Do use any stevia sweetener? Or monk fruit sweetener? What about Coffee?
This was so real and down to earth. I am only days in… and really know this is for life… this was encouraging! Thank you.
Hi, I have HER 2 Metastasis breast cancer..can I go on carnivore?
Very impressed with this group and their honesty. Also, three of the four have exceptionally great complexions.

Do you Girls eat any dairy like heavy cream? I wonder if that is making me gain and have bowel problems like blockages?
What do you do if having problems with occasional bowel blockages?
I can’t eat a lot in one sitting so I do need 3 meals a day.
given all the insane strident feminazis pushing veganism… there is hope for women right here!
I’ve learned that OMAD is good for calorie deficit weight loss. I did it everyday for months and eating all that nutritious food in one sitting is REALLY hard and I’m a 6’5 well built man. Eating two times a day is optimal because your body can’t use all the nutrients when you do OMAD, there is an over flow so it’s best to have a small meal about an hour before a huge meal, basically preps the stomach for more food.
Thomas DeLauer on YT taught me that my hypothesis is correct, if you want to go look it up yourselves.
I need all my beautiful women on this diet, I grew up with women and hate seeing y’all go thru periods so frequently but carnivore diet does everything a woman would want and that’s not an exaggeration
I love Swiss cheese melted in the microwave for few seconds
I like making ground chuck beef in the crockpot with beef broth
Only about one b m movement a week on carnivore it’s really convenient
Thank you! My biggest thing is when friends or family get offended that I’m not trying their food.:/
Looking at world populations the closer to carnivore a population eats the shorter their lifespan. The long lived Blue Zone people are all plant based while eating small amounts of meat.
Such a great video! I’m excited to go through these holidays with #Carnivore75Hard as my crutch and go full carnivore! It’ll be a true first for me too and I’m so excited to ENJOY the holidays finally without food-fears and sugar-addictions coming up. Can’t wait for us to kick food triggers this holiday season and focus on what really matters (love + family + memories + friendship <3). Keep 'em coming Laura!
The wonderful thing about carnivore is that you removed all the crap you were eating so to add spices to your meat is ok as far as I can see. Unless you have a issue with those spices or condiments too.
Exactly! Who says you have to have a traditional dinner at home for Thanksgiving? I always enjoy going out if there were no family to entertain. Although this year I have 2 mothers to feed. One disabled. Xmas will certainly be Ribeyes for us! Nevertheless, I love your channel and I appreciate you so much! Cheers!
Love the video. Love carnivore. Over 2 yrs now. Can’t get past the fact that I can get all my nutrients from just eating meat. I feel great so I probably shouldn’t worry????
I’ve Got your some meat for these ladies. They will choke at first but eventually its all they will want to eat.

A little too much intro…………………………
Like your podcasts otherwise.
I really found this interesting but do you have a problem w supplementation? Why do these eating styles have to be so extreme. Her D was low and she supplemented-no biggie, keep it movin…UGH
Why are you Americans soooo politically correct all the time? Why do you keep saying “this is false” if it’s not “false” but straight out lying? Just say it. Say it that doctors in this documentary lie.
I want that zero carb zen. In the beginning of January I tried carnivore from keto for a few days and I loved it! My craving for raspberries and chocolate went away but I missed broccoli and mushrooms and went back to my old keto-ish meals but I noticed I got bloated and didn’t feel as good so now I’m going back to carnivore! Probably not 100% to start with but I already feel much better mentally and I’m not so bloated anymore!
I haven’t seen anyone mention blood type. Does it have any affect on how you do on this diet? My husband is type A and does great on a vegetarian type diet but I’m a type O and crave beef and go a little crazy when I’m not eating a lot of it.
What if we are just unable to force ourselves to eat fat? I’ve never been able to eat it, and am having a hard time thinking about eating fat now on carnivore. I hope I’m able to get enough in the meat I eat, and butter I am adding. Maybe one day I will build up to it. So far, no cheese, but I may add that and some eggs if I’m having trouble.
I think this may be a great way to go but one thing no one seems to mention is factory-raised meat with all the hormones, grain-fed animals, and antibiotics. I don’t eat beef unless it’s grass-fed (and sometimes that’s hard to find) and farm-raised pork is almost impossible to find if you’re going to eat a concentration of meat doesn’t how that meat is raised and prepared count??? I am considering this way of eating but that’s my greatest concern.
I’m the same way. My mom makes chocolate covered peanuts and Martha Washingtons during the holidays and I can’t eat just one. I end up eating bad, then it just snowballs.
Ok on the begining I thought I have some problem with the lady with gray hair, because she did not look as she is 11 years on carni..But I want to listen more and she did say sometking that she talk witk Peterson who is eating only beet fo 20 years.I did listen Peterso few time,he admit that ir was his doughter who tol him tu drop all the vegy,so she was na carnivore sooner then her fathet, and she is not eating meat only beef for 20 years,my God she is just slitly older,.and noe she is doing carni 3 or 5 years. So now what just happen.Do this lady make a mistake or those Peterson Michaela teling all lies?
If you haven’t already please, please go to Netflix and watch “The Magic Pill” an awesome documentary about the Keto Diet.
Thank you so much for sharing this information with us! I very much like Ryan Lowery! His book The Ketogenic Bible, with Jacob Wilson is amazing just finished reading it. Not only that he lead me to you! Appreciate your work very much. Good health and peace to you!
I have not started the carnivore diet. However, I’m interested in how does this affect your menstrual cycle? I’m thinking that you all seem to be more physically pleased by the red meat. And I’m wondering if the red meat is kind of is like a blood transfusion for your menstrual cycle that seems to be the time of the month that we all are run down and tired. I myself have a thyroid condition. I’m am also wondering what this will do for me with everyday fatigue. I admire all of you. I think this is awesome that you could come together to share this information. Thank you.
Judy-Do you have anyone who is well over 40, has PCOS or severe insulin resistance and has gone to carnivore? I would love to see a video on someone along those lines. Thank you for this, however.
What is your take on Grass-fed vs Grain-fed beef?
My apologies if you already have a video on the subject.
This thanksgiving is also my birthday 40 big deal to some, not to me, just a number. Not sure what I’m doing yet going to Family gathering that doesn’t do carnivore let alone keto. I definitely struggle with sweet tastes, even with stevia or swerve.
I am definitely bring steak at least for myself & bringing a bag of 4505 pork rinds, what else will see
Great video! I’ve been Keto now for almost 4 yrs(April) I lost 80 lbs then added 20 lbs back on from making not very good food choices such as a Rebel ice cream and those Smart Sweets(gummy fish) I tossed them to the curb. Now thinking of trying carnivore. I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos on it.
WOW just started this and so glad to see women working thru the health issues we man have as well. Wish I could get more connived about the benefits.. YOU GO GIRLS.. I’m 65 and feeling the best ever..
Such a good plan….such a special family..all this helps understand how crazy food can get..my favorite follow
I wish I had found this 50 years ago. You ladies still have plenty of years ahead to live healthy. Enjoy!
30:30 this may sound ridiculous, but similar thing happens to many men and women when they quit veganism and i have seen similar stories shared on youtube, twitter, reddit etc. The mechanism behind it is pretty simple. Your body is telling you, keep doing what you just did and you will be rewarded with great sex hormone function and fertility.
Thank you for this brilliant video. I’ve been thinking about doing Keto and have then found myself looking at carnivore. I’m 51, high blood pressure, very early peri-menopause, possible thyroid issues, minor arthritis issues and morbidly obese. You have all given me the information I needed to make the final decision. I also want to include either a on day dry fast or a 3 day water fast, once a month. You’ve all inspired me
Great video and very encouraging to hear all the various experiences. I’ve been on it for 6 weeks…I did Keto about a year ago for 4 months but this is so much easier. Lost 11 lbs so far and not hungry one minute…when I feel any hunger pangs, I eat. I learned to make beef jerky and that has been awesome. I also buy frozen already grilled hamburgers from Costco which are only a couple minutes in the microwave away from being ready-to-eat. I eat twice a day now as well and I’m encouraged to try a 24 hr fast and then a 36 after that…great job ladies!!
Lisa, I had valve replacement surgery when I turned 50 and am 70 now. My triglycerides have been elevated for a number of years now and diabetes has been a concern so that’s another reason for Keto and now Carnivore. I’m looking forward to having my bloodwork done prior to my next visit with the cardiologist.
This was great and very helpful to me!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
was it just me or was it sort of muffled??Primarily only noticed when Judy was speaking though.
Thank you for this video, it helps to see that other people go through the same struggles. I am a food addict a carb addict too. If I open a packet of cookies or chips, corn chips, lollies, it is with the understanding that I will eat until it’s all gone. I used to do it almost every day but now it will happen once a week, often less. I’ve come a long way, and I am proud of that, but the cravings are still there in the background.
Fortunately, I can have a ‘one bad day’ every now and again Christmas, Easter, family birthdays and get back on track the next day I even don’t over-eat on those bad days as much as I did in the past, and after decades of struggle with holiday eating, I can confidently say that this year is going to be the first in over 30 years, that I will not put on 2 or 3 extra kilograms (5 or 6lbs) in the six weeks between now and New Year’s. Thanks to low carb, zero carb, keto diet and bloggers.
What about morning beverages? I’ve been having coffee with irish butter, mct & collagen
Lol,is that why eating cheese makes my nose run like a baby?
Cheese is not your friend just quit it and you will be so glad.Keep the cultured butter and the half and half
Try snacking on cold bacon instead.
Check your stomach acid levels.Get all the junk out of your home and dont even think about going out on a junk food run.Good luck
Been mostly carnivore for last 14 months. I’ve noticed sometimes that butter is giving me just a bit of reflux so it’s going to go. Maybe I will try real ghee. Also bacon is sometimes bothering my system so it has to also go. When I used to eat wheat my guts were fried all the time!
Do you advocate for grass fed animals and or pasture raised? The nutrient levels seem highly superior than conventional grain fed animals?
Been following you all on IG for a long time. So cool to see you and learn more about you! Laura, I love your YT channel! Thanks for this great FAQ Judy!
I can eat carnivore with veg and I can limit a piece of tiny cake too…I have found I can use self discipline knowing I have insulin issues yet also not saying do all the time.
So interesting to hear about regenerative farming etc..the vast amount of farms here in ireland have been doing that for generations. We come from small farms, avg 50ac farms with small portions of land,so animals change grassland frequently. Hence the land of 40shades of green!!! For the most part we have very fertile land apart from water logged boggy and mountainous land. Love your podcasts, you and shawn baker need to get on joe rogan podcast sometime to debunk this whole vegan crap.
Nice
Please tell me if there is vitamin c and e in meat?
And if in witch organs
Thank you
I cannot believe that the average calorie consumption of these beautiful ladies is twice the recommended amount in the United States for women!!! No wonder there are sad hungry and grumpy women all over the country!!
Thanks so much to all 4 of you. Very helpful to a beginner carnivore
I’m so lucky every one ask me to always bring the best variety of deviled eggs. And the family all agrees on some type of red meat. Steak or roast on the grill… So we also do an omad and then out of the environment that could lead to snacking or over eating… And in to a fun filled activity the movies bowling.. fishing or a scavenger hunt and play on the farm.. hiking or even hiding kindness Rocks in town and a sunny time at the beach. It’s never really about food. It’s a priority to make the memories about family and fun.. not so much about food and still have traditions… So true! Love it
Hi from Australia…. lots of Barbecues this time of year makes it easier…. I am trying carnivore for a month…. it’s hard, I have periods where I feel really good then I feel really off…. I think it’s just that adjustment stage or a keto flu type thing. Im doing it mainly for mental health and weight loss(of course). I have lost 12 kilos on keto which was just amazing to me but I feel the need to go that step further for further health improvement well at least try it anyway. I love your videos and I especially like the videos with your mum… I’m at the same stage of life so very relatable❤️
I am wondering if you could advise on the percentages or grams of macros for protein and fats on the carnivore diet. I know that the carbohydrates our goal is to have zero. I need some guidance on the other two macros. How do we find that out?
Well this is hard stuff. I keep trying and keep failing. I have no help with things, it’s just me. But I keep trying to get there.
Do you guys eat lamb! We have great lamb in New Zealand. Lamb chops are my favourite.
Every day is a battle for me; so much so, that I have chosen not to visit my family this year for the holidays b/c I know, without a doubt, that I’ll fall off the ‘wagon’ as I do every year around this time and have to start all over again…It’s refreshing to know that there are people like myself who struggle with Carb addiction. Thank you so much for putting yourself out there and helping others such as myself; your videos are very informative and relatable! Happy Holidays!
I often thought it odd that I only feel energy when I specifically eat beef. I don’t get the same surge of energy with any other meat which make feasting a waste of time. I don’t feel so odd anymore now listening to this. Thank you, lovelies
Any thoughts or advice on anyone going carnivore without a gallbladder. I keep getting bile dumping is the adapting stage the same without a gallbladder or longer?
So addiction to cheese is an issue and weight gain. Do you worry your digestive system is not able to handle a variety of food?
I noticed 3 of the 4 made negative comments regarding dairy. There is pasteurized and homogenized dairy which is toxic and I avoid, and then there is raw dairy which is a completely different animal (no pun intended).
getting picky here-this, 2020, is actually the last year of the decade. 2021 is the first year. same thing as the last year of the 20th century was the year 2000. That said carnivore is rocking my type 2 diabetes
That’s what I do… eat a lot of meat before going)) love your videos.. thank you
I would like to try it for 30 days but I can’t see living this way for life I like celebrating the holidays I love keto its more flexible
I totally agree with the statement toward the end: Surround yourself DAILY with a community of carnivores. For me that had to be online, especially Instagram. Because I was trying to break my food/carb addiction, I liken that advice to attending 12-step meetings. You have to constantly feed yourself this new carnivore information and remind yourself why you’re doing this with others who are breaking or have broken those same addictions!
What I would like to see from you is a two week or four week diet plan on the Cronometer app that lists exactly what to eat everyday and how that eating plan fulfills all energy, protein, fat, and nutrient needs of an individual. All you have to do is list the foods and amounts per day. I will put it into my Cronometer app. So far, everyone in the paleo camp is speaking in generalities. Let’s see if there is a concrete diet that meets all of the energy, protein, fat and nutrient needs of an individual.
By the way, I am currently on a carnivore keto diet. I plan to do the Cronometer experiment for myself, but I assume the someone with your expertise could do it so much better.
What are your plans to help you stay on track through the Holidays?
Heading to the butcher soon to pick up some meat! While my family will be eating sugary, carby foods all day, I’ll be munching on bacon wrapped steak mmmmm
Still working on intermittent fasting around holidays…fasted 42 hours up to Thanksgiving where I broke my fast at Golden Corral (ate sirloin…and some other healthy items)….yes I got full pretty quick…finished my night with Halo ice cream! I began a 6 day fast Sunday night…so back at it. I imagine Christmas will be the same…I will fast 42 hrs prior and again enjoy the carnivore eating with vegs then too. (Mom likes to take us out so we don’t have to cook or clean up!)
I have an unholiday question. How best to clean the grease off of everything after cooking? The smell is getting to me and I had heard that grease will attach to the sides of the pipes and clog them up! I try and wipe things down with paper towels first but there is still so much to wash off. I use dawn and hot water and have used one of those garbage disposal cleaners which wasn’t that spectacular! Thoughts?
Really appreciated the girls sharing the nitty gritty. I just started carnivore today, after 10 months keto. Low carbs or none. I am excitrd about the results. Feeling better.
I had a safe cheat. I’m not sure cheese will be ok now though. Looking for a new safe cheat.
Sometimes I tell myself the food is gross. Like they lick the spoon and stir it in the bowl. Or dropped it on the floor and put it back on the platter. That helps sometimes.
I am new to this information….is there information about a person with heart disease or if they have already had bypass surgry? I would appreicate help about this.
When I crave ice, I eat 3 liters…
I get sick and feel miserable too reprogram myself.
Really enjoying your channel Laura. I only recently heard about the Carnivore diet and decided to try it, I am on day 4 so a total newby. I just turned 60 and I had been pescatarian (vegetarian + seafood) for the last two years. I did it for health reasons (because I just didn’t feel good) but didn’t find it was helpful at all. Unfortunately I’m lazy so don’t do any exercise which I know is half my problem and I am 40lbs over weight. Up until this week, I enjoyed wine or beer most days (I’m missing this relaxing part of my day a lot). Over the past two years I started eating more carbs than ever before as a vegetarian which I knew was not good but I’m a carboholic and that was my addiction. So here I am, last week a vegetarian and this week a carnivore My struggle is missing other foods and getting tired of just meat (and some eggs). And even with all the videos I’ve been watching on the science and supposed health benefits of this diet my mindset is sort of old school and I keep thinking that eating all this meat can’t be good for you. So I guess what I am asking you and your viewers if they would like to add any advice is what can I do to start enjoying this way of eating? Thanks a bunch ☺️
We do steaks Christmas Day and the Costco crab legs on News Years Day also. Maybe incorporate steaks Christmas Eve where Italian is our usual? But Thanksgiving I’ll try to modify some recipes. But I will send food home with my son and sister. They will always take my leftovers. I will leave myself a piece of pie however.
When you cook extra meat you said you get it out of your fridge do you even heat it up or eat it cold?
Have you ever cheated or had some types of carbs while u have been on ur journey? Reason why I ask is because I hear that ppl that do carnivore when they cheat it is horrible on their body. Jus wondering if u had the same experience.
Dr. Stan Ekberg also did a break down video on YouTube for this movie to correct the misleading information this movie was trying to sell the public.
I am following keto but I started following you because you and I are of the same mindset when it comes to food addictions. Few people get that, so listening to you is like having a personal cheerleader. Thank you for putting yourself out there and helping those of us that need your understanding. My husband and I started keto together. He is a type 2 that has been diagnosed with a fatty liver and I was pre-diabetic, so we had to take action. We are hopeful that we can turn things around. Blessings on you and your family for the holidays.
I’m just like you, thanks for the tips! Your video with your mom was the first time I heard about carnivore diet, this was week ago and I’m already in my fifth day doing it. I’m feeling grate! Praise God!
I consume anything I want and eat for pleasure in the holidays. Next day I’m back to the diet. I don’t bring those foods home.
This is my second video I have watched of yours and you shocking say the things that apply to me. It’s like we have the same struggles with food addiction and people around me just don’t understand. Thank you for these videos…..
I’ve been doing the mental game of saying “I don’t eat that” rather than “I can’t eat that.” I don’t eat certain foods and never have for religious reasons, so it mentally puts sugar and cake in that category. It becomes gross instead of appealing. It helps if you can put a little sneer in your mental voice, too.
Hi Laura, just wondering how you manage food during a regular work week. Do you pre-cook your steaks and take them to work? Not sure when you’d have the time to grill if you eat early in the day but still work. Thanks!
Oh my good god! I swear that you are my clone. When you said that the limited treats were and are a challenge?!?? I yelled at the phone “OMG that’s me too!l”.
You have motivated me enough at this exact moment to jump right in and start this process. I will confess that I’m a bit scared but if you did it then so can I.
That was very well said, Laura. As a former practicing naturopath of fifteen years I found a very high failure rate for a Jan 1st start date for any diet change. Especially after having been gluttonous for a month which is when your mind and body feel weakest. Not to mention that you probably eat even more if you think you’ll never have it again. This is something that I am also guilty.
One of my favourite sayings is ‘When would NOW be a good time to start?’ (Tony Robbins, I think).
Planning helps but only by starting can you succeed.
I very much appreciate and value your videos. Thank you.
Do you use any sugar substitutes at all??
Baking with especially??
No problem for me, i stay on track,i have a very strong willpower. Lost the weight i need,no plans of gaining any weight during the christmas.
Thank you for getting to the point right away and keeping your videos short. I am a single parent to a special needs child so I do not have the time to waste on long drawn out videos.
I watch “cheat days” videos by mukbangers (Eaters) on youtube….some of them, like The Ralphies, eat Christmas cakes, Snowman cakes, Santa cakes etc and its fun to watch KNOWING NONE of those foods are in our home. I cant snack on cheese because it gives me HORRENDOUS migraines. But I say Thank You to my migraines, cause they caused me to go carnivore (I probs have Lymes disease) and now my resting heart rate is 66 which is the lowest I have ever had even in high school (it has always been over 72 due to carb consumption). High blood pressure is gone. Thanks so much for the STEAK tips!!
WILL DO!!
Been carnivore for 3weeks if I eat carbs it’s sweet potatoes boiled once a week. I don’t know how I can explain to you how my body feels so good and light. Feel I can run a marathon now. B4r my period my emotions are high I will cry for no reason but this month my emotions are normal. My husband look at me like are you okay mama!!! I guess meat is repairing my hormones!! I keep listening to my body but I feel super good sleep good no bloating no heartburn wooow I can’t wait to see my journey in 3months. And I always loved meatthank you ladies
I have the same tendency to go off track if I start to allow me some cheats on food. May I ask you which is your blood type? According to the blood type diet, meat is the most beneficial food for blood type 0 zero. I am A+ blood type and currently eating keto. I appreciate you a lot for sharing your journey.
How do you ladies get your meat? Factory raised or pure grass fed only? And is there any research of any difference? If I remember I think Shawn mentioned that he ate regular meat.
Laura,
There aren’t enough words to express how impressed I am with your strength! And this is important because you are cutting a path ahead of us for those who follow you!
Also, you may not realize this yourself, but you are looking better and better all the time! Each time I think you’ve arrived you just show up looking better! You give me hope for my own upcoming journey on carnivore.
It would be very interesting and fun to see your husband again on his journey because you both are following the same path. Plus I absolutely adore the love you seem to have for each other! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Hope your mom continues to do well on carnivore too!
Ok I’m ready & eager to go from keto to carnivore…. are pork rinds ok? Pretty much as long as it came from the animal it’s carnivore? Thanks so much great video
@Laura Spath, that was great. Thank you. I eat before my social events as well. This avoids some questions. My issue is when I sleep over at a family member’s place. I haven’t figured out how to blurt out, “I only eat meat, now.”
Side note: I adore your honesty. I feel the pathos, your struggle and sincerity when delivering your message to us. You’re quite amazing. Thank you for that, as well.
Thank you for your videos. I’m also a carb addict and no one in my family understands it. I’ve been carnivore for 37 days now and I not only feel better than I’ve felt in years, but there are actually physical improvements I type for a living and for years my left hand has been numb had chiropractic work done, nothing helped. A week and half into carnivore I was typing all day almost without a break at 4:00 pm I jaw droppingly realized that my left hand wasn’t numb. It hasn’t gone numb again. I have skin tags that are shrinking, skin barnacles that are crumbling my eyelashes have grown so long that when I went in to my boss to talk about retirement, she sluffed that conversation aside and said, “WTF is up with your eyelashes!!!” My eyebrows have also grown back in. I’ve also lost 8 inches in my waist. I don’t weigh myself anymore, I measure my waist once a week. I don’t have leg or foot cramps at night anymore at all. I’m sleeping better and my skin is glowing I’ve had many compliments on my skin and hair and my eyelashes (from more than just one person). I couldn’t do Keto because there were too many choices and I can overeat anything including “fat bombs.” This has been the easiest thing I’ve ever done and I’m never hungry. I can easily do 23/1 and do it nearly every day. I eat once at lunch then I’m done. I’m amazed and so thankful for this. People keep asking me what I’m doing, when I tell them the first thing they say is “What? No veggies? No fruit?” and I say, “Don’t need them, I just eat meat, butter and occasionally eggs.” I’ve been asked several times as word has gotten around to send information so I sent them links to Doctors, Scientists, the Carnivore Conference, and you. Thank you again Laura. I watch tons of videos and read a lot of scientific info by doctors and scientists and I love it, but you have really helped me because your struggle is the same as mine and I totally relate. Have a wonderful holiday. Oh, by the way I’m retiring at the end of next week, people are taking me to lunch every single day and guess what they’re all taking me to steakhouses haha! Bon appetite!
Im taking beef oxtails and chicken wings to the Thxgiving meal. I LOVE them, and I can snack on turkey and ham. I hope all goes well.
Thank you for sharing Laura. I did go off track and trying to get back on track. That’s a great idea about eating before you go to family dinners. Again thank you.
this was so encouraging…thanks for your candor. Is it ok that I was eating a half a chicken while watching this LOL
To be honest, I’m scared! I’ll be going home to mom and grandma’s home cooked meal, which always includes the best pecan pie, minced meat pie (which is a sweet pie), and pumpkin pie… notice the trend here? Everyone around me is like, “It’s just one day, give yourself that one day/meal”, but what they fail to understand is, that if I give myself that permission, I’ll eat the whole pie knowing that I only have that one day! Going home isn’t always difficult, as I have started taking my own food, but there usually isn’t anything else around, unlike Thanksgiving.
I love that you guys didn’t do a traditional Thanksgiving dinner! I’d rather have a big steak or eat a roast instead of turkey but alas not everyone agrees with me. I would usually let myself off my way of eating during the holidays but last year was the first year I did not slip. I also tried to stay Carnivore during my vacation. That was harder. It also really sucks when family/friends try to coerce you into falling off the wagon. “Just one slice of pie is not going to kill you!” Would you say that to an alcoholic or a drug addict? “One shot of heroin is not going to kill you.” Food addiction is REAL. Especially sugar. Love your tips! Thank you!
This is titled “for women” and if you call us “guys” one more time I’m going to stick a fork in my eye…
Thank you. Helps get in the right mind set before hand. I have gained ten pounds and haven’t gotten back on keto. Want to go straight to carnivore but was concerned about the holidays coming up.
Oh Laura, yousound JUST like me!! I was never a binger, but always struggled with moderation. It’s like all or nothing. We had to evacuate our area this week due to a threat of Bush fires, and stay at my Mum’s place… I blew it so badly! Even with my food readily available, I still nibbled on sweets that she had laying around the house! I feel so awful now. It made me realise how prepared I need to be at Christmas. I have no excuse to eat non-Carnivore/non processed foods. I literally just did it because it was in front of me. I have bad reactions to these foods because of my IBD, and yet I STILL ate some crap. Paying for it now with abdominal pain.
The host is using a crappy microphone, her voice echoes and it is difficult to understand her. the guest come through loud and clear. If you host a you Tube channel, but a good microphone for God’s sake, this is common sense. A mic cost $100.
Thanks for this. Some ideas to think about before I spend two weeks at my in-laws over Christmas.
My first Holidays on Carnivore, so this is VERY helpful for my husband and I. Thank you!
I’m keeping a journal of my transition from dirty keto to 90% carnivore. My goal is to heal. I was sick, fatigued, bloated, obese, low to no hormones. Carnivore is easier and cheaper. I love beef! I’m 55/female. I’m planning to do a YouTube video in the future to help people that have profound fatigue and gut issues.
please share the brand and shade of your lip gloss it’s perfect!
thank you for making carnivore videos so helpful!
Excellent analysis. I’m not convinced the producers buy all these health/enviro arguments, although some vegans might. Many likely just realize they won’t convince enough people on the ethics, so they push these other arguments instead.
I am guessing that you are in the metro Phoenix area. If so then, you can get meat by the pound at a place like little miss bbq. I no longer get the plate either the sides just the meat. Look for Texas style bbq because they use just salt and pepper. Yum.
Really glad I am watching this. I am with you, I can’t moderate either, especially when it comes to sweets. I have a different motivator for myself right now…I need to loose weight for a colostomy reversal in March. I had emergency surgery in September for a perforated bowel. I’ve been struggling with keto since then and have only lost 5 pounds. My surgeon says I need to be “cancer skinny” for the surgery, in order to reduce complications with reestablishing blood flow with my intestines. I really need to loose 50 pounds, so I’m really worried and anxious since I’ve only lost 5, and have 45 to go, and here come the holidays. . I think I’m going to go carnivore and see how that goes.
My birthday is at the end of October and I got guilted into eating sugary treats. I don’t think other people understand how serious it is for me. I’m not judging others food choices, but they seem to take it that way. I know that eating carbs is much like a drug relapse for me. I suffer physically and mentally/emotionally. It also leads to endless cravings. Anyway, people put together a party for me and I felt so much awkward obligation to appreciate what they did. I did have a good about of carbs, but that one night wasn’t anything crazy for normal people. The part people don’t see is by 4am the next morning I was starting to swell up and by the end of the next day I was in bad pain from some issues I have that are 95% managed on carnivore. I was frustrated and upset about hurting. So what do I do to make myself feel better… eat over half of a pecan pie cheesecake of course. It didn’t stop. For EIGHT more days I probably had 3000+ calories a day largely from sugar and carbs of all kinds. I go from eating once a day to 10 times a day. I’m sick and miserable but I don’t stop. I know everyone can’t relate to that reality but it is mine. I gained 18 pounds and in just now feeling better after a full week back on carnivore. All because of one night where I probably had 150 carbs mostly sugar. It’s hardest for me in situations like this worrying about offending others. I know people with have the attitude that I think I’m better than them come thanksgiving and Christmas just because i don’t eat their carb dishes.
Your hair looks so nice. Mine is falling out a lot right now, so I am taking some extra supplements and avoiding my sister.
Do you think red light therapy can help heal frostbite, prevent amputation, and prevent permanent damage? I am so scared…..
you are such s wonderful inspiring person! I am so glad I foud your channel. I recognise a lot in your story as being a huge emotional eater myself! Girl, keep up good work! During the holidays I plan to be keeping keto+if+ little touch of canivore. I am transitioning, see first results which are amazing (not much weight loss yet, but overall feeling, energy levels, skin etc). Results keep me motivated!
Perfect!!!! Perfection on breaking down that movie, I’m sharing this all over!!!
Thank you for doing this video. I can’t moderate sugar. I have to abstain. I try to remind myself that whatever I’m tempted to eat will be gone in 3 seconds if I indulge, but the consequences can last for weeks or longer if I go off the rails. Sugar causes me to be depressed and it’s hard to get out of that pattern once I’m in it. It’s helpful to know that you and others can plan to stay on track so I don’t feel like I’m the only one during the holidays.
Great video. I am like you cannot just have one of anything. This will be my first holiday season . Going more carnivore than keto. Thanks for your video
I messed up at Halloween and ate a lot of candy. It noticeably made me feel kind of sick. So, I’m determined to make it through the holidays with no pecan pie, my weakness for sure. I ate a whole one last year, so I have the memories. I’m making a keto pecan cheese cake at Thanksgiving, for my husband and I, and all the diabetics that will be there (and I’m not bring any of it home). You have a great idea about eating extra steak/meat or meals before going to my mother-inlaw’s. At Thanksgiving dinner, I’ll be having a turkey leg with mashed cauliflower. They already know I eat “weird”, lol! Happy Holidays To Everyone!☃️
All good advice! Carb addicts can’t take days off. My main strategy is to take/serve a big platter of delicious charcuterie meats and cheeses which everyone enjoys. That’s a safe treat I can nibble on while others are eating the sweets.
Ty really enjoyed this video! I’m in my 3rd year of keto and I’ve been letting go of so many veggies, finding they bother my stomach. Really considering carnivore.
Thank you for these great tips they are really useful. I think I might just treat me and my family to brisket and steaks as well as some other low carb treats in order to help us get through Christmas.
Great video ladies! Just getting back into Keto after after a 4 mo free fall. Generally, whenever I have issues it is in the fall when my Seasonal Affective Disorder rears its ugly head and I crave carbs! Like Laura I am def a sugar addict and a slip up in the Autumn esp with Halloween just continued into a sugar binge, but also I then include gluten and dairy which I normally avoid. My hubby and I have issue with cheese, too. I just saw a video yesterday about people with the APOE 4/4 allele (Alzheimer’s) having a strong desire for cheese. I’d like to try carnivore but am trying to do my research with that allele which causes an increased risk for diabetes/cardiovascular disease because of an issue with sat fats and plaque in the brain. Sadly, little info or studies in this area. I’m 58 and my mom started showing signs of AD in her mid 60’s. I’m going to try carnivore with some beloved ribeyes, but try to do mostly seafood. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
My biggest issue before going carnivore, was thinking that I was “all better” that I could eat in moderation, that I could have just a taste. The last time I had a relapse was with almonds. One serving, I can have one serving. No. I couldn’t, and because I couldn’t my mind decided that since I messed up already, might as well go ahead and eat the whole bag and get rid of them. EDNOS will always be my reality, but carnivore has kept me binge free for 4 months. I don’t celebrate holidays like the average person, so they aren’t really an issue for me. My biggest challenge will be visiting my mother, and abstaining from the Hawaiian sweet rolls she always has during the holidays or any day for that matter.
I was thinking about making a Keto eggnog for Christmas, and adding a lil whiskey, let that be my treat. Hopefully it doesn’t make me sick, lol.
Will someone tell me, How can a vegan survive in the dead of winter in the wild?
Thank u. Thank u. Thank u. I am having a hard time with the greens in keto but at least they kept me “regular”. Please advise on how to avoid constipation and some compatible alcohol. Like wine please. Bless u
So true about battling with moderation. I fell off the wagon for a while and piled on 15kg before could blink. Got a bit of a shock because I thought I’d never be fat again. So now I’m on Keto/Carnivore/Omad V2.0
Laura, unfortunately I am with you-if I have one cookie, I have to have 12. Or a potato chip, I can devour a whole bag. My horror story is that I used to make a german chocolate cake from scratch. My husband’s and my breakfast would be an ample slice with our coffee, BUT when my hubby went off to work, I kept indulging until the cake was GONE!!!! Yes, all of it!!! However, the story did not end there. Before my husband came home, I made another cake and ate two more pieces, sooo he never knew that I had eaten a whole other cake!!! I did this with pies, too. So I get it. If I stray, I binge, therefore, I CANNOT stray. Sad, sad, sad. ;( I love your videos. I identify with you, but I doubt you were ever that bad! Let this be a help to someone that you CAN be helped and change. I have lost 80 lbs-still losing-and off all meds. I feel great! And by the way, i’m going to be 73 in December.
I volunteered to make the huge Christmas dinner. Plan is, I’ll be so exhausted, I won’t have enough energy to eat more than turkey, maybe a bite of cheese. Other holidays we’ve been hitting the brunch buffet, everyone gets what they want. Fill up on fresh made omelet, side of prime rib roast, too full to be interested in a sweet.
Over on Pim Jansson’s channel, she’s she’s doing a no sugar, 30 day challenge with free support. All the current or recovering sugarholics need to share strength
Happy Thanksgiving
I am just like you. I dread the holiday times with family because I am always “weird.” I am counting on the support of online community to get me to January when everyone heads to the gym and enrolls in Nutri-System or Jenny Craig.
Just curious, are your children carnivore too? If not, what do you feed them?
I think it is OK to eat some junk once in a while, the body uses its detox and immune system which is not a bad thing. For example I eat sweets sometimes, just so my Pancreas stay healthy or I eat processed junk food sometimes so my detox system has something to work for…. May be I am wrong…. I don’t know.
I’m atheist, so Christmas means nothing to me. My family does all get together but it’s like a one day thing and then it’s over. Last year on Christmas my only cheat was like two cookies and my acid reflux reappeared immediately. Bad idea.
Thank you! This is completely me…. office parties, family gatherings, it just all adds up to unwanted anxiety. Nice to know we are not alone through the holidays. Love the family time and making memories, but cringe at ALL the carbs. Carboholic here… ♀️
Always love your podcasts but 12 min intro, i think some of that could have gone at the end. When i share this video sadly most people give up before it even gets started.
I’m going to bake Cornish Game Hens for Thanksgiving and serve it with bacon. Mmmn bacon!
Oil that we take up from under the seabed comes not from the dinosaur but from the algae.
I dont even think u would reduce greenhouse gas if u eliminate animal agriculture. Is anyone accounting for all the feedlot food rotting in a landfield? There are byproducts of seed oil and ethanol production so if the cows arent eating it its gotta go somewhere.
Though i would be in favor of reducing production of seed oils and other corn products that are poisoning the world.
ha ha Love the comment about humans also contributing to methane emissions… especially vegans with digestive issues
gaswhich is reduced to almost nothing when on carnivore diet!Think we ought to have a sign mad but to carry into a restaurant saying ” I’m a carnivore Don’t look at what I eat or don’t eat. Thank you!
Is there ANY truth to his study showing HMB increases muscle mass more than steroids?
I’m a 75-year-old male and I really enjoyed the talk that you 4 lovely ladies gave I have been about 90% carnivore for the last few months and keto for the last year or so I’ve lost about 60 pounds. I am type two diabetic but I’ve not taken any insulin for the last three months. After listening to you I’m going to give 100% carnivore a try, With one exception I cannot give up my morning coffee. The best idea I got from you was to have some meat cooked up ahead of time that you can just go to the refrigerator and grab. Keep up the good work I’ll be following you.
A great discussion and info. I always like listening to Saladino. But this one was one of the better videos he has put out.
Legit soon as you said anecdotal evidence on Twitter, you lost me. Stick to science.
Forgive me of you mentioned this but the last 10 minutes or so I wasn’t able to hear. I’m seriously considering carnivore to heal gut issues and more. I find it hard to imagine not having my morning coffee. What are your thoughts on that? I also have alcohol in moderation 2 to 3 times a week and that would be hard to give up completely. Thoughts?
We raise sheep so it’s all grass fed. Any thoughts on lamb?
We also raised pork this past year for the first time. We were lucky to get ossabaw pigs which have a high omega-3 fat.
Great discussion, thanks! But you didn’t discuss or mention the high bone mineral density, in the Gladiator study indicating an intense training and a high quality diet. They are suggesting the high Strontium levels comes from a vegetarian diet, of beans and barley. But I looked up Strontium and it says it’s a mineral found in seawater and soil! And that Strontium is mainly found in seafood, but you can also get SMALL amounts of it in whole milk, wheat bran, meat, poultry, and root vegetables.
Strontium is similar to calcium. It seems to play a role in how your body makes new bone while it slows the breakdown of old bone. That means it may affect how strong your bones are. So once again they are far reaching, drawing false conclusions. You need to make your own movie! ❤
It’s simple, I don’t need to kill an animal to stay healthy on my plant based diet, good luck with deforestation to raise meat, not buying it!
They also probably told the participants not to jerk off during the boner study so naturally the second day you will have more boners. Scientifically speaking
Thank you Dr. Paul Saladino for bringing on Dr. Ryan P. Lowery onto your podcast. Its nice to see physicians like you, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Georgia Ede, and now researchers like Dr. Ryan Lowery tackle the misinformation coming from vegan advocates, point by point. Whenever vegan propaganda films like Game Changers, Forks Over Knives, or What The Health comes out, the uninformed desperately needs information like this that brings awareness to a countervailing, and quite frankly, far more evidenced based and rational point of view. For far too long now meat eaters have been dismissive of vegans, and we have done so at our own dietary peril. Now, due to our unwillingness to engage them on the battlefield of ideas, they have amassed a lot of political clout enough clout to where they could threaten our food supply by limiting access to animal based foods. It is time we push back. Thank you for being the tip of the spear when it comes to refuting their misleading assertions.
Your statistics do not acknowledge the fact that 90 % of beef is factory farmed and the plant production to feed those billions of animals involves about 10 x times the land usage necessary to feed the whole world if it was totally plant based. Also add in the water usage to grow all those soya beans to supply the factory farms and the deforestation of areas like the Amazon to grow it. You are describing an ideal world of grass fed beef which does not exist….I would call that ‘an untruth’ to put it mildly.
I do not understand how vegans can claim humans in principle are herbivores. The length of our gut tells them so, as does the pH of our stomach (not convincing at all). Looking at the struggle we had to put any vegetable in our kids, plus the fact I never ever liked the taste of it, and these ‘fantastic tasting vegetable’ receipts that almost make me sick only looking at it… how can we be herbivores by default?
Just try to feed a horse a piece of meat, butter, or an egg. Yes; that’s a real herbivore.
Man, i thought start carnivore today, but i kind of freaked out, should i do carnivore?
What do you guys think about ghee? I know Paul isn’t a huge fan of dairy but as ghee has no lactose does that remove all the possible negative effects?
I’m not Vegan, but I do try to limit my dairy intake. Curious to know if there is anything deleterious about Hemp protein? Does it have the same negatives as Pea or Soy?
As I heard you say in one of your first videos, “I am good at restriction; I am not good at moderation.” My track record confirms the same is true for me. So when my Mom says, “Oh, it’s Thanksgiving. You can splurge a little,” I will be ready.
Thank you, helpful information, I hope all people understand that animals are meant to be eaten, use their skin, fur, move from one place to another, make a living, & what they produce milk, or honey. Oo even to use them for hunting. it’s just the way it is, that’s the life cycle.
Two of my favourite people together. Amazing Podcast you guys. I like to believe that you are changing the world. Keep going.
Thanks for the tips. You look simply beautiful and healthy. Keep up the great work.
You are wrong. The only proven way too cure heart disease is with plant based diet no oil.
It’s perfect timing for me. I am so grateful for you sharing your experiences and carnivores journey with the rest of us.
I am starting mine own next week from keto to carnivore. Please wish me good luck. Thank you again for sharing.
Paul’s claim about fat people is exactly backwards. The more fat someone has stored up, the longer he can fast!
The Roman gladiators were, firstly, Romans. It sounds stupid, but the Empire was run on wheat. In Julius Caesar’s Gallic Wars, he talked about bargaining with his men because they were sick of eating salmon all the time and wanted a higher allowance of bread.
Good dietary information. What you need to know is the push behind climate mediation is not food but socialism. Socialists are using the environment as the vehicle to impose their ideology. (Why? Because socialism failed using the economic model to impose their ideology. They changed the goal post and are now using food, climate, environmentalism et cetera to succeed.)
Gladiators were slaves who were kept alive just long enough to fight. They did NOT look like Greek statuary.
Slaves became gladiators due to the fact that if they had success in the arena, they were often freed.
Otherwise, they were viewed as a simple commodity that could be easily replaced.

“WFPB diet is the only diet that reduce heart disease” that’s assuming cholesterol is the cause which is not. This is what vegans do (or how I call it, how to be a retard):
1) Ignore modern science if to help your argument.
2) Use vegetarian pros and give the credit to the WFPB diet.
3) Take the cons of a processed/junkfood diet and blame it on animal products.
A great chat. Thanks guys, loved it. Where do I get one of those t-shirts?! When I searched it google bombarded me with vegan t-shirts. Back off google! although I did fine a funny ‘save the planet eat a vegan’ t shirt
This was wonderful. Thank you ❤️ Great diversity in the group’s experiences. I enjoyed the specific points discussed. Beautiful level of vulnerability discussing challenges and struggles of the lifestyle. Very thankful ladies
The 2000 calorie comparison of broccoli to beef is hilarious. To get that in beef it’s like 1.5 lbs of beef. Pretty easy to eat. 14 pounds of broccoli is a little harder to stomach lol
Admit you got some of your carnivore info from Frank Tufano.
Thank you for this video. I am an abstainer too. I cannot moderate at all, it leads to a spiral downward. I am currently working on food addiction to break that chain forever.
OK let’s talk about Bob Harper he is now taking a chemically modified drug to keep his natural body from dying but has he looked into the chemical that he’s taking every day through taking rulenta Anything that’s man-made is a chemical and chemicals do not work with our body. Dr. Eyes said it on his show the chemical that they put in the medicine that you’re taking is altering your chemistry of your brain. If it’s not natural it’s not working correctly and it’s causing you to malfunction. The people listening to your podcast need to know this I’m sure millions of them do but there’s another part that doesn’t. And now they’re trying to pump us with the flu shot and now they’re trying to make a super flu shot G more chemicals they’re going to pump into us not me I don’t take their crap or should I say garbage. Just like folate is real an folat is a Chemical.
We have 5 married kids. I have been carnivore OMAD but I think I will revert to 2 or maybe even 3 ( if necessary) carnivore meals per day so that I do not feel drawn to the sweets. I too would go far off track and I am not willing to have a return of inflammation.
He must have got the glucose info from freelee the banana girl! ♀️
Most 90’s looking dude ever. Wasn’t he in 311?.. Or Smashmouth maybe?
“Beyond Burger generates 90% less greenhouse gas emissions, requires 46% less energy” Any one con contradict this?
I’ve always been confused about why people have made a big deal about cattle water use, specifically because of the water cycle: that water is not disappearing.
One of Australia’s best female swimmers was ‘caught’ recently for a banned substance purportedly from supplements!
My theory on carbs to build muscle….I believe biologically and evolutionarily there is a reason why animal proteins are inherently insulinogenic by themselves. And that’s (possibly, again just my theory) because the body understands that it needs protein to rebuild and grow, and that MAYBE the protein is more easily absorbed with the presence of some small levels of insulin. Now that’s obviously refuted with the dramatic effects carbs have on insulin, but they are not a macro we need from diet. And possibly, from an ancestral point of view where carbs and agriculture weren’t a thing, our bodies might evolved to have an anabolic/insulinogenic to protein in order to make absorption easier? Kind of far out there, but it’s a thought
I think all the advice is great but next time replace the dr with someone more friendly that at least can smile! She looks miserable and it’s not enjoyable to watch or listen to her at all. Who on earth would be a patient of hers.
Excellent Podcast . #Yes2Meat. #MeatHeals. #EatMeatSaveThePlanet .

Great interview!!
It would be informative for us ex vegans for you to go through the symptoms experienced by long term vegans and put forth the reasons for them:
Heart palpitations
Yellowing of hands and nails
Numbness of arms and legs
Drooping of one side of the face
Sunken eyes
Hair loss
Breathlessness
Etc…etc…
Adaptation is stressful. Stress is the body’s initiation of an adaptive response. That would apply to any significant metabolic change. It’s transient, during the period of adaptation. I had the morning cortisol spike, the hunger pang, when I started IF, but it disappeared in less than a week and, now, I don’t see that until around noon or 1.
1:37:12 apart from Peter and Diana i would also recommend to look at work of Frank Mitloehner and Sara Place.
1:17:57 Ray Peat, Danny Roddy and this whole crowd would disagree…@Paul, were you able to have a chat with any of these guys? I have watched some of their stuff, videos, articles, read the references etc. and for me their ideas are a lunacy with A LOT of assumptions based on both, flawed animal models and inconsequential and inconsistent experimental data. Some of their ideas might be partially correct in relation to adaptation period to ketosis / gluconeogenesis but certaintly not when the body has shifted its geers to use fat as a main source of fuel for both the body and the brain.
Those plant-based advocates conducting these experiments and the advocates who produced “Game Changers” are either seriously compromised by cognitive bias, or intentionally dishonest. I’m no mind-reader, so I don’t know which, but “studies” and demonstrations like the cloudy blood scene in the movie are worthy only of ridicule and contempt.
Very inspiring ladies! Thanks for sharing your wisdom and experiences.
Hey maybe cloudy blood is a good thing who knows that answer for sure.
25:00 contamination is a well known problem, and is not limited to vegan supplements. Is that done on purpose? In some cases yes. If the buyer “feels” great after taking it, he will keep doing it, even if the reason why he felt better is because of a contaminated substance. One thing to note though, many vegan supplements, particularly vegan protein powders have also various digestive enzymes in them, including proprietary blends on enzymes. If these supplemets and protein powders are so good and healthy, why you need digestive enzymes in them in the first place?
Great video Laura. Have a happy Thanksgiving. This is the most stress-free Thanksgiving I have had. I have no cravings. I regularly prepare food that I myself do not eat so I am used to that. To make it easier for Thanksgiving we are doing a potluck style dinner and I am buying a smoked turkey and brisket from NakedQ. I may get some ribs and sausage too. So much great food, how could I feel like I am missing out on something?
So gladiators were vegans? so vegans fought vegans! so what’s there point?
Well, I can see that the Protein Digestibility Amino Acid Score between meat and plant or legumes is small. 5 to 10%.
The so called greenhouse gases not wanted to be added to the atmosphere includes C02 which is vital to grow the grass that feeds the cow…..
Less C02= less grass, more C02= more grass. Simple as that. Why would one want to reduce C02? It ultimately feeds us all.
Anthropangenic climate change is a load of shyte, totally unsupported by science, a fraud. Think Cholesterol causes heart disease and statins a requirement.

Other than thatwonderful!
PEA PROTEIN lectins= Parkinson’s…check out Dr. Paul Mason’s vid
Don’t forget… this is my favorite anecdotal evidence… Bob Harper, the main trainer of The Biggest Loser, was a lifelong, die-hard Vegan… right up until his heart attack. After that, he started eating fish.
I wondered about the Nate Diaz/ Connor McGregor part… I thought to myself that anyone can have a bad night, no matter what diet they’re on.
Really cool video and this comes from a vegetarian viewer! The only problem I have is with the discussion on environment that you guys had. It looks to me that you’ve just skimmed through without actually understanding the arguments of the environmentalists.
WATER: Problem with how much water used in meat vs plants production is NOT about how much cattle has to drink. It’s about how much water is used per human-usable energy of the food. Consider these two:
feeding people with plants
feeding livestock with plants, and only then feeding people with livestock
From a energy/water perspective, meat productions is just less efficient, as cattle does not convert 100% of energy/water we feed them with to meat that human can conume. And the efficiency here is actually pretty terrible. On a plant-based diet you get rid the middleman (livestock) and cut down the energy losses caused by the plant-to-meat conversion.
METHANE: It’s not any different to a perfect example of burning fossil fuels, where you explained that we convert fossil fuels to carbon dioxide. Driving cars and industrial meat production both have a side effect of converting carbon from a safe solid/liquid state, to not-so-great gaseous state, be it methane or carbon dioxide. It’s still the same amount of carbon, but less of it is in the plants or fossil fuels (where it was perfectly safe), while more of it is in the air, i.e. in a form of methane.
If cloudy blood makes for unhealthy blood, that NFL team should also stop group showering together in the shower room.
Because that makes for a cloudy room. Therefore, it’s also unhealthy. 10/10 logic right there just try and refute me bro…
Follow this charlatan if you want to ignore the mountain of science. Maybe watch this first… https://youtu.be/ACRank3xHpY
The sad truth is, the bulk of your meat doesn’t come from regenerative agriculture. Period! It’s a fantasy model that won’t be used in a large scale. There are too many of us in the world. The indigenous peoples of Brazil want their dead relatives back since cattle grazing is what’s really happening. Our tax dollars float this unsustainable meat industry just as we do the religious and we don’t have a say in the matter. Our freshwater is going bye-bye and Dr. Saladino talks about something that’ll take decades to implement on a global scale. Oh yeah, the earth doesn’t give a crap about these endless debates because when you die, you don’t return.
Final point, Dr. Saladino, if eating a lot of rice makes one fat, then you need to get some glasses buddy because there are over a billion Asians who have physiques that show otherwise.
You glossed over the main reason for this movie’s popularity……the “penis factor”..:)
Excellent video. I’ve watch every game changers debunk and they are mostly excellent but this one is now the best.
Since vegan gains continues to run from a debate with Bart Kay have you considered having a “debate” with him? Having his biased and flawed vegan propaganda studies torn into shreds by someone with your medical/scientific background could help people on his channel realise how ridiculous the science he touts actually is.
no wonder your channel is trash. what are you a chiropractor or accunpunturist, or “functional medicine doktor’?
Doc, I followed this podcast carefully because I was hoping you would touch on the subject that most intrigued me; the need for periodic iron dumping. In the meantime, I took the opportunity to look at it from a number of angles. I even asked a question on the live stream where I got a different opinion.

Since this is not a trivial question for all carnivorous dieters, can you, please, shed more light on what formed your opinion in that periodical iron dumping is recommended for carnivorous diets?
Check out my transformation on my channel, where I eat a balanced diet of animal proteins, carbohydrates and fats!
