There are many factors in the top senior exercises. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Seniorcises (google it if you’re interested) definately the no.1 plan that I have ever heard of. look at the incredible information.
Wow, thank you for the link as well. I was not aware of that.
Just completed this as I watched you. Fantastic and thank you so much. I’m a 75 year old senior male that just gave up my gym membership due to the virus. I got a box of 11 resistance bands with no real directions. Those bands worked great.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and putting it on youtube. I felt the burn.
To hell with that shit, they need to get some music going by the Spinners to start off and then get to dancing.

Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge for free! Really good thanks and great that you explain everything so clearly.
The water breaks are appreciated. I never drink enough water. Every time the water break comes up, I press pause and drink a whole glass.
Does anyone know (or the creator of this video) who this gentleman is? Does he have other videos? I’m a CPT and group fitness instructor and I have to say I adore this mans teaching skills!
Ah ha! This instructors name is WILLIAM YATES.

I am thankful this program has blessed many of you. However, I am sorry that some chose to use this “comment section” just to push their own product. This is a “Free” labor of love just to help people; not to profit from it!!!

Thank you. I enjoy your exercises. You explain which muscle groups we are targeting. What I like best is that you don’t take a long time in the intro.
How come we 80 year olds don’t do cardio? It makes me feel young. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf_KW7Cnp84 My hips are metal, My left knee’s anterior cruciate ligament is completely destroyed. I think my heart, my lungs, my coordination and my shoulders are being maintained……
Carlton would love you to sing the song Bed of Roses by Bon Jovi. Let me know when you intend to sing this?
Great video, some of these seem like perfect warmups for physical therapy. My goal is to help older people in my community get back in shape by leading them into a healthy lifestyle. If you could please share my link https://www.gofundme.com/helpingshape
Hi again, Meredith! Tried this exercise today. I may walk this evening in lieu of an aerobic video. I’m getting at least 20 minutes or more of some kind of exercise each day, in no small part because of you.
I like the exercises that tone the backs of my arms aka my “wings.” I’ll never be a model but I’d like to at least firm up what I have.
I have the dreaded apple-shaped body. Never was able to do much with it when I tried. Do you have any exercise to at least give me some semblance of a waist?
Meredith. I love your workouts. However, I don’t understand why there are several water breaks in a less than a 25 minute workout!! It really breaks up the momentum and seems so unnecessary to me.!!!!Again, I still like and appreciate what you do.
Really have enjoyed your videos. I’ve done several of them and repeat them, too. Do you have any that target the abdominals a little more? Been recommending your you tube site to my friends. Jerry Lynn
Wow Cindy! This one really made me feel better. I Love it!! Have a great day!
