Champions of Wellness: Healthy Aging Meet 10 pioneers tackling longevity and promoting health in the golden years.Active Aging Leading, connecting and defining the active aging industry since 2001. Can you help me with this example so that I can understand more…. Mr. Robert 43 years old school teacher married and have 3 children, living in a small town, he is overweight, diabetic, heavy smoker, and he is not practicing exercises, and not sticking to dietary principles. Robert has history of shortness of breath, and sometimes does not take his medications,, How can help him to promote health and wellness and restore health
