While a streak this long is definitely extreme, running every single day is becoming more popular—and for good reason. A running streak can re-energize your running and give you a tangible goal to work towards, not to mention improve your overall fitness. When you run every day, your brain will start to view it as a habit. No longer will there be great moaning and groaning every time you put on your shoes. Your brain will make running a habit and will eventually surrender to it.
There’s nothing more powerful in the area of lifestyle change than the creation of habits. If you’re looking for some kind of benefits from running, you should at least run a couple of times per week. Running every day doesn’t make sense. In all honesty, your body needs rest to become stronger. The time where you rest and recover is actually.
A running streak is usually defined as a minimum of 1 mile, every single day. As soon as you miss a day, the streak is broken. Some are just for the month of January, but others encourage running as many days in a row as possible.
For most folks the likelihood of injury or burn out is low at just 1 mile, but is running every day good for you?Cross-training activity is best done at a moderate intensity level for 45 to 60 minutes, twice a week. If cross-training does not fit into your weekly schedule due to work or other commitment.

By performing the same activity day after day, you may increase your risk for an overuse injury by.For a beginner, one should try and run 3 to 4 times a week.
The distance would vary from the beginning of the week to the weekend. No.
However, don’t interpret that as you should run every day. You won’t get fitter or faster if you run every single day.I don’t know your age, your weight, your intensity I’m flying blind on this answer I personally believe that running is too catabolic to do everyday. Catabolic exercises make it difficult to retain muscle. Ever see the legs of people who run long.
Actually, running every day is not a very good choice. Most runners in general need one to two days off per week to give their body a better chance to recover from the exercise and repair themselves. Researchers have found that taking at least one day off per week will reduce the frequency of injury and duration of existing injuries.

Good video.. I just started doing this last Sunday, a 5k every day. A 5k just seems like the perfect distance to maximize cardio/fat loss benefits without losing muscle. Since you said you didn’t alter your diet there’s a good chance your appetite went up and you ate a little more each day without realizing it. Plus you don’t have very much fat to lose to begin with.
My joints and lower back are all not the biggest fans of running. They prefer cycling to be honest.
This was insane. Watching at 2 a.m, laughing like a mad.
Keep it up.
Love from india
Me love you the first time I saw you running. You make me happy and I literally laughed at you when you stumbled on the grass because it was funny. Subscribed
Hey! Me on Strava too:

I ran at least 40 miles a week for 11 years and more when I was preparing for a marathon or ultra marathon but two years ago I felt myself burning out. I’m slowly getting back in to it. I definitely have a different approach as I get back in to it. I’m not ready to be all out crazy for it like I used to be. I’ve gotten rid of my GPS watch and I’m just tracking my time. I’m slow now so I’m adjusting to the shock lol. Anyway, my 3 mile run felt good this morning. I enjoyed this video. Thanks.
I am running every day and feeling feeling fitter and happier every single day. Had to ease off this last few days because i have a lower calf niggle. But i have only eased down to 3k light runs. I want to run every single day now.
damn! Your words hit me hard!!!
THank you
move your body because it moves your mind…
I started jogging a few days ago and it felt great, but I wanted to be explosive so I’m going to sprint for like 4 times a week and I’ll run/jog the days I’m not sprinting.
Nice video. I run 7 days a week and eat a low carb diet, and do intermittent fasting-18hrs most days of the weekI’m 49yrs old and feel awesome after losing 46lbs. lots of overweight people at work make fun of me and tell me I’m too skinny and to eat more… I ignore them. I listen to my body, how I feel, how my clothes fit, and just keep active. life is so much better when your in shape and active.
“Take advantage of your capabilities”
Thats my fav quote to start out 2020
Your knees snap and you can’t run for the rest of your life*
This is actually very entertaining, I’m starting to run to lose some weight, hope you get millions of views bro keep going!
Question to everyone. I love running but can’t do it every day. What should I do in rest days to burn calories is a 2 hour walk any good?
Well hey there Tim! Found your channel as I’m a runner now and training for a marathon. Been a long time but glad to see you’re still at your raw lifestyle and living a healthy life!
Please do you runing without bodybuiding
Your body nais god god
Please talme
Basically just listen to your body really.
Me personally I run about 5 / 6 km three times a week but have a recovery day the day after, and If I feel like it I might go for a shorter run or a walk on those recovery days or nothing at all. I do believe in over-training and that you can do too much which leads to injury.
We’ve evolved so were not chasing after sabretooths with clubs, so even though we’re capable, there has become no need to go all out each and every day like a caveman where every single moment was about survival so all his physical abilities became heightened and in more demand.
Consistency is the key to all fitness results but I personally do believe in recovery days especially with running, where your body has a chance to heal and repair and come back better faster stronger!
Sir when you say moving does that include walking? Because I’m able to run a half mile but after that I walk the last mile is that still good?
Daily exercise is good. But for those get bored from running everyday maybe they can run every other day and incorporate other activities.
I don’t move much when I feel soreness in muscles, then I have a rest day
I feel so much better days I run vs days I don’t run. Mentally, physically, cognitively
I run since March 2016 almost daily. Just saw endomondo challenge You VS The Year where you have to complete 1000 km in a year and trying to keep it since then. Maybe in 2018 I did around 941 km, because off misusing the website and considering runs, walks and cyclings as only runs. Feeling good, the only thing negative is to have a runner’s knee with time, but so far it’s good. And of course if you are in a climate of extreme heat where I am right now running is not so enjoyable. On the other hand you plan more, you achieve more especially such milestones as 1000 km in a year and you feel better. I tried 10 km officially in my hometown back in 2018 and the result was 43:53. It was amazing.
Sir, you are such an amazing guy! I just want to ask a simple question, is it okay to run 1 hour in the morning, and 1 hour in the afternoon? May your answer will get rid of my uncertainties.
I can’t go for a run till I feel like it’s enough!? This is not practical. You don’t have a job at a fixed location and/or fixed working hours and/or kids that need to get to school/practice/playdates/eat and sleep on time, and/or do voluntary work in your community in the free hours at night/weekend and a social life that requires some planning for practical reasons beyond just your own agenda and/or any of a 1000 things and responsibilities that most of us have, do you?
Where I live in Costa Rica it is not very easy to go running everywhere here in the city, first the terrain is very steep and I always go up or down, and also not all streets and sidewalks are appropriate, which does not give me all the freedom to run at the pace I want because I always have to be careful with the cars, so I envy those wide streets haha
Holy shit, my new favorite channel! Love the motivation, hype, and encouragement! THANK YOU!
Been running for years. Ran everyday during this summer and my toenails fell off, but they’ve grown back.
Only because something is natural it doesn’t mean it is the best! Operations are not natural but it can save lives. Studies had shown that enough recovery is very important to get faster better results and is healthier in the long turn run ♀️
Fell down the rabbit hole of YouTube and ended up here. He is hilarious
Your body is like a car!! U set it up and do nothing it breaks down… So move ur azzzzzz
Thank you! I’ve been on a FAT LOSS JOURNEY for 90 days! I’m on day 44 but I didn’t know how many’s I should run, this really helped! Thanks ‘MERICA l!!
I run every day and I have a great tip for londery: go into the shower or bath tub with your clothes on just some shampoo and a good squeeze and enjoy your bath, my wife actually appreciates the since she is the one does londery
I run 5-7 days per week for the last 8 years. I run mostly for mental health. Running combats depression and makes you feel great afterwards….. like you don’t give a shit about anything petty the rest of the day.
Runing makes you live for 30 more years yep u heard it right I’m starting to run
No way you only have 285 subscribers smh…keep making videos my man in 2 years you will be a legend…the best comical running video ever and it was fun too watch all 12 mins
Maaan, u are so amazing! Thank you for the great inspiration
I want active life style but can’t run 7 days a week because I also want some bodybuilding exercises so how I need to run in a week
50000 years ago if you got injured you’d probably die
Cavemen conserved energy as much as possible
Moving often may be optimal, but it’s not always practical. I work six days a week. I can afford to do 15-60 minutes of exercise daily, but any more than that is precluded by the constraints of my life. Thoughts?
You’re smart guy with a lot of great information but I’m going to listen to the Creator on this one and rest on the 7th Day of every week.
Sub 25min pace for 5km is not a total beginner at all! This is a goal time for a lot of people. Other than that the video is fine.
2:03 There’s also another way you can reduce stress. Ejaculation. Wank every day and over time you’ll see a difference
Hello. I’m also a runner and I take fish oil and as for protein, I prepare home made shake. Ingredients are blue berry oats, egg, banana and milk. And I’d like to know if you also take fish oil as a supplement to boost recovery and heart function.
Because of this video I have stopped training and started running daily. The “different perspective” really helped, because in the past I have tried ‘training’ every day and I have repeatedly failed. Right now I am just moving daily and all the pressure of training is gone. Happily enjoying my runs for as long as they feel good. Thanks for the great video!
If you are a good runner then go go go. I weigh 215 and have a large upper body and I am 57 so….not a good runner so I run 3 days and lift weights other days. My legs are stiff the next day wary of injury.
One 10km run a week is enough for me, mixed in with weight/cardio at the gym. Sustainability is key.
I was researching about how to get healthy and how much I should run which I dont do at all really… This video educated me on how important it is to move more…
Hell yeah. Exercising is the best thing ever. I ran before working on my truck and was able to successfully do a motor swap. I noticed the days I didn’t run I got stumped and frustrated.
Thank you. I have run every day for the last two months and honestly I have never felt more like myself then I do these last few months. When started to research… professional running and started to take a break between every day… I feel bad… I feel restless. I feel irritable. This office job has destroyed me and now without a run every single day. I cant feel like myself
I use to feel so free and elated when I would go out and run on a warm sunny day but over the decades things started happening to my body including knee pain, back soreness, hips hurting. I finally took up stationary cycling for my cardio but that has proved to be boring. At age 62 I miss the carefree days of my younger running years. At age 50 things started changing.
Running is the only cure for any sickness or disease. I am a diabetic, my choice is run every day and my blood sugar is normal, or skip a day and use drugs….
some people say take a shower before running this help you to burn more calories is this correct?
Every other day if you have good genes
Every day if you gain weight with ease and have bad genes
Simple as that
Change your heart, change your life, change the Planet??? Which Planet are you referring to? Mars?
It’s funny, this totally makes sense. Move every single day like our bodies were made to do.
Con: being chased down and shot because you’re assumed to be a burglar when you’re literally just running while black.
why not share here how many miles a week do you run consistently…… remember that some guys here are endurance “athletes” listening
You are why I enjoy endurance running I run 6 miles a day and I love the feeling of increased stamina, better calorie budget, and just knowing I am doing something that allows me to be one with nature. Thank you for your amazing videos
Im watching this video now and ive been so focused on how i look…until i watched this ive been running everyday even when i dont feel the greatest i still do it it makes me feel better in every asspect..mentally emotionally an physically
Hello I see your video in my YouTube suggestions. My Sweetheart (my girlfriend) is starting to get into running. I will show her this video. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.:)
Okayyy i start in 2020 every day. Today the 10th run and 5 km.
I’m actually doing the same challenge as a way to try to get in better shape and up my stamina and endurance. Day one was brutal, with a time of 28:34, but today was day 13 and I managed to finish in 24:02!
I running average day 1000000000000000000000.000000000000000
What if you’re extremely sore the next day? Should you just ignore it and run anyways?
Number six I hate when sweat keeps going in my eyes and it stings. Eyes are red after sweat keeps going in eyes. I could tell you were struggling so hard to keep sweat out your eyes.
Yes. I don’t run I walked 2 miles to 5 miles almost everyday for the last week. I want to get back to running half a marathons. I just want to run for me.
Anyone using adidas Runtastic? Add me there:Rico Kamp my Profil picture is Steve Rogers and I am a member since 2016 with that u can find me I am 18 y/o see u there
I see alot of people doing runs everyday. And i think it is not good for beginners! Yes, we need to move everyday. However 50.000 years ago humans were forced to move and run alot in order to survive. They grew up that way. Their bodys were used to it.
Now in this world we grow up verry different, with alot less movement. But when you suddently start running 7 days a week while your body isnt used to it, you have a verry high chance of putting to much stress on your body and injure yourself. Your body needs to adapt.
Begin with 3 times a week, with between the training sessions atleast 1 day recovery time. And over time you can build up to 7. This way your body gets used to it.
just finished reading “Spark”…. Awesome book! Long live BDNF!!
How do you keep yourself injury free while running everyday? Would love to get some insight on that .. Great video btw
This guy is level elite. I can barely run, let alone run and explain to us why should we run. Respect!!
I wanna run like you. You look so healthy and happy. God bless you. Great video it really motivates me!
I run two weeks no result, I stopped, i don’t know if i can start again, any advice guys..m
Great inspiring video… how long do you run each day? Time is always my excuse hit the snooze button
This dude is awsome. Now i want to go for another run. Good video, good stuff!!!!
I am on day 42 of running everyday. If I feel I need a recovery day, I simply run 1 mile at a nice slow enjoyable pace. Is this a good plan, I used to just not run on my recovery day. Then 1 day turned to 2 or 3 and all of a sudden I was only running 2 times a week. Forcing myself to run ‘every’ day keeps me honest.
I did something similar. I went to school every weekdays and sometimes on weekends for 7 years. Do not recommend it
I think, the biggest thing kept him going is youtube channel and he can share everything with us and we push him.
Telling that I think its healthy but when you are rly young, but when you get older like in mid 40s and older you can only pray to God your bones are not used from all that running etc..
Guy just keep going and you gonna smash every goal of yours
The only way to settle this…post a full, unedited 5k run video!
Good stuff! I ran at least a mile daily for 602 straight days until an ankle injury forced me to stop in 2017. I still run and race (trail) regularly and have become an ultra marathoner. A friend was inspired by my running streak and has been running daily going on five years. We are both over 50 years old! Keep going!
Very happy to have stumbled on this video. I just finished my first 8k last weekend and now can’t get enough running. So many great points. Just start even if you scared. Don’t stop even if your mind is telling you to. Great video!!!!
oh yes, it what exactly i felt when i was running every day. Have to start again. Love your video!
Congratulations on running everyday and all that you have reached.
Just a small correction: Running is not meditation, it is you avoiding holes and rocks while keeping in fantastic shape.
A monk taught me that, just thought I would share it with you.
I stop running for a while because of my schedule and you remind me why I love to run. Definitely going to start as soon as possible!
Pace 5 for a beginner? You rock mate! Keep up produce great videos.
When many people start running they don’t realize that they’re gaining muscle and losing fat.
This is a copy…
“See what happens………”anothervideo
I run everyday for 30 minutes and I didn’t know any of these facts now I do
Ive ran everyday this year so far! Ive gotten my 5k down to 18:07 and I am trying by the end of this quarantine to get it down to 16 mins if possible! Im a footballer and the thing I most love about running is that it improves my stamina dramatically and Im able to last a full 90 mins on the pitch! Cheers Hellah!
I started run/walking when I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2005. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. I inherited my father’s heart disease. As a result, I had two heart attacks. The doctors told me that I would not have survived if it weren’t for the work I put in to strengthen my heart. Running is what did it for me. I am continuing to run/walk as part of my training for the 2020 NYC Marathon. I encourage those who don’t run to start slowly and remain consistent. You will get stronger and be able to run longer. Listen to your body and don’t give up.
I disagree.Your body needs also to rest and and recover. We are not prehistoric people anymore. If your body needs to move a lot to be optimal what about Stephen Hawking.
Hit your local track buy some tracks shoes especially if you sprint jog sprint some more go at your own pace
Love it HellahGood ‘Get my work in, before I get my work in’:) Keep on keeping on. Consistency.
Bro please make on vedeo how to improve running stamina
Why did the actor deliberately step in the water?? So unnecessary.
Respect, bro! I live in Ukraine and I want run every day. I will try. Thank you for your video.
Man how do you talk when you run, I am always bright pink, sweating so much and I have to do sign language!
I would like to note that exercise only benefits 30% of the weight for weight loss, 70% is dieting. I know.. i know… but it is true and if you argue then you are in denial. Also you are meant to be pretty much naked when measuring weight, thats most likely why it didnt change at all.
I have been running only twice a week since March. For me it has helped me to stay motivated because when I try to run every day, it takes a physical and mental toll on me. Instead of running every day, I try to incorporate other kinds of workouts so that I can get excersize every day without burning myself out. It’s amazing that you are able to physically and mentally handle so much running!
The fact that other people can´t run even WALK just makes me feel much more grateful every time i do sport! Its such a blessing
Ok he is reading out loud while running, but real inspiration though
Yes sir!! Love this. I’m so much happier since I’ve started running 5k races regularly.
Lol my dad ran everyday of his life and does 100-120miles a week. He has no cartilage left in his knees . But this was a great video. My therapy is CrossFit and qigong & tai chi
That running form though!your video was entertaining all the way through!
If you run everyday, buy the cheapest (but still runworthy) pair of running shoes possible. You literally use it to destroy it. Don’t use your favorite pair LOL.
Been running everyday for 1 1/2 years and still going strong. ❤
Ummm when you are an athlete or in good shape you have a SLOWER heart rate because it doesn’t need to pump as fast to make blood travel because the pumps are stronger…. that first “fact” was blatantly false
I tried running every day last year from 1 Jan. I got to somewhere mid-Feb before I called it quits. I have a lot of respect for those to keep it up. It’s a real mental challenge that wasn’t for me.
Just came across this and I wanted to thank you for this amazing video…I’ve been looking for this answer for some time only you nailed it perfectly. Thank you for the information
Thank you for making this video. You probably won’t see this, but recently I’ve been struggling when it comes to running. I was feeling sad about a lot of things at the time, and I mean I am still sad about quite a bit of things, but like you said running really helps you feel happy, and it does. I loved running so much that I joined programs, and elite clubs and into high school. But I got sad because Im not fast like a lot of people. I’ve been running with my teammates for a while, and I don’t feel like I had improved, so it really struck me down. I always compared myself to my teammates and I felt embarrassed you could say, because I just couldn’t keep up with them. And then I came to a point where I didn’t want to run at all, it took me so much motivation to just go run once a week. And because I had let myself fall into that hole of me thinking I wasn’t good enough, I felt even more sad.
But I really wanted to change that, so I’ve been trying now to change my habits and run everyday. This video was very inspiring to me, and it’s really made me realize why I loved running in the first place. I hope to get back in shape like I use to be, if not better. Thank you so, so much for making this video.
Edit: Watched some more of your videos, and now I’m subscribed:)
When it comes to losing weight there are many factors then just the number on the scale. yes you only lost a small number in total. but the composition of your body fat water and muscle definitely changed which is the most important thing.
Man..you are an inspiration.. downloaded ur video..whenever i feel bored to run, i will watch it.. thanks Hellah..keep running..
If you have no work and don’t do anything you can run every day this video is for rich people only that don’t work.
Suggestion for the laundry: Put your sweaty clothes in the shower with you and ring out all the sweat and water, then hang the clothes to dry before putting them in the hamper
I want to start running again, as I did many years ago and loved it. I don’t want to over do it though as I walk 8 hours a day at work. I typically average about 20k steps a day during those 5 days a week and I’m not sure if I should just keep my running to my days off or also run on top of all those miles walked during my work days.
Thank you for reminding me of the joy of running. I haven’t been able to run 2 weeks due to 2 accidents/ injuries that happened one after another, and quickly my mood and overall health deteriorate. I realized it came from the lack of spiritual connection during my “running mediation”. Yes, all what you said about running is true, and I would want to go back to running soon.
I’ve been running 3km 6 days a week since 8-9 months and its the best thing you could do if you want to lose fat instantly.
If i do jogging 30 minutes for 6 days weekly and 250 jumping jacks how long before I lose weight?
This video is probably what Barry Allen would say… literally. Imagine if this guy is the flash from the future?
Is it just me but listening to him being out of breath for the whole video is stressing me out!
Did you really take a shower to go out and run? I usually wait until after I run to do that.
I run 5k (minimum) every morning but only do it 5 days a week. You really need to rest. I only hike on Saturday and fully rest on Sunday.
Ive been working out every day for at least an hour partly because of your videos. Day 122 today, Thank you
Me: I’m gonna run every day!!!!
Shin plints: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahah
I’m a freshman that did cross country and am staring track, and it has literally helped me so much and changed my mood and attitude and made me a better person in all tbh. Running is spiritual
I doubt jogging/running is efficient for weight loss, but diet certainly is the best way. When I run I do it for MaxVO2 and mood. People say to me “Hey, you don’t need to run; you look slim”. They just don’t understand that running is not very efficient for weight loss.
Great positivity man Just started running as well already 66 miles in April and May getting back at it!
Unfortunately I see that running has a negative effect on weight lifting. It releases cortisol. On overall health running is great and not only keeps you in shape as youtuber Bare illustrates. But if you want to be able to lift heavy dumbbells it slows down process. Been lifting 2.5 years and doing few reps with 40kgs if I did zero running bet I could lift more. I bet this bro cant lift heavy
Hey hellah and fellow runners, just started running last week, my first 5k was 26:00 minutes, then the second was ardound 24, in my third i pushed real hard and got 18:50, gotta keep going. I’m 22 by the way hope i can improve and one day reach the sub 15 5k training to win my first 10k in 25th of april 2021.Your content is really good i appreaciate it keep going you inspire a lot of people:D
When you get to 1169, you’ll have ran the same amount of days as Forrest Gump did ヽ(°〇°)ノ
Your humor is so amazing. You made me laugh so hard and I subscribed so fast. Please. Keep doing videos. I’m 2 weeks into doing this and I couldn’t relate more to the agony of the beginning.
I’m on day 437 of my streak and I’ve got to say if you’re a lazy runner, streaking really helps I’ve improved all my PR times because streaking has made me so much more consistent in mileage!
you are very cool. I from Russia and try to be equal to you and I want to look also outletically. The first results appeared.
I was just looking for advice I was not trying to be inspired thank you Brother
Hi Hellah, thanks for sharing, definitely a good insight i can relate too (started my year of running on 1st Dec). Quick one: any tips on how you deal with blisters? Cheers from Australia!
Am going for a run tomorrow and for 7 days because of this video
Loved this video! Regarding your weight loss, do not worry too much about the number on the scale. That number doesn’t tell the whole story as there are a ton of factors involved (water weight, fat, and muscle mass). Your aerobic base and speed improved, and THAT is what you should focus on. You’re getting better and stronger. The only thing I’d say is maybe add some calisthenics/core work in, or whatever else you may enjoy to mix it up!
I lost 25kg with plan from website *Next Level Diet*. They have amazing team that helped me to get my six pack:D
Listen to your body. I can run Everyday but the intensity and distance varies accordingly. Some days I am basically just a bit faster than brisk walking pace, and it ok. I dun care, but some day I go for max pace
1:47 Humans cant even regenerate neurons and you tell me that it creates new neural connections.
Pls explain more on this.
Can you run marathon as fast as you can? And do video for that

My man, may i recommend a slower pace if you need to talk a lot into the camera:D
Do you think you can join the Olympics marathon? And how do you overcome those weather and injury??? That prevents me from going would like to learn from your mentality of how
Atleast stop while making the video we can’t understand a shit while you are panting
Watching this video about moving as I am on the couch not moving
One of my dads friends ran 5k every day for decades. It ticks all the wrong boxes for me: no change, no development, no rest. I guess he just kind of liked to tick the box that he ‘got it done’ every day. Maybe it felt good for him. I just finished my first speed workout yesterday and I sure as hades am not running today!
Places to run…, I know that feeling. After all while it gets boring because you have seen the most places.
I mainly run for the energy and mood boost that lasts for 2 days, along with the better memory and increase in my motivation. Also, more presence in what I’m doing, stronger looking legs, better sleep that night, I can eat more food, long runs can be meditative, I feel better about myself because I accomplished something, and I don’t get tired as quickly when doing other activities.
It’s one of the best things I’ve added to my life.
Great channel!
I am working out hard to beat my personal record, however i suffer from Achilles tendon pain from my recent PB attempts, it has been more than 2 weeks and not able to run at my good condition
Any advise? Thank you!!
Thank you!! Very INSPIRING!! I’ve been on a FAT LOSS JOURNEY for 90 days! I’m on day 44 but I didn’t know how many’s I should run, this really helped! Thanks ‘MERICA l!!
Great that you took some rest days. Ideally you have at least a full day of rest from running between one another. I still think you did great and got fast quickly. I am impressed. Most people are not able to run 5k in one go anyway, let alone at these speeds. But rest enough to actually let your body adapt. You are way more talented than most
you’re hilarious everything about this video killed me the shaving, commentary, photos, love it all
Running does not build muscle complete myth, it burns muscle if anything, complete and utter bull
I agree my favorite thing I’d the health benefits of running. It has helped me lose weight and it definitely helps elevated my mood and keep me from being depressed especially during these times. My biggest negative is finding SAFE places to run. Many areas I don’t feel safe running especially in neighborhoods around a lot of people.
Dude I always have to take a massive poo every time I do a long distance run and I’m always so far away from a bathroom. It’s freakin horrible like I’m not even joking. I have to walk because when I run I feel like I’m gonna explode. My runs are literally ruined because of this.
I actually can’t think properly after a run, it’s just WATER WATER!
everyday i go to walking more than 5 km but no running, i will be running from tomorrow thanks for this video
I do a lot of outdoor sports… surfing being my most favorite… only running can compare to it
I’m on XC and this is all boosted with the presence of your fellow runners
I went to the gym today, 35 min treadmill then half hour machines, I felt great! I’ve tried running but the bottom of my feet hurt plus I get kinks in my knees, have fallen a couple of times this past year while walking my chocolate labs, but I think I can do fast walking. I’m also eating once a day & trying to fast a couple of times per week. I’m retired so it’s important I keep moving, not spending life in a rocking chair!!! Lol
I hv been running avg 4k But unfortunately due to coronavirus crisis… I slowed down to 1k Which takes me around 4 5 minutes Are all your runs more than duration of 10 mins? Is minimum 5 minutes valid?? Pls tell me im at day 125
The only reason you would run is either because your getting chased by a lion (threat) or you want to lose toxic fat. You do not run for health lol. Health comes from what you eat. Assuming you are eating/living a standard toxic western diet/lifestyle (full of whole grains) you are most likely to benefit from running. Running is mostly a catabolic state so why would you run?
So how long should you be running for getting these effects?
Mate, running on grass is more like 6k not 5…you could probably run a k in 5:00 on road
Your video is like this.
Topic. water
1. It is wet
2. If you touch it you will get wet
I tried running 2miles a day for a week and I’m surprised by how health I feel. The weightloss was a bonus. I posted the video on my channel if anyone wants to see it.
Can we gain weight by running daily in extreame level…? Plzz tell

is running every single day healty or should i do 3 in a week?
Its true, seriously when I start running for about 3km each day for 20 to 30mins I get better sleep and I always actively move and and perform each daily task.
It doesnt strenthen your brain bc all the gases that you save in you body reduces the brain cells.
Well, our ancestors did all the things they did and still were dying in their 40s:)
I run 8 miles a day, 6 days a week. My toenail fell off. Did I stop running?
Hellah NO!!!
Good information. This is more detailed

It says it helps you sleep, but sleep has become more difficult as the days progress. Is this temporary or…
Hey there need some help I am running for 90 day on concrete hard road and feeling burning pain in knees now my strike over because of it what should I do
Came across you randomly and just say mate this is great content, entertaining and you are likeable… subbed
Love the video. I weight 83kgs and want to run everyday for 30 days and document just like you. Will you please answer my follwing questions.
1) which camera and editing software do you use. I don’t have a computer or a camera..
2) should i run in the evening or morning?
3) any other advice?
It will keep you healthy in social behavioural, sexual, by mind
When I run every day…I am wasting the effects of overcompensation and healing and ruin my knees, tendons and joints. Wehn I run every other day…I get fitter, healthier and stronger.
your famouse cause you are in our school are your learning my friends lol that means 26 views up
How does he not have more subs. His content is really entertaining and helpful sometimes.
Thanks for explaining the benefits of running!
It gives me even more conviction to keep going on my running exercise.❤️
It feel like walking now when I run even though my heart rate is at like 145-150
I had bad anxiety when it comes to running in public, but then my mom ran with me and gave me the confidence I needed to do it myself. I did it by myself for the first time a few days ago and have been running by myself ever since. I can honestly say that I feel so much more relaxed and at ease than I’ve ever felt. It really does reduce stress:)
My top speed running is 16.7mph I’m gonna have to train like hell to reach 20mph
Wow, this guy is great and so inspiring. He instantly makes you want to drop what your doing and go run through the neighborhood.
Big question is..your pace.. is it based on Moving Time or Elapsed Time?
Hey, thanks for this informative video,
I have been running for 3 months but I have shin pain before the run and it gradually disappears while running and next day it’s again there when I leave my bed in the morning.
Is it injury or normal or should I take rest?
I’m one of those who 3 to 4 times a week, but I also ride my bike most days… Even if a decide to stay put at home for one day, I have to walk the dogs (morning, afternoon and evening) and even a short walk implies climbing my 4 story building. Not super active, but not super sedentary either…
Great video, I’m a small guy and gain lots of weight lately, I use to be 160 pretty lean then I went up to 190, I started working out and running daily I’m down 168 and feel great very energized, I’m also eating better, weird I don’t even crave fast junk food
You know he showered at the end of the week instead of doing it after every run
Hi! Really cool video
On my channel is also vid about running(but ist entertaiment)
I run all the time from responsibilities and there’s no evidence at all that I’m a genius.
I started running this trail close to my house 4 days ago. It’s 3.5 kilometres long with up hills and down hills. Day 1 I surprised myself by only stopping once to take a break. I experienced runners high and it was amazing. When I stopped running my body kept being pushed forwards.. day 2 a lil over half way my phone fell out my pocket and I had to stop. Day 3 which was yesterday I completed the whole trail in 1 shot…. I was so amazed, I’m addicted now. I’m doing this on a recovering shin splint and very soar legs cuz I also weight train 5 days a week. Started my weight loss journey a month and half ago and I’ve lost 25 pounds so far
You have the same scales as my grandma. I feel like everyone should be aware of that.
So many different opinions on this subject. Runner’s knee is an injury that is a by product of over training and incorrect training, some say 7 days would be over training. I have had a nutritionist/ fitness expert tell me you can run 30 minutes or so every day. Also, body types are different as are goals. One thing I noticed in this video: We should run 7 days unless you are injured which is what I am right now but that’s another video.
I respect the effort put into this (very entertaining) video, so imma have to subscribe
Thank you for all you do brother! You carry so much positive energy into everything you do. You’ve most definitely been an inspiration in me finally uploading a video of why i started running myself. I’m sending it out into the universe that one day we can play some football or go on a run. Much Love!!!!!
Biggest con of running: your knees will give out when you are 40
Thanks to videos like this I started running 4 years ago. First I exercised for 3 minutes Everyday for a year. (Yes, That’s how out of shape I was when I Started) Then I trained to run a 5K. Now I’m considering running 5K every day. Thank you for sharing your journey.
I am Aisan at the age of 52. I started running a year ago and am able to run for only 7K the longest. I will continue and want to get a good figure at this age. Start running slowly and continue this. you will feel good about yourself.
that feeling you get when a beginner starts out sub 9 minute mile
there is NO WAY TO KNOW what humans were doing or what their bodies were like 50k years ago. You dig up a skeleton somewhere and it’s basically 99.9% assumption and story-telling. Just stick to what we can observe NOW in the data.
For anyone needing a good stretch out afterwards! I made this yoga for runners video! https://youtu.be/Y13aVHZbA8M
How many hours of sleep were you getting everyday? What would you recommend for someone who wants to try this?
good job, running 5 k with no stops is not at all that easy4;40 time is also quite cool. Since you did it in one month, you can run faster or longer distances, depending on what you prefer. Good luck, stick with it, running gives mind clarity:)
Running everyday in China is like accelerating towards death.
You know, the deadly smog there ಠ_ಠ
Props to the cameraman for back peddling and keeping up with this guys pace while keeping the camera steady.
Cons losing weight and I messed up my ankle. I’m not looking to lose weight I’m already small as it is and I worked hard to maintain the weight I have but it’s hard eating so much. I could preferably eat one meal a day but I can’t do that running in 90 degree heat every day or like I learned the hard way…I’ll pass out.
Thanks for this vid, it really helped for my preparations for joining the Army after college
I just finished my 7th day. For the weight part, I had exactly the same experience.
Hellah quick question: when you run do you take your phone with you? Because I noticed that you had an Apple Watch and AirPods and I do too but I need to take my phone on my runs with me because the accessories won’t work if I don’t bring the phone
I just saw a video of your story on Facebook. I am currently on week 6 of the couch to 5K app, and I relate to your story so much.
I started my journey to lose weight and get fitter. But I have received so much more than that from running, a lot of which are the things you have mentioned.
Thank you for sharing your story. You’re truly amazing! Keep being you.
the fact you only have 300 subs is maddefo gonna blow up at some point
Lol you were probably gaining weight because when you sit on your ass all day you don’t notice/care when you are dehydrated. When you run you do. The weight was probably your body holding water.
Dude you gotta get your ass making more videos. You’ve got personality haha new subscriber here!!!
I’m so jealous it took me 9 weeks to do couch to 5k and you did 5k twice as fast as my current time from day 1
I don’t know why this was recommended to me but I thoroughly enjoyed it
The way you run with the music is so funny! It makes me happy
Once I found out you didn’t actually run every day for 30 days…..leaving.
I can’t run everyday cause I my muscles always die after I run and the next day I can barely walk but I don’t run that much about 3 km in 19 min that ain’t much am sad:(
Amazing
Simple
True
I had this question for years. Finally I got the real answer.
Many thanks
Class vid mate. Done the same challenge myself. Its been good for keeping the mind healthy during lockdown.
I was about to decide not to go for my run today but i bumped onto this video and now i am putting on my running shoes… Thanks man! Keep doing what u do!
Sir, is fine to continue running consecutive day if my legs and shoulders are extremely sore?
you should bring a small towel in your pocket so you don’t get sweat in your eyes
Truly are my inspiration bro. I haven’t ran everyday for 3 years consistently, but, last year I ran every day for a total of 3 months & this year I’ve ran everyday so far. Minimum of 5km a day maximum of 10 miles a day.
running everyday also keeps the weight off.. I’ve been running every day for the last 4 months for about an 40 mins to an hour.. it really does change your life and makes you motivated to do things around the house like cleaning up, washing dishes, etc. and then when it’s time to get on the computer it’s easy to concentrate..
aight this is entertaining and imma subscribed before you become famous
I appreciate you for demonstrating the advantages of running every day. But, I think you may have forgotten to mention the disadvantages. Do you think this type of exercise is good for everyone? I don’t.
I can’t believe you have only have 500 subscribers. You have quality editing and are very entertaining wish you the best
Theres only 2 kinds of running i know. Running out of weed and running to get some more.
Not gonna lie, this video is so fun to watch! Great job in the post work!
Running is like breathing for me,an essential activity in my life! I love it. 100 percent true, all benefits mentioned above why don’t you also try it
Hi Beau, really enjoyed the video. You are very entertaining and your progress is impressive! Not sure if you take requests but I would love to see a video where you try a keto diet? Not sure if it’s anything you’ve ever considered but just a request from a fan! Thanks! Looking forward to whatever comes next!
my favorite pro of running is it releases endorphins and hormones with allow me to maintain 1400 calories a day
I dont understand my friends that is smoking to Relax i say to Them just rum with me but they say i dont want to i have my cigz
Run max 6 days and have one recovery day. Animals in the Wild will be running until its had a kill. Then it sleeps and recovers.
I’m french and your “numéro 2” sound so much like a French person
Good video
I lost it at Kill Bill’s reference, thank you so much for the effort made to show us this is achievable! Keep going forward! Greetings from México!
This is the first video i have watched of yours and i subscribed within the first 5 seconds
Im not a runner but am 137kg heavy. Looking to start running at slow run pace. Am happy to know we can run everyday or give 2 days of rest. But still gotta move to stay away from the coach after work.
You loose fat at the same rate u gain muscle, so ofcorse your gonna be the same weight
Great video. Funny, and entertaining. Keep running my friend.
Just got back from a 3k over hilly grassy trails. Found this video, and am motivated to go back out tomorrow!
Good job-I’m on day 288 on a 1 year quest of 12K minimum a day( 12-16K ) all surfaces including cow pasture tough ankle breaking grass-barkdust-gravel-treadmill-pavement ect.
I’m currently a beast @ both speed & endurance.
I broke my 7 mile record 4 times already-due for another record by July.
Most people aren’t dedicated-persisant or consistent ( or daft!) enough to do this!
It’s been 95-105 degrees too often here….
But as Nike said I: JUST DO IT!
” LIKE A JOB “( me)
If you ate 2300 calories everyday you would have seen.5kg-1kg drop a week. Weighing yourself with clothes on is not recommended they can fluctuate weight readings
