Bob and Brad Thank you so much for sharing all your hard work and knowledge and humor. You guys seem to touch so many topics and how nice is that to have answers and tips on so many things! I had a knee problem for almost a year. Could not walk on it and if I had to bend down to pick something up I was literally helpless. My doctor did blood work and made an exray and sent me on my way limping out. You guys showed some knee exercises to do and I have been doing them and am able to walk better Thank you guys so much! You guys are AAAAMAZZZING! GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR SWEET FAMILIES!:)
