Something like it happened to me, after 2 years of training I stopped losing weight even though I still had the excess fat, and I could not take muscle mass.
I was heavily into overtrainig and my diet was not rich enough in protein and FAT (especially the latter)
then you need to do more research and certainly to check if you’re eating all that you need
Just don’t do any oblique workouts with heavy weight, stick just to bodyweight exercises. Or they’ll grow to much under your fat and make them look larger

when you say the ideal training frequency is 2-3 times a week 40 to 70 reps, I assume you mean 40-70 reps per body because if you were doing 4 sets of 6 or 8 reps you would hit that number in only two exercises. Please clarify what you mean here. Also, what is the basis for your 40-70 rep recommendation?

Also if you have tummy bloat it’s usually liver related. Cut back on drinking and carbs.
Nice delivery and lots of great exercises. I would suggest not going into full bridge as it causes loaded flexion in the upper back and you want to avoid this if you have osteoporosis as there would be a risk of fracture. I would just do pelvic tilt and let the hips hover and not go higher for this reason. Just sharing what I have been advised:) Thanks for doing the video. x

I was always thin in high school and able to go to the gym for two weeks and come out looking lean with results. That was tall height and genetics though. But now, being 28, I’m still thin.. but square..I have boobs and a bum (could be much bigger, still kind of small) but it’s the hourglass I’m missing. It’s like my torso is just one big square! I really hate my figure, I have always had a tiny waist but my upper body is like like really manly while my legs or really skinny. You’re either born with an hourglass figure, or you’re not. You cannot create it. The bone structure of broad shoulders and broad hips are what give the hourglass figure, with the waist being proportionally smaller. If you don’t have broad shoulders, you can never be an hourglass. Be happy with the body you are born with and make the most of it by living life to the full. Celebrate what you have. Happiness is beautiful.

Hello! I need some tips or information on consistency and bad habits.
I am an amateur artist that is wavering between descent healthy lifestyle and artistic bad habits. I do try to eat and train properly (the reason I am counselling your channel), but on the other hand I am addicted to smoking, not sleeping properly due to late night inspiration and early morning job and of course alcohol. A glass of wine (maybe two or three) every night “to open my mind”… Another bad habit that destroys everything I try to “gain” is the proper meal consistency. I may have ready in the fridge my taperware with broccoli and chicken, but if I am sketching I am thinking: “not now, you have a warm hand now. Later eating…” The outcome is not to eat and then crave for everything that puts tons of fat… Please can you give me some tips on your mental consistency?

I have a heart rate of 90 to 100 everyday and having trouble breathing but i don’t have a cough, im a skinny person but i do play basketball and sometimes i do cycling. Since the quarantine started i can no longer do some excercise. Please help me because im so worried right now (Sorry for my english)
im pretty skinny, so i always assumed my health was perfect, but i recently found out i had a heart rate of 77. its just at the limit for my age (im 12), and now im extremely paranoid im gonna have a heart attack in my sleep. i have anxiety, so it could be related to that, but im still taking my health into consideration. i started doing a handful of 10 minute workouts on youtube everyday to change my health and appearance, although im not so sure its doing anything heart wise. should i continue or am i just wasting my time?
I got high cholesterol, sometimes I have a pain on chest area. I think affected my nerve system which is why my body sometimes aching. I used to be active and doing weight training. But then, I stop and start eating junk food almost everyday. Does this exercise can help make my heart better
41 here and returned to running last year after 12 years off but lifted weights and hiked all those years. I’m finding 18 miles per week is my limit for feeling optimal health; and no more than 45 minutes per run. In my 20s I could run 50 fast miles per week and still feel my health was optimal. Exceeding these limits somehow makes me feel something is just slightly off with my body. It weakens my immune system and gives me nightmares. Ran a 5K in 21:30 and felt like I was recovering from a marathon the next day. I used to run 10 millers at that pace almost daily and felt stronger the next day. Also I don’t react to stress well after a longer run even if I’m in a good mood from the endorphin boost. I’m perfect for blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, and my resting heart rate is low 40s though. Same weight with lower body fat and stronger muscles now. But damn. Getting old sucks.
I swear I hate my body size I work my ass off hard as anybody else who gains size strength naturally meaning it should happen to me since I do the same weekly which got me wanting to say F it and inject myself to get bigger and a faster way.
So I need to start my sprint training up again? Too easy. I never felt better than when I did sprints.

I do all the exercises mentioning in this video, but only because I live a busy life. Endurance training takes up a lot of hours per week. Interval training is much more time efficient. I hope this video is right!
A great book to read about the danger of endurance training is “Heart Of A Champion” by Greg Welch a former Hawaiian Ironman Triathlete who suffered severe heart trauma at an early age from his excessive training. This opened my eyes to many of the dangers of things I would do and I have recently seen several people suffer with heart conditions.
