Coming from a gf kid these meals are REALLY grown up meals. I also wanted to say if you dont have to go gluten free you really shouldn’t, especially for kids because they wont get the nutrients they need.

There were two girls in my class who always had chocolate bars and chocolate croissants from the bakery and just all the stuff I only got on class trips, and I was so jealous with my wheat bread and cucumber sticks, but looking back, thanks mom for not giving me diabetes. Cause one of these girls got diabetes and the other had to have several milk teeth removed because they were black from all the sugar and little teeth brushing… I still got a bit fat at university because of all the temptation, but I find it easier than others to slip back into healthy eating. Plus my mom forced me to learn cooking when I was 18. I don’t do such fancy cooking as she does, but I know how long a potato needs to boil and that’s something^^
