I did this diet twice 23 years ago and lost 22 pounds in month and a half, it works!!
You mention the turkey meatballs at 1:08 and that you use half the bag. However your on screen recipe didn’t show them as an ingredient. When did you put them in the soup?

This soup seems very high in sodium. Broth, packaged soup, worchestershire sauce, frozen meatballs…they all have high amounts of sodium.
I did try the diet again but didn’t get past day 4. I realize I didn’t prepare well enough because I was starving by the time I got home from work.
been looking into this diet if i do it for about 2ish week then come off it and just eat normal but heathy will the weight stay off or will i end up putting it all back on?
OMG with all that stock and bullion cubes this is definitely NOT a scared soup for the heart!
If you try it again and make the soup, making a big batch & freezing it in individual portions might work w/ your schedule.

just started the soup today. prepared myself last night by freezing my soup in bowls. Girl I love it. smell and taste so good. I also cleanse myself this morning before eating the soup. thank you so much

Very hearty soup. Just use all fresh ingredients, fresh green beans, fresh chopped parsley. etc. Canned broth is way to salty. Ask butcher for a cracked beef bone (takes a bit of tie to make your own beef stock), cover with water, add the veges to it. New veges are used in finished broth. Recipes for beef broth are all food sites; ( ask.com, foodnetwork.com). The most you can do from scratch,the better!! no bottled herbs (can’t believe I’ve seen thyme, rosemary, etc. fresh & ready to plant! in Stop ‘n Shop, Shop-Rite), Funny, I ran across this as I want to make lentil vegetable soup & have to make the broth! Beef broth (stock) can be time consuming, Veal knuckles can be added but AFTER the basic stock is finished. I like the recipe where the bones are roasted with veges and then stock is made. FLAVOR
If you seriously want to lose fat quickly, you should search google for “Lean Body Maximizer”. That might help you get the body you deserve.
Looks like a GOOD recipe. And, thanks for sharing that video with us. But, if you want to have good heart health, you will want to steer clear of all that sodium that you put in your soup. Man, that is a LOT of sodium that you put in there. The soup mix, the sauce, the beef broth, the wisticher (or however you spell that) sauce, etc., WOW!!! That seems like a heart attack waiting to happen. The soup sounds good. And, I’m not trying to be mean here. Just saying that if you want to have good heart health, then you should probably stay away from some of that salt (which will lead to BAD heart health and high blood pressure, etc., ). God Bless!!! I’ve been making and eating this soup recipe for 10 years. It is my absolute favorite. I am absolutely surprised that this is one of a few vids on this soup.

If you are looking to melt fat, you should google Fat Blast Furnace. That might help you get the body you deserve.
oh yeah plus I didn’t put too many carrots in it either; because carrots to me are almost like peas.

Congrats on losing those 9 pounds! I am on Day 5, and have lost about 5 pounds so far. I sort of cheated on Day 4 by having a Greek Salad with no dressing yesterday (instead of just sticking with the bananas and skim milk as instructed, but I did have the skim and the bananas). I’ve done mostly walking for my exercise, but definitely think I would have more off by now if I didn’t cheat/did more than just walking. Congrats though! YOU LOOK AMAZING.

Remember cabbage can be extremely gassy for some individuals!! Use 100% activated charcoal caps. All natural, they absorb & eliminate all gasses in the body (can cause big bloat, pain of gas build-up in joints, shoulder). absorbs the putridity of gas in body. However, must be taken 2 hrs. before or after medications, as it will absorb meds, making them less effective. They work SO well no more stink! lmao but no joke!

try to stay away from canned stuff use fresh or frozen canned have a lot of salt and that’s bad some things even have sat fat added

You’ve missed adding water! From all the recipes I’ve seen it says to cover it with water! Otherwise, It’s to thick and rich. This is a great soup altered this way. I love it!

I thought red meat/ beef broth was bad for the heart. Along with packaged foods… like the soups packets because of the preservatives and sodium. Or is this just a weight lose diet?? I am looking for a good heart healthy soup to aid in keeping your arteries clean.

I am day 4 and have lost almost 10 lbs already!!! So for anyone to say that this diet does not work it really does! But I also exercise on my total gym for 30-1 hour per day at night watching my favorite tv shows on demand. There is a lot of variety in the diet; when you have your mind set, than losing weight is unstoppable!!! glad you’re doing 2 weeks; I do believe I will continue on for another week as well. this diet ranges from 400-1200 calories per day.

I am now on it, I am on day 4, the yummy day, LOL…and I have lost 6 pounds so far. and I have really not done much in the exercise dept. due to back and neck injury, just walking mainly. Next time you do a video out of your home, make sure to clean the place up and get rid of noise and people not associated with the video production. Too many distractions. PS: If you’re doing a video about soup, it might have been nice to look at the soup for longer than three seconds.

I did this diet almost 10 years ago, I got from 180lb to 140 lb in less then 2 months. I tried to do it again but I ate too much of this soup that my body can’t take it anymore XD
I started the sacred diet after watching your video and I am amazed at the results I have 2 more days to go. It really is something easy to stick to….i tweaked it myself as well. Anywhere it called for beef I used chicken and I still got great results….However, I didnt get a boost of energy until my 5th day……Thnx for the vids and ideas……

This diet really does work, in one week I lost 12lbs but in one month I lost 28lbs. I went from 185lbs to 156lbs in 3 months with a little at home workout 2 days a week and that was in 2017 and I still have not gained any of that weight back.

I did more cabbage than green beans; since cabbage has 21 calories per cup. All the ingredients are basically vegetables that are on the negative calorie list, which means foods that you pretty much burn by doing your daily activities.
i dont think this is going to have good results cause you really did not prepare it the way it should be, if this does not work for you i recommend doing it as the recipe says… i truly hope this works for you, because i remember doing this diet and the results were fantastic but i hated this soup.

when I was doing this; I was so scared to eat the baked potato; because, I was thinking too much starch but when I ate one and with lots of butter like it said; I saw that I lost 7 lbs by the 4th day! going back on this starting tomorrow! Stay strong on the 1st day and trust me after the 2nd day it becomes much much easier. When you think you’re not losing any weight you hop on that scale and you’re like damnnnnn.!

@blakkandi No, you don’t add sweetners (sugars, honey or syrup) to your smoothies, nor fruit juices. There are several green smoothies on YT if your interested. With the smoothie I am able to get my daily amount of fruits and vegetables. I don’t care for certain green veggies but with the smoothie I can eat it, banana is the sweetner.
