I’d love to know where Timaree buys the large bag of that particular cacao powder.
Thank you Chef AJ! Please have her back again. She’s amazing.
Hello grandma so sad persimmons are rare here in the philippines
It’s not a grapefruit though pummelo is one of the 3 original citrus fruits that we have hybrdized to become grapefruit, tangelos, etc.
Subscribed after seeing this video. As a new comer on the healthy eating transformation journey I’m gonna need a list of creative cooks that I can rely on for recipes. Glad to have you as one of them.
She is the best teacher for food till now,. Please bring her back again,!
Thank you Chef AJ. What a great episode. I am watching it for the second time to take notes! I’ve added all the ingredients to my grocery list and plan on buying her cookbook. Please invite her again!
This is the most knowledgeable guest you’ve had. Bring her back!!
This presentation does not demonstrate any link with GM foods and childhood diseases. This a collection of anecdotes, thoroughly refuted experiments, and armchair speculation about how recombinant DNA technology magically leads to all of these health issues despite the fact that the GM crop examples have different modifications in different crops.
The Royal Society has evaluated the potato feed study and found it inadequate to support the claims of the author: https://royalsociety.org//media/Royal_Society_Content/policy/publications/1999/10092.pdf
Judy Carmen’s pig feed study has widely criticised for its poor design and questions about the welfare of the animals. http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/2013/06/17/bad-science-about-gmos-it-reminds-me-of-the-antivaccine-movement-revisited/
Dr. Perro might want to re-read that particular study, as she claimed that the inflammation was remedied by switching to a non-GM feed. The reduction in inflammation probably had more to do with the fact that the pigs were in fact dead, as they were slaughtered and autopsied to examine for inflammation.
The study of glyphosate on bacteria did indeed find that salmonella and clostridium spp. were less sensitive than Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. What Dr. Perro didn’t mention was that the MIC for staphylococcus spp. including staph aureus was half that of Lactobacillus spp. It would appear then that glyphosate does not unilaterally affect pathogenic bacteria.
GMO’s are banned in 38 countries for a reason, they are not safe. GMO’s cause a number of diseases including leaky gut which may be why you have stomach problems all the time.
