Seeing yoga practitioners dedicated to going to class several times a week may make you feel like the one yoga class a week that you can sneak in isn’t worth picking up your mat for. With yoga, more is more, and you’ll feel better and make more progress with every additional class you take. But a class-or-two-a-week practice can still bring you physical and mental benefits.
As yoga becomes constant, life begins to flow towards an improved balance. Practice yoga once a week for increased flexibility. Full range of motion begins to deteriorate over time. While people are born with flexibility, sedentary lifestyles wreak havoc on joints and muscles.
The wonderful flexibility achieved through yoga has numerous benefits.Even if you can do yoga once a week, it can make a difference. Meditation and stress-reduction techniques have been proven to treat depression and anxiety. A national survey showed that only 7.5 percent of adults have tried yoga, yet it has been proven as one of the top ways to meditate and relieve stress, thereby dealing with depression and anxiety at the same time.
It is still worth coming once a week. Yes, it is easier to beat the heat if you come more often. Class seems to fly by if you have a day after day practice. You will see greater progress in your postures.
But you are doing something for yourself you won’t regret. You are taking time out for you.If you do yoga once a week, that is like treading water. Two times a week, well, you’re dog-paddling and gaining some ground. But, three times a week is optimum for truly seeing improvement, because you are moving forward in your recovery, and your body is changing and healing for the better!
More than that is okay, but don’t get extreme!Any amount of weekly yoga practice is better than none, but “Yoga Journal” recommends two or three hour-long or 90-minute sessions per week. Nationally.
If your time is limited and you simply want to start incorporating yoga into your life, you can experience benefits even with an hour of yoga a week. If, however, you have larger goals of overall enhanced health, stress relief or mastering certain postures, you might practice yoga several times a.It’s fine to do yoga once a week.08 July, 2011.
Though the advantages derived from a regular yoga practice increase with frequent participation, attending a class once a week can still provide numerous benefits. Yoga can help you to increase your strength and flexibility while also aiding in reducing stress and promoting restful sleep. In another study, doing yoga just once a week for 6 weeks was enough to improve spine and hamstring flexibility. A 10-year study with 700 participants. In 40 days of doing yoga six days a week (I participated in what a local studio was doing with Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal revolution) with one day of restful/Yin yoga, I lost probably 6 pounds.
Yoga doesn’t give you a ‘perfect’ body, it gives you a stronger, healthier body. That’s rubbish mecurial I only did yoga once a week for a long time and certainly felt the benefits, and got lots of complements as well. I then increased my commitment to 3-4 times a week, and of course I felt better but once a week certainly wasn’t nothing.
The more yoga the better, but once a week is enough too if it’s all you can commit to.If you were a devi or devta in your last birth and happen to visit this planet for some reason; then two days a week of yoga is more than enough for you. But for normal mortals like me, five days a week is probably minimum to get anywhere.
Yoga/ meditation is like bath or.Is doing yoga only once a week worth it? I often get these questions.
You are not the only one if you are wondering the same. Attending a yoga class once a week provides numerous benefits. More strength, flexibility and stamina.
Less stress and restful sleep. It is sometimes difficult to incorporate yoga in our busy schedule. And a once-weekly session may also fuel our fire to do more yoga.
The value of taking time for self-care and to listen to our body cannot be overstated, and yoga is a great way to encourage both. The downside to practicing yoga once a week, however, is that it’s a bit like starting over each time.

Hello Dean, Can I build muscles by doing Yoga? If so, please recommend me, what should I do? Thanks in advance.
Hi Kristen! I’m wanting to start Adrienne’s videos, but what playlist did you do this with?
Dear Sir
I have problem with my knee due to football. Can yoga help me for this? Which yoga that can help to relief it?
Thanks
If I had a daughter, I would want her to be just like you. Your parents should be so proud of you.
Kirsten you totally inspired me to stick with the 30 day challenge with Adrienne! Thank you!
Hello, I’m complete new to yoga. I 55 year old male at least 80 lbs over weight with several health problems. Looking something to help me get on a positive path and make changes to my life
Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how beautiful Kara is? Like howww
Awesome awesome awesome awesome I do yoga teacher and belly dancing you should check out belly dancers beginning belly dancers they are the bomb
Im on my day14 i can see that im becoming stretchable and absolutely my mental health is getting better
Yoga can also strengthen your mental ability and improve your health!! Thank you so much for the video. We are getting lots of inputs from you. Hope some time we will also be helpful to you!!! Bye, take care.
it’s refreshing to see someone at such a tender age enter the infinitely blissful realm of Yoga. Did 10 days of yoga and some weight lifting afterwards while doing keto and now i’m switching strictly to 30 days of yoga alone with her. You will feel amazing if you keep at it
Hi, may I ask which one of 30 days yoga with adrienne that you tried? Because I went to Adrienne’s channel and there are more than 1 playlists of ’30 days yoga with adrienne’. I want to try too, thank you dor the answer
Thank you so much for making this video for those of us getting started! I am going to begin this tomorrow and do the month of May, looking forward to building new healthy habits
wow!! loved this review, I started her newer 30 day plan HOME 3 days ago and I love it so far. you answered every question I didn’t even know I wanted to ask! your energy and the way you talk and explain things is very engaging and looking at your channel to see you’re also vegan?? SUBSCRIBED!!!
Hold up, this is going to sound weird but what’s the name of the plant in the back of you? I found one in my complex the other day and I have no clue!
Is there yoga for ankles? I sprained one and broke the other and I strugle with pain and stifness
I am halfway through my 66th year, and 30 days of yoga had positive impact of my physical and mental health.
I am more flexible, energetic, calm…. I agree with Kirsten about Adriene’s teaching. She is fun, friendly and FAB. Show up, commit, do it for 30 days and see how it impacts your life. It’s free, and the best gift you don’t need to buy for yourself! Love yourself. You’ll love Adriene.
Small YouTuber here… just discovered your channel and we have almost the same amount of subscribers…..hello
Great video& I totally agree with you! I’m on day 3 of YWA, just finished the 30 day HOME set, but she’s SO great and makes it so fun, I had to go back for more!!
thank you:* amazing! i feel you. we started 4 days ago:) adriene is the best.
I’ve been doing yoga for 1,5 week now, am on day 3 of the 30 day challenge and it’s already mindblowing. I feel better, no more sadness, my body feels better, more flexible.
I am also doing muscle exercises and been kickboxing for years but adding yoga to the list is really showing. I would never have thought that yoga would make that much of a difference. It feels like life saving
Thank you for this video, it was a big motivation for me to do Yoga with Adrian every day! Now I am at my 22nd day. Which 30 days of yoga do you recommend next?
As an Indian, I can say it is definitely offensive to some of us when a non-Indian turns a part of our culture into a “30 day challenge”.
wow!! tysm for this video! this is exactly the push i needed to move forward. I tried to follow through the challenge a few times in the past, but always got stuck at around day 5. This time will be different!!!
I think it was a beautiful coincidence that I ended up watching your video. I’ve never done yoga but since I am dealing with severe depression and anxiety I wanted to find something that could help me both mentally and physically. I’m so glad I found you! Now I’m convinced and willing to try this! I’m so excited!! Thank you! Subscribing to you and Adrianne right now!!!
Thanks. I was skeptical of joining Yoga International for awhile. Your video helped me make up my mind.
Bro i do yoga daily and I love it. But I get what you are saying, it can be repetitive. The art is in finding different types of videos from different yoga youtubers online, that suit you best. But I it’s not for everyone. Glad to see you got a little bit more flexible though!
Babe let’s support one another and I loveeeee yoga I’m about to do it
Very encouraging review, thank you very much. I have started today and I look forward to completing the 30 days of yoga series.
If you really want to get into yoga, I highly recommend going to an actual class instead of following yoga videos. It’s a totally different experience, every class is different, and I personally find that doing yoga with other people really encourages me to try my best when I would otherwise just give up on the more difficult poses. Hot yoga is also really good if you want to become more flexible because it really warms up your muscles and deepens your stretches.
so we’re in quarentine now and I’ve wanted to do any type of exercise for a while and yoga has always been interesting to me. today is day 1, i feel good and I’m ready for this journey, hope everyone’s staying happy and positive!
July 2020 and as I commit to doing the 30 day YWA your video popped up glad you had a great experience
I so need this… I was not sure if I should do the yoga with her but I am thank you
I am an LPN nurse who is taking the RN exam 2020 and feel overwhelmed…. I hope this will help me…. thank you for the review
Thank you for this! This was so encouraging to join your journey. I hope i can do the same. Love u ❤
You’re soo underrated! You should have like 10000000000000000 subscribers!
omg… haha… I got desperate after seeing your video. I was all looking forward how yoga will magically change my flexibility but seems it doesn’t do much help, lol.
My flexibility is like yours, when I bend forward down, people think I have some kind of illness cuz it’s literally like yours, a 90 degree folder, no more.
I have done most of Adriennes 30 days of yoga and I agree its terrific. I’m 71 look 50 have a balance issue my GP says this keeps me out of a wheelchair. It’s like having a friend in my lounge with me. I praise her whenever I can.
It’s just the fourth day for me, and I am already feeling the difference. She’s an amazing instructor, and I bet she’s same as in person as well.
I just started and I totally agree that she has something special. I’ve tried to follow along with other yoga teachers but Adriene is just so god damn down to earth and genuine.
Hey Kirsten! I have just found out your channel and firstly I have to say you are a really natural and inspiring girl and I’m so enthusiastic about watching your other videos.
I have started yoga (with Adriene) and I will complete the 30 days of yoga series in a few days. Which program have you followed in these 170 days after you had done the 30 days of yoga challenge?
Thanks a lot!
Now here is something that is MORE tricky than YOGA…..and stretches one’s own mind…..
FAMILY CONNECTIONS! FACE TO FACE at that…..
Can you be more kind, humble, helpful etc. to family members (say within 2nd cousin range or so)……on one’s own terms or dive in wtih reality and see what happens. Politics ass-0-ide by elimination of pride…..seek the reality of who did what at the wedding shower, baby shower etc etc years ago and see how they react….. Maybe those tricky 7 year old memories will dumb found even the wisest, the acoma, McDonalds quality to IVY LEAGUE family member.
It is NOT a trick question to recall your “uncle’s funeral” and to bring it up at random with family members…..strengthening of “ties that bind”
30 days without a trainer to help with form and variety? Yoga class can get expensive tho so, meh. At least you had the heart to try.
Great video review. On day five with her and couldn’t agree with you more.
thank you Kirsten you just motivated me to continue with my pratice
Hey I really enjoy watching your videos! But please do not pick up Yoga as it is a fad, or looking at it as a short term solution. Improper Yoga and meditation could have really harmful effects on the body which cannot be reversed. Yoga is not one of the exercises like Pilates or running, it is an ancient practice designed to be a lifestyle in itself. The Asanas, the twisting and turning, is just a very tiny part of what Yoga represents. Every body is different, every mind is different. A true and proper yoga is to be learnt one on one with a highly accomplished Guru. It is not designed for the masses or to be just another form of exercise.
She’s awesome also check out Sean Vigue if you want he’s the reason I started practicing.
I can attest this.
I have been on keto and tryng to leave alcohol for many many attempts in my life and Adriene definitely has served me in ways I have never fathomed possible. It is probably the ONE thing I can see myself doing over and over every day of my life
Just found your channel and love it! You’re so calm, it’s nice to listen to you. God bless you! Thank you for putting out this video:)
Which challenge did you do of hers? I’m wanting to start but I can’t decide which one! There’s a lot of different 30 day challenges she has.
I did it last year and started out this year but got an arm injury due to a car crash and couldn’t go on in only day 4, but I’m doing it now I adore this practice is easy enough but the commitment man it leads to positive changes and discipline in every are of your life I promise and you’ll love Adrienne
Hi Kristen. This video came in my recommendations and I went ahead and watched it. That’s how I landed on Yoga with Adriene. Its been around 40 days since I started regular practice with Adriene and I look forward to this journey ahead. Thank you for making this video:) Love and health to you!
I just finished my second 30 day journey was Adrian and it was awesome. I’ve done this during the Covid, shelter in place. Adrian has transformed my life. My flexibility, my outlook and how I view myself. I will never stop. We all serve to feel good about ourselves and that’s what the 30 day practice is all about. The body transformation does come, but it’s the mind that overcomes all things.
This was so depressing to watch i was so pumped watching video and getting meal plan ideas and then i watched this…and i was ready to get a bag of chips and a coke ♀️
I just started today with her program and stumbled on this video. I’ve always heard mixed information on yoga whether it will or will not help you loose weight. It definitely does aid in flexibility and mindful awareness but I’m glad you saw changes in your overall appearance. This makes me want to continue this program overall in hopes that It will change my life for the better as well. Thank you
Does yoga with ADRIENE helps to lose weight? I am on my day 5 of yoga…
Thank you. You motivated me to stick to the challenge. You are sooo sweet!
Just wanted to say that I watched this right after watching Day 0 of 30 Days of Yoga. This video really helped me kick my butt into shape. I’ve done a week straight now, and I don’t know if I’d have the momentum I do right now without having watched this first. Thank you Kirsten!
You are so cute and genuine! I love your energy:) I subscribed because of this video! ☺️☺️
I practice about 4x a week doing 60 min weighted sculpt or vinyasa classes, throwing in a hot Bikram style class every now and then.
You’re right about the lower back pain. I’ve noticed that after doing lots of forward folds.
If getting more flexible is your goal then I’d recommend you to try to find ways to make stretching more enjoyable. I don’t think you necessarily need yoga, only streching. Yoga is a bit boring for me too. (No offense to anyone who loves it.)
(Coming from a ballet dancer.) Consistency is key so it’s good you are stretching/doing yoga every day! I think 6 times a week is enough though.
I’d recommend doing some kind of cardio for 5-15 minutes before you stretch! ALWAYS! Or just take a super hot shower:P
I get bored easily too so I always watch Gilmore Girls while stretching. Just make sure you pay attention to your form. Hold the streches for 30-90 seconds. (You can work your way up.)
Another important thing: don’t waste your time. After a few weeks, you’ll see which stretches work the best for you and which aren’t so always adjust your routine according to that. (Don’t stretch only your hamstrings, you’ll regret it later.):)
Good job so far! You’ll make it this year! We believe in you!:D
edit: and try to find the time when stretching feels the best for your body! For me, it’s in the evening so that’s when I do it. Make a habit out of it and definitely don’t do it while drunk:P
I’ve have been really excited to watch your videos recently because of the valuable advice you give to your viewers. You also have a wide vocabulary and re learn a new word each video lol. Like ALL of your videos are just so relatable bc you talk about the rawness of human experience.
I just complete Day 1. I am so excited to have joined this journey! Thank you Adrienne!
This was such a great review, everything you said is how I felt! I’ve showed up everyday and now I look forward to showing up! So incredible… Such a great share!
I practice almost every day for at least 30 minutes, usually it’s a vinyasa yoga
Yasssss I started doing yoga with her too about a week now. She’s awesome. ❤️
Thankful to find this video of Yoga with Adriene and I can say on my third day, It helped my body with flexibility, it teaches me to breathe as well, slowly working on my balance and concentration but will get there, thanks Adrienne
I live in the Netherlands just discovered these yoga lessons during quarantaine. I absolutely love it!
Day 1 today. Needed this video, and I’m inspired to keep going! will hopefully have the same results as you:) thank you!
Agree!! I’ve been doing the monthly 30 days YWA for a few years now. I look forward to the videos every morning. I was no spring chicken when I started doing the Yoga with Adriene videos. Her videos really have changed my life in a positive way mind and body. (plus they are fun)
I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS VIDEO HAS OVER 1M VIEWS!! Thank you so much to YOU reading this subscribe if you’re feeling the vibezzz baby 😉 ALSO come do yoga with me! https://bit.ly/yogawithkirsten
i just found your channel and i love it!!!!! i love yoga and fiddle fig trees too hehe 😉
Listen to Yoga by Janelle Monae, have some friends over, make it a social event do a handstand, bend it back put ya leg up
I’m on day 5 and am seeing a shift in my body and my overall mood. Thanks, Kirsten!
Yoga is hard.I had yoga for three years at school (I am from India) I hated every moment of it ♀️
I tried the 1rst one of the thirty-day yoga thing and it said it was very beginner-friendly but I could barely do some of the things there and ended up getting a headache.
Im 40 and never did yoga. Im a roofer and doing the covid lockdown in michigan. My wife and i are doing this. I’m in day 3 and love the feeling I get after each season. Cant wait to do another tomorrow. I’m trying different times during the day. Afternoon is very nice. Seem to get energetic afterwards. Might start doing it twice a day. Afternoon and every. Why not
Awesome! I am starting tomorrow! Super excited. Thank you for sharing your experience, Kristen.
Here are some things you could have done:
1. You made it a chore instead of enjoying it. Coming back from a party and doing Yoga isn’t the best thing. It is ideally done with an empty stomach in the morning.
2. There are actually asanas for when you are sick. So you could have tried looking deeper for the asanas that would suit you.
3. Yoga should be most preferably done outdoors so you have fresh breath coming in.
P.S. I am no Yogi but my dad went to this entire organisation for it in India and so I learnt some things.
P.P.S.I hope that was not rude.
Review of the review of 30 days of yoga with AdrieneIs it worth it?… No
Hey Dean, I just want to say that your an inspiration to me and many other Yoga channels I’ve been yoga for 5 years. It has changed my workout ethic. I’ve been doing Power Yoga. I’ve been doing every week Sometimes on weekends I would switch it up by doing Vinyasa Flow.
I just finished day 14 with Adriene and you’re absolutely right about this having a snowball effect. After day 10, I also started doing other exercises and actually stayed consistent (in the past I have not). My biggest issue has been consistency but because Adriene was so gentle at easing me in, it was easier to show up everyday. Whether its the 30 day yoga challenge, or maybe something else, it definitely helps to nurture good habits in general
I’m from Bangladesh.. I Start my Yoga Journey with Adriene in this quarantined days and did my first decern lesson.. Thanks for your push..Stay safe.
Have been following Adrienne for a few years on and off but tomorrow will be 90 days straight with Revolution, Home and True. A very important part of my day.
Keep trying you’ll get it!! Yoga is super fun:) also how do you get your hair like that??? I love it!!!
Hello Kirsten, you really convinced me, I am starting tomorrow
Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️ I have been looking for someone to divulge into this as i have just done my first day yesterday and will be doing my second later today. You have inspired and motivated me to ensure that I stick with it! Subscribed ❤️
I started 30 day yoga during quarantine. I love Adriene’s calming disposition and how articulate she is at explaining. I am totally committed! Loved your review, thank you. Stay safe!
I wanna do this but it’s the 11th so I won’t be able to finish it if I start. I don’t wanna wait till next month tho
I love your energy! Thank you so much for the review. I had already decided to commit to the 30 Day Yoga Challenge prior to watching your video. That you live in Portland and possess an inner light that just shines through in your video had me stay until the end. Thank you. Peace and Blessings.
Yoga is more about spirituality and connecting to your body and balancing energies not just to “get flexible”, being flexible is just a byproduct
If you didn’t get mental and physical benefits of yoga, you’re doing it wrong. Yoga is not meditation, it PREPARES your body for meditation afterwards. Yoga is also about the technique of breathing. Also, no offense, but you’re doing splits entirely incorrectly. Lol. I used to do them that way as well when I didn’t know how to do them at all.
What a wonderful video! So passionate, and I at my daughter’s suggestion am doing Adriene’s 30 day. Bravo for sharing. Though Adriene’s approach is brilliant for beginners, it’s also appropriate for folks who know yoga; she provides levels of effort, and always makes you feel supported.
Wow. Thanks so much. I’m on day 7. I’m loving it soooo much. Tell me, which yoga practice did you go onto after the 30 days.
Hi, please may i ask you for your help, i am entering a competition called the Breakthrough Junior Challenge, and was wondering if you could assist me in improving my video. The video is on my youtube channel.
Kund regard
Grace
Hey! Thank you for your review I did started her 30 day yoga challenge and I find it so awesome. I did the first 9th days and mentally and physically was feeling awesome. Unfortunately I failed to continue with the challenge. But now that my body has been aching after leaving the job that caused all the aches I started again and altho I’m on second day yoga challenge I started to feel a bit better. I’m so going to do the entire 30 days no break between a day as I know it will make a huge difference like you mentioned on your video. I 110% would recommend Yoga with Adrianne. Thank you for your review video!
Can someone guide me to the series shes talking about because she has so many videos…..
I am on day 20 with yoga with Adrienne. I didnt get to have a sexy body but I feel good. My stamina has improved a lot. Thank you Adrienne.
Aww man this is so inspiring. I’ve been trying to get on a 30 day workout routine but I’ve been doing like ultra crazy plyometrics/strong man routines and dying by the end of week one. Maybe I should pick something a little bit slower paced like Adriene’s series….
I’m gonna do 30 days of yoga in 1 day. Challenge for 30 days. thats 11 hours a day.
I’m only on day 2 and I’ve been doing things that I would normally blow off or avoid without as much anxiety! I have a lot of driving anxiety and I’ve driven by myself to run errands twice after not having driven for weeks! This stuff really works and I’m actually working up somewhat of a “sweat” (more heat). I highly recommend it!!!
Small YouTuber here… just discovered your channel and we have almost the same amount of subscribers…..hello
I’ve been following the challenge and doing it after my gym workout in the morning. After this week I have to decide how I will continue to incorporate your training and tips to my regular routine.
Currently on day 19 of Home! Been doing it every single day I started doing it because of miss Corona to keep my sanity, but I already feel like I will incorporate yoga into my routine along with ballet and gym. Love your personality girl ✨
As someone who is slightly older than you, I have some unsolicited wisdom.
Please follow your talents and play to your strengths. If you force yourself to do things which you have no prior expertise in, do not be too hard on yourself if you do not get perfect results. Some skills take a long time to build. And people are gifted in different ways.
Don’t brute force yourself to do something your mind and body doesn’t agree to simply because you want another ‘achievement’.
Best!
Thank You for the review from 2020. I will show up for 30 days of Yoga with Adriene.
When you said, “you don’t want to be in the same place a year from today,” I thought to myself that’s me. I feel like I’ve been in the same place everyday for 10 years; and so I’m beginning the 30 Day Yoga Challenge with Adrienne. Thank you so much for the review.
I took a yoga class at a junior college, I am still trying to get the yoga out of my head. I did so much other physical training the yoga kind of messed up my mental prowess. Just going walking or jogging can help you more health wise, aerobic weight training or circuit training in the gym also is beneficial to your fitness level. Walking does wonders. I did modern dance also for a course and it was interesting, lots of stretches also but just for fun not a religion, I never dance, I just wanted to try something different for exercise. I also liked mime, I took mime in a comedy improve theater course. I don’t know if that is much of an exercise course though. I also tried a body sculpting class, not the best class for a guy, even modern dance wasnt the norm for a guy, there was a few black belt asian guys in the class and one other white guy with his girlfriend. The rest were women. Even yoga was mostly women. I was doing a PE thing, archery, bowling, golf, jogging, weight lifting were my main courses but also took tai chi, another strange class I didn’t want to ruin my mental prowess. Aerobic weight training I think was the class that got me the most fit, but I also took a cycling class or spinning class and we did other exercises, it also got me pretty fit.
I like the way you express . But there are so many videos of her which one is best for a beginner… Hope you will reply… Good day bye bye
You have such a calming personality. I just started this challenge today. I have done Yoga with Tim Sinesi before and I love his videos and I have done a few of Adrienes so I am hopeful I can stick with it. Great video.
I just started yog with Adrianne day 4, i can feel the mind change. I’m looking forward for the physical effect in fortnight:)
we have done the 30 day challenge just from day 1 of the lockdown…everybody complains about lack of sport…i have the feeling i getting better physically every day…can only recommend it!
Ur so cute aw. I googled this cuz I’m doing it too! I’m only on day 4 tho
Yoga is best used to supplement a workout routine. I wouldn’t recommend doing it everyday unless you just really like dedicating your workouts to just stretching otherwise just do it once or twice a week.
I really love her, and have been doing 30 days of Yoga camp already day 15 now.
i did yoga for up to 10 years…and what is my result?i still do yoga the next 10 years so on hahahaah… the might also be with u cute darling✌️
I was so scared she was going to say something bad about it and I had wasted my time thank you for the review!
I feel like drastic, fast exercises and those with weights are mostly for “pumping yourself up”, so I sometimes feel like I’m trying to neglect problems and stress in life (I use exercise nowadays for dealing with anxiety and stress). With yoga, I feel like I’m taking a reality check, and telling myself “yes this is the problem I have, but it’s not bigger than me and I can solve it”
Thank you so much! I have a frozen left shoulder and I’m left handed and so it’s been physically challenging to perform normal movements which in turn has caused emotional issues. Just in one video i am feeling relief! I’m very excited to continue and complete 30 days!
This video was super useful… thanks a lot. I’m on day 2, and really enjoying
You have a background in economics. Are you well read in Marxian economics?
First video but came to say you’re really pretty and seem like an awesome human being.
hot yoga sounds sounds terrible, and not at all what my imagination told me it would be like. Anyway, a very quick story, about being positive. Im at the grocery store today after a challenging 13 hour work day. The boy bagging my stuff, looks at me and says “so, did anything good happen in your day today?” After a quick exchange of pleasantries i head out towards my truck, then it hits me. I saw some of my favorite people today, i was asked to help with something, i smiled. then it struck me, I did have a good day.
anyway, feel free to delete this drawn out comment.
