Oh delicious! Wow 2 of my most favourite ingredients Avacado and Sriracha! Mm thanks James.
Cut up to the yoke, but not into, all they way around and you end up with the whole yoke that just falls out. No need to clean stuck yoke on knife after each cut:)
Those deviled eggs are looking great and I love them so much and have to try making them this way and see how they turn out.
Love love Martha Stewart since I was 10 years old p.s. I’m 36 now.
When I make deviled eggs, I grate the yolks to make a smooth filling. This recipe looks good. I am new subscriber so I will try it. Thanks for this!

hi i am a cook and also have a small holding with chickens and ducks i cook a lot of hard boiled eggs to keep the yolk from going grey just run them under cold running water the trick is to get them to cool as quick as possible. By the way i am using my husbands utube account:) Jewels
I’ve been making avocado deviled eggs for years, but I use different ingredients such as coconut oil, lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper, no mayo.
But why only 11 boiled eggs? What happened to the #12 of the dozen?
Trying this out on some girlfriends tonight. it already has husband’s seal of approval from his multiple taste tests.
Her estate/ farm outside New York is something like 400 acres?!?…..heaven on earth!!
What is that red stuff going in? I bet it’s spicy. I won’t add it but otherwise I will make your recipe. I hate spicy food.
Wow, going to make it right now. Dont really like all eggs so this is great solution. ThanQ
That is a fantastic show Lol. And recipe. It’s great hangover food lol!!!
Awesome idea, next time there’s an event where you need to bring a plate to share this would be great
Grey yolks mean overcooked eggs. Put eggs in pot. Fill cold water over the eggs. Cover and bring to a boil. When boiling, remove the pot from the stove and leave covered for 15 minutes. Then flush with cold water till chilled.

Looks good, I love deviled eggs. Do you have a video on how to make pernil?
You cooked those yolks perfectly. They look creamy and not over cooked + no nasty green ring…I love the idea of blending it with avocado. Plus, I really love avocado =)

My nephew hates deviled eggs…puts ranch dressing in the cavity and calls it “Angels Eggs”. So, I plan to try this and will let you know what he thinks.
He said we will try one eats it hmm it very nice. Ends the video shoves them all in his mouth
LOL….nice one!! Thanks for combining a recipe with two of my most fav food together:D
Do you think if I add bacon bits to it it would go together okay?? Also if we aren’t big spice fans should I cut out the chili part altogether?!
Never have I seen this recipe before, and it looks DELICIOUS! Very different for the people who like eggs but don’t like the smell of eggs. I do eat eggs, only the yolk, not the white, the white feels like pure fat in my mouth, I will eat the white if you put it in potatoe salad finely chopped. My fiancé, don’t like the smell of eggs, so I’m thinking this is a great recipe for him, he loves avocado. I’m thinking about spreading it on a baguette.
Nice and delicious eggs James! Thank you very much to share to all of us your recipes!
Very nice recipe. Please check out my channel A touch of luv and subscribe
i like to add some mustard to this:) i really recommend it:)
Thumbs up! I love how everyone has their own twist on this delicious recipe!
