My gym has always been at home in my basement never really like going to the gym waiting on machines and wiping other people’s sweat off. My own TV music and equipment
I am gonna lose my fuckin mind! It’s too small in my trailer to work out and too hot outside (108+) OPEN THE GYMS LIKE YOU OPEN WALMART
It doesn’t look as if to many Americans use those gyms! You are kind of LARGE compared to other Gym visiting cultures so it’s definitely about time to open up after closing down because of a fake virus
no its not go train outside or at home like a real strong human, you weaklings
As an alternative to total shutdown allow 5 at a time to work out by appointment for 15 minutes. 1/2 workout is better than none.
i decided to make home gym cause it seems like we cant go to gyms till at least 2021
all i need are 45s plates and pull up bar and a bench
✍No, the gym is not safe… if you need a trainer go remote and rent equipment…

3:57 I can confirm this. Not easy at all to jog like that…
I’m still gonna smash the guns in the gym. No excuses. No surrender. No compromise.
We know what side she and this station is on. Small outbreaks?
The virus is all nonsense. Is big fear mongering. The biggest problem in society is fear. There is nothing at all to be afraid of in life, not even death. Life is just a bonus that we are given
omg..this isnt new why do they act like this is the greatest thing since sliced bread???
Hello viewer from the future, I would like to note that many of us too cringe and giggle at these videos.

I’ve never been to a gym. I’m 43 yrs old and in the best shape of my life. Body weight works better for me and I do it all from home…. Gyms are filthy even before COVID-19
Says some one that probably does does not train. Strong immune system is not achieved by staying at home or creating chronic stress via constant media scare tactics.
The “New Normal” will be liars and traitors swinging in the wind at the end of a rope.
How much my house “shaked”??? Shake is an irregular verb sir. The proper grammatical use would say “How much my house “SHOOK”.
Why such a dumb question, it’s impossible to keep ” social distance ” at a gym.
Most of the corona virus infected victims in Wuhan are contacted through bodily contact like handshake etc. Go to past posting of Global News to find out more.
The gyms have been very responsible about enforcing social distances and changing their equipment around to be safer.
I’d rather train at a gym or swimming pool then train at home it’s not the same training at home
Coronavirus made me realize how dirty gyms are even in good times. You start paying attention to what really happens to gym equipment, like how people use them and how most never wipe them down with anything besides a towel. The typical treadmill or bike is caked with invisible fluid stains. And this is for a decent gym. Your dungeon-type gyms are worse. Kinda makes you wonder how amazing the human immune system really is.

I’m not sure what it’s about………
2:07 That’s what a lot of gyms are doing. I’ve been going to Fitness Hut once a week, usually on a Saturday or Sunday morning because there have always been very few people in the morning. You can only use a very limited amount of lockers by row, same with showers, a lot of equipments have spread out in order to maximize social distancing ( because the gym I go to is pretty small). Just recently they’ve installed a board that tells us the capacity based on arrivals and departures. They have hand sanitizer everywhere and they have spray with desinfectant that you can put before and after using any equipment or acessories like dumbbells, training mats have to be set aside once used and the cleaning staff do a full sweep literally every half hour or so. They are dead serious about keeping people safe. And so far, it’s actually more pleasant since gyms aren’t crowded and a lot less of those types that just like hanging around.
Check Unflexal handbook if you want to learn about workouts much much more.
