Is it just me or does it seem like is not too familiar with these movements. Almost as if it’s just a random example of exercises. Second was it intentional to go through the movements as if doing a cross fit routine. Every rep was so fast and some were noticeably unstable. The one time I attended a trx seminar, tempo and technique were more important than the movement.
Now that I can’t go to the gym because of the coronavirus this will prove useful for the next 8 weeks!

u do push up and dont move your arms jus just like u r do push up on the ground also u r using too much arms when doing skater jumps and lunges
I always do Knees tuck in and push ups alternatively. You might enjoy it too.

TRX, sandbags and a jumprope are all I’ve had since February and I’m doing pretty good. I like how you can use TRX to stretch and contract in the same exercise. It’s more like gymnastics.

Hey Alex! I am a powerlifter away from his gym bcs of the pandemic. Even tho I know a lot about resistance and strength training, I have never used trx and I kinda ignored it. However to optimaze my program to the current situation I bought a decathlon version trx. Do you think that it helps me maintain my muscle mass and maybe improve it? I mean, basically, can I really benefit from it?

trx is no joke I remember doing my first dip it was a shaky mess I was shocked and embarrassed I normally did seriously heavy weighted dips for sets how were these harder? Then I tried some chest movements much much harder than 120 lbs dumbbells. Now I’ve incorporated suspension training at home and I’m so much stronger with weights at the gym

I have to agree with a lot of the comments on the fact that you really didn’t need the TRX for a lot of the exercises…. actually in some cases you would have gotten more out of using something like dumbbells.

Thanks for the demonstrations. Find these workouts useful. Literally last night I tried doing the TRX exercise last night for the FIRST TIME EVER. I’ve done Suspended Crunch and Mountain climbers on this and I find it actually cool. Good for the upper body strengths and engaging core. I am going to do more of it but different techniques. Alex, first of all, thanks for a cool total body workout. One question, should this be done as one big superset, or do you stop for 20 seconds or so between exercises (minus strap adjustment/placement)?
