more for lower back in the future
For many Years I’ve had issues with my back. Yesterday the spasm Pain knocked me off my feet. Now for me that does not work. I have a pretty active family so, I’m usually running around the house cleaning and cooking etc. So this Morning instead of going for my usual, I decided to come here and search for yoga for upper back pain. Your video did not disappoint. At first the stretching was a little painful but by the end of the video I felt new. Thank you so much!!!
I know this video is five years old but i just found this and wanted to truly say thank you SO much ❤️
Do you have something for inner hip pain. This one was awesome! I woke up with a cramp or something gin my back and it hurt all day until I did this
Hello from Barcelona Adriene, and thanks for all your videos.
This video for upper back pain was specially good to me. I’m a musician (I play piano and guitar) and I would like to know if you could make a longer video on upper back pain, and maybe for more advanced yoga.
Thanks for your time.
Great video, so useful for me, I’m a bass player and the long hours of practice really gets to my back and neck, thank you so much for this.
I was wondering if you might be interested in doing a video on winging scapula correction, like stretches and strengthening? It turns out that this is something that has really been contributing to my neck pain. My upper back stabilising muscles were underdeveloped, so my neck and trap muscles were carrying the weight of my arms which was giving me this constant aching in my shoulders, and was a huge bummer because it was worsened when I was playing bass and I had to spend quite a long time avoiding practice which was really bad for my mental health.
So yeah a video that addresses strengthening as preventative care for back pain would be really cool!! I’ve been doing some physio moves that target the serratus anterior, and I keep thinking it would be nice to incorporate that into my yoga practice.
Waking up this morning with an upper back pain. Don’t know what to do, so i Googled Yoga For Upper Back Pain and i found this. Did it right away, and almost instantly feel better! Thankyou Adrienne from Indonesia!!
Hi Adriene, thank u soooo much for sharing these wonderful yoga! I have back n neck pain that bothers me for a loooooog time. Now I feel so great after doing morning yoga n sleeping yoga with u everyday! Rly release my intense body!!!

Thank you so much for your video.
During cobra, it it normal to feel discomfort in the abdomen?
I’m unable to perform any kind mat exercises for abs as it leaves me with severe lower and middle back pain. How can I help it?
Wow, thank you so much for this! I’ve been having some awful upper back/shoulder aches for the past weeks, and this worked like a charm! I was wondering if you’d consider making a video with yoga for a better posture? I know my aches come from bad posture and sitting like a question mark at my desk, so that would be a godsend. But thank you for this video, you’re a wonder!
I would love a video specific to the mid back. Such a neglected area, and I hold so much tension there, especially now working from home. Thanks
Dear Adriene,
I hope you are well. I love your videos and the above one was really good relief for my back. I am struguling with a big pain at the top of my femur where it connects with the pelvice (about 10 years ago I had an accident while trying to do a spit). I was suppose to be seen by a doctor but with the coronavirus situation it won’t happen. If the pain was only when I was sitting now it is really intense and radietes to my lower back and leg. In the same time I have an extreme tighness in my legs that even the most simpler strching exercises produce excruciating pain especially to my gluts. Do you have any video that treats this kind of pain? Thank you for all your videos. xxxx
I cant thank you both enough… For the awareness u bring about in people… U both r doing a great job…. D most commendable part is dat u come up wid a video almost every day… I am a PT and i get to know a lot of new techniques frm watching ur videos…it helps me sharpen my diagnosis and treatment procedures while practicing…u both r truly my inspiration…. Love to u both….
Good lord!! Its working!! Oh my back pain is recovering!! Thank you so much Adreine…

I get migraines semi-often from having a tight neck and tight shoulders and usually only pharmaceuticals help. I’m not gonna say this video is magic, but maybe this video is magic. So I’ve added it to my ‘yoga bops’ library. XO ADRIENE.
I back hurts because when I. Did a front flip that fell on my neck and that my back start hurting
Just wonderful.. Always feel so good after doing your class Adrienne. Its a perfect level as some teachers push too hard. Thanks for the classes.
This really helped with my head/neck ache! I know that if nothing else works, I can ALWAYS turn to yoga! Thank you!
I love your videos. Unfortunately, this routine strained my back. I may need a masseuse for my neck. I will stick with the 20min detox. That one is my fave. Thanks A!
a Bigger screen should fix the problem then you don’t need to bend over to look at the screen
XD
My neck immediately felt better after this practice! I am so happy. Grad school is stressful, I hold all of my tension in my neck and clench my jaw. This was just what I needed. Thank you so much!
My go to practice after an stressful day at the office. Thanks so much for this channel!
Your videos have been helping me find my way back to myself after having a baby. I’ve curated a playlist of all the gentle seating yoga routines and they’ve been exactly what I need until I’m cleared for more movement. The shoulder/neck routines have been especially yummy. Thank you Adriene!!
This is my favourite video, always try and squeeze this in whenever I have 20 mins! Really been trying to get in the habit of daily practice and this is perfect to come back to every day ♥️
Someone fell on my upper back I heard a crack and now i have extreme pain and I can barely move my neck around and it even really hurts to lift my arms
hey.. i was wondering if you could help with shoulder blade pain. I have a aching pain behind my shoulder blade that I cant seem to get to
Hi i m paul thankyou very much for you neck pain exercise it is vry effective
More yoga for the neck like this please! I have lots of neck pain and this really helps! Would love more!:) Thank you!
It’s so hard to not look down like that. But i am in pains o maybe they will remind me
Thank you Adrienne for your videos. They are very beneficial. My therapist says I should stop looking down for my neck, but most of your exercises today were with the head down. I wonder if more exercises with strengthening shoulder blades would be more beneficial? Thanks!
So good for those of us who sit at a desk/keyboard all day and have a habit of hunching over.
This was brilliant, thanks Adrienne. I love your calm demeanor. I did this, this morning when I had a tense necks and shoulders from overextending my neck and I feel a lot better. Namaste
This really helped with my shoulders, neck and tightness in my sinuses. Paired this video with gratefulness and peppermint oils! Thanks love!

I’ve been developing a lot of back pain during this quarantine and this helped so so much, thank you I usually don’t get results from yoga
I watch your channel almost every day. This one has really helped with my pinched Ulnar Nerve. Is there any other poses you could recommend for this type of injury?
I just did this routine as a yoga beginner with very very tight shoulders and neck and I’m kind of embarrassed so say that I burst into tears? I don’t know yet if the whole thing felt good or horrible
Thanks Adriene! During this quarentine my neck hurts so much
Hi Namaste Adriene. I’m new to your channel. I’m here due to a neck and shoulder stiffness. This yoga session was a relief. Thanks! I look forward to more sessions with you.
Can yoi do one for elbow pains due to driving bikes or cars or even desk jobs writing etc. Plz?
I’ve been having tension headaches for the last couple of days and feared one of them was turing into a migraine. After only 5 minutes of doing this practice the headache and tension behind my eye was completely gone. Thank you so much for saving my day Adriene ❤️
I’m so blessed to have you Adrienne one question: Why do I always have on the same/ similar outfit with no matter which video I do? Like 98% of the time. I only never have on the same outfit if o changed last minute for a wardrobe malfunction but still. I love to know I’m nsync with you. I even move into movements and breathing automatically with eyes closed while you’re saying it. Awesome I feel blessed I love you ❤️ and I thank God for you
I absolutely love this. I remember doing it once before about a year ago and felt my stress manifesting in my shoulders again so decided to do it again. Initially saw that it was 17 minutes and was worried it would be too long but every minute of it was with while! Considering to add it into my week as a regular practice. Thank you!
I keep coming back to this video every time when my neck gets tense. It works wonders. Thanks Adriene for once again!
This was so helpful to addressing some pain and tightness caused by (don’t laugh) a sudden/sharp/jolted movement I did whilst rolling over in my sleep! I’ve been in pain for about a week… so strange to think you can injury yourself in your sleep! I’ve definitely pulled some kind of muscle! Your video said we could leave requests, so I thought I’d comment and say I would LOVE any sequences for the shoulder blades and neck! Thank you for all that you do, love your channel:)
I could not move this morning… stress. After My husband slathered DeepBlue on m my neck and Shoulders I did this yoga. OMGoodness you are fantastic. I’m still sore but I can move again. Adriene your yoga is great. Thank you so much. . Namaste
I ususally don’t leave comments under these videos, but I just have to thank Adriene for this amazing routine! I get a lot of headaches from stress and migraines at the moment and whenever I wake up in pain, I do this practice and it actually helps a lot, sometimes even getting rid of the pain completely.
So: Thank you so much for making this video Adriene!
And shout out to my fellow yogis with headaches <3
Adriene, YOU are amazing. I cannot thank you enough for these videos. Today I was experiencing tremendous fatigue, shoulders and nape of neck was hurting so much. Specially my shoulder from being on the computer. It started to worsen throughout the day and turned into a tension/migraine headache and this is why I am here. I just finished the video and my headache is GONE. Completely gone. You made my anxiety go away. I suffer from hormonal migraines and headaches and soreness from being a graphic designer and whenever I get headaches, I get scared to sleep. But I can now go on to sleep in peace. I love you and your techniques so much.
Great stretch from a REAL EXPERT; Adrienne makes yoga fun & interesting using much PRECISION!
watching this in 2020 with a developing spine disease and oh my god did this help get rid of some tension and soreness! will definitely be coming back to this when i need it:^)
Its like water flow.. amazing
Sleeping friend looks like so peaceful.
Needed this so badly begun HIIT training with weights and really starting to feel the tension in my shoulders this past week, this was a great relief, thank you!
During this pandemic I had to start going to a chiropractor because sitting around at home all day made my neck hurt so much
So pretty much that last one fixed everything and I now love you
Thank you for this video! Helped me relax and release some of the tension I have.
Thank you for getting me into yoga. your videos are so relaxing and helpful.
I’m new to your channel but already they are solo helpful and I’m so thankful for them! I love how you make it really simple and easy for beginners to follow! Thank you!
Thank you, Adriene. I first want to say. Benji is one one the most relaxed dogs Ive ever seen.:). Second, Thanks for the great sessions. I feel so much better and relaxed after your sessions.
Hi Adriene,
I’m so glad I found your videos.
You are changing my life. Seriously!
Thank you
you are the best!
Could you please
elaborate more or send some resources about the neck problems and connection to other underlying issues. I would appreciate it. Thank you!!
Very helpful. This session was also super helpful for my neck and shoulder pain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-LTDKra5iA
I wish yall elaborated more on the correct movement aspect thats the most important part
Did the 30 day challenge and now doing the courage in random, what I feel like that day, order. My body was feeling broken down at my getting older age, but since i started doing this along with Chi Kung in the morning and lately after yoga i am feeling invigorated. Thank you and Benji too. Benji reminds me of a ranch dog we had, part Australian shepherd, border collie and dingo. Very loyal dog.
Your dog is relaxing on his own:D it’s good that you make many creations of yoga. Really practical in times of stress and fatigue.
The way you explained everything,is awesome… Thank you, Adriene!!
liked commented subscribed.
during quarantine, i’ve been sitting a lot more and my muscles have never been tighter! Thank you so much!!!
I’m so glad I found your video.I tried yoga for 5 months and it didn’t do anything for me.My shoulders are very tight and I think pilates will help me more than yoga.
This is helping me so much these last few weeks with all this working from home new life:P thank you!!
I loved your detailed explanations. Definitely improved my downward dog:) Thanks!
Thanks a lot! Loving it, so relieving for the neck and shoulder stress release. I am doing everyday and half way during the session I start feeling relief:)
First time trying this and my shoulder was screaming in pain halfway as I have shoulder problem. Hope in subsequent days it will improve. What’s your advice?
Fantastic for tension headaches, tight SCM/lavators/traps! Thank you!
Thank you, you’re awesome! Just what I needed, sitting so much during the lockdown.
very helpful… it ok to do this if there is lower back pain?
Thank you so much for this! Have been doing this routine every evening for 2 weeks now and I havent had any back or shoulder pain since, saw a huge improvement in pain immediately on the first day! I’ve also seen a huge improvement in my arm and shoulder strength and general resilience. While I have a very good core I can not even closely get the downward dog yet though… I’m so stiff I can’t even sit in a 90 degree position… people tell me to do yoga but even the lightest yoga is so painful I just can’t force myself to keep at it. Pilates is my concession and I love it!
Second day trying, will let you know how it goes, but thanks
Thanks you guys, you are so awesome and helpful and funny. I’ve got a couple tennis balls in a long tube sock spaced a few inches apart so I can do each side together as i work my way down my spine. I’ve been doing that for a while & love it! Do you recommend that too? Thank you!
Hi, I really enjoy your vids, they really help with strength and posture, but just one question…I always get cramp in my back when i do the shoulder circles lying on my back, could that indicate the root cause of my lower back pain?
Hi, very good exercise it’s helped me a lot but there is a gap in my routine so my neck and shoulder hurts again.
How long do I need to do this to get stability?
Namaste, my beautiful friend. Your videos help me relax and slow down so often. Thank you for sharing your light with us!
A little challenging for my multiple neck issues. Maybe, with practice it will become less challenging.
Thank you! This is just the best video against neck & shoulder pain & tenseness. I have issues for years now & tried all kinds of videos here but nothing helped like yours. As you say: stretching alone is not enough & this strengthening really releases the tenseness & prevents pain. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I have very sore shoulders nad this is helping thanks. The side plank is to difficult for my wrist strength at the moment though. Ill keep working on it
Amazing videos, your instruction is well thought out and has helped me be able to complete the exercises correctly! I hope you’ll make more soon, many thanks:)
Thank you so much for these exercises! I am new to Pilates and often feel uncomfortable around the neck and shoulders. This will now be part of my exercise routine!
My husband has been suffering with neck pain and headaches for some time. He’s not normally keen on Pilates/yoga excercises but loved your workout as it was challenging. Thank you for the video.
Dang 8 years ago and she still replying to comments. Legend
Just recently I have been suffering from right side neck/shoulder pain…Thanks for these exercises…start trying them today and will let you know if these exercises have reduced my pain…
I had been actually blown away with this back discomfort guide referred to as. Normally, the particular position of my knees, hips and also back is maintained due to this. As I get up each morning, I really do not feel pain any more. I also observed advancements in my knees due to this plan. Look for this guidebook on Google, the guide name below.

Wow! I did that tennis ball stretch they demonstrated and it immediately fixed pain I was having in my neck and upper back. I definitely have the “laptop” posture they are talking about at the end. I’m going to do this stretch regularly. These guys are great!
You guys are genius and always help me help myself!! Thank you so much!
If you had upper back and neck pain long time,
Then
●You have weak core and rib flare( do alot of core strengthening exercise specially lateral planks)
●weak posterior deltoid muscles( bent over delt flies with very light weights and high reps)
●Weak middle and lower trapesiuz( isometric seated wide grip rows )
●weak glutes( glutes bridges and single leg deadlifts)
Then comeback to this comment after 1 session and tell me how you feel.
I hurt my neck so badly…and thank you soo much for this…just got such a relief from doing this
Towel with tennis ball really does magic. I study sometimes 15+ hrs a day and have been getting TERRIBLE upper back pain. I am thinking of getting a little stand to elevate my ipad and laptop during study sessions. Thank you so much for your advice!
July 1996 I was rear ended by 18 wheeler doing 70mph. Recent MRI Results & Diagnosis: few herniated disks in neck, multiple herniated disks in upper & lower back, one big herniated disks in sacrum, 2 spinal cord wedges (injuries), all muscles are top of each other where they’re not supposed to be. I was a gymnast since 3 years old, very hyper, I’m 56 years old. I weigh 105 lbs. Never had any surgeries and all other health is perfect. I’m desperate for your help please. Thank You Both!
i have severe levator scapulae, arm, neck pain what can cause that kind of pain?
Hi there! I’m the one with the shoulder issues I started seeing a phyical therapist last week and these are exactly what I do. They are thinking my shoulder pain is due to tied up mussels in my upper upper back/ scapula!! I love watching you guy’s!! Good info…thank you!!
Exactly what I need!!! Tried so many different videos on Youtube, only this video really helped!! Thank you sooo much!!!
What does it mean when the only exercise that feels good (of the one’s shown here) is bringing the shoulders back? I have pain in my upper back that’s just to the left of my spine. I would say mid-way up my shoulder blades.
Thanks so much! I woke with shoulder and back pain this helped alot.
Hello! I don’t have the wrist mobility to get into the position @ 4:18. How can I adjust this?
I can’t thank you enough for your neck and shoulder videos. I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines for years and after a couple of weeks with these videos, they are gone. Thank you so very much.
I have a pain on the left hand side of my upper back and basically sleep on a cricket ball at night to relieve the pain. I’ve had it for almost 2 years and it’s not getting better. I have no idea what to do.
I thought it was so interesting that Adrienne said, face your fears. And I have such stress and fear during this pandemic. Thank you Adrienne.
The tennis ball thing worked to take away the pain. Thanks Bob and Brad:)
Thanks bob n brad the best physical therapist, I’ve got the same issue when m studying especially and now after practicing these exercises i feel comfortable and relaxed
today is exactly one years since you guys posted this video. it is my birthday and I am having upper back pain right now:(
You guys are amazing done my back the world of good thank you
I place my balls on my wife’s chin…she said she feels better
Appreciate all of your videos. Apply them at least 3-4 times a week. You’re so kind and such an inspiration! Thank you for always being so grounded and pure.
What if it hurts on my left side and i can’t do those stretch’s on my left side should i still try or don’t make it hurt
I havent seen any of these videos before. I love the theme song lmao! Thank you!
Here during Covid19 having bad neck and back pain and I now believe it’s from working at home on laptop. Normally I have high screens in office, but recently I’ve been working at kitchen table and having severe pain at night. Need to get a keyboard.
Anyone know where I can get a little adjustable table like that?
I can’t understand your language….but I have upper back pain
These guys are absolute gods, fix my problems 100% of the time
Did someone fart at like 8:23 into this video.lol thsnkd though feeling better momentarily.
I was doing the same exercise at the gym that Brad is doing at 9:50 with causes the pain!!!!
New here and to yoga. Thank you so much I really like your style
Thank you so much for these videos. I play violin and guitar, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a series of poses that effectively address my upper back pain. After completing the practice, I can actually move the muscles without wincing lol! Will definitely start doing on a regular basis. Edit: also, what up, 2020? Yoga is a huge highlight for me in a rather depressing time ❤️
can you lose the mic please, the audio was just fine even without it, the mics just make your voice muffled:/
it’s a bit annoying, anyways, thank you for your videos!
Ever since I got busy, I had no time for yoga. After not practicing yoga for a week, I felt really uncomfortable. So, I found you had a series of short yoga videos and they serve me like wonders. Thank you, Adriene. I can’t imagine one day not doing yoga with you.
thumbs up primarily for the subscriptions. a non-native
Put my lacross ball on the spot where I have the most pain, fuckk it hurt, but at least I know where it’s coming from
ahahaha, “Bob its a ball how could it have a sharp edge” i literals Lol’d!
What other device do you use that was mentioned in your idea??
Hi B&B, ¡what a great summary of your best stretching movements for neck and shoulders! Thank you and loves
I use a wireless kb and mouse with my laptop and raise my screen so I’m glad to see I’m doing the right thing for once:)
Great video again. Where can I get that table where you put the laptop, great idea!!
Hi I dislocated my shoulder 10 years ago had surgery. I’ve still been doing PT but I have this achy numb and sometimes burning feeling in my right shoulder blade area is that normal or is there something I can do about it?
I teach people a similar one but with two balls so you can do both sides at the same time and always along the whole length of the spine. Works great but can be a product of a pelvis in the wrong position as well.
excellent video bob and brad you both are excellent PT therapists thank you for all of your expertise
My neck started to hurt last year and until now it still hurts. What I usually do to relieve it is to apply herbal oil to my neck ever hour. I hope this excercise will help me
I use Miracle Balls from the Miracle Ball Method. They’re softer and work well for people who can’t handle the hardness of the tennis ball.
The ball and back maneuver is difficult. I can’t find the right spots to place the ball on my body.
I swear you guys read my mind. I was just about to look for these type of exercises. Thank you!
It’s “lying” not laying! Jeez. Eg. The man is lying on the bed.
I swear, y’all are following me! I went to my chiro today for that same reason. I even told her about this channel, saying I’m trying to be good. Thanks Bob and Brad!
Thank you Bob and Brad, I’ve had annoying persistent upper neck and back pain for the past six months, did the tennis ball stretch for 3minutes and the pain went away immediately, going to do this everyday now. Can’t thank you guys enough.
I use a flying keyboard tray that has adjustable height and it works great.
Your vids get better and better. Love this one. I feel better just watching it. Ha ha.
Can you do a video on cervicogenic headaches? Currently on day 11 and the pain is not letting up. I’m trying the exercises from your previous videos and hope they will help me in the future. I see pain management on Wednesday and am hoping for some kind of relief.
Wow!! I’ m going to try all these..you have no idea how tight my muscles get, especially in my neck and trapeze muscles.. Tmj adds more to my pain thanks so much for this videi!!
Like the video and very helpful information. Quick question for you two. Is there a modified version of the hallelujah stretch for me since I am not allowed to reach above my head due to Drs and Physical therapist orders.
Thank you! I’m an Esthetician who does facials all day. I’m finding lots of pain/stiffness/tightness in my neck, back, shoulders as well as my low back. Any suggestions specifically for Estheticians?
Buy a Back Buddy in Amazon and work out those knots. Much easier and you will be able to pinpoint each one of those hot spots and more.
Hi Adriene!!! I luv your videos although I am new to yoga!
