I’ve done a intense hiit yesterday, this made me feel better. Thank you ♡
I’ve been in agony all day with DOMS. I’m speechless with how much this helped. I feel much better and can sit on the toilet without shouting out in pain
Thank you soo much! my vey sore left knee and hip needed this deeply!
Love love loved this class!!! 5 mile beach run was so relaxing yesterday… but not so relaxing this morning! Thank you Juliana!!!
Loved it, it was nice since I was really sore from yesterdays full body exercise, Thank You
i had dance for the first time this monday and it’s now wednesday and i cant even get out of my bed….
A great video to soften out of sore muscles, I loved the lifted legs up the floor and butterfly pose. Thank you for sharing these beautiful practices
No one gonna talk about that rockin shirt and socks? No?Alright then just me
I’ve been just bouncing around the June 2020 videos and I really really needed this today. It was very hard for me which I thought was interesting. The more I do yoga the more I realize how much my body reacts to my mental state. When it gets bad I tend to just curl up in a miserable little ball until I feel like I can keep going again. This practice helped me stretch out my muscles that have been taken a toll these last few days. Thank you so much for everything you do Adriene! It’s making me a much more patient and forgiving person to myself and people around me.
Wow, love everything about this session, calming and effective. You’re amazing. Thanks. ❤️❤️❤️
Still one of my favorite yoga flows for my precious lower body! Everytime I have pushed it a bit too much in running, and feel the shin splints and hip pain coming their way, I come running to this flow!
This is soooo good I’ve been sore for two days and after this video I feel 80% better!
omg i had such sore thighs and hips because of doing an intense leg workout yesterday but after doing this my legs feels so good❤️
ommmm Benji ommmm, baby benji was so active…In the more recent videos he is more like a a chinese Bodhitsatva…
Gracias amiga
I love your practice, is very relaxing, calming and envigorating.. thanks for sharing
Oh my, just finished this video….it’s so wonderful. Amazing what 20 minutes can do. Thank you so much! Love, Juli from Germany
Watching Benji as a pup adds extra therapeutic value to this sequence!
This is great! Would you be willing to do another similar to this, specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease?
Just purchased one of your programs! Can’t wait to start! Thank you guys for such high quality work, it is truly amazing!
I spent almost three hours working on my arms last night and now I’m really regretting it lol
i was doing the splits yesterday, and it was all fine until i got out of my right split, and it was just instant pain (I’ve also been working out all week, so i was already sore)
YES!!! I practice netball and currently on our team we have seven ppl which means no subs. I would have to play for ALL four rounds in games and be EXTREMELY SORE afterwards. SUPER GLAD I found this video thank youuuu
Been so used to Benji being big but this is a cute throwback, he was so tiny here <3
Thank You for the yoga video. I liked the legs up, the shoulder stand pose. The commentary on it was nice. I stayed there little longer. Wonderful experience.
I love come back to this practic… namaste.. best regards
I have been skating all day yesterday and my leg is hurting so bad
Adriene you have such a welcoming and loving presence. And Benji is soso cute. Sending him kisses and love, and love to you as well
Baby Benji made this video for me and gave me hope that my puppers might one day be calm like Benji while I do yoga.
Aww Baby Benji! Queue puppy belly 4:00!! So cute Loved this practice, even if I did wobble all over the place.
I wouldn’t call grabbing your opposite knee in downward dog a “gentle twist”
Much needed practice and benji was only 6 months old here? Wow.
I just want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart and soul, Adrienne, for finding you today and for being there with this practice. I am hoping I can share with you.
I consider myself a spiritual person and yoga, almost 28 years ago, is the only practice I HAVE EVER DONE that made me feel connected to the sacred earth. I am part Native American but I identify 100 % and it is important for me to feel grounded as part of the Native spiritual identity. I cry just writing about it because I have gone so very far in the other direction.
I am 46, (and am poor and fat and an unrealized writer with three college degrees in writing who can’t even get hired for a basic entry level job b/c I keep being told I am “overqualified” and I am 100 plus pounds overweight and used to be able to do advanced yoga much better when I was thin. However, right around the time I developed fibromyalgia full force, at the age of 18, is when I was doing advance yoga. As I gained weight, I found that yoga teachers would actually make fun of me and not accomodate me and made me stop doing yoga all together. For years..sadly. However, I am not stuck inside due to CORONAVIRUS, with not one but TWO Immune conditions…one is fibromyalgia and the other is called Intermittent Asthma and is a chronic condition but doesn’t always affect me, but it still puts me at extreme risk for COVID-19. I am Introvert/Extravert, so I thrive on going out and being social with people and expending that energy spiritually and then coming back in. Now that I cannot go to the water to rid myself of toxins, I have felt especially toxic being inside. I feel cooped up and do not know what to do with it and have some stunted emotions. I need to lose weight for fatty liver no matter what, but being inside is going to make it a lot harder for me to reach me health goals UNLESS I make an extreme commitment of self care to myself.
However, making a loving commitment of self care is so extremely hard to do b/c I grew up in an alcoholic family where I was taught to tend to other people. I have also been a social justice activist for 30 years, starting with a walk across the country for Native American rights when I was 19 and when I should have been self caring for myself at that time with the start of fibromyalgia…I went in the opposite direction.
My weight gain is complex and I do not have enough time right now to share about why and how I gained it. It had to do with genetics and weight gain just from family obesity, having Pre Diabetes, and having emotional eating problems, not tracking what I eat, etc…etc…but also being in abusive relationships with abusive people (romantic AND friends) and having them tell me that I was not worth anything, that I was not good enough…that I was too fat AND that was 150 pounds ago!
Today, something said on March 31st, “Today is the day, Rebekah”, and I did your video. I typed in “Fibro yoga” and it was the first one that popped up. I cried. I cried emotions when I finished at the end being proud of myself for self care. Adrienne, your beautiful, loving, compassionate soul really made me be able to do this. I am so proud that I did it. I remembered how much I loved yoga. I cried a lot.
I really do not know how to thank you. I will be doing all of your videos. I see that the most recent one was from one month ago, so I am worried you are not still doing videos. Anyway, you have a fan for life. I did not feel berated or belittled either for being heavy…thanks for understanding those of us with chronic pain. I am a changed woman. I say that in the truest sense, not like “all of my problems are solved”, but more “I am going to be loving and compassionate to myself to solve the problems or to be loving with myself in dealing with my life and myself.” I have been mean to myself for a long time. Like I said, being poor and fat will do that. Love and NAMASTE, Rebekah
Who else is watching in quarantine because they have done all the videos and finally came to the old ones?
Hi everyone from Germany ♀️ This is truely a lesson this practice taught me: Find / get back / train your balance… physically and mentally… Yoga will help me with this, for sure
Hi:) I know I am late since this is 2020 but I have a question. After we does the yoga, can we workout after that or should we take a rest for hours first?
This relaxation routine feels good, especially the inversion lying down. Thanks
Yes. Full body work out last night and lots of dog walking too. So achy this AM before work. This was fantastic! I’m not grumpy with my morning anymore
arm swoosh “If you’re doing this in your home right now, I love you” me very much doing arm swoosh in my home right now: ☺️
Perfect!! My legs are incredibly sore from hiking and this is just what I needed. Thank you!
Im doing the 2 week shred challenge and im so sore but i dont wanna take a break bc it feels like ive failed the challenge:(
I want to thank you for your videos. However, what bothered me in this video was that you were changing poses way too quick for my tempo. But I still love what you’re doing
Thank you so very much for this video. It made such a difference. I will be repeating it over and over. As you consider what new videos to make going forward, I’m respectfully requesting that you would give consideration to this video becoming a part of a short series for people with chronic pain and related health issues. I can tell you this certainly is beneficial if you are someone with autoimmune and inflammation related challenges.
Great exercise! Thanks for helping… couldn‘t walk straight because of back and leg pain. Feeling muuuuch better now!
I’m so glad I found you. Love your message, your practices, love spending time with this each morning

I worked out without stretching one time and biggest mistake of my life and on top of that it was the hardest I’ve ever worked out
I am very grateful for this video. I have chronic back and neck pain, as well as arthritis in my hands and neck. Your voice is so soothing! I love your videos!
Just made this stretch video on the morning. Benji was so little sooo cute! Just to let you know after each sequence of your yoga daily video, when you say Namaste I also say out loud “thank you Adriene and Benji”
Thank you thank you thank you! This was magic for my sore thighs!
Who knew while i was gardening this a.m. that “soreness” would be today’s focus. Perfect! I’m pretty new to your videos: COURAGE is my first monthly calendar, and I’ve received two weekly letters. Thank you for ALL of it.
My problem in from running, its never my calves, but my hips and thighs
I love your clothes from this video! ☺️ I really like everything about this video.
Hi Adriene. I just want to thank you for being here. I have been practicing yoga for 5+ years on and off, but it actually started with you. In 2015 I was following your thirty day series and today, as I recognized I needed to revisit yoga again for PTSD and mental health, I thought of you. I suggest Yoga With Adrien to anyone I know apprehensive or new to yoga, because that’s how I was in 2015 and following your practice changed my life. Thank you
Using this flow in 2020! Looking at the thumbnail I thought the special guest was the girl with the curly hair-not at all recognizing it’s Adriene-and realizing during the flow that it’s Baby Benji!! ♥️
i just started working out after not working out for 4 months because of quarantine and the first time i workout after a break i cant do anything with my arms i cant play video games, i cant do my violin and i cant even go to the bathroom. any help?
However this message finds you today, I hope you can take a loving inhale in…
And follow your breath out,
As you remember, It’s a process.
Give thanks and praise for all that you are and all that you have.
What are you thankful for today?

This was so good! Thank you! Much love & light to you! Good night from here!
my legs and back hurt so bad from work! this was amazing for me!
I really enjoyed this, I was just looking for something for all over sore body and came across this and it really helped. Thank you
When I tried this practice years ago, I couldn’t keep my balance. Today I could even hold my big toe and stretch my leg. Amazing. Also, so good to see younger Adriene and baby Benji. ❤️ Thanks YWA + YWA community! Love to you all!
Thank you Adriene for this selfless gift. You are very appreciated.
wow! this surprisingly was one of my favorite videos yet! so glad you put it on the june calander! I say surprisingly because usually I prefer practices with more work on the actual mat not just standing but I really enjoyed this and got a great release in my back, neck and shoulders! So blessed to have your channel! I’ve practiced with you every single day since january!
Hi Adriene I wanna share with you something. I had started doing yoga with you from the home series then I did continue it with the may series ( meditate)
It was going so well I had completed my 2 months of regular yoga target
And I was on the verge of starting this month yoga series ( courage )
But unfortunately I got sick on around 11 th of June and I was on bed rest from that day
I stopped doing yoga and I felt so bad for that
My heart and mind wanted to do that but my body didn’t allow that
But now today I am again going to start it with you and I want that courage thanks Adrienn for always showing up
With love namaste
Just perfect. Felt sore everywhere this morning (too much cycling) and after this gentle stretching I can walk again. Thank you!
It’s my calves that are sore… How in earth is it possible to balance that long with already sore calves??? It’s your first practice that I had to end to be kind to my body. All your other practices are always awesome to me, so I forgive you 😉 I’ll try this one again when my legs had a good rest. Thank you for sharing so many video’s. I really enjoy them. With love, namasté Birgit (from the Netherlands)
Lovely, quick stretch to loosen the body up before heading out to ride. Thank you!
Hi yogi! Enjoy this 20 minute Yoga for Flexibility & Sore Muscles Routine. A bolster (cushion) is optional for this relaxing yoga routine for sore muscles. Either way these are great yoga stretches for your stiff body. Enjoy! HIPS SLOW STRETCH: http://bit.ly/25minHIPS
Really enjoyed this routine after work… felt especially great in my hamstrings and hip flexers
Sneaking this practice into the calendar for when you need a barrage of cute baby Benji comments? I gotcha! He’s adorable! And thank you, as always.
This is my new favorite recovery video!!!! Thank you so so so much!!!! Just getting back into working out and was I was extremely sore and needed a recovery day and this video helped me so so much:)
I can berily move I’m in so much pain it feels like I’m burning I can berily breathe
Well I had tumbling yesterday and went for a run and let’s just say I felt it this morning!
Thank you! I started doing yoga at my gym at the start of March and since the lock down I’ve been doing your videos, daily. Today was the first time since I was a child of about 12 that I was able to touch my toes doing a forward fold I’m 39 now. I always stretched after working out (clearly never enough) but have never been able to touch my toes. Thank you so much!
Wonderful practice……. thank you for sharing your love for yoga ♀️
I know this is an older video but I’ve recently started running and walking long distance to lose weight (never ran in my life) and I have been so sore! This video has made me feel so much better, though it was difficult at times, you’ve helped me no end!!
Thank you so much for this! I’m a spin instructor, and my hips get so tight from riding so much. This felt really nice, and I love your style!
Adriene your hair looks so cutee. Also Benji is adorable, especially when he put his paws on you:3
I went rollerskating and running the other day and this morning I barely got out of bed!
Hi, I really love doing this one before bed it really helps with my fibromyalgia!! I have only just started getting into yoga and your videos are great. I look forward to more videos for chronic pain. Thank you so much
Thank you for the video. I have recently taken up yoga for my mental wellbeing, following the lockdown in the UK. I suffer with a couple of chronic conditions and find your videos, especially the stretching ones, to help my body and invigorate me for the day ahead. Is it usual to yawn through the process? Thank you ❤
I over did it on Thursday by accident, was honestly just having too much fun and was SO sore yesterdayfigured it would go away on it’s own. Still in pain today and decided to try this out. Thank you for your help! Feeling a little better for it!:)
As the day went on, my muscles ached more and more. After finishing this video I can move! I feel relaxed and reenergized at the same time! Thank you!
loved it..i loved the whole relaxing aura around your personality and yoga. am definetaly coming back gain and again
Thank you so much for this video and for your reassuring voice and reminders to listen to our bodies and be grateful! I woke up as usual with a strong back ache, mainly it’s a lower back pain but today the pain ignited throughout the whole spine. After the morning online teaching and a cuppa I hoped to YouTube to search for your immediate help! Thank you, thank you, Adriene!
Your videos are great and help me so much! both in body and in mindwith my neck and back pain and with relaxation. Your voice is calming and your yoga is great for beginers and for unflexible people like me…
Thank you:)
I just wanted to take this moment to thank you for this video.I am currently 22 and dealing with unexplained body pains and migraines that are severe, the pain makes it feel as if I was ready to give up.Today, after following your video,I feel physically and emotionally relaxed. Lots of love x
pulling on the thighs hurt so much in my back! i’ve never felt such release/pain
I have tried so many yogis on youtube and ALWAYS find myself back on your channel. You are the perfect blend of peacefullness, strength and grace. So grateful for you ❤
I really thought “special guest” was a euphemism for “when you’re on your period.” I thought the vid was gonna be about how to better menstrual cramping BUT instead I was treated to a little a baby Benji.
Oh my! I was so sore this deducted like 75% thanks so much gonna do this more often
I am so sore today after a workout yesterday. This was absolutely lovely. Thank you.
I have been practicing yoga with your videos for a while, and this video is truly truly mindful. The moment you said “Fill up your cup” made me burst to tears a bit. Thank you for all well-crafted yoga videos which are so peaceful and focused.
Oh my god thank you THANK YOU! I’ve been trying to find a good stretching video for my sore body since I lift and and do HIIT. As soon as I’ve tried following your video my entire body (chest and shoulders in particular) aren’t in as much pain anymore!! Will deff use this again for recovery days ♡♡
This is awesome. Too many yoga instructors insist you must push through pain to accomplish the pose. I also like that you give alternative steps.
I have a couple of questions. I have pain on the outer side of my hips and low back pain. I know I have very tight tendons and ligaments. I also have muscles that over extend. I am guessing one compensates for the other. What poses and stretches would you recommend for my pain? Thank you.
I have epilepsy and often have seizures in my sleep so my body always aches especially in the mornings. I really couldn’t move around today and wanted to do some yoga. Googled best yoga routine for aching bodies and this one popped up. Just found my first favorite yoga YouTube channel. My headache even went away during this. Thank you thank you
Thank you!!! I just started working out 3 weeks ago. I have to alternate between workout followed by yoga. And this video has given me the best stretch! My sore muscles thank you.
I woke up hella sore because on my day 2 intense body workout that at that point I wanna just rest because of the pain, but still wanna workout because I don’t want to waste time. I did this not knowing about any yoga, and it actually helps to release sore muscles. I felt better (like the sore never actually happen ) after doing my first yoga and I finally went back to my workout like nothings aching. I updated my workout routine yoga is my warm-up and cool down and I do this now before doing an intense workout.
I’m tryna loose weight.Do I do some intense yoga one day and the other day I do these relaxing stretches to get me ready for the next day.Is this sequence right?im a beginner
Bruh I just had football practice for the first time since like March and my arms hurt so much and don’t feel better at all and I have to go through 3 more practices this week
I just did this routine because I’m currently quarantined and my routine has become very sedentary. My body already feels so much better!
AHH! I’m a rock climber and I was at the gym yesterday for 13 hours. You can imagine how I feel. THIS WAS LIFE-CHANGING Thank you so much!!
I definitely felt better after doing these stretches! I was too sore to get down on the floor but after a few poses it didn’t hurt to get back up or do the downward dog poses.
the main culprit brings me here is the soreness after legs workout specially.
I love how the poses don’t feel rushed so it really stretches the sore muscles after 6 days of intense workout.
i had ankle bone fracture surgery & a heel fracture. i am in 13 week post operation. my ankle and feet feeling soreness during weight bearing. and also ankle in still stiffer. please suggest me some excercise to get my ROM and strength back as soon as possible.
Anybody have muscle soreness from shooting a pump action bb gun?
Thank you for helping me focus on my mindfulness today! It’s easy for my thoughts to spiral into a negative self destructive hole when my chronic pain is overwhelming my system. Your video helped me relax and find some calm in my day!
HI Adriene, my daughter has told me about your yoga. I have done the chronic pain yoga. It is the first yoga session I have done the I have not felt pushed along too quickly. Thank you and bless you.
I loved the wide legged downward dog! This felt great after an intense workout yesterday! Thank You!
Love! Perfect for my sore body (from SUP yoga, gardening and cycling) today! Love, love, love Baby Benji!! Namaste!
My goodness!! Look how young you both are❣️! This is EXACTLY what I needed today & I leaned that I can do that side leg standing stretch while holding my big toe!! It was my 1st time trying as I always thought “there’s no way”! But allowing myself to “play”, just like you said, gave me the boost I needed.
As always, THANK YOU Adriene! You are amazeballz❣️ Love & Light from Canada! Keep smiling!
Tehe!! Been doing Yoga with Adriene for so long, but I’ve never seen Benji so little or A with bangs <3 So fun to go back in time.
Excelente video. Me libero de todas las tensiones que tenia Gracias
Baby Benji! Very cute. Needed this today as sore all over. My hips were talking to me during all the balances too. Namaste Adriene, Benji and fellow yogis x
I get pain often while streching my abdomimal muscles, I’ve undergone ventral hernia surgery before a year, so it is OK to do these streches
This is exactly what I needed this morning. Adriene, you have brought me the strength to get past my pain and feeling of hopelessness with this practice. I also laughed out loud when you needed to move Benji and said “no animals were harmed in the making of this video”!: ) Thank you, thank you!
Bruh my girlfriend walked in and she thought I was going to introduce dildos into our rituals
A truly relaxing experience through mind and body. Thank you so much
I did 10 hours stretching yesterday… And I wanted to stretch again today but apparently I can’t…. (can’t even sit properly…) So here I am!
I have been a dog groomer for the last 20 years, it has really taken a toll on my body. I cannot begin to express how much all of your yoga videos have helped me. I am about to graduate as a nurse and I have had no time at all to go to a class. Being able to see this videos online and practice along with you has been a pleasure! Thank you for all that you do and provide for us!
Dr i have TSH 5.79 at the age of 39, i am trying to lose weight but after 3 month could not find the results, low carb, 30 minutes exercise i feel pain in body and not able to just walk. Pain in body always laying on bed
Adrienethank you for this video! Wonderful practice before bed and the breathing calmed my anxiety. Namaste! xo
If it wasn’t for pain I hadn’t learnt yoga…. now I know many things yoga and body related…. all because of pain blessing
Oh wow this was super helpful. I had a hard workout yesterday and was feeling it today until doing this run. Thank you!
This short video, was the hardest for me so far, I kept falling so many times. But focusing on drishti works!! Thank you so much Adrienne!
Thank you to you both, with my winter running miles stacking up this is just what I need. I like to think I’m not the only runner benefiting from your efforts!
You’re an angel. Chronic pain feels like it takes over my life, as I can barely leave the house most days. Your videos help ground me and appreciate life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤️
Hello. I really needed this today. It made me feel much much better. I wasn’t able to sit properly or even walk. My abductors were sore.
I have been running from the fireworks yesterday on 4rth so my legs are so soar
I have a big cross country run in about 7 hours and 45 minutes and my legs still feel like somebody’s stabbing my calves when I walk lol.
Ah, just what I needed to get back into routine. Felt great. Thanks.
Excelente seu trabalho. Gostaria que tivesse a tradução para português.
Thank you SO much! This is the first bit of exercise I have managed to do since having a mastectomy! I actually cried with pride. It’s been two months of sitting still… but this has motivated me to do a little more each day. Much love xxx
Loved this video. I was able to fully relax and feel great afterward!
Okay, but how do you expect me to do this with baby Benji in the backround?! How am I supposed to concentrate!?
I have been doing some ab work lately and boy did I need this one so thank u Adriene much love Namaste and good night❤
@yoga with Adriene Can I make a request for a practice that helps with having a torn labrum in the glenohumeral joint? I can’t put any pressure on the shoulder joint area…such as downward dog. I’ve lost my practice because most of it involved arm things. I’m having the surgery in May of 2020 but all exercise and yoga has stopped for me, it’s painful. Thank you for all of your videos., ALWAYS! Love and Light –
The flat back leg lift twist move was challenging for me! In a good way I have osteoarthritis in my spine and my neck and arms are so stiffThanks for another great yoga ♂️ class!
5 h workout yesterday but i dont regret it am i the only one Who likes soreness because you feel like then you did something or its working
So grateful. I cried so many times during this. “Let something go”, “you’re doing great” and the mention that other people don’t understand was so healing and gentle. It was so kind and made me feel like I wasn’t a failure, as I have done many times trying to practise. Thank you
I had done this routine a couple of times before, but this morning I came back to it desperate for some upper back, neck, shoulders relief. I’ve been trying to recover from a minor injury to my trap muscle but today it felt like my cervical was way out of whack. This routine did miracles today and I feel like I can move my head again. Thank you!
Namaste Juliana pls give me your blessings so I can progress in my practice. Im really grateful to God that he guided me towards aGURU like YOU. I REALLY RESPECT AND LOVE YOU. Stay blessed always.
Hi, I have recently found your videos and am especially enjoying this one as I suffer from fibromyalgia. I find it really helps me to cope with the pain and makes me feel so much better.
i did 30 squats and pushed 150 pounds on each leg and here i am
“No animals were harmed in the making of this video”?!? Benji had a blanket shoved in his face!
I love how much room there is to play in this one, definitely going in my favorites!
Hello.
Can you please recommend wyhat exercises to do to recover from Osteonecrosis of left hemural head please?
Thabk you
So helpful! I’ve been sore lately and this was just what I needed to start my day.
Thanks… helpful, though I think it’s time to be honest with myself and call the doc about my knee. Boo.
But, glad I found your channel!!
Love this video! I’m in the beginning of a fibro episode and only made it 1/2 way through, but I’ll be finishing it up after I take a rest. My body is still seriously tender but way better than it was before I started the video! Thanks Adriene!!!
This was amazing! Your voice is so relaxing and comforting, I felt so relaxed afterwards. Glad I found your channel.
Baby Benji brings so much joy to my heart Hope everyone’s doing OK out there!
You just got a like and a sub lady. Last butterfly pose was amazing. Felt really good
I just felt so exhausted and miserable this morning and all day, and have things to do. So it’s corona outbreak. I’m still essential caregiver and work in limited environment, taking care of small kids while parents are working from home. The rest of time, I sew masks for huge community who now needs it on daily basis. I never stopped for over a week, and activities with kids are combination of heavy lifting, picking up their mess, trying to make them dance or so but you’re the only one doing it they just hang on your hands and lift their legs in the air. It was just tooo much. Over 8 hrs a day, for 4-5 days in the row. We respect isolation rules and only see each other for over a month now.
Today I had a day off, masks patterns on my table waiting, but I can’t even sit straight. I just felt so sore, so miserable and tired. I picked up this video in my browse, and I did routine. Oh boy it felt so painful but only at the beginning. I’m now sitting here, not really able to go do some sewing, but relaxed enough that I don’t feel grouchy, and now I can just make some meal and rest some more, to work later. I feel warm and relaxed. I was sore as i could be, cold feet, tired head, and even though I slept like a dead person and spent 12 hrs in bed I was still so tired and uncomfortable in my body once I got up. Thank you. It helped.
Thank you Adriene. I was recently recommended your channel as I want to start getting into Yoga and taking the time for me but I didn’t know where to begin. I have been living with chronic pain in my lower back for about five years ago and I am also severely over weight so finding things I can do without being in agony are limited but the weight also makes it worse. Catch 22! Any way, a friend recommended you and while I was scrolling through your playlists to find the beginners videos I stumbled across the chronic pain playlists and I couldn’t have been more relieved! Some days I can get on the floor and some days I can’t. To be able to practise on a chair is immense. I am really excited for tomorrow so I can try again! Thank you for thinking of us!! (Also, yoga for people who are really over weight any recommendations of videos I should check out? I am just aware that some of the poses will be harder with my arms and legs etc…)
This is one of my favourites i’ve shared you with many of my fellow stressed ambulance service colleagues and you’ve helped a lot of us to unwind at a time where we need it most. Namaste <3
This really helped me a lot and it was easy to follow as a beginner. I will definitely be following you. thank you
Courage -Day 19 Done ✅ I did fall, but I laughed & picked myself up… Loved the two for one Practice… Nameste
hi. i love your videos! just wondering, do i need a warm up and a cool down for your yoga exercise?
My legs are dead from hiking & these stretches really helped. I didn’t realize till the side openers how sore that piece was too
Not to sound perverted or be weird but I like to watch women do yoga, it is beautiful.
I have Lyme disease and have been sick lately with a horribly aching body. This helps so much, thank you thank you ❤️
This literally made my legs feel so much better! Before I was in pain with every step, but now I feel 10x better… thank you!!
Thank you Adrienne. My pain is because of my diagnosis of Lupus Nephritis, causing arthritic chronic pain. This was relaxing tonight.
This works! Had sore thighs and abs for doing workouts and it has truly relieved the pain. Thanks so much Boho Beautiful!
I’m doin this with a lofi mix n the background lol. feels so good
Yes I am less sore after this! The last two “beginner” yoga videos I tried were too crazy for me, as I actually am a beginner. This one was doable! Thanks!
awwwwwww!!!!! Hey “lil Benji”! His growth is a reminder to all that with consistency, we can grow into WHATEVER we want! Have COURAGE and keep moving forward! Peace family
My favorite part was when you said “You are exactly where you need to be.” I’ve always struggled with twist poses, and they don’t seem to help me all that much, but it was helpful to me when you said that it takes time to get relax into the pose, and then I was not even close to how you looked in the pose, but you told me that it was okay. I was exactly where I needed to be for my body. Thank you for the loving energy in this video!!
Thank you so much for this quick yoga exercise. My horse did a somersault with me on her yesterday eveningluckily neither of us were hurt badly, but I definitely have growing soreness tonight. I think I already feel a difference tho! I subscribed for future use!
Never really done Yoga. But this was an awesome video. Helped me stretch my very sore muscles and I’m feeling much better. Will look into more of your videos. Thanks you.
Beautiful restorative yoga thank you. Needed that after a run yesterday in lockdown; think I ran too far and my body is telling me to stop and do your restorative yoga. Absolute bliss.
Andrea you are amazing!! I have fibromyalgia and tried normal yoga and it didn’t work. You have changed my life today! I am going to totally recommend you to my fibromyalgia Canada site. Much love from Alberta Canada
Thank you for this wonderful practice and the peace you bring our hearts:)
Hi, loved this video so much. Love your gentle voice and the background music. Was trying to find video of yoga exercise with background music and found you. Amazing! Thank you
Didn’t think this would actually work cuz I felt really tense for one of the longer held poses but, by the end of it, my sore muscles were much better!! I’m astonished. I’ll definitely be using this video more often!
Thank you for another challenging and beautiful practice. I love you both. Love and light, Namaste ❤️
This feels so good.! I’m 72 and I have been doing these stretches for a while and my flexibility has improved greatly. Thank you.
Could you include neck and shoulders stretch as well.
I absolutely LOVE this practice. It is perfect for my post mtb ride stretching and relaxing and for those days where motivation is tough to come by. Thank you!!
I have fibromyalgia and in constant pain esp in my legs I get no break from leg pain. will this be ok to do in pain?
This was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this wonderful video. Much Gratitude!
I know I’m like 4 years late but I had a 3 hour volleyball practice yesterday and I have another one today and I was SUPER sore and this felt amazing
You had a fringe & Benji is a puppy our Billy is 8 months just wants to lick my face
I like the reminders not to force any pose (I am new and try to “copy” you but my body isn’t there yet ). “You’re exactly where you need to be.”
Brett, I seriously love your videos but (yes, I hate that word) the sound quality of this particular one is so poor that I could not enjoy (or follow). Just wanted you to know.
Im a couch potato.
Im not really fat im actually quite skinny so i decided to work out eating alot of protein etc.
And on my first workout i had sore mucles for 3 days straight.
Following the June FWFG calendar and so nice to see puppy Benji!!!
Oh, thank you thank you! Some yoga channels don’t seem to understand that no, I can’t balance on one leg and no, I can’t go up and down and up and down. The message of self-grace is welcome too. ❤️❤️❤️
I love that you don’t talk the whole time. There is time to just be in the pose and actually relax. thank you.
I’m so glad that I found this practice, cause yesterday I was so sore I couldn’t even go down the stairs. Now I feel so much better ❤
THIS was the answer to my “too sore for yoga” this morning. Thank you, and stay safe.
Having a bad pain day so am letting myself do a gentle yoga. Thank you for accommodating for everyone! Daily yoga has truly changed my life and living with my conditions so much easier. So much love to you x
I SO needed this today. Wonderful practice for my very sore muscles!
It’s my first time following along your yoga practice. I’m a runner and went on a tiring hike today not because of the length of the hike, but I woke up very sore today, with a headache that hasn’t gone since I woke up, probably bc thinking about the uncertainty of the current state, for me it has been hard bc I got laid off, I can’t go visit my family out of the country, And of course not making money, the worst part is that i feel so useless and bored, I don’t have a schedule, i don’t want to get up early like I used to do, I just don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, I want to see my friends and hug them. I was looking for yoga flow that would relieve my hips and my tired and sore leg and immediately found yours and I was not expecting so much from a 20 min yoga session, not only feel my body not achy anymore, but my mind is a little more at ease.
I love how Benji snuggles up to Adrienne during the wall segment.
So like over school holidays, I have been in my bed and all not rlly working out. So I went back to school, we did squats then after that I thought it was just a little after pain, turns out it wasn’t! I can really feel it now
Adriene is this yoga workout safe for those with osteoporosis
Wow! This was amazing!! I was super sore from working out and jogging and could barely walk yesterday…decided to hit the mat today hoping it would help and I feel so much better. I can walk again…Thanks for this!!!
Really enjoyed this one again! Thank you two so much, stay as you are
Hi Dr Jo, is there a massager like that which has heat with it?
Thank you Sarah Beth for sharing. I don’t say thank you enough… every time I tale a class I feel so good
Puppy Benji! I bet neither he nor Adriene knew this video will help some mildly injured guy 5 years in the future.
Tried it today and it felt amazing! Very calming and relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing I feel a lot better now
I went to a trampoline park then the next day my shoulders and my arm were hurting so bad
I want to say thank you! This video alone relieved me of my back pain that I have had for a few weeks.
Did a 1/2 ironman yesterday, in my basement, needed this. Thanks again! Glad you are keeping busy too.
So I fell on my right butt cheek couple years ago. I did go to pt which it did help. I’ve recently lost about 90 pounds and the pain is starting to bother me now. The pain start in the are where I fell and kinda go down my leg it’s more kinda annoying that hurtful. What kind of stretch can I do to ease some of the pain?
Just found this video 5 years later. Love seeing a young Benji!
Thank you Bird for this soothing flow that helped me feel peaceful…
Thank you so much! I don’t have sciatica but I’m working to correct my posture and was finding around my sacrum area to be tight. This really helped stretch out my hip area and very low back. Love it.
Thank you so much for this. My body is so sore from my Fibromyalgia but I am trying to get back into gentle movement and this was perfect. X
it’s been a while since i took the time to practice yoga with you and wow this is what i needed. my heart feels so full. thank you!
Very relaxing. I liked the video, but you are so beautiful a tear literally leaked out my eye.
I’m tempted to go deeper but I might cry.
Baby Benji! I was thinking how very energetic he seemed in this, and it turns out it’s because he was still a puppy!
Something that might be good at this time is a yoga for protesting! I came to video this because I am sore from being on my feet so much in the streets on Juneteenth (well, and because it’s on the calendar). As an activist, that’s probably the most consistent way in which I injure my body or end up sore I’ve shown up at the chiropractor so many times to say, “I was protesting too long and hurt my back again.” This seemed more for other kinds of soreness I probably should have looked at things for back pain. Anyway, just an idea! Thanks!
I enjoyed that class so much thank you! It was just beautiful! I really enjoyed your attention to detail and one of the moves where we crawl our toes inward was amazing extra stretching in the ankle!
What a wonderful yoga class! It feels great to do it in the morning! I love practicing yoga with you! See you on the mat! Namaste
Hey there, I am a 14 year old boy and I just started getting back into exercising and doing workouts (For a very long time I have just been going on slow walks and just lying in my bed all day), I have been doing stomach workouts and I started on Friday (24th) and I was fine until Saturday I woke up and got pain in my upper thigh, now it is Sunday and should I keep doing the workout everyday the one I started Friday with or is it best to the relax or do different stretching etc. Would love some feedback, Thank you!
Make sure to take your time, be gentle, and breathe deep and steady throughout this entire practice! Also always listen to the dictates of your heart and body. We truly hope you enjoy this one ☮️❤️♀️ ♂️

The phones volume is all the way up and I still can’t hear you
Thank you for this video! On days when my chronic pain is flaring up it makes me feel weak to not be able to do what I’m typically capable of. This video helped me see my capability during this bout of inflammation. It also allowed me to keep my daily yoga routine going!
love this yoga practice and your beautiful soothing voice! Thank you for all the hard work you have committed! You’ve helped me so much during post-op recovery!
Hi Dr. Jo can you do a video on exercises for people with knock knees? I was wondering if I strengthened my abductors more that they’d possibly become more normal and less valgus.
I do at least one hour of yoga everyday, but I still somehow managed to pulled some muscles in my back and was having a hard time even putting my shoes on. I tried a few poses on my own to work the stiffness out but didn’t really have much success. I decided to see if there was anything on YouTube and found this video. I can believe what a difference this short 15 minute video made!!! Thank you so much! I can put my shoes on and walk my dog again lol!
Just the practice I needed after feeling so sore!! Thank you ♀️
How lovely to see little Benji! So adorable! I found I needed to change legs in the balance sequence too long on one leg for this older yogi! Great to stretch out though. Thank you Adriene xx Namaste
Thank you very much Julianna!!!! I started with with a slight back ache and a fairly bad mood…and here I am with a new back and a smile on my face. This practice will be in my top three!!! Never stop doing what you re incredibily good at!!! Love&Light to everyone in the huge Boho family.
After intense days of yard work, this felt so good. Thank you!
We are hiking a lot and I love the combination of both! I tryed this one and I will remember at the next trip to release my hips and legs with this flow. Thank you so much
Made it to 50 without the need for any regular prescription drugs then bang: Breast Cancer. Grateful it was found and I was able to get treatment during this crazy time but now am on Maintenance medication for the next 5 years. Side effects from the meds include joint and bone pain and fatigue. I was very active prior to this gym 5 times a week for 1 to 1 1/2 each visit. But these side effects got me. Doctor offered me an additional med for the first med side effects and I said: Nah. Just found this YouTube Channel with this quirky chick that has hundreds of Yoga vids that are easy to follow and fun and I already got everything I need at home to start. Gonna give that a whirl and see how it goes. 3 weeks in now and my pain is not gone but it is lessoned and I am starting to move with a bit better ease a walk where I couldn’t make a block 4 weeks ago I made 4 miles last night. I got a long way to go to even say I am somewhat flexible but it sure beats taking prescription meds! And yet another thing that I am grateful for is finding this channel and Adriene’s videos! First time trying this one….
It felt like 5 minutes! And I looove your calm voice and the positive vibes you are sending, brilliant video❤️
This was so relaxing I took a active rest day and did this it was amazing, but I really wanted to know can I do this as a cooldown after my workouts?
I hope I feel less discomfort with my lower back and hamstrings. Thanks
I am genuinely so full of gratitude for being alive at the same time as you
I could
have not gotten through this quarantine without Boho Beautiful. You are such a gift.
Thank-you! I learned some new things. I especially like that twisted forward fold.
Perfect after my first day back at work after being out sick for a week. My legs and feet were so achy and they feel SOOO much better now! Favorite part was legs up the wall and of course when you say “You are exactly where you need to be.” I hope you know what a comfort that is to myself and many others I’m sure who need to hear that constantly. Thank you so much
I have a hip flexor strain on both sides I’ve been doing these exercises to help strengthen them but it hurts after I do them is this normal?
I really needed this! Thank you for such an amazing routine. My muscles love ❤️ you!
Thanks. I don’t know what my favorite part is, but I realize there’s so much more stretching and breathing.
The cuteness is too much omg! The way he sits in the first part with his legs splaying out haha, he is the epitome of chill!
This video was just what I needed. Thanks for being so encouraging! Could you do a quick video or tutorial on your crystals and their benefits?
Mom wanted to do exercises with me because quarantine is making us all lazy. But she has chronic pains and fibromyalgia so I had to set something up for her and also I can do with her.
She hates yoga but she has no choice lol.
Thank you, Bird I have two hours of dance tomorrow (already). My back is really sore. I will be in high heels and Im not used to them because it’s been 10 years. I’m going to follow this tonight!
Wow! What a great flow to do the day after leg day! This one will definitely be in my rotation!
We loved puppy Benji’s first appearance, to think 6 months old how precious! We could see how he loves you . This practice today, with my arthritis ankles playing me up, I balanced as far as I could, met my edge to be safe then did some of your ‘ Yoga for the Feet ‘ and that worked well, otherwise all good. Looking forward to Yoga Tone tomorrow, see you then Adriene ♀️♀️
This was wonderful.the 3rd time that I did this yoga video, the floodgates opened and there were tears hah. The release felt good tho.
Perfect release.Thank you so much! Which workout would your recommend for tight neck, head, shoulders? Thanks!!!
after finally getting back into reopened gyms, this is a much needed video
Thank you so much this was the first video of yours I’ve found and it was such a beautiful flow! Namaste
I have flat feet so balance is really not my strong suit but I’m trying I guess.
Also, little Benji is adorable.
Absolutely perfect! Just right to ease my very stiff/sore muscles from yesterday’s workout. Gonna hit your “subscribe” button now!
day 233rd in books…n ya Benji as 6 months..it’s amazing to see him..
I loved how you talked me through the wide stance forward bend. I have always fought this pose and your approach to this pose really helped me overcome my inhibitions. Thank you.
I did this practice today and oh my goodness it was so good.
Hatha is my FAVE and this video is now on my favorites list
I love the way you soothe with the words like “You are exactly where you have to be”…
Thank you for your lessons. You are my favourite:-). I love the locations you choose and I really appreciate your nice voice guiding the whole lesson.
The first 5 minutes of this video is my absolute favorite! Puppy Benji made the video amazing!
It worked! That downward dog really “brought more blood flow into that area of the body! “
This has been one of my favorites so far…….. I was super stressed out yesterday and this really helped. (So I decided to do it again this morning, and it was just as awesome today)
Thank you
That was perfecto!! Thank you again! Day 19 #ywaCOURAGE, Namaste
Oh my gosh! Thank you! My MS takes many forms but most days, it’s a painful and uncomfortable experience. I suffer from imbalance all the time and seeing these seated options is tremendously helpful. Yoga is one of the best things I can do for my body, but I feel limited because I don’t know how to adjust it for my body’s needs. This is helpful and deeply appreciated.
I went water tubing two days ago…… I was on that tube for over 4 hours….. let’s just say Im in pain
Very creative posture, I never get bored of your videos:P thank you for sharing!
I’m having period cramps, and my tooth hurts but I can’t go to a doctor due to this quarantine. Thank you for this video!<3

Adriene: just take a moment to notice how you feel
Me: feeling intense chronic pain after workouts i feel like i could call 911.
Thanks for this practice. I was looking for an easy way to do yoga for sore muscles instead of laying in bed all day. This help a lot! Looking forward to more of your practice!:D
Just completed this little practice. Just what I needed after my 10km run. Thank you.
Where my Courage peeps at? Baby Benji was so cute I kept looking at him instead of paying attention LOL!
Thank you so much for all the strain and pain you have taken to teach us. But if you teach with a chair people like me will be happy and benefited.
Body was aching from majorette dance practice I feel so much better!
This is EXACTLY what I have been searching for! After just two weeks of doing this every night, I feel SO much better!! Thank you so much Boho Beautiful!!!!
Came from FootlessJo’s latest video. Thank you for a calming way to end my day in such difficult times
After a week of lifting I am really sore. This was perfect to loosen up.
OMG thank you so much I feel so much better my back and knees have been aching for days.
Migraine pain and lower back sufferer. Can’t thank you enough Adriene. The sound of your voice is so healing! Have been using your videos for 3 months straight and have not missed a day! xoxox
I really don’t like this practice that much ^^’. I always end up doing this with sore hips & legs and the balance poses are actually quite difficult. I subbed in a tree pose to have some support for my leg and not just hover it in the air. Also it’s a bit confusing when to start or stop.
I’m in pain and I need something to do now, can someone please help ;(
This amazing I just got done with volleyball tryouts yesterday and I woke up and I was sooo sore and I have to go do volleyball again today so I thought I was going to do bad but this rlly helped
A really nice class which feels very soothing and healing when you are not feeling up to a flow for whatever reason.. Thank you, so many lovely poses, especially the hips supported wind pose. Namaste!
Doing Yoga for a year with Adriene now, but there’s times even this practice makes me sweat. I feel super weak, even though I’ve been training every day of the year (other than a few days I was sick haha). I can do the 1h body work outs, but then again today this made me get out of breath. Our body is full of secrets and I’m still trying to learn what it wants to tell me
So gifted! I start my day with your yoga, and shout you out nonstop on IG!
Hi Sarah, I really enjoyed the video. However, I have a suggestion, that is if you are to say ‘Namaste’ then do so in the starting of the video as Namaste is used as a formal version of ‘Hello!’.
I’m very curious has anyone started feeling chronic pain after being on psychiatric medication? Or low B12? Seems to be a cause.
I did one of those booty workouts on youtube . I did it 5 times in a row and I was tired. Today when I woke up, my back and thighs were killing me EVERYTIME i used them.
Me: standing in dancer pose
Adriene: Sorry, I’m kinda losing my voice today. (pause) Sexy
Me: chuckles and almost falls down
Thank you for those giggles!
Wow! What a great flow to do the day after leg day! This one will definitely be in my rotation!
Ive been in so much pain for the past two days, can barely even laugh, and now I feel almost 100% better!!
I think this is the first yoga video I’ve ever seen, and it was a good way to start. I deal with some chronic pain, and a lot of exhaustion. Although I am very flexible so it made things seem very basic and simple, taking things slow was very nice and relaxing. Thank you for making such a loevly video! <3
Was feeling stiff as fuck all week from not doing yoga and this video cured the hell out of it
Heads up. This is not for beginners to yoga practice (like me) in my experience. Beautiful scenery though.
This helped me so much today. I always love your videos. Thank you for all that you do!
Too much balance work for me, though fab seeing baby Benji
i have really sore legs I cant walked the stairs propperly so this made it a litlle better thank you xxx
holy shit one of us is a magician and im like 60% sure its not me. ive been doing a really intense workout and today my calves were so sore i could barely walk. tried this in a desperate bid to be able to function 2day and while im still a bit sore i could honestly go for a walk around my neighborhood rn
Adrienne, this was the most beautiful Yoga practice. Thank you so much. You are an important part of my life right now!
yo i did a workout and my legs are crying i did this after and it didnt help my problemm? can you make specific videos of sore stretches? thanks! it would help a ton <3
Was recommended to try your videos from a few friends! I’m 25 and have had chronic autoimmune condition since I was 11. Just now trying to find ways to check in and be wholistic about what health and fitness look like for me. Thank you for the care, love, and intention you put into this video Definitely bookmarking. Thanks!!
I love your videos. However, could you swich off the subtitles? I cannot see what you are going..
this is where being 2 stone overweight kicks in. My poor old legs just won’t support my weight for that long.
Thank you so much. I found your cues very clear and beneficial. I have practiced with this video twice now, and both times were awesome. Best wishes:)
How lovely it was to see little bubby Benji! Clearly I need to stop the lockdown eating… Thank you for my Friday morning Courage boost! Namaste.
I really love this yoga stretch and i just found this part 19:56 so cute your dog even enjoys your yoga routines hahaa
So thrilling to see a 6 month old Benji, what a good puppy. Beautiful recording and practice.
Thank You for this video. I have chronic pain from my endometriosis, had surgery in july but despite the surgery im struggling with this painful disease to this day. Sending love to all beautiful souls struggling with pain and feeling lonely sometimes <3. Take care.
June 19, today and over the weekend we celebrate International day of yoga 2020. Be safe, healthy and happy. ♀️ #ywaCourage #yogawithadriene #fwfg
Good morning Adriene, really i miss u, I was having serious pain in my back for more than a month and a half that’s why i couldn’t do my daily yoga practise and i start from a couple of days to do this video and thanks God, (Alhamd Allah ), i feel better every day, I decided to do it for a month until i feel totally fine then i will join u in the rest of your beloving videos.. as usual, u r my earth angel
Loadsa love to you Adriene. I’ve never done this practice before and I found it truly yummy and nurturing. It’s helped so much with emotional pain too
I work construction I’m 18 and this was literally a cure for my lower back and shoulders I sent the video to all my friends who do manual labor jobs
I’ve been highly athletic and active my entire life and NEVER thought I’d be a person living with chronic knee pain2 years ago I was walk/running 4 miles on a treadmill 4-5 times a week in the gym which included strength training. I was blessed that during that time I found your yoga videos Adriene because after a fall and blowing out my knee your videos are the only workout that doesn’t add to the pain. After seeing an orthopedic surgeon and finding out that he was not willing to do anything about the cartilage injury due to osteoporosis in the knee I asked what I could do to stay in shape. He suggested stationery biking which does nothing but make my knee swellI don’t like taking any medicine so yoga breathing has help me to breathe through the most painful times and helped to regain some of my lifestyle. Thank you so much for understanding chronic pain suffering and posting this video. Even though I can’t always do the exact same yoga poses with you on that one knee please know that I’m working out with you. ♀️You have literally saved my life by actually having to remember to listen to my body. Thank you.
Thank you for this video. I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back, shoulder, elbow and knee pain and this video leaves me feeling a lot better every time. The shoulder anc neck ones too. I do the chronic pain one every week. Unfortunately the lower back videos have had almost no benefit to me and cause further pain. Any other lower back techniques you can suggest?
My legs and ankles did not consider this yoga for sore muscles
Thank you! I am 21 and have been struggling with chronic pain for a couple of years (it comes and goes). Recently I only noticed the things that I could not do and the amount of pain that I was in. During this practice I realized that I should be grateful for what I can do and that I can do more than I thought before I started. It felt really good to move my body without pain again.
A challenging workout for me but ohhhh do I feel better and more open after, thank you
you are spectacularsharing with gratitude to Ashford Fitness Society on fblove your furry baby too:)-
Thank you so much for this. Yoga in general is part of how I manage my fibromyalgia, and today was one of those days I call “waking up like the Tin Man from Oz.” Absolutely rusted in place. I’ve been following along the February playlist, but I knew I needed something different today. I don’t know how I missed this when it came out, but I am absolutely bookmarking it for future Tin Man Mornings, because it was exactly what I needed, particularly the side-by-side option of doing the postures in the chair.
My hip was already hurting me when I started this, so I was a bit nervous to continue. However, this is the first yoga video for chronic pain that I’ve found that doesn’t hurt me. I completed it all the way through! Thank you.
Awwwww 6 month’s old Benji ♥️♥️♥️ that has to be the best puppy belly ever! 4:03
Wow. I loved this flow sooooo much. Thank you SaraBeth! ♂️

Fantastic video! Great routine! Really useful stuff! Keep up the great work!:)
This was a great combo, i did find the amount of time in downward dog quite tough on my shoulders, but great sequence anyway
Thank you so much for this video. Having a bad day with chronic arthritis throughout my body and feeling sorry for myself. Didnt feel I could do my usual practice. but this has helped calm me down and ready to approach the day more positively.
I was already thinking I wouldn’t be able to do yoga today, because I was having a fibromyalgia crisis, but I searched in your channel “yoga for when you’re in pain” and found this video. Thank you <3
The handle on this is what makes it good. I just ordered one. Thank you for the discount! Merry Christmas!!
Thank you for this relaxing hip and calf yoga video. Your voice and exercises are so calming. You also pick such beautiful natural areas to film. Thanks for the exercise and mini vacation! Sending thanks, peace and love.
So grateful to have found your videos! Your care and kindness flows from your voice and intentions. A resounding thank you for that! After 12 months of continued sciatic pain, 4 herniated discs in low back and neck this has been a year! Adding your voice and yoga to my pain management calendar. Grateful doesn’t begin to explain how excited I am to have found you. Hope returns!!! ❤️
Does your husband still do the filming of your videos? They are beautifully filmed. Amazing scenery and lighting captured. I enjoy the workout but especially the visual aspect.. very soothing! Thx
I have been alternating between this and two strength gaining videos of yours and they all fit so well together. Your yoga videos have improved my mental and physical health so much over these past few months that it is frankly awe-inspiring. Thank you so much
What’s the song at the outro? It’s on another one of your vids but cant find it. Such a lovely piano melody
I was super sore and these stretches WERE PERFECT!!! really helped relieve my pain
Wonderful and short sequence for me on a bad fibromyalgia day. I needed to get up and move, and this series was amazing. Thank you!
I loved seeing baby Benji!! Who knew he would become such a staple!
Thanks for your reminding to take care myself. Today, my cup is filled after done this yoga session.
wonderful. thank you for your calm sweet voice. for your expertise. for NOT having weird music playing. working along with your videos daily has made all the difference mind and body!
so i finally brought myself to have the courage to make this comment…
i’ve been on this yoga journey for years now, using it to help with my mental health alongside my physical health. this was always my weapon against the constant aches and pains, little to no energy, and the overall weakness i felt in every aspect of myself. of course i’ve grown from before i began this journey to now, but i never really knew why i was so drained and exhausted all the time. i practically came out of the womb like this. until this past june i finally went to a professional and asked about it, and turns out i have chronic pain syndrome, and now everything makes sense.
to all those in pain, in ANY type of pain, we’re stronger than we could ever know. the fact that we’re getting up and doing this flow for ourselves in of itself is an act of strength and healing and growth. we’re all making it better, little by little.
the clarity this brought to myself, along with thousands of others, is unlike anything on this earth. i cried when i saw the thumbnail. the unity that your channel brings is unrivaled, Adriene.
thank you and namaste ❤️
