Glad I found your channel, im a running shoe nerd and got ALOT of shoes aswell, keep it up!
Excellent top 5 Ed, really nice range, recently purchased Adios 5, do you see much difference between it, the SL20 and the Takumi??
Got my Sl20s for £40 off of the Addidas Store, what an absolute steal. They were aready half price and then i found a promo code so got them down from 50 to 40.They arrive tomorrow and Im itching to get a run in them.
Alternating between 2 Rincons-first go with Hoka-Love them. Thinking about throwing some Carbon X in the mixare they similar to the Rincons?
title should be best training shoes… oh i love my nike vaporfly next%
Don’t squat or do any kind of heavy lifting in running shoes.Do it barefoot (in socks) if you have god ankle mobility(you can put 1 kg plates under your heals if you don’t) or use the traditional weight lifting shoes. If you don’t want to be bear foot in the gym,or its not allowed you can use flat shoes like converse all stars for example.
I’ve tried several brands of running shoes and the only ones that work for me are Newton Running and Saucony. Newton’s are my primary running shoes and Saucony’s I use in rotation.
Awesome video I recently got some Xero shoes and have been in love. I use them for running, but also for casual wear too. It is amazing to be able to feel the world and have your feet feel free, but still have protection from sharp stuff on the ground. Check them out! https://xeroshoes.com/go/Phil
ASICS fan here but decided to see what the hype is all about the NIKE zoom vaporfly and no wonder it’s a clear fave on the marathon scene however I do think it’s a bit of a cheat-shoe combined with the awful service at Nike I rather try the other brands..
Normally wear Soucony, but recently gone to Nike vapourfly next %.
The Vapourfly don’t seem to be as good as they are made out to be, so I will probably go back to Soucony.
This is probably unpopular due to most reviews out there, but I recently picked up the peg 37s and as a heavier runner (14st9lb) and ex rugby player with less that ideal knee health, they just really work for me! Plus I got them with 15% off for under £90!
Ride ISO vs Freedom ISO 2. Jami I thought u loved the freedom 2
Great Video! I’m Viva Kreis creator of Her Kicks. Her Kicks is a YouTube channel focused on providing in-depth reviews of women’s footwear as well as custom shoes! I reviewed the Nike Epic React 1 on my channel, it would be awesome if you could check it out!
thanks for this video. so good to hear serious runners have their say.
all these shoes are so expensive here in NZ. such a shame. ill be sticking with whatever I can find on sale. currently in pegasus 35s that I found on a clearance shelf.
Jami, new to your channel, thank you so much for making these amazing reviews and amazing informational videos!!! You remind me of a more handsome young Samuel L Jackson. You should give acting a shot! You can really deliver a line. Sounds like you might have a solid angry voice. Drop a few mother****ers on a Screen test. See what happens! 😉 Cheers!
Having run in most of these, I think your list is spot on… except the sketchers. I can’t bring myself to buying that brand.
+1 Kofuzi
+1 Seth
My Reebok’s are due any day, cant wait! and picked up for £75
After running my first marathon last year, my annual mileage has gone through the roof. I think I’d like to progress from just using an all rounder (currently Mizuno Wave Inspire) to having more than one type of shoe for different distances or paces. I thought I’d start by adding a lower drop shoe for faster shorter runs, but the lower shoes don’t seem to have a stability option. (I pronate slightly and suffer with plantar fasciitis)
Any suggestions for a lower shoe in a wide fit?
Very useful. Just started running again. I over-pronate so will look at the Asics Gel Kayano series but will goto specialist shop for proper sizing.
Just purchased the 1080v10. First two runs have been great! Love them initially. Interested to see how the foam lasts.
Do you have any insight on the differences between the 880, 1080, and beacons? I see the technical specs, but any practical differences/uses (I.e one is a workout vs the other being a longer trainer)?? Thanks guys!
Saucony freedom iso 2 is a favourite. Keen to try the hoka one one Rincon
great video, but running shoes are terrible in the gym, converse actually make great gym shoes, if you’re there for lifting weights anyway.
Great video! Enjoyed it. I have adios for fast training runs, Asics DS trainer for tempo/races and NB 880 for easy. Though NB need a replacement already, probably will check these On Cloudflow they really look good:)
Awesome review…..If you can, like many, only buy one pair primarily for shorter runs (10k max) with some interval training and very rare race days, running on mostly hard surfaces, what would you get? Turbo 2, zoom fly 3 or something else like Carbon X, Rincon, adizero Adios 4 (I Heardissue with 5) of Ultraboost 20? My existing is a Brooks Glycerin which has been good but lost its bounce and wearing out the sole, i want something more reactive, good cushion but maybe lighter and faster. I am definitely more aligned with your last reviewer in how I keep fit but maybe 5-10 years older:)
Great review. It would be nice to talk about shoes for overpronation/stability.
Interesting video. Where do your good self and others buy the top end running shoes? I live in the North East of England and no one stocks any of the shoes mentioned. Iv tried dozens of different shops and outlets and they don’t stock any of the top rated shoes that’s constantly on you tube videos. Any idea why?
Excellent reviews. Middle Bloke, speak slower than you run, please. I had trouble as an English speaker. Viewers with English as a second language need to be considered. Thanks guys!
Top daily trainer? Nike Vomero 14!!! All day, every day!!!
I am honestly shocked that the Beacons weren’t on the list…
Great video! I was actually wondering what song that was in the beginning would love to add that to my running quiver as well 😉
One of top 5 videos of Ed… It ws good compilation for the year…no signoff fav recommendations I thought something got deleted while video upload
I run about at 6.00 minute/Km for 10/12 Km. Do you prefer New Balance 1080 V10, Saucony Triumph 17, or Hoka Clifton 6? Thank you.
Witch is the best recomendation in your plan fof the endorphins pros?
I am thinking about to buy new running shoes and i cant decide between the saucony triumph 17, hoka rincon and nike infinity react. Which shoes do you recommend me, I started training for a marathon about a week and a half now
Wow Edd TC honourable mention? I go to bed with mine on!
And Endorphin Pro 2nd still the fact that you placed a Nike shoe so far down your top 5 says a lot about the quality of the competition! As always, a great review.
Nice selection, I’m intrigued by the SL20 but am worried about the amount of cushioning. Two good choices
I done a gait analysis over 20 years ago in a running shop, I was told I need a stability shoe for some pronation which was fine. I bought a brooks stability shoe recently with the guide rails which rub against my heels even walking in it after a few mile. Previously had brooks without the new guide rails which were fine. I done the wet foot test on paper and I have a normal or neutral foot, shouldn’t I be able to run in a neutral shoe? Any advice much appreciated! Cheers
This was very informative thank you. Have you any opinions on the Li-Ning Men’s ROUGE RABBIT trainers for starting up with running again which at most would be part runs.
You don’t know shoes from Adidas or Nike?…just asking!..
Picked up the SL20 for $44 shipped based off your main review, going on my first run in them tonight!
The new plug for 2020 sneakers is glichi.com girl i absolutely love all the sneakers i got from their site, boujie on a budget lol
just sharing though
I always thought the Turbo 2 was a little more than a daily trainer.. Fast like the Zoom Fly but goes the distance like the Pegasus?
For a shoe that’s supposed to provide a premium option, New Balance 1080 just misses the mark for me. It feels clunky and dull, no response, and nothing to love here. Save that $150 that this snore fest will cost you and look elsewhere. I always hear a “thwop thwop” sound when when foot lands in this one.
The Reebok Floatride Run Fast must only be selling cheaper in the men’s version never seen it at those prices for women ☹️
Epic react flyknit still a great shoe and the react has good cushion yet has some response, is light and also keeps its cushion a lot longer that other foam technologies. 600 miles easily. Many other foams only last 1/2 that in similar neutral shoes.
Altra Torin 4.0 was my favorite daily trainer from 2019, cushioned enough for whatever you wanted to go run, fast enough to use on workout days, and has a really durable rubber outsole that’s grippy in all conditions! Definitely a big sleeper shoe in my opinion!
You guys should have a 60 + year old helping with your evaluations because there are some different factors when you’re a senior.
Okay just to let all you guys know you are sneaker snobs. I grew up in the 70 and 80s and running shoes generally sucked. I have some Nikes that are basically good for life style that honestly would be a good pair of running shoes back then. My favorites are bounce because I have a bad knee and can’t run until they can sow me up and me back together again… I think you have some good choices though
I wouldn’t run in Sketchers if you paid me……. or maybe I would.
My favorite shoes:
1. Asics Glideride
2. Saucony Endorphin pro
3. Asics Metaracer
4. Asics Evoride
5. Asics gel Kayano 27
Ha, so here is a spot for my Asics!
A tiny problem though: the shoe I got in January was a Nimbus 19…
…but it was fighting hard for the top spot honour… with another veteran Adidas (boost something)
Hi guys, great video. Would be keen to get your throughs on Altra running shoes, and more specifically the Escalante model. I’ve used them as a general training and racing shoe (before Nike 4%) for about 2 years now, and have absolutely loved them. They have a nice wide toe box so your toes can splay very easily, and the zero mm drop allows your foot to land where you want it to. I am a forefoot striker so this was a revelation when running in this shoe for the first time. (Not saying you can’t land forefoot in other shoes, these just felt different, just my personal preference). It can take some getting used to, and I know that some people tend to get really sore calves when they first use the shoe and if they are landing suddenly more on there forefoot, so Altra always recommends ‘transitioning’ slowly. But I found them v comfortable out of the box, plus they are very durable. They’re also very versatile I find, and I’ve used them from 5k up to the marathon.
Also in my ‘quiver’ are a disgusting old pair of lime green Saucony Kinvara 8’s. A really light shoe, with loads of cushioning, actually similar to maximalist cushioning like the Hoka’s. They seem to get more comfortable on every run. Reliable workhorses. I’ve also just bought some Reebok Floatride Energy 2.0, they were down to £29 on Reebok’s website (50% of RRP and extra 20% of at checkout but I think the price has snuck up now). They look nice, but not 100% sure what they’re supposed to be, they don’t make me think let’s go fast, and they are not as comfortable as say the Saucony’s, but maybe they will grow on me over time.
At 90kg+ would you recommend the NB over the Adidas?! Looking for an all rounder really! NB have a 15% off code on their website if you sign up to their newsletter for anyone looking to get them! Thanks
Asics Gel-Kayano has been my hero for years to cope with overpronation
Where does the Saucony Hurricane 22 fit with these 5 shoes? I am particularly looking at the 22 vs the 1080.
I had a history of injury in tendon of gastrocnemius, which ASICS shoe is best to avoid injury during road running
Digging the Endorphin Pros, but shocked that SL20 is in top 5 let alone #1. I picked up the Boston 9s to replace my 7s (661 miles) but found it inferior and cheap feeling. It’s like I put on a pair of slippers and am slapping around like Ariel on land before she got
whacha call them? Oh yeah, feetI’m afraid I’d get shin splints from a longer run. Same light strike midsole, although the heels are boost I think. I didn’t return them bc it was also so so cheap ($79 US) that I was coerced by the price to hold onto them. I don’t really have a place for them in my shoe rotation, and there really is no big difference between it and SL20 in terms of use at least. Endorphins now take over, but the 7s are going strong and I’m still keeping them in my rotation for medium runs only (4-8 for me). You’re the best, Edd!Mine are: 1. Brooks Hyperion Tempo 2. 1080v10 3. Brooks Revel 3 4. Nike React Infinity 5. Saucony Triumph 17. Looking forward to trying more speedy shoes to have a more diverse list later this year!
Who are these boys? Did they pick these shoes in their own opinion?
How in the hell can you call yourself a “runner” @ 6:11 if your ass is that big. What do you do run 3K then shove a pizza down your face?
Another brilliant video. Regarding the Beacon V3, I’m not so sure about the durability. I purchased for Beacon V2 a couple of months ago and completely loved it at first. But now, I’m finding exposed midsole is getting pretty chewed up and has lost much of the bounce the it had initially. I’m probably only around 100 miles in the shoe. The midsole pattern looks slightly different on the V3 but not sure if it will have the same issues
I love my Brooks glycerine. Adidas are the most comfortable sneaker ever but I don’t like running in them. Since I’m running my first marathon this year I’m tempted to treat myself to the Nikes, always that they feel right
Very nice and helpful video! You guys just earned another subscriber
I got an suggestion take a marker draw a big toe on the top of the sneaker so when you look down you know where your toe is
1. skechers speed elite
2. nike Pegasus turbo 2
3. nike Pegasus 37
I have the On cloudflow and love them, by far and away the best trainers I have ever had. Just did my first half marathon and felt good

Hyperburst, PWERRN+, Fresh Foam X, React/ZoomX& DNA…it’s going to be a great world out there in 2020 when it comes to choice!
It’s good to see a channel giving On Running shoes some coverage. I don’t run, but I own a pair of the casual On Cloud 50/50. They just reek of quality. Super light and comfortable. Pricey, but well worth it.
Just picked up the Reebok FloatRide Run Fast 2 (same colourway as your pair) and the adidas SL20 in black and orange. Bought both pairs for under £160. I call that a bargain.
Just picked up the Turbo 2 Ekiden colorway and it’s my favorite Nike now!
Thanks Jami for this post-just the thing to help me with the injury blues (tore hamstring at CIM) I like how he has divided up his reviews based on different categories. I think that Brooks and Mizuno both put out functional shoes that will last a lot of miles. Nothing of flashy, just get the job done. I really like the Wavesky Waveknit 3. I have the ISO2 and use it for easy or recovery runs. I am going to try the Skechers GoRun8 in 2020 because I trust Jami’s reviews and they deserve a shot in the rotation. Thanks again Jami for this post.
Through the summer, it was the Hoka Rincon that was my go to trainer. Then I snatched up a smoking deal on the Nike Zoom Fly 2 Flyknit and it became my bread and butter. The response with a slight bounce and lockdown feel of the upper was pure joy. Still rocking the Zoomfly in Dec.
I snared the Endorphin Pro today the moment they were released, and am eagerly awaiting them in the mail next week. Luckily I was quick off the trigger because they only had one pair my size in stock. I will find out if this shoe will be in my top 2020 shoe list.
For now my list is:
1. FuelCell Rebel
2. Novablast
3. Rincon
4. 1080v10
After long long time my old shoes NB 680 go to trash, and I bought adidas solar glide 19 insted of nike air zoom pegasus 36 and to be honest, after first run they are awsom, nike was too delicate… well we will se:D
what shoes would you recommend to prevent suffering from shin splints
Really like the 3rd guys take on the reviews as I am more a gym/running enthusiast
I enjoyed the review but as a forefoot striker with overpronation I’d be interested in a more technical approach, with recommendations with regard to stability and heel to toe drop. Nicks reviews were the most helpful for me. I’m also amazed you’ve got no Brooks, Asics or New Balance in there!
Maybe I have a heavy foot, but I find that the Pegasus Turbo declines as quickly as the Vaporfly, thanks to zoomX foam. I feel like my foot is thudding against the ground after 250km/150mi. I like them so much that I’m on my third pair, though. I’m impressed that you’re able to get 1000km out of them.
Hey guys, got a question. How do the pegasus 36 trail handle on the road. Does the extra grip affect running on roads?
Hi, I am running ten to fifteen kilometers every day, and I am looking for a durable, pair of shoes. For five years I have used Adidas Dragon as I feel good in them and the fact that it doesn’t have thick soles like the most of the shoes. Recently the left sole began to come off so I am looking for something else because I want to protect my knees. What would you recommend? Thank you.
What shoe would you say is best for a flat footed person who just started running I run 5k
Added the Clifton 1 reissue to my lineup for most long runs, MLRs and daily easy training. Don’t think I’ll use it for speed work when I get back to that but solid otherwise. Thanks for the review list!
Expensive plimsolls, companies are charging so much for what costs very little to make
Brooks is like Nissan Altima of sneakers get job done reliable
Very strange not to mention Nike Pegasus, especially considering the price point
I run in Saucony Ride ISO 2’s. I just started running seriously 2 months ago. Some reviews said these were good. I run mostly on the road, but do some light trails occasionally. Should I stick with Ride ISO 2’a when these wear out?
Be careful with the Hokas, I have a fairly high arch and supinate, and the Hokas gave me horrible blisters on the bottoms of my feet. I couldn’t get them tight enough in the middle because they’re pretty much the same width from the back to the toe box. They don’t curve in around the arch so my feet moved around too much in them.
I’m a huge fan of the Brooks Ghost. It’s like wearing nothing. Just wish they would hire better designers. They’re not cute, to put it nicely.
The NEW BALANCE FRESH FOAM 1080 are a great everyday shoes for 5k to 50km (or more kilometers maybe, I haven’t tried). I do all my training in these (even intervals), except races as I am podium chaser, I use carbon plate race shoes on race day. I have had version 7, 8 and 9 and will buy these 10. I have many running shoes but for some reason everyday I go out I always pick these, my feet feel fresh as if I didn’t run. They are underrated, this shoes should me more famous than it is. I believe if more people tried them they would realize how nice they are. All my friends that I recommended them, they have no interest in buying any other shoes.
nice video, finally something with the runner advice, in various style. And not some scripted sponsored top.
This video must have been really difficult to make because you’ve run in so many shoes this year.
My list 1. Novablast 2. Hoka clifton 6 ( only got it in Feb). 3.Reebok forever Floatride Energy 2.0. 4.New balance 1080 v 9 ( only bought in Jan got me through the wet winter). 5.Brooks Ghost 12( Technically last years model discounted due to impending release of the 13). I was looking at the SL20 they are practically giving them away. But I was put off by reviews of them being not cushioned enough.
Loved this video, keep up the work! Looking forward to more videos in the future.
As a huge Skechers GORun fan, these lists are really selling me on the NB1080. May have to jump the fence when it comes time
Great video mate! No Brooks, it’s great to learn about these shoes. What are the best shoe for walking perhaps some jogging?
Hi Nick, good video your have the referral to improve my running. Interesting and factual.
Has Josh just woken up and worn the first shirt he could find around his bed to do this review hahah. Good video though!
About walking in running shoes, the main reason I do not is that they are often optimized for mid or forefoot running (at least the ones I buy), and thus the heel isn’t flat or stable enough for walking and I feel off-balance.
Saucony worked for me. I have inner pronation. Going good till now.
Nice video. Looking for a race day shoe that I don’t have to rob a bank. Running in the fuelcell propel at the moment love it for my every day runs
We’re lucky because all three of you in the room? Introduce yourself.
Great video. Wondering how you all feel about insole inserts. Do you just run with the insoles that come with each of these?
No Peg 37 Ed, its the best shoe i’ve put on this year and will do absolutely anything!!!
THIS is a list of standard DAILY TRAINERS. Here is a link to other categories of shoes.

“used to use for crossfit”.. instead of you know, Olympic lifting shoes, which would be vastly superior.
1 Adios Boston 8 2 Nike Pegasus Turbo 3 Adizero Adios 4 4 Nike Volmero 14
The cushioning and upper on the New Balance 1080 v10’s is spot on. They really nailed it. Never run in Hoka’s, but the Clifton 6 looks like a good time to get on board. Maybe a Saucony after.
Couldn’t agree more on the SL20. I’ve used it for miles anywhere from 9:00/mile to 6:00/mile pace. Feels great.
Sorry, why this typ shoes? Why not Adidas Nike Fila,Fuba?
They all are best not yours SHROT
Great selection, gents I have nearly the same selection Next%, Adizero, Triumph 4, Rincon, Turbo V1, Cloud X. My next purchase is the Triumph 17.
Some people just go “up to da feet” and if we’re honest that’s not far enough. However thank goodness this guy tho, he goes “beyond dafeet” simply incredible!
I killed 5 pairs of ASICS Gel, never again. Now on UA Bandit and nothing else is needed on the tarmac plus, you can find them for 35GBP on sale
Love my Hoka Napali, i guess it’s a poor mans Clifton? And looking forward to the new Speedgoat 4 wide to hit the shelfs in Sweden. Thanks for the great reviews
I run my trail and the roads to the next trail in the adidas pureboost all terrain, I find them great on all so if you need a different pick them they might work for you Kieran
Interesting review for 2020 suggestions but I do disagree with your choices after having used all of those shoes except the ISO 2. The Brooks Adrenalines are far and away the best of them all. Second choice for me is the ASICS Gel Kayano 25 shoes.. They were a little on the heavy side but definitely my 2nd choice. The Hoka Clifftons are a close 3rd and I wish the treads in the Hokas were a little more pronounced for gravel trails. Overall great recovery run shoes. The other two shoes(NB & Saucony) both wore out quickly and seemed very cheap. At first I was very skeptical about the Brooks Ravenas but after many thorough uses they are a definite top 5 pick for me. Rounding out my top 5 is the Brooks Ghost 12 which are great durable shoe to use for speed work..
I personality blew through brooks revel 2 and adrenaline 19 this year and I loved the both of them so much. I’m going into 2020 with Nike oddessy react and I love it
I’m so confused with all these running shoe options! Great video but I’m so lost and can’t figure out what to buy haha
You should be linking in the description to the shoes and profiting off passing through to retailers if a sale is made.
Great display of the uses of running shoes. Clear mentioning of each one with proper specifics of each one. Thank you very much. To the point, informative. Real people. 1 word “perfect”
Jami you’re a goat always delivering what the fans ask for. Thanks for delivering great consistent content.
Any suggestions for treadmill running. I don’t want to hurt my joints!!!
I’m guessing the kid on the left didn’t get his Iron for Xmas after all! Lol
So far, my Mizuno’s and in my case, Brooks Glycerin 17, have both done very well for me since October, 2019. The Ghost 13 is due out this July I think, so stock up on Ghost 12’s if you fancy those. They’re on sale, or should be, everywhere. I want the Triumph 17, but at the moment have just enough running shoes in my rotations. Thanks for your perspectives. Nice job as always!
Nice review lads, I am in the Rincons the upper is great for the QLD weather. Based on your review it seems like the Triump 17 should have been #1 and 1080v should be #2. Either way gonna seriously look at both. Cheers.
Are they saying Nike that way as a shorthand or do they actually think that’s how you say Nike?
any thoughts about the nike react infinity? please answer also love your vids keep up the amazing work!
My shoes are done when I feel both my ankles and knees are getting a bit sore while running. Nothing serious, but the shoes are no longer absorbing my full body weight and are transferring some of it to my ankles and knees. Keep a log of how much distance you put on each and when you start to feel like the shoes aren’t giving you enough cushioning, pay attention to how your ankles and knees feel. 500km 800km is a pretty decent barometer for training shoes. (not racing or other specialized shoes)
What are those black and red Asics behind Jamison??? Please help lol!!!!
Thanks chaps, a very good video and great info from 3 different runners
Thank you guys! This was extremely informative, might go with the Rincon or Triumph as my next purchases because of this video
Great video guys! Really liked the dynamic of having 3 people of various running “aims” so to say. Been an on/off runner the last year or so but really getting into running regularly now, can you guys tell me your opinion on the Asics gel cumulus 21 if you’ve used it please?
I actually have the endorphins and the SL20 in the mail
No way it beats the Saucony triumph 17. This has to be in the list. Truth.
If that guy in the middle is going to be giving more reviews in the future, he really needs to speak more clearly.
Hey Jami, my weight is 68 Kg, and I actually run at 6.00/km 3 times in a week for a total of 30 km. Do you think Triumph 17 could be a good shoe for me or is it heavy?
Thank you.
I can’t comment on many 2020 vv shoes Edd but the endorphin pro have my vote✊
Wow!!! I feel like I’ve just won the lottery. I have a pair of SL20’s coming today, and they only cost $59.98. I was paying that much for running shoes 30 years ago.
just subscirbe:) is there any shoe that u recommend for wide stability shoes? as for racing flats i only know nb 1500 for wide cutting. would u recommend me to get standard cutting light weight shoe which will be too narrow for me for speed work? or should i use a daily trainer like the saucony guide 13 for speed work?
I gotta say that ultra boost are good for long runs i used it for a long time it was durable comfortable well cushioned….and most of all breathable and right now i got adizero adios as my race shoe
What running shoes you recommend for women? I need a pair that is light and comfortable which can help me run for a long distance without being painful. Thanks a lot!
футболку погладь и кепку на 2 размера меньше одень!!!! Я худею от нынешней молодежи….
Hey Ed! Thanks for this video! But what about the infinity reacts? I thought you loved that one?
My Brooks Glycerin still the best shoe i’ve put on my friend got blisters after running on SL20
New Balance Fuel Cell Propel. Best daily trainer of 2019 for me.
Coole Video, I go every week to the football pitch for running and then I use the Ultra Boost from Adidas: https://amzn.to/3088zj4. This sneaker is comfortable and looks great and sometimes I wear it also at school
Looking for max cushion shoes, shortened the choices between infiniti run and clifton 6. Wonderin which one you reco. Thanks and keep great content videos coming
Gotta put the Reebok Floatride Forever Energy on this list. You can grab em for less than $40 when Reebok throws a code! Every time I wear them within a few steps I am reminded of how far superior Floatride foam is over everything else. Even far better than Hyperburst in my Razor 3’s. It’s just such a great sensation and you really fell like ur floating. Everything else feels like a dead pillow. Floatride is the best.
What shoe would you recommend for long runs? I don’t like my Gliderides so much and the Novablast could be a bit unstable.
What’s your favourite shoe to run in? Do any of these take your fancy? Tell us in the comments
Hope adidas sticks with the SL20 concept and does not botch up future models. Would like to see more colorways too.
Thanks for the reviews!
It’s cool to look back but kinda pointless…. the major shoe companies will all be changing their shoes in the next 20 minutes anyway so even if you found your favorite shoe ever it’ll be gone by the time you need your next pair anyways… so annoying for those of us that live in reality with a budget and can’t buy a lifetime supply of the ones that work for us… look at the Clifton… you got the 6 after quite sometime since the 1… while you had to go elsewhere to find your thing… who’s got the time and money to play the games… I’m trying to spend time running not working to support my shoe habit!
Guys what do you think about the HOKA Carbon X? On par with Next% or no? Can’t buy them anywhere. Worth the hype? Thanks. Great video, my first watch:)
I just bought the Adidas and the Hoka Rincon… Waiting for them to arrive.
Also ended getting the Hoka Challenger ATR 5 Wide as well.
And a Garmin Forerunner 245
And some vests…
I hope this gimmick turns into a decent hobby!
Thanks for sharing this video. I just ordered one of the shoes from your list of best running shoes and they are really great. Here is a list of best road running shoes as well. Check it out here: https://www.fitnessattention.com/6-new-stability-road-running-shoes-womens-running/
Amazing video, great work guys, I will be watching any future videos!
“You have outdone yourself with this video Ed!” I’m digging the vote for Pedro shirt.
1. Saucony Endorphin Pro
2. Skechers Speed Elite (late 2019)
3. New Balance Fuelcell TC
4. Reebok Floatride Run Fast 2 (wish it was just a bit wider in the toe box)
5. Skechers GOrun Ride 8 Hyper (late 2019)
Ed, what is the sizing like on the SL20? I fancy getting a pair but usually find Adidas to be on the small side. I’m a UK 10.5 in the Saucony Triumph 17, a 10.5 in my Zoom Fly 3 but 11 in New Balance Rebel. Not sure whether to buy these in an 11 or an 11.5 if they are even smaller than usual?
Great video, thanks guys. My shoe rotation is epic react and peg 35 shield for easy runs, peg turbo 2 for fast training and completed my first half marathon in them. I’m waiting on a pair of ASICS Glideride for long runs as I am training for my first marathon. I’m not buying another pair of shoes, so which should I race the marathon in? Turbo 2s or glideride?
At the table, the middle guy, holding the Zoom pegasus 36 outdoors in the woods, may i ask what green jacket your wearing? I can see only TERR….letters
Kinda surprised not to see the Reebok Floatride Energy here, based on the price point ($100) and your glowing review earlier this year.
Great video Edd. I love my Boston 8’s and look forward to trying the SL20’s.
Any recommendations for heavy runners @245lbs doing upto 10k
I don’t like Nike. The toe box is too short and the heel is too big. They are for a very specific footed person (stubby toed, big heeled). Hokas all the way. I can fit insoles right on top and they fit perfectly.
I think the reason adidas SL20’s got early discounts is the SL series historically coincides with the Olympic years (eg SL72, SL80). With the Tokyo Olympics moved to 2021, I think it messed up the project/concept. So there might be an SL21 instead, or whatever new model which will serve as a replacement.
I have 100% flat fleet & over-pronate wildly. Started running February,I ran my first 400 miles in my old brooks adrenaline GTS 15’s got over 400 miles before I started to feel pain after each run. I got the GTS 20’s and I think I’m somewhere around 250 miles and every run my left knee and right hip finish with a mild pain. I liked the 15’s more. I just want to be able to run tons of miles in one shoe. I love running now but the thought of needing new shoes every two months is a turn off.
Hi, I currently have a minor cartilage problem and was wondering what shoes you would recommend that would reduce the impact of running but also not be too soft. I run on road for around 3 miles 3 times per week, aiming to able able to run 10 miles.
We don’t get skechers in UK. Unless you order of amazon and add another 100 dollars. It sucks. Because everyone loves it not one bad review.
I’ve just ordered some pegasus 36 ultra wide for £42 (nike sale) fingers crossed my feet are wide enough.
Why not just use the same shoes for training and racing to avoid different feelings??
Boys I got the NB 1080 V10s last month as my easy and long miles shoe. I was starting to feel like I needed to show a bit more love to my feet and joints. They are unbelievable bloody shoes. They go on like a glove and are such a smooth and cushioned ride. Proper plush. I actually used to hate my easy runs, now I bloody them. Treat yourself to these badboys. And the uppers are also really comfy.
We are Onemix outdoor brand shoes, we have Offical shop on aliexpress, Amazon, Ebay,Wish etc.
we want to do some cooperation with you, If possible, pls give us your contact information.

You didn’t review enough budget shoes, the ones you picked are far too expensive for most, between £80-£30 price would be good
Carbon plated are the best running shoes though. So very dumb you are. What you should’ve named it is best training shoes.
Eddbud: If money isn’t an obstacle which would you buy for training the Endorphin Pro or New Balance TC?
She is such a beautiful woman. Her attitude is on point, funny giggly, she let’s the guy speak, not interruptions. Her smile My oh my
Great vid again my friend. That’s a really nice wish list too I do really fancy getting the Saucony Endorphin Speed when they come out, whenever that will be
Clifton 6 it’s where it’s at
Btw this list with shoes for runners. Will joggers get different list or do these work for us too?
But looking at the pictures of C7. Hm, I’m not looking forward of the changes. Nike style heel collar. Hope it doesn’t cause heel slippage as Pegasus does. Dunno why hoka is changing the heels. First SG4 with lowering of it and now Clifton 7.
I HATED the ultraboost 19. How is the adizero adios 4 compared to the ub19?
Hi. This is a question for Nick: Are the Saucony true to size or 1/2 size up? I also run in Adios and go 1/2 size up whereas true to size with Nike. What are your thoughts?
Do whatever is right bro, don’t get negativity from a-hole to your head.
Great video, Edd!! I have to get my hands on the SL20 to give it a crack. If you get a chance I’d recommend you try the Saucony Ride 13 I’m realllllllllly enjoying it. the Ride 13 may be my favorite shoe of 2020 so far and that’s with me owning a pair of the endorphin pros just because of the versatility and price point. The Endorphin pro is of course miles ahead of it in almost every aspect, but it’s a pricier and specific shoe that I can’t enjoy as often.
Thanks for this guidance However I didn’t hear what kind of shoe wearer you are (neutral? Overpronation or supination? )
Can someone help me out! I’m a freshman and did cross country and now I average 5:30 mile so now I’m doing track and the event I will be doing is 1 mile and 2 mile. Does anyone know some good trainers to use. I was looking at new balance 890 v7, beacon v2, fuel cell rebel, and zante pursuit
I have been looking for some racing shoes for 5km and 10km distance and I have taken an interest in the Saucony Type A9. After seeing this I may end up having to by them. I would have preferred the Saucony Endorphins but they are slightly more expensive and not available in my size
Top notch @eddbud. Agreed on the list. The Endorphin Pro will be worth picking up for sure. Excited for that Adizero Pro too!
I run in asics keyanos maybe I should try one of these who knows might end up enjoying them better
Just ordered some Nike zoom peg 1. I’m usually a 9.5 they seem to be a little loose at toe end. Would most people stick at this size or go down a half size?
What time of year does the newer models come out and the older models are reduced in price?
Love the way you describe the runners with humour, makes one listen. Which one is good for someone who needs a stability runner as have high arches. Dont run like I used too but with this video want to get back in the race again.
What type of running shoes dis u recommend with wide feet? Thank you
What do you think about bondi 6 of hoka. Better from kliipton?
No DVD’s or CD’s today. I was looking forward to seeing another pick from my collection showing up in yours!
Great video guys! Love your channel. Keep up the great work!
My favourite shoe is the Hoka Arahi, made me love running again.
It would be cool to make a video comparison of boost and lightstrike!
I have been on a mission to find a long run shoe that will hold up for 20-30..so far I’ve tried most of the ones I’ve heard reviews recommended to date..in order of the ones that my feet can tolerate without causing excessive heat or pain to bottom of feet..some can’t last 3 k before I want them off
1.Skechers razor 3
2.NB rebel
3.Hoka rincon
4.Hoka clifton 6
5.NB beacon
Those that failed,some drastically..
Saucony triumph 17
Acsics nova blast
Every nike from next% down
Most hoka-most NB-all skechers except razor 3
Racing will start for me on july 18 with 1/2 marathon..will be a lot of races to meet my normal 40 a year..best of luck to all as races start up again..cheers
Jami, NB Beacon or Pegasus Turbo 2? Also, what’s Emily Hiller’s channel please?!
Please do one on analyzing the wear patterns of running shoes and when it might be time to get new ones!!!
Im brand new to this channel, and subscribed before the whole intro was over!
Very great content!!
As I’m currently suffering with a bunch of foot issues I’m focussed more on shoes that reduce my pain levels.
Out of all my 15 or so pairs, the clear winner is the Reebok Panthea. It’s been a revelation. I don’t know why but both my plantar and seismoid pain is geatly reduced in them. For comparison I struggle to run more than 10k in the Triumph 17 without problems.
Honorable mention to my old Brooks Ghosts. 800km in and still comfortable…,I can’t comment about the ‘80s or ‘90s. I regard anything after ‘79 as the future!
I pronate, am a size 10.5 d, wide feet,i do little interval running outdoors, and use the gym for working out, i need a stability trainer, recommend any please
Can we get Mary Beth’s top shoes of 2019? Jami, you know we love you but we need more Mary Beth!
I’m a “beginner” runner I’m 21 I did football and wrestling in high school but I want to go SF in the military and want to run long distances, any tips or shoes to get? I’m not the greasy long distance runner, even diets? I’m 5”11 220 muscle but wanting to cut too 200lb or even 190lbs if anyone can help
Interesting choices especially with no sign of the Metaracer or NOVABLAST which surely would be FOD Runner’s #1:) I perhaps am going to be boring and still put 2 shoes first out last year NEXT% 1st as I just love running it and works well for me at all up tempo paces and have bought more pairs of them then anything else of late. 2nd is Turbo 2 which have had 3 pairs of going strong. Good for pretty much anything apart from perhaps race day with the NEXT%. 3rd think will say TC. Initially did not like but has proved a good option for long runs. SL20 is an interesting one. I might put it higher than 4th but as it only goes to a 12.5 I feel I would like a bit more room but agree for the price it is a very option. TBH I think it is low as adidas have lost their way and spent far too long thinking everybody still wants an Ultra Boost what 7 years after they came out. If I had them the Endorphin Pro, Metaracer, Hyperion Tempo (although on the way) may well be in there but as not yet tried them can’t really vote for them. 5th might be toss up between NOVABLAST, 1080v10, Peg 37 as all similar if somewhat unexciting daily trainers. 1080v10 was working well but last run in got a huge blood blister and not worn since although could have been the socks. As such perhaps will lean towards the NOVABLAST for 5th. So of the shoes have used this year then NEXT%, Turbo 2, TC, SL20, NOVABLAST. AlphaFly not found fantastic yet and the NEXT% just fits me better and yeah I have run in it and I do feel the extra weight almost 60g for me in a UK13.
I refuse to budge from 1996, I’m with you Edd I’ve not run in the SL20, but does it really deserve to be above the Endorphin Pro!??
Damn jami I’m surprised you didn’t mention the Asics Gel Cumulus 21
Great review Edd . New balance fuelcell tc my favourite so far for faster and longer runs.
Under amour still good as running shoes like fortis 2 model?
Great list… if you have a contact at sketchers, tell them to make their shoes more available in the UK, we have such a bad range to choose from and their website is cr*p!
Lol what you basically suggested at the end is what I do. Buy the version of a shoe that came out the yr before that is still great but muchhhhh cheaper
Looks like a solid list.
I didn’t have 5 shoes for viewers’ Top 5, but I posted my 3.
✌♂️
Are the newbalance 1080 v trainers good for an elite athlete?
oh you got rid off all the top brands such as ”air” gimmic, good job:)
I know the New Balance 1080v10 are a late 2019 release, but I gotta put them on my list as a top daily contender. They may not be as fast as my Peg Turbo2, but they are equal to Peg 35/36 speed wise. They are also more comfortable/plush than the Nike. I am a big fan of Nike running shoes, probably some of my favorites.
I absolutely love the first Pegasus 35 Turbo…more comfort around the heel…
What are your thoughts about Allbirds Tree Dashers? The brand is getting popular in USA.
May I ask for the difference between React Foam and ZoomX Foam? I can’t decide, but I do like React Foam (Epic React) more than Zoom Air Foam (Pegasus).
Hi Anna, Nick. I just buried my old Reebok shoes and need to buy sth. I’m not a type of marathon person, I run 50-60km per month, mostly gravel. It’s not my first choice sport. Can you advise sth? Budget 50-80$. I was thinking (and are available now in the budget) about: NB m890v7, Reebok Runner 3.0, Nike Downshifter 9 or 10, Nike Revolution 5.Or maybe you have something better in your mind?:) Will be grateful 😉
Top shoe for me has been the Nike Peg Turbo 2! The midsole feels great. Makes me wonder what the Next% feels like.
25cm is my actual foot length, so what size do i have to buy??
Could you guys suggest a running shoe that can be weather resistant?
I was scared my shoe wasn’t gonna be on here but it’s literally the first one ahah
Why did they remove the beacon v3 from all selling websites in ?
Watch the New Ultraboost 21 here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyNs-bBuVI4m5yafwussm4g. Just found it by chance.
why there are no minimalistic barefoot shoes, I mean its the healthiest for feets
Rincons>clifton 6 for daily
Beacons> peg T2’s..
GRR8 is just too heavy for what it has to offer. Mind as well run in UB19 if you just want comfort.
1. Asics Novablast
2. Nike Turbo 2
3 Nike Vomero 14
2021 will be a two shoe rotation, max cushion type and a tempo shoe. I don’t race but if that endorphin pro ever sells for half off, it seems versatile enough for a tempo shoe. It is the best looking shoe of 2020 for sure.
Glad to hear Mike runs in barefoot shoes and that I waited until the end of the video. Was just about to write a post that wouldn’t have gone down well!! Look forward to watching the video with Mike.
Brooks Adrenaline have been my go-to shoe for years, but they’ve started to let me down recently. I feel like they wear out quickly and I developed a hamstring injury. I just switched over to Asics GT-2000 and I’ve been in love with running again!
My adrenaline’s fell apart within the first week of my running.
Is the Nimbus Lite good for a heavier runner (80-90kg)180lbs +aprox?
loved the advice im getting a quiver today haha great straight up discussion -would like to know how any of you feel about brooks, thanks guys coolio.
I need recovery running shoes for my recently stress fractures tibia, what’s your suggestion? I am thinking about NB FC Propel, Hoka Rincon, or Pegasus 36. Which is better for my condition?
Just bought Brooks Glycerin 17 you are all fantastic! Keep it up.
1980s Endorphin Pro? I don’t know about that. I was wearing the canary yellow Nike LDV and had a tone of them bought from every shoe store that still had them stocked and gathering dust in their backroom. No, no, the Endorphin Pro is a fast looking 2020 shoe in my eyes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRDdsImH4Ws
Awesome video I recently got some Xero shoes and have been in love. I use them for running, but also for casual wear too. It is amazing to be able to feel the world and have your feet feel free, but still have protection from sharp stuff on the ground. Check them out! https://xeroshoes.com/go/Phil
Love the clifton and bondi 6. But skechers is great too…..razor just needs a new upper
I have a pair of brooks ghost 12 with a custom insole. My feet no longer hurt after long walks/ runs
ASICS Roadhawk ff 1 from 2017. Best 10-20k Running Shoe ever
Very helpful video for a running newbie like me. I find the choice of shoes a bit over whelming and so far have stuck with Asics for both road and trail running shoes. I have a vestibular disorder that makes running on a treadmill very unpleasant so I’ve not felt able to go to a shop for gait analysis advice on shoe choice.
Thanks for very valuable information, guys! REMARK: To make timestamps clickable, replace. with: @ 3:23 instead of @3.23 as example.
Yo jami, i was thinking when you passed that guy with the vaporflys in the half you just ran. if he wouldnt had them you would had passed him before that if you know what im saying %s slower . Great review. I got my clifton 6 Boston 8 for that straingh in the heel and faster days. And my go to for my own personal best 4%s and next always puts me in the race state of mind that any other doesnt. I am a non elite just like you but for fun.great job
I’ve been running in ultra boosts butbive had these shoes for about 3 years. I recently decided to buy Hoka Rincon since I think I’m starting to take running more serious, I’m quite excited to try them!
Some diff ones thrown in there than I’m used to seeing on my fav review channels, like the on cloudflow and controversial ultraboost. The list maybe has an identity problem between best of 2019 and best for beginner runners.
I did like that this is the only video I’ve seen advocating for the turbo peg over the peg version only which I agree with. It’s worth the price for the turbo. The only other weird omission was the new balance beacon which seems to be on everyone’s list for best or second best daily training shoe of 2019. It feels weird that the cloudflow is in the daily trainer list over it.
I’ve heard Skechers are tough to get in EU, but I’m a huge fan of hyperburst. Skechers would add a lot of options with the max road 4, go run ride 8, and razor 3. I like the max road 4 with hyperburst over my turbo 2’s with zoomx and react foam. The turbo 2’s are still my second fav shoe, but I can see why conor from running warehouse and seth james demoore have the max road 4 as one of their fav daily trainers of 2019. There’s not enough hype about it online.
Have you guys ran in the New Balance Beacon? If so, thoughts? How do they compare against something like the Rincon?
Let’s be honest with each other here, none of these shoes “look” good. The peg 37 looks decent, that’s it.
Havent tried enough Hoka this year (only the rincon) but the propel and the beacon v2 sold NB to me this year! Been disappointed with Nike sadly!
Nice video guys! Wondering what your thoughts are on the Saucony Peregrine 10s… haven’t heard anyone review them.
“best running shoes” or most expensive, most popular? there is a HUGE difference!
Glycerin is great for walking but running causes so much fatigue in my calves. My feet sink in so much they’re just awful unfortunately. Ghost 12 are legit though.
Did you even consider ASICS gel Nimbus 22? Surprised it wasn’t on the list.
He’s right about the Ultra Boost’s. I’ve had a pair for a couple of years amongst over trainers and they are still really bouncy.
Great reviews guys. Quick question for Nick, I have the Rincons and love em. I like the look of the Adidas adios but hear the sizing is small, just wondered what size you wear in the rincons and adios so i can add them to my quiver. Many thanks.
My feet are being torn to bits i am pretty sure its my running shoes, any suggestions?
You never mentioned the cave man shoe! A bit of rabbit skin wrapped in parcel string sorted! Catching the pesky wabbit is the hard bit.
I do love my peg turbo2, i bought 2pairs of it. Soft and lightweight
I don’t know anyone who produces as many videos as you, Edd. I’ve had to quit my job just to keep up with them!
1. Nike zoom Pegasus turbo2 is a easy No1 spot for me 2. Nike vaporfly next% 3. Nike zoom fly 3 4. Adidas sl20 5. Nike fly flyknit
ABSOLUTELY I AGREE WITH JAMI SKECHERS GOrun RIDE 8 BCOZ I HAVE A PAIR OF THAT ONE NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE OF $114
Great channel, keep up the good work! This video covers top end & budget but how about a mid-range review £30 to £70 which is where my budget is at.
NB 1080 is a great all-around shoe with really good stability. Affordable, too.
I use the adios 5 right now and love them I’m waiting for The Adizero Pro for racing
no Nike Vaporfly? no Adidas Adios? no Reebok Floatride? no New Balance Beacon? No Turbo 2? No zoom fly? Pegasus 36?
1. Vaporfly Next% so light, so fast!
2. Nike Zoom Pegasus 35 Turbo (Yes; it’s from 2018 but I have 6 pairs, sadly my 7th was lost in transit from Nike:( )
3. Hoka One One Carbon X (I don’t normally like a firm shoe but after a few kms into a run these are set it and forget it)
4. Asics Novablast (Great all-rounder)
5. New Balance FuelCell TC (It would be a little higher if it was more stable)
Honourable mentions:
Nike Epic React Nice fitting upper and good for most runs.
ASICS GlideRide superb upper, smooth ride
New Balance FuelCell Rebel great tempo and intervals shoe
New Balance 1080v9 solid daily trainer and long run shoe.
im a lil confused between SL20, Adios(5) and Boston(9), on how exactly are they tiered, and what are their intended good for (distance/comfort/plush).
All 3 have seems to have low stack height
Great review guys! Are you the follow up to the three amigos? 😉
I use GLYCERIN because I have ankle problems and Achilles tendinitis. I run XC for a NCAA division 3 school. These shoes have given me the support I need to run 5 k and so I can finish every practice without pain. I would recommend these shoes to runners that have problems with their Ankle, Achilles and any other foot issues
I couldnt help but to notice her accent and how she pronounces Saucony’s and adidas. Very attractive. Just sayin. I digress.
Does the GlideRide qualify as a daily trainer? I’d put that up with the Turbo 2 (isn’t that lightweight?) and Carbon X (or is that lightweight?). I’m CONFUSED.
Looked for the SL 20 couldn’t find it less than £70plus where is it £50
Just bought some Brooks Glycerin 17 as a treat for beginning C25k in November to being able to run Half Marathon distance now. Thank you for the advice.
What’s the difference between a training shoe and a racing shoe?
Why doesn’t the Type A9 have a time stamp in the description box?
Why don’t Brits pronounce the E in Nike? Even in Greek it’s not a silent letter
I just discovered the best shoe to run in! It’s the one that you don’t think about! Yey!
This video is why I love this channel something for everyone, including us heavier runners.
Having said that, a (not heavy) friend ran the Paris Marathon in a pair of Ultraboost and raved about them.
I’m still trying to find that one shoe that can work for me for long distances.
Adidas causes injuries has no support, is slow, and cheaply designed. Compare it to others like Brooks, New balance way better
Thumbs down for not reviewing the Asics GlideRide. Would’ve been nice to see a comparison with the Nike Vaporflys
Question, I’ve only been running for a year and I’m on my third pair of Asics Cumulus Gel trainers. I’ve only been running 5k’s and 10K’s but am training for my first half marathon and will be doing a full marathon within this year. Should I be using more than one pair of running shoes? Should I have special race day shoes like these? Would it hurt me to use the ones I’ve always used on such long distances? I’ve run 10 miles in mine before and it hasn’t been much of an issue except for leg fatigue (which I imagine is typical when increasing mileage) but would it behoove me to invest in a better pair of race day only type shoes for longer distances? ♀️
Great list edd. Good to see value came into play on this one. So, how’s the dealeo sounding on the 32 piece set?
people spending so much mone on shoes while im just here using one pair of vivobarefoot shoes
Watching these Running Channel videos, I always notice the differences between British and American English. Y’all talk about “Huka”, “Ah-sics” and “Nike”; over here, those are “Hoh-ka”, “Ay-sics”, and “Nikee”. Also, no one I know tries for a “PB” we go for a “PR” (personal record). As Oscar Wilde said, we are two nations divided by a common language.
I’m one of those that just didn’t feel the SL20 had the cushion necessary for daily miles or anything over 13 miles. I would of liked to see the drop of 10mm go to 8mm and give the forefoot that 2mm in stack height cushion. Outsole was perfect as you would expect from the continental runner. The upper felt cheap and overall length with all adizero range was short. So the weight of 230g for a 8.5 was actually 230g for a size uk8. Basically strip the heel cup down a bit, add a softer upper material’s, drop the drop and add the stack height in the forefoot. Other than that like you said the price to shoe ratio is astounding
Just picked up a pair of Hoka Cavu 3. Feels very good, but I wonder how much diffrent the Hoka Rincon is? Have you guys any experience with the Hoka Cavu 3?

i really adore hoka one one rincon, but some reviews said that the outsole wore off really quick….. some say below 50 miles…so i choose brooks glycerin 17 for my daily run
I loved my hoka stinsons but sadly they are worn completely out. I currently run Brooks Ghost 12s and am trying New Balance 1080s. Still miss my Hokas.
What about saucony freedom iso 2? Thanks you for these tests, you do really good job 😉 cheers from Czech
clifton 6 has an arch problem, it cuts in my feet. I love the arahi3! they are perfect.
Hand over all of the trainers to ROSE ANVIL for a construction analysis…..

I bought my mizuno wavesky 3 sneakers 2 days ago and I’m wondering if buying a whole size bigger shoe was a mistake (I am size EU39, bought 40). Now, the problem is that my food is thin/narrow and my feet are so sore from walking in these comfy shoes because my feet feel like straining when walking. I took a short walk, and they are in pristine condition so MAYBE I could exchange them for the smaller ones (in which my big toes show a little bit)…ugh, I am torn and very unhappy with my purchase because I didn’t take the time to try om a few different models before buying them:( Any advice on the sizing is welcome.
Update: I returned them and got Nike Legend React 2s..they are perfect… Mizuno might be “the best” for someone with a wider foot, but not for me.
Mine are Brooks! has helped tremendously with different foot issues!
