Another great year with great reviews man! I picked up the Anarchy Demon last year based on your review and loved it. This year, I picked up the Worth EST comp balanced bat about a week ago (just before your yearend review) and I have to agree, after a short BP session, the twig was crazy hot. I’m in the market for picking up one more bat this year.. an end loaded one. I was leaning towards either the 2020 Worth Ryan Harvey Krecher or the 2020 Louisville Slugger TPZ. Are you reviewing either of these? Can you give a tip of the cap to either?

I used the Adidas Ruckus 12 all season and loved it….took a few swings (100+) to break in but it has great pop, short barrel and great durability…this is coming from a Miken user too….too bad Adidas got out of the bat game but Suncoast has picked up for them…that could be your next review!!

Did you weigh the bats before you started? I just bought my daughter a 33/23 Ghost, but it actually weighed in at 24 3/8 oz. �� One of her old Demarini’s weighed in at more than an ounce under what it was supposed to be, and it broke in about a month. It sure seems like the quality control is lacking at the Chinese factory all these bats are made at. Also, I’ve always heard that the ASA Ghost is hotter than the USSSA Ghost.

Is 2019 Lloyd a 12” barrel? Most sites i look on don’t have barrel length listed. I know the 2018 Lloyd was a 12”. I can get one for super cheap so Im gonna pull the trigger as long is it’s a short barrel.

i swung the z1000 and was holding it the right way and i would still take my 2018 miken hybrid all day over the z1000
I broke a freak Patriot in the first batting practice that I bought the krecher and the freak Patriot broke on my first day of BP after about 30 swings and now my creature has 2 nights of League and about 10 batting practices so 600 swings on it and I found it to be the most durable and nicest USA Battle of the Year

Great Video! Ours likes the Prism after being mostly a Quatro (early version) fan. Just recently we got our hands from a family friend a brand new CF-4 and a CF-5 Black (there Daugher never used them and were sitting in the closet) and she doesn’t even swing anything else now. She loves the older bat feel so much more. Unfortunately I couldn’t get her to have the same feelings about older music. LOL!

These KP23 bat’s have always had problems with cracking early and easily. I won’t buy them anymore. You guys need to get into some of the Anarchy models. (pitbull)
There’s a reason most college teams use the ghost….been to several different usssa events with all different age groups…. the ghost bat is very popular and performs better than any I’ve seen… Time to go ahead and get us one

For me I have found the prism to be better if you are a line drive hitter and the ghost to be better if you are a power hitter. Both are good bats but you have to know your type of swing first. You should also swing both bats before you buy anything to see if you like the feel if one better.

I wish you would have done this a month ago because i got a kp and it cracked on my 15th swing. Its gas but the durability is suspect at best

I got the 2020 dual stamp when it came out in june no problems at all durability no issues. The usssa ghost does sound different than the 2020 but I will say the 2020 seems to have more pop. I picked up blue ghost for less than 200 as my daughter will be heading to highschool ball after summer travel and that thing is super hot

Just bought the Z1000 based on this and your other video, found one on clearance for a great price. Hopefully it hits the hotdots well. I’ve been using a 2018 Mizuno Crush and getting 340-360ft shots with it so it’s going to be interesting to see how it compares to the old Crush.

My daughter went from a DeMarini CF8 Insane, which in my personal opinion is by far the best Insane made due to durability and pop and now swings a 2020 Ghost. So far no issues with the durability of the Ghost. It’s super hot out of the wrapper. It’s def very end loaded. The -10 actually feels like a -9. If your daughter isn’t a true power hitter, you need to consider a more balanced bat. Easton def put work into the 2020. Very pleased so far.

The USSSA bats you mentioned are all end-loaded. Is that your preference? For a guy like myself that’s looking to purchase a new bat; balanced are more comfortable for me. Would the balanced versions of these still rank the same?

hey guys i just wanted to let people know after watching this vid I was sure on the ghost but we went to a place where they let you try out the bat in a cage I tried the ghost cf zen and prism I hated the ghost then I tried the prism but when I tried the cf zen I feel I gave pop everywhere but the prism I feel like I had to hit it just right so I left with the zen to try a bat if you can before making an expensive decision I left with the bat I thought I would hate

Had 2 be a fluke for the KP23 break. Mine is over 400 swings from a few people. Also I mistakenly used it in cages that use 44./375lbs and it’s nearly mint still. We’ll see how it holds up to field wear soon.
Is the Prism similar to the Louisville Slugger LXT, and do you assume it will be similar to the Ghost Advanced coming out in August? I can buy the 2019 LXT for $199 less than the 2020 Prism. My daughter is leaning toward the Prism, and I wonder if it is worth it for such a price difference.

I have a small idea, I just started watching your channel and it’s awesome. I’ve noticed you’ve done some podcasts, it’d be cool if you make a podcast overviewing what certain things mean as in bat info, ball info, league infos and tips and tricks on picking the right bats/balls and leagues to join for us “newbies” just getting into the softball hobby/sport.

I couldn’t bring myself to even touch the Ghost since I witnessed five of them break over the spring/summer seasons. It may be a hot bat, but it is not durable, so we went with the FNX. No complaints from my daughter, so far, and the bat has plenty of power.
Are these brand new bats? From personal experience Demarinis take about 500-1000 hits to be broken in
When you first tested the KP23 weeks ago, it didn’t seem to have durability issues. I have the ASA 2019 KP23 and it still hasn’t cracked and there has to be over 600 cuts on it. I’m surprised that it cracked so early… especially since they’re known for their durability!

i have a 12 year old daughter that is 5’6 180 and she just broke her 4th demarini bat. what bat would you recommend for a power hitter?
My daughter is 11 and this is her first yr playing she played in fall ball i didnt know if she would like it so i bought her a demarini bustos. She did well and she is a very good athlete. She tried out for one of the travel teams in our area and made it. I was looking at a little bit more money but not break the bank. What are your thoughts on the carbon candy bat?? I bought that for her.
