Vince, love the vids, I’m having a slow build on upper chest. I perform, two inclined dB and bench exercises and flat x 2. Pec deck and low to high and high to low cable flies. All part of a Monday routine. I’ve seen benefits but still lacking on development of the upper area. Any tips. I don’t use supplements. Don’t want to rely on supps, would rather achieve something on my own. If possible, could you identify the best for each segment of the chest, similar to your breakdown on Biceps, long head, short head, peak! It would help identify where I need to focus work or change routine. Anyway keep it up!

Last night I did two hack calf raises with my 360 pound farmers handles plus my 134 pound backpack 494 pounds whoo hoo! Praise the Lord Jesus! I wanted to do heavier but I couldn’t pick up the backpack on my back with heavier weights oh well at least I’m closer to 500 pounds.

How many times do you recommend somebody work a muscle to get max gains? A lot of people seem to think frequency is important and say twice. If that is the case how would you implement say your arm workout into a routine like upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest the weekend? I feel like if i did that arm workout there is no way i could hit back or chest on the same upper body day I would be fried. God damn a fucking ninja turtle in the thumbnail complete with a shell, this is a good routine am gonna do it tomorrow as a finisher after bench press.
People get “reps to failure” mixed up with getting tired. NO!, getting tired happens when you first start working out. Failure means you push, push and can’t quiet make the last rep, then you cheat by going to the end of a rep and slowly fail again. This and eating is the gain profection to a goal. Most people tire out and say it is to failure but NO! It you have problems going to failure, do as many as you can and exhaust the muscle group, THEN, a couple of housrs later do the same exercise again, and push, and you’ll have the same results.

We are doing last exercise(push-ups) until faliure, and then we should work 30 push-ups (15 each side) with resistance band, that are even more exausting? Kind of confusing. Im 15 and can’t really go to the gym however i do own dumbbells and barbells to help with my workout the only problem is that i dont have benches required fir certain workout so i try to improvise and use chairs in a line instead. Will that work or am i better off just doing it on the floor

Nice video and great content but keep In mind that half of your audience probably has 2 dumbells and a resistance band or less and no access to gym and no equipment, benches or machines.

What are the benefits of the floor dumbell press versus bench?
I go to gym sometimes 6 days a week and i do chest and tricep back and bicep and rotate until the last day i do a bit of legs. So i only do like 2 of his workouts and 1 for my bicep or tricep. Am i doing fine? I dont repeat cause i know it can cause muscle misunderstanding
Yo Darrell, for the smith machine incline bench, if adding 25 lbs is too heavy for a lifter, what weight do you suggest for that exercise?
Is it normal if when I do low to high cable crossover I feel my front deltoids contract harder than my upper chest? Or Im doing something wrong

I have a question. I saw you had you reps at 6, 8, 10, 12, shouldnt you start with higher reps to warm up for the heavier weights. Thats what ive always did.

I’ve been using your vids as training aids at my home gym, they have worked and its taken some time due to diet and no additives or supplements, but still Going strong and motivated. Just reviewed Biceps and made simple adjustments not initially noted, but obvious from Your vid, they have made the difference in a few days. Keep it up!
