I know I’m a little late to the party, but I finally was able to try this pilates routine for a whole week, and I loved it! I have danced for almost fifteen years, but this first year of college for me was my year not being on a competitive team in quite some time, and I have struggled for months to find workouts that helped me tone and maintain strength without feeling bulky. This routine is amazing! I have also tried some of the stretching you have posted and that was awesome wellI love that these videos are challenging but still a safe way to push myself. Day 5 done. The candle stick dipper oblique move is intense! and I didn’t think the plank with leg lift would be so challenging but it is!

It was a tough workout at first. After doing it everyday for about two weeks, this workout becomes much easier to me. More important, I felt much better for my legs and center in arabesque workout. Thanks so much for all those wonderful and extremely useful workouts and classes! I am doing these exercises (classes and different workout combinations) every single day.

I’ve done it! Today was my day 7. This routine is an excellent whole-body shaper, toner and strengthener, but I feel that it’s my back that’s benefited the most from it. I find it really easier to keep the spine straight and showlders squared. I’ll definitely continue doing it once or twice a week in addition to my other exercises. Thank you Maria for this little masterpiece of a pilates workout!

I am a ballet dancer and my weak spots are definitely my shoulders and back. This is only day 1 for me but I feel major strengthening in those areas which can be harder to get to, considering I don’t do any heavy lifting. Thank you!!

This is a really good workout, I did it before doing a ballet workout at home. Made me feel really strong. My ballet teacher always told us, that doing floor-barre before a class is really useful. Your pilates workout seems as useful as floor barre before class.
