How To Do A Dolphin Pushup: In order to properly perform a Dolphin Pushup, rest on the ground with your elbows and toes supporting your body. Your abs and core will be about 3-4 inches off the ground. Next, buck your buttocks high into the air.

This is Hindu push up called as Ram murti push ups in south India.
Looks like a great natural evalutional movement.This is the way we all once moved to see over tall Grass and bushes.A much more natural way to dev. the chest than pressing.

Awesome video bro it’s very effective for gaining mass and size on shoulders. But how to fix the shoulders im balanced either on the left or right shoulder. Mostly in our bodybuilding fields we see such things, did Hanuman dand push-ups be effective in fixing the im balanced shoulders.
Great movement because it also improves the shoulder mobility, I have heavily used it with myself and clients.

What is the difference between Hindu pushup and Dive bomber pushup?
You never gets a patent for this from India; even you change the name..
I feel this is completely wrong, dive bomber push-up aka Ram Murti Dand, posture is correct, first your elbows should come close enough to the ground, then chin close to the ground, swing up, then swing backward again in same movement, elbows and with chin close to the ground.
It’s my natural inclination to wanna do a tricep push up at the bottom of this move!

This are better than your standard Hindu push-ups. With dive bombers you have reverse all your movement by going “under the fence” back to start position. With Hindu push-ups once your chest is up and arms are extended, you simple stick your butt up back to the invert “V” position, skipping the “going under the fence” part.
