I would be Inhaling deep breath then holding breath and remembering God by saying Laa-iLaaha (there’s no God) then Exhale and say ILLAL Allah-(But God).

What I’ve experienced is that when people try to eat less, they actually end up binge eating on unhealthy foods because they have deprived themselves. Whereas is they just ate till they were full in the healthy stuff, binging and cravings don’t occur.

It is much easier to lose weight as a white male, you have the money to buy healthy food. He probably does not live in a food desert. There are many factors that play into weight loss. Guys have it easier as they burn 300 more calories a day.

Wasn’t expecting to learn anything new from this video, but it all clicked around 14:14 for me. This is a much more practical /applicable way to think about weight loss.
The gas exchange in the lungs is a two-way system. Unless you are doing a full breath in and out, emptying your lungs completely of air (which is impossible thanks to our anatomy), some of the CO2 that you produce and prepare to expel from your lungs will be reabsorbed through your lung tissue. It is a severe oversimplification saying that you will get rid of ‘x’ amount of carbs in ‘y’ amount of breaths when so many factors affect the quantities of different gases removed from your blood and then expelled from the body.
The content and subject matter of this presentation has been provided in an accessible way, but providing oversimplifications without a disclaimer saying that it is so, may lead to just as much misinformation as you’re trying to prevent.

my metabolism slowed down horribly due to my ultra sedentary lifestyle during uni. I have started exercising 4 months ago, and although I barely lost any weight (in centimetres, too), my fitness and endurance have improved a lot. I just decided I do not want to be tired and unfit like many other people I see around me (gonna be 30 soon!). Since last week I also started to incorporate regular morning and late afternoon walks if I just plan to stay at home the rest of the day. and I try to leave my desk every hour for a couple of minutes when I work.
It has gotten easier and easier for me to convince myself to exercise. And you played a big part in me getting to love exercising but allowing my body to rest for a day or two when it is tired. That is something I could not do before, which is why I think I never stuck to my routine for more than a month before giving up. So far, this is longest I was able to stick to a routine of exercising 4-5 times per week. Thanks you guys!

Its probably been said below and I am late to comment! the latter part, well, I believe if children learned this early on they wouldn’t be learning it to lose weight but to change how their lives roll out and would never gain that unhealthy weight! i seriously need to start listening to this and 2 other more daily even if just once, listening when i’m asleep.
I’ve heard that my whole life. I’m 31 and pound food and am the exact same as I was in my 20s. Sometimes I’m real active and rarely eat…sometimes I do nothing but eat sleep and pound junk food. But every time I go to the Drs. I weigh between 140-160 and my body fat percentage is like 2-4%. I look exactly like my father who is almost 70 and looks at least 10 years younger. He can physically embarrass 20 year olds working construction and volunteering as a firefighter. He wears the same pant size he wore in HS. I’m physically stronger, faster, and can jump higher than I was in my 20s.
This is such important topic, ought to be in every schools early in teaching curriculum
Exercise and diet changes alone will help reduce weight… to know if these frequencies show any noticeable changes to weight, I’d recommend doing what I’ve done..
I did a blind pre diet study with this and lost a good bit of weight without even making changes to routine or diet and then I added this
To change in diet and added exercise and it allows for good metabolic effects.. I also recommend adding Apple cider vinegar to water and over foods daily, as well as turmeric ( mixed with ginger and black pepper as it needs those to have the thermogenic effects necessary.. just Bc ppl buy turmeric supplements Alone doesn’t Do anything for weight loss. However it does still help with inflammation. I also didn’t use these supplements ( also meant to add using coconut oil orally and applying on skin is very Healthy with those medium chained fatty acids.. helps with collagen and elastin properties needed for weight loss for healthy skin That bounces back! Water water water also. Anyone over 150 needs more than the typical rec. daily amount of 88 oz glasses! Don’t forget if anyone’s overweight or above that Weight. U may need 10-12… don’t exceed that though.
But I didn’t add these supplements til after testing 2 separate times of trials, several months apart., this does help physiologically if it’s the correct frequency being used to stimulate brainwave /

Medical research has proven that just the thought of exercising and going through the motions stimulates chemical response in the body that actually does contribute to tightening and strengthening muscles and toning body.. it won’t do much for Cardio as it’s not likely going to increase heart rate and respiration’s in a significant way but it helped me
Im not by standards considered “ overweight “ or obese but results are positive still. Be sure to research into which frequency is best for stimulating the correct physiological effects & give it a try at least for 2-3 wks. Takes 3 wks to truly notice toning of the body. It’s not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs a wk.. unless you’re extremely overweight and supervised by a physician!
I’m doing this after 4 days of binge + purging I definitely gained weight and feel like shit but hopefully this will help (I will update when I’m not afraid to weigh myself)

Over 50yrs its harder to drop the weight even whilst following a healthy and low carb diet regime, also I know I don’t get enough exercise but do drink plenty of water etc…but think its the red wine, a couple of glasses daily which I like! Hi Haylie. Great info, for the past few weeks my temp range has been super low, 95 in the morning to 96 at night, never going above 96.8, a few times even as low as 94.5 in the morning. I never feel cold, energy is fairly low, would you think if I raised my metabolism it may go up? Thanks:)

I was chubby in college (poor diet, no exercise). I lost it all in my 30’s after I had my kids (better diet, fit and active husband) and have kept it off (more or less) for 15 years. What I DID notice in my late 40’s was that my muscle tone was quickly disappearing, so I’ve added strength training. Feeling much better and looking forward to the 50’s. FB has been SO helpful with that. Wrinkles have nothing to do with anything. Still a lot of living ahead, Lord willing.

you might want to look at the work of Dr. Steve Olmos. he has published some studies showing that breathing poorly can cause obesity. first thing to do is use a xylitol nasal spray to open the airway and sleep better and then you start feeling better and eating better. all because of opening airway.
I don’t think the problem is that people don’t know how to lose weight. I think everyone knows it’s about eating less sugar and food, and doing more exercise. Even people with little scientific knowledge understand that.
The problem is people don’t know how to put together healthy meals and snacks. How to prepare vegetables and wholefoods so that they taste good. And people are lazy. And burnt out from work, or overrun with other responsibilities (ie. childcare) so they don’t feel the have the time or energy for exercise.
That’s the problem, mate.

I too don´t believe in what people are selling when they say that their product is “clean”. Clean food is food that is natural and not processed. One question, though. Is coffee that detrimental to health? I tend to drink a cup a day and I don´t depend on it but do enjoy the taste. Just want to know:)

I agree with this. I thought it would happen when I had kids, but I am stronger now than I have ever been.
I suffered head injuries when I was a kid which I partly blame for an appalling metabolism, as well as related symptoms like depression, anxiety and all manner of things. So I never benefitted from a great metabolism, nor did I ever at any point in my life (I’ll be 30 next January) have lots of energy. Getting to a healthy point after all of that is going to be an immense struggle.

Great advice guys! Question: ive been doing all I can to get back in shape and eat more healthier. Ive been eating small 6 meals instead of 3 big meals, drinking a big glass of water in the morning to get my metabolism started etc. But what I want to know now is if my metabolism HAS improved. Are there any indicators that show my metabolism has improved??

In highschool I was 270lbs. Now I’m around 200lbs and the older I get and the more I follow FB workouts, the leaner and fitter I get. And I regularly eat over 3000 calories a day
67 years old now and brisk walking up to 80 miles per month keeps me in fairly good cardio shape but I really do need to work on upper body muscle loss any suggestions, guys??

Hey guys that’s really tough advice to sell, but totally get what you mean. Its a mind thing, and people need to have a total “go for it” attitude and not make excuses at any age… of course genetics is usually the excuse I hear, so “moms fat so I am bound to get fat” yeah right… “my dad has diabetes so I am next in line”… yea yea just excuses but you CAN do stuff ppl, to delay or prevent these stuff from happening. Just want to let Daniel and Kelli know that their videos have helped me get into girl’s track at my school and I use them to help build healthy habits now so I can carry them my entire life. The funny thing is that what motivated me to start working out also was a fear of getting older and having a harder time to work out.
What happens if your metabolism is very slow from many years of starvation diets and minimal exercise? You state that you can keep your metabolism high but is it possible to fix your metabolism when it’s sluggish? Is it possible to fix a damaged metabolism/adrenal fatigue?

I have to push myself to exercise due to a underactive thyroid. Since I was diagnosed /w/ this my energy dropped. But I push myself & once I get moving I’m good. It’s just getting started which is a problem. I enjoy exercising, always did, but now I have this problem & it sucks. I feel terrible at times, but I won’t let it control me

I’m well into my 30s and have been the same weight (48kg) since I was 17. I don’t feel less energetic either. Quite the opposite.
I have always worked out on and off and it was easy for me to lose weight in my 20’s but I was never consistent. Now in my mid 30’s it has been a struggle but I’m not giving up. Thanks for the tip
Hi Kelli and Daniel, lately I’ve been wondering… well I’m sick, I got the flu, I’ve been like this for four days and I haven’t really felt like working out because I feel tired, my eyes don’t stop tearing and my head aches, but should I force myself to work out when sick? (any kind of sick?) or are there other workout options for when being sick?
I can attest, I just hit 40, starting my 2nd kid and with a sedentary job… yeah, I had to make some serious changes to adjust to my lack of “time” to workout out. CHILDREN CHANGE EVERYTHING. But it’s only more time, effort and work, but it’s possible to keep the metabolism up.
I’d say at 30 years old, DEFINITELY 30 years old was when I was smacked in the face by the metabolism reaper! That bastard!

I think what what you you guys are doing with fitness blender is really great. I don’t comment very often but I can tell that you put a lot of work into this channel and that you want to inspire people. I enjoy your videos and have applied them from time to time. I especially love the way you set up the environment to make the focus stay on the excercise being performed. And with the digital logo and next excercise window, I find it both professional and helpful.
What kind of temperature fluctuation are we talking about tenths of a degree?
I’m not sure what the point of this talk is. Firstly, my fifteen year old son already knew this and secondly, the breathing part is irrelevant. If he’d said that by deep breathing, I could lose more weight then that would have been interesting, but he didn’t say that. He said that I’d need to breathe for however many hours to burn off the calories in a bar of chocolate. So we can just substitute ‘live’ for ‘breathe’ because we kind of have to breathe. Essentially he’s just telling us to monitor calories in and calories out and telling us a bit of basic chemistry.

I work out about 3 to 5 times a week on my lower body (specifically for a bigger rounder butt) and for the first year it worked and I have build muscle but I feel like I have hit a peak where even if I keep working out my butt gets toned but not bigger. Is there any way to build more muscle? Or is there a piont where you can’t anymore because of your body type?
I like her moves but was overdone and looked more dramatic than natural.
