Cherries are my favorite, so it’s good to hear that they’re healthy as well.
That’s a very informative video. Thank you for that . I like to eat cherries just like that… I don’t like to process them into something else, except… maybe cherry juice:)
I crack open and eat the flesh of 10 cherry pips a day when cherries are in season. When they are not I chew the seeds of apples…. been doing it for well over a decade. The reason they try to scare you is because the cyanide portion of the molecule only gets released when in contact cancer cells destroying the cells. Cancer is big money which is why we see more kinds (cancer products) produced every year.
Testimony here. I had alot of pain in the Calf. If I exercised, pain would stop for a day or two and return. So, I started adding 2L’s of water and a bowl of cherries daily.
Ive not had pain for a very long time. Thanks to water and cherries.
Renewing the body with fruits and water is our free gift from God. Not medicine.
So i injured my elbow real bad back in January.(fell hard on ice)…not broken but real swollen.. long story short, ive had alot of pain and swelling in that area since this past week. the one issue i had was continious swelling when i would do something..after about 22 Occupational Therapy sessions and trying all kinds of things, nothing really worked. i started eating alot of cherries each day…..only because my daughter has been bringing bags home all the time lately. anyway, i swear this literally helped relieve my elbow and didnt even realize it until looking up health benefits out of curosity..my elbow is like 95% better after eating them daily for like a week. im shocked. the anti inflamatory benefit is no joke!

They are all my defense against natural sugar cravings and I love it!

Move: Desert Encierro
Base stat: (500)
Base DMG: (200 LAST FOR 5 SECOND A SECOND dps)
Cooldown (10 seconds)
DESCRIPTION OF MOVE:grabs someone with his right hand, then slowly or quickly drains the moisture from their body with his dehydration ability. This leaves them in a withered and seemingly flesh-less state.
What are the status effects? How long does it last? Base DMG? Max DMG? (leaves them 30% slower and and won’t heal for 5 seconds )
Max DMG: (2000 with haki without 1000)
Cooldown: (is 10 second cooldown)
Haki Compatible? (if used with haki does twice damage which at max stat it would do 2000 with haki )
leaves you 30% slower and won’t let u heal for 5 seconds. last for 5 seconds? Is charage able.
tell me what wrong and tell me how to fix
Hi. I have a question. How many cherries can you eat at one sitting? I’m just curious, because growing up, we were always told that it was dangerous to eat more than a few at a time. Thank you for making videos. I came across your videos today, while looking for help with what I think is gall bladder pain. I’m so scared to drink the evoo and lemon juice, but I know I will, because I’m in pain. God bless you

I enjoy cherries with a Dr. Shauna video telling me how healthy I’m being
I make a refreshing drink with cherry juice, preferably organic cherry juice, a splash of organic Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, and fill the rest of the glass with water and ice cubes. Delicious. Great to relieve gout symptoms. (Fill the large glass about 1/3 of the way with the cherry juice, a good splash of the apple cider vinegar, fill the rest of the glass with water, and then ice cubes. Very refreshing. You can add more cherry juice if you like it sweeter.)
I can’t get enough of cherries in the summer. I’ll have 2-3 lbs a week!
